See update to review at bottom.......Had a massage here 2 weeks ago; amazing full body massage. Price was fair and staff pleasant. Went back today, asked for a combination massage(head, shoulder, arms, feet, &back). first, she started out doing the shoulder arms massage and that was OK. Then she proceeded to do the foot massage, and that was amazing. My back was getting sore from the table but I wasn’t too worried since the back was included in the massage. I felt like time was going by and I noticed she spent a long time on my left foot which again it felt great and then after the hot towels she just said thank you and left the room, please note I never received the back massage. I did not speak up because my hour was over. Without getting into too much detail, the staff member did attempt to overcharge me on my credit card.i was promised a refund since she kept my cash tip but my card statement shows I was overcharged.Even though my massage was not completed as my request I did give her a more than a fair tip.UPDATE:I changed from 1 star to 5.Dan replied to my review and she left a phone number to call. We spoke on the phone regarding the above matter. She was very kind and apologetic for the staff member and issues with the credit card machine. Dan listened to my concerns and was very professional. After apologizing, she kindly offered me to come back for a cash refund and a 30 minute complimentary massage(scheduled) with a different therapist.Thank you Dan!

I had an unbelievably great experience, far better than I expected. Anna gave me the best massage Ive ever had! She was as sweet as can be, and great at her job. She even dressed me afterwards! I will return as soon as I can!

Called about a walk in foot massage, let me know to come on in. Very relaxing and perfect pressure. They even did some neck and shoulder while my feet soaked in hot water. Highly recommend. Will be back soon!

Got me in as a walk in for a one hour massage. Gave me a firm massage, which is what I asked for. Will definitely go back.

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday and finally used it today. I arrived at my scheduled time and was brought back to a bed immediately. She started my hour foot massage with a foot bath while working on my neck, shoulders, and head. Then she worked on my arms and hands. My feet and legs were next. She brought in a hot towel and wiped off the lotion and dried my legs and feet. Just when I thought we were done she asked me to flip over on my belly and continued to work on my shoulders, back, bottom, and the backs of my legs. I feel so relaxed. I will definitely come back.

Visiting Oregon for.a graduation and came to get a massage. The massage was great and ladies were super friendly. Me and my cousin really enjoyed our time there.

For our first massages ever we were super happy. Very attentive to make sure we were ok with the pressure throughout the massage. My husband and i were very relaxed after. Definitely will be back again!

I went to Shiki on 6/27 and it was SO GREAT. Super relaxing 60 minute combo massage. The women there were incredibly kinda and took care of me very well. I’m from out of town, but if I’m ever back this way I will definitely stop by again!

Wonderful massage. Did 60 min combo of foot massage and back massage. A bit hard to find: but worth finding! The office is facing 11th but you have to park on the side so leave yourself some time to figure out where to park. Don’t be deterred by the location. Massage & reflexology was thorough and lovely. :)

Went to get a massage 4/30/22 the guy i got was ok but his hands were rough as heck and his nails kept digging into my skin also i asked him to focus on 2 spots on my right side and he hardly ever touched those spots i asked multiple times through out the 2 hour long session as well. When all was said and done when i went out to pay the lady flat out told me i should tip him ....

I had a chance to get another wonderful massage here. Coco has good knowledge about massage. Coco has limited English language skills but is very attentive to asking if you are comfortable. To much pressure or not enough she will check to make sure you are happy. Great place and I highly recommend it.

Took a friend there for her first massage as her bday present. While I didnt get any services she said it was amazing!! We are going back every month for foot reflexology!

I too went to Shikis Foot Reflexology. I didnt get the 4 hand massage but 2 hands did very well. The masseuse did not speak a lot of English but enough to ask if the pressure is ok and that I was comfortable and not cold. She was able to find all the knots and work them out. Everything was clean and fresh looking. Overall a very nice experience, I will be going back again...

I just happened onto this place and its just brand-new open so thought Id get a quick massage. They were not busy so I got 2 masseuses!! It was like I was royalty! BOTH of the girls gave a GREAT massage! Neither spoke English well, but enough to make sure that the pressure was good and I was OK.I know I totally lucked out to get 2 because there wernt any other customers, but I will definitely be back... Im spoiled now, but will be back.

I have been in twice and both times they were amazing. I have some nerve damage from a back surgery that causes issues with my hip and leg. I have never had a massage that gave me the level of pain relief that I have experienced here. I highly recommend them.

I went there because my back was killing me, after the massage I felt much better. I recommend this place. I suggest calling ahead of time, but their schedule is very flexible.

Ive gone off and on for a few years and they do good work. The leg massages are very relaxing and their body massages are great with enough pressure to get the knots out.

We frantically called over 22 massage clinics/spas/LMT in the Eugene area desperate for a last minute 90 minute-we’ve been with relatives for ten days please destress our aching bodies type of ANYTHING. ALL places were booked (granted it was a Friday evening...) and many of them were booking INTO September ! (I can only guess COVID-19 has many people stressed).This last spa, Shiki foot spa, (in broken English) said they had two- 90 minute massages- available at 830pm.I had her repeat it twice that it was Yes, for Tonight and Yes for two people and Yes, 90 minutes of anything touching our bodies!The two therapists were fantastic- the deep tissue was perfectly sustained (not too hard and not too soft). The pacing was lulling and soothing and rhythmic. These artists know exactly what they are doing to relieve the body of any and all aches and pains!! Next time in Eugene- we will Definitely be back!!Thank you!!

Went in for a 90 min combo foot/back massage. Unfortunately, I only got my back and legs massaged when what I really needed was my feet and back massaged. Ill be back and try it again but buyer beware.

I would not make it my regular massage parlor. There was no technique to the massage just a lot of wiggling and thumping with a cupped Palm.
