I purchased a 45-minute hot stone massage off Groupon and paid an extra $10 upon arrival for a complete hour. The room was nice and clean, which was a good start. However, the massage experience was quite disappointing. It was very noisy during the session, and another worker kept coming in to ask my massage therapist questions. This was super disruptive and made the massage far less enjoyable.When it came to the hot stones, the actual hot stone massage lasted only about 2-3 minutes, which was a huge letdown given that I paid for an hour-long hot stone massage. To top it off, the receptionist/cashier pressured me to leave a tip, and eventually, I gave in.Overall, this place is okay if youre just looking for a regular massage. However, if youre specifically interested in a hot stone massage, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Amazing! Very nice and thoughtful, my grandma doesn’t speak English and they let me come in the room with her. They put on relaxing music! The prices are great. I will be coming back for a couples massage because they do a couplesmassage in the same room for a great price.

One of the best massages I’ve received! They did an excellent job and even kept from getting massage oils in my hair which I really appreciated. Bring cash for tips! We tipped on the machine but in hindsight I wish I’d had cash to give them instead.

I bought a hour message for my wife as a gift for our anniversary she came home yesterday in tears she said she told her masseuse About her sciatic nerve damage in the lower part of her back The lady seemed to have not listened or maybe forgot she ended up taking her elbow to that nerve and really hurt my wife while she was on the table. She said the amount of massage pressure for the rest of the hour Was really weak.It was like she was too afraid to touch anywhere else when my wife specifically said Medium pressure all around the body is great only in the lower region of her back to Be gentle, soft touch.So not only did she not get a good massage She also Received A lot of pain out of it At the end of the Service the lady was standing by the front door and told her you tip now my wife What shocked because not only did the masseuse not provide a satisfying experience but she cause a great deal of pain and so under the pressure of the lady expecting a tip my wife tipped her she felt she didnt have the option to say no we have never been made to tip anyone we dont mind tipping as long as the service is ok my wife felt this service was way below standards!!! We will not recommend this place of business and if you have any underlying physical or medical problems we encourage you to not go here!!! My wife could not go to work today due to this experience and the pain in her back caused by this masseuse!!

My go to spot for a 60 minute massage. They always get me in last minute and the facilities are clean and comfortable. I usually don’t get the same person and all the massages have been great. Will be returning.

I bought a fully body massage from Groupon for Relax Station 2. I have to say it was an amazing experience, especially the shoulder part of the massage. The massage artist brought me back to life. So wonderful, relaxing, and so peaceful. I bought another massage to come back in the near future. I will continue to get my massages here and refer all my friends... I’ve been here three times now. Each time everyone was very polite and very professional. You can tell they definitely put in the effort on the massage as well. Multiple times they would check to see if I was comfortable. I will be returning customer. Update.. I went back again and had a male for the first time. Unfortunately be was not good at all! The females I had in the past were great.

I took my mom for a 80 minute body/ feet massage for her birthday. It was amazing and so relaxing! They have great deals definitely worth the money! We will be back for sure‼️😌

Great experience overall! Sunny was professional and thorough, making sure to check in with me frequently to make sure that the pressure and everything else was okay during my deep tissue massage. They were able to see me pretty quickly after initially calling in. Good pricing too, would recommend!

I purchased a groupon for the 45 minute massage with hot stones and added the Happy hour special of the 1 hour reflexology. Lucy was great, she kept checking in on the pressure and I told her to go deeper and she did. For the 45 min massage, she focused not only the back but my shoulders and chest since that was the area that was the most tight. Reflexology made me fall asleep but that’s how good I felt. For the price I paid and the language barrier that we had. Lucy was great. I would come back again.

I was really pleased with the massage I got! I did the 80 minute body and foot massage combo. It was so nice! I thought about taking one star off because of how noisy the foot massage area was, but they completely made up for it!It was my first massage Ive ever gotten, so I really didnt know what to expect. On the full body massage I got really uncomfortable that my massage therapist was a man, but I brought up my concern and they quickly did a switch to a woman. (Completely my own preference, it had nothing to do with him. He was very nice and professional) They were really understanding and they respected my comfort level and wishes. I will definitely be coming back here again! It was a great price, and my muscles have never felt so loose and relaxed!

Used a Groupon for a full body massage. What a terrible experience. I didn’t feel relaxed at all. Although ill give him credit for taking his time with my arms and legs. We were in a hallway in a public place, there was a lot of distraction and people passing by and talking. They used a cheap cheap lotion to massage my legs and arms in a public place. The lotion was so bad it crusted when he was rubbing it on my skin. I went home and showered immediately but could still smell it. They transferred me to a private room half way through for back massage where they used some sort of oil. I had to ask for the hot stone. When I was done, they asked me for a tip… so I thought sure I can tip for the effort. When I wanted to tip via Venmo they asked me how much I was tipping, when I told them the amount she said it was too little that I should add more. I was stunned for a while but eventually gave in and added the $3 extra dollars. I was planning to bring my loved ones but I will never return. I’d gladly pay double to get a relaxing experience with natural oils and not being forced to tip. Definitely do not recommend.

Everyone was really friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately the woman who did my massage really messed up my neck and back leaving me with terrible pains for the next week. Lot of sharp elbowing and her nails were long I could feel them digging into my skin especially around my arms. The tempo of the massage was also too fast and rough. Not sure if she’s new? I’m not from the area and I guess I shouldn’t have expected much for $55/hr

What a wonderful experience for a great price! I really enjoyed my couple massage. Some of the workers didnt speak English so I was a bit surprised when the hot stones were used without warning, but its ok. It was a nice surprise as I didnt know hot stone was even included and boy, it felt soooo good.Its nice to have a place nearby for immediate relief. I dont think I needed to make a reservation as they had stations readily available. But that may change in the future. They are still new.I came in like a pretzel and came out like a spaghetti. Will definitely return with the husband for a well deserved massage.Thank you for the relaxing experience!

First time getting a massage here and at first I thought that 90 minutes would be long. But in actuality it was just right. The lady was really nice and due to covid rules I just had to pull down my mask to expose my nose and had to put my face down the hole of the massage bed. The last time I had a massage was more than 10 years ago so I am not sure how it is supposed to be. I guess it really depends on the individual but I think she did a good job. There were parts that hurt but I can tolerate pain and thought maybe this area just needed more pressure. Anyways I told them that it felt like I just had a workout but to me thats good.

Unfortunately they changed ownership and the person who I used to go to is no longer there. My husband bought two gift certificates not knowing this. When I called and scheduled to use a gift certificate, they asked if I wanted hot stones, and I said sure. However they did not tell me that it would cost extra. I had a male masseuse, and I did not think he was very good. He wasnt listening to me, particularly when I told him the hot stones were too hot. He kept applying them! I told the person at the front desk this after. But still I was charged for the hot stones. I should have told them I wouldnt pay for it, but I wasnt prepared to have an argument after a massage.

One of the best massages I have ever received. She checked in on me and was the perfect level of pressure. Staff was professional and spot on with anticipating my needs. Establishment was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would visit again.

My back hurts so bad. Maybe a super rough massage works for some people and for those people, totally go! For myself, I did ask for it to be softer and she accommodated but the whole thing was really rough and rushed. She walked on my back and bent me in all sorts of ways. It was just totally unexpected and unlike any massage Ive ever gotten.Everyone was nice and the place was well decorated but Im gonna go take an pain killer now ✌

WOW.Had a recent massage from Shelly and it was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!I’ve had massages in some amazing spas all over the work and I’m so thankful this hidden gem is so close to home and so reasonably priced!!Extremely professional and Talented!Will be my new regular place when I’m in need of a massage!

My husband & I used to go here once or twice a month for like a year now. Then just 2 days ago, we came back again for deep tissue massage. & We had no idea that the old owner sold that massage place already then changed their name & of course all the peope who used to work there wasn’t there anymore. That place became so pricey & don’t mind paying more if it’s worth it. The guy who massage me was ok but the young lady who massage my husband was horrible! In fact my husband called his credit company to get his money back because it’s not worth it! Now we need to find a new & better place.

I know know this is my second and Lina had her own technique on her massage.I like the hot stone.Agreed little pricey specially now a days.But i will come back stillThis is the only place I di massage that im not sore following day.

This Lit spa has very bad reputation in service, specially the old lady name Nina is very rude and treating customers badly, she discriminate Asian because they think Asian mostly doesn’t speak out and expose her bad services, charging customers $60 and more for her massage this is way too much plus her attitude was so rude, this is not a good place to get a massage, they don’t know how to massage people, do not go list!
