Went in and was told how terrible other vape shops in the area were as they continued to try and sell me house made juice that looked darker than a coke. If you are looking for great brands and awesome service check out nephos down the road. Their employees are actually nice and helpful don’t waste your money here.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from a vape shop! I called them beforehand because I wanted to ensure they had the products I needed before making the trip from Thurston to Eugene. I told them I needed 50-100 ML bottles in a 6 nic that was not salt nic. I was told they had the items I was requesting however when I get there I find out that they had told me they had the products I was requesting for the sole purpose of trying to make a larger sale not only did they not have the products they said they had but they also told me that I could buy 4 of the smaller sizes to equal 100ML and I asked well would that be the same price she said no it would be a little more expensive. Trust me yall are better off going to Nephos Vapes on Coburg. Thats where I ended up going they were awesome they didnt gouge me on price like emerald vapors tried to do they were polite instead of snippy like the woman at emerald vapors and they provided me with a wonderfully polite and jovial customer experience.***EDIT TO REPLY***No there is nothing you can do to make it right Im not interested the girl that was there ensured that I will under no circumstances ever visit your establishment again your staff needs an overhaul yall will keep losing business as long as they treat your customers as if its an inconvenience to do what they are employed to do and as long as they are dishonest you also have the possiblity of other issues in your employee pool and Im apparently not the only person with this kind of experience in your establishment its been an ongoing problem since yall opened if you go back and read your lowest reviews. Ive been buying elf bars for quite a while from a different location and they usually last me 6 to 7 days before having to buy a new one. Went to emerald because Id seen they had elf bars for 20 dollars instead of the usually 25-28 dollars I normally spent. Not worth the cheaper price. It lasted 2 days before getting a weird taste and then completely burning out on the third day. Vapor production was weak, and the battery only lasted a few hours. I assume they are selling fake knock offs there or something because out of the hundred plus elf bars Ive bought Ive never gotten one like this. Also the verification code said it had been inquired about 2 times, pretty sure its only supposed to say once.

Surprised bÿ negative reviews. Only had good experiences here, and love the mango juice, and all others i have tried were very good. Cant help but notice some talking about all flavors are buttery or they taste burnt. Ummm you might want to check your coil, lol. Probably didnt let it fully soak before firing up first time. People blaming a store for their lacking.

Juice is pretty sub-par quality but you get what you pay for. Bought the apple flavor and it has a hint of an apple cider flavor to it but it mostly just tastes burny no matter where my wattage is. Also got the cafe mocha and it tastes more like kettle corn than coffee. Won’t stop here again regardless of convenience, I’ll just stick with Urban Vapors even if they’re more out of the way and cost more. The guy working also wasn’t very helpful about questions about their juices.

They sell knockoff brand parts like glass for my Zeus tank. They also sell batteries that they call “Samsung batteries” that are not Samsung batteries. They say “DO NOT use this battery in a vape” right on the battery. The girl who sold it to me wanted to argue with me on the phone about whether or not they sell them even though I noticed it 2 hours after buying it there.

They were really good about getting me set up with my first vape pen...when I was not happy with the particular product I got, they were very good at getting me set up with a better one. The clerk was extremely helpful & showed me all the different parts & how to change them & what not. Ive been very pleased with all my experiences here since.

My review went from 4 stars to 5 stars last week because the man working at the counter went above and beyond. However I am now switching my review to 2 stars because Chelsea sold me 2 tanks in a row that werent compatible with my vape. She also didnt know how to do a return at all and so the employee today had to call me to figure out what happened. This is a 30 minute round trip for me that I had to take TWICE. My vape still isnt fixed, because the second one while it did slide onto the atomizer, is too short so its leaking everywhere. I didnt notice till this afternoon when I saw a tennis ball sized wet spot on my pants, after putting on my glasses it was clear its too short. I had to walk her through how to write a note for her managers to tell them she didnt know what to do. So when Alyssa called to figure things out (like why i had bought 2 tanks that werent even the same brand and why there was a note with the tank without being returned) I was informed that shop didnt even have what I needed and Id have to go to Q ST in Springfield (45 munute drive) I have wasted 3 tanks full of vape juice as it leaks out. So not only am I down gas, but also vape juice, my coil and a working unit. No sale should have happened let alone 2. Anyone else would have turned me away. And an employee should know how to return stuff. Thats literally the most basic skill working a till. It was obvious she didnt pay attention during her training. Worst service I have ever had here but I hope to have a better experience next time with someone else who knows what theyre doing. My only other issue will be adressed with a manager in person as Im not looking to blast that part out as it goes against the rules the employees have while on the job alone.

The staff are super friendly and willing to meet me at the door even when Im not mobile and trucking around my stroller with my kids instead of turning me away 🥰 they always tell me to try the puff bars before I leave the property just in case it dont work. So far Ive had good luck, and am a happy customer :)

When I first bought my set up from these guys, I didnt really get the greatest vibe because there was only a few pieces in stock, the building was under construction, and it didnt seem all that organized. Over time, they have definitely grown and matured as a company. They now have a fairly large shop, amazing selection, and their juices are great! They have flavors to satisfy anyones style, many different choices for all different budgets and everything is priced very well. The staff consists of young people who are very kind to anyone who comes in and is great about taking care of everyone who walks in the doors as busy as they might be. It is very apparent that their staff knows a lot about the product they sell and that they believe in it themselves. I think what they are doing is great and I will continue to support them and send people their way.

Went in looking for a specific item that it said they carried on line, the guy working was not only rude to me, but to someone on the phone and another customer in the store.When asked about a coil - he very rudely said “are you asking me or telling me”.For the limited selection on products they carry, being rude to the customers bringing you business is not a wise move. Will not be back.

Went in today to look at their selection of vapor pens. There were a few people in front of me so I waited until the clerk was finished with other customers. I started asking questions about the pens and even though I didnt understand what the clerk was saying, he tried without looking too annoyed, to explain how things worked. While I was asking questions some other customers came in, and while I was in the middle of asking a question one of the other customers butted in and said that they only had a quick question. The clerk immediately started helping this person without even a cursory glance my way, and continued helping the other customer with their problem which turned out to be more than something quick. I wanted to buy a pen but after a couple of minutes of waiting for the clerk to get back to me I felt really disrespected and left .

Popped in for a longer lasting vape option, the gal at the counter was super knowledgeable and helpful! I like that they manufacture their own vape juice! They also have a points system

Fantastic store with a good selection! Help get the foot traffic up in there! I buy all my juice and coils there. Great customer service and an even greater rewards program for frequent fliers!

I had a vape break within the 30 day warranty they offer here, and the staff (Jennifer) cheerfully refunded me and helped me pick out a replacement. She even helped me find my receipt in their system. There are a lot of vape stores in Eugene, but this one is the best.Extra points for their selection of juices and lack of cringe-inducing, overly manic staff members (Im looking at you, Urban Vapors).

Nice enough store and staff, Im just not a big fan of their juice. Tastes bland and seems to wreak havoc on my coils.Your mileage may vary, though... plenty of people seem to like it!

Went in for some e-juice (like I do every few months), bought a few and filled my tank only to get this horrible throat burn; like Id never vaped before in my life. (2 years vaping/ 27 year smoker)Called the store to let them know, only to be told it must be my filter. When I told them the juice I buy online from a different retailer vaped just fine so it cant be my filter, the employee became disinterested and stated theres no refunds - as if I was trying to rip them off?!Ive been a loyal customer for over two years now, but every single change theyve made has been lower-quality / higher price. And the fact they treat you like youre wasting their time if youre doing anything but purchasing (no call back - ever - and never ever refunding money)They win - Ill go someplace else.Tom C.

I have purchased 3 different electronic cigarettes from this place. All of them have a 10 year battery life expectancy but for some reason they are broken withing 6 months. One of them I will admit was my fault but the other 2 broke within 3-6 months of my purchase. After I go in and ask for a replacement or refund, it is denied and Im sent on my way. Im done with this company and their garbage products.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Prices and selection of juices and puff bars are best in town. Just got a nord smok today, was super happy the guy took time to show me how to fill, operate, and maintain it. Thanks again, you guys rock!

I just wanted to say Thank You to the 2 individuals who helped me tonight at the West 11th vape shop tonight!! Not only were they helpful but I left my debit card there and they tried 2 times to reach me right after I left!! Great people working there tonight!!

Horrible service. After the blue-haired girl rudely told me to WALK a block to use a bathroom AT 9 MONTHS PREGNANT, I took my husband and his business elsewhere. Their products seemed nice, too bad the service doesnt include common decency.

I used to get my vape juice at GJs smoke shop. I started going to Emerald a couple months and save so much money. Same juice (same brand same flavor) for almost half the price. Not to mention the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Fake puffs. I did a side-by side with a real Lychee Ice vs the one I got from there yesterday. The coloration is off, the bottom of the fake one is backwards, and the tops are different. It tastes like trash, doesnt pull well, and doesnt get the job done. Save yourself the time and money and go to any other store. Their response says that millions are made and youre bound to get a bad one. They let me exchange it for another one and the second one was even worse than the first! Dont be fooled.

The guy that assisted me was very knowledgable. He asked me questions about what I wanted and was looking for rather than just trying to sell me something expensive. They seem to have very good products and a good assortment of flavors.

Largest selection of authentic mods Ive ever seen in a store. Im not from Oregon so its nice to see a good vape shop out here. They however, do not have a bathroom or sink available to the public. A place that advertises itself as a lounge, should have a public restroom, otherwise its quite difficult to lounge. I plan on returning, but Ill use the restroom first.

Can’t say I’ll be going back. The woman helping couldn’t have cared less about what i was purchasing. Made me feel dumb for being in the place honestly. Not to mention the product was overpriced, she was even reluctant to offer a recommendation.

Will not be coming back. Bought five 18650s yesterday they were 1 for 10, 2 for 16, and 3 for 21. I was charged 3 for 21 and then still 2 for 16. I tried to explain that i should get all of them for the sale price if i bought 5 but the employee didnt seem to understand or care. Would much rather go to urban vapor and pay more in the future.

Really cool local Eugene place for getting e-cigarette liquid and vape mods. They have a really nice line of e-salts. I personally use the cafe mocha. I wish their e-salts selection was a little bit bigger and Incorporated more of their normal e liquid flavors into the e-salt line.

My gf bought a tank here that the manager said would work with her mod. It didnt work but they wouldnt give her money back. They were nice about it, but doesnt seem like a good business practice to me.

I came in to buy some coils. I was told we dont have the coils for your tank, but these should work and he rang up a pack of them for $18. Primed one, used it and it tasted awful and burnt. I took it to another business and was told oh wow, yeah I dont know why you were sold these at all. Cant help but feel like I was just given something random to get the sale.

I buy everything I need for my ecig here . As a long time vaper i like having a brick and mortor shop to go to. Instead of paying shipping costs online. They treat you good and have always been readily available to help. I am glad to see an ecig shop so close to where I live .

I love your juices but your watermelon one doesnt taste good, thought my mod was broken turns out it was the watermelon vape juice. Other than that I appreciate how nice you are and how most your vape juice are great and so far the only place I could get coils!

These guys are amazing. Super knowledgeable about all their products, and they have an awesome tasting station with disposable mouth piece covers. 10/10 would recommend.

They are always friendly and willing to answer questions. They also have a very cool make your own e juice option that both teaches you to make e juice and saves money.

Guy was unknowledgable and did not even try to help because I didnt have a kanger vape pen. Even though the shop I got it from sold both products. The shop I purchased mine from showed me the one I purchased, kind of a knock off brand, fit all kanger products. Would not recommend this vape establishment :(

Fruit flavors come out buttery.Which is completely awful. I bought some Straw Bear (you know, strawberry?) and it tastes like buttered caramel.

After visiting the store on more than a dozen occasions to fix my vape pen, and replace many a part, I have to say these products suck!! I have to replace the flint every other week if not more, the chargers do not last, my pen is never working right, overheating,clogging you name it. Not to mention all of the paint peeled of the pen sheesh!! Shoddy,shoddy,shoddy. Clearly meant as a money grabbing item sad thing is I almost reverted to smoking again I got so frustrated.

Employes at all locations have always been friendly, honest and very unhelpful with honest intentions to get a beginner knowledgeable, and set up right for thier experience.

Staff member was aloof and jaw-jacking with his friends while I was the only customer waiting to be served. He was talking for five minutes about non-work related stuff while I waited and skewered him with my eyes.
