I called before I came out to Coburg road and yall quickly let me know the cost of the products I requested yall were patient with me and the young man that helped me was so polite and helpful he helped me find every product I needed and helped me find two different fluids that I loved I also ended up buying a couple different batteries that I hadnt originally planned on but I did need really they provided me with one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had so to all of yall please keep being you the world is such a harsh place and I never expected that I would find some of the happiest nicest people in a vape shop yall took my crappy day ruining experience at emerald vapors and turned it into a positive note leaving me laughing smiling and with a brighter outlook for the rest of my day

I love this place. There is a nearly overwhelming selection of brands, each with an equally diverse variety of flavors. The customer service is stellar. All the staff are friendly, but I want to give specific shout-outs to Amanda, Chris, and Brady for being so far beyond the other staff Ive encountered -- when Im talking to them, I feel like Im either a celebrity or an old friend, and I love that. I have such a great experience every time I come here. The staff are all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I was having some problems with my vape burning coils, and they went above and beyond to solve the problem and educate me about why it was happening. Its alright i guess friendly enough, but they need to keep their website updated. say they have flavors online and you go in but they dont have it in the store, seems they never restock either, like the lost mary spearmint, they keep saying that they ordered it and should get more soon.., its been months now, im not new there guys! lol...so i go somewhere else to buy it. then, they dont have certain flavors on the site but you go in the store and they have a ton of them. gotta keep up on inventory folks! they also said the cigar tobacco taste just like a cigar, not really. they also said flum has a great throat hit...not really. wish there was a way to smell or sample (which is not their fault) its just that you trust their advice, then youre stuck with this product you dont want..money is tight these days, you cant expect people to just blow their wad, once you get that all straight ill come back, but til then i cant drive 30 miles just to hope you have something.

We have been patrons of this wonderful lil shop since they opened. It isnt the closest to our home (approx 20 miles one way) but by far the best!! I have never had anything but the best service and always with a huge smile. I have had little things go wrong or break and they have always gone above and beyond to get my issue either fixed or replaced. If there were more than 5⭐️s to give they definitely have earned them in our book.

This place is great. The employees are all very polite and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in. Very very understanding and helpful with issues you may have with your product. They gave me a free coil after I was having issues with a previous pack and told me to report back with similar issues. Thankful to have a place like this in town.

The workers there are always helpful and ready to take care of you. I had got the wrong pod last time and when I went back in, even tough it was opened but unused, they switched it for the correct one and credited my account.Their rewards points system seems to be better than urban vapors and their prices are a little less usually(depending on what you get).They have a very wide selection of vape juice and vapes as well as other fun accessories. You really cant beat going here!

Been to several vape stores around the area. This place is way above the rest. Always someone available to help and waiting for you to walk in - that is unheard of customer service these days. On top of that, they have great prices and the crew behind the counter all works together to get you what you need as fast as possible. I have been in 10? times and this is true every time. This last time I needed a new box and knew where to start, and was not disappointed. The rep I spoke with recommended a brand I wasnt sure about, but I listened to her (sorry I dont remember your name), bought some juice and a new battery, she opened it all and showed me how it worked, got the parts I wanted, listened to my concerns, and got me in a new mod I couldnt be happier with. Cant say enough good about this business. Keep doing what youre doing and I will never go anywhere else. GREAT selection, very competitive prices, friendly customer service. Killing it on all counts.

Great selection of products, very friendly staff who are always super helpful. One of if not the widest range of juices and disposables in Eugene. They seem to carry mostly smok brand vape mods and coils, but carry lots of other brands of coils and some other brands of mods. They also have a respectable selection glassware and herb accessories at good prices compared to most other smoke shops in Eugene.

This shop ROCKS, its all about excellent customer service, Quality products , knowledgeable staff , and problem solving .First they stand by the products they sell , if you have an issue the happily give accurate advice on a solution.In a world where customer service is a lost art , they have not forgotten.From Quality Glass to batteriesI will not shop anywhere else.

ALWAYS out of the many different juices Im looking for, also the employees need to chill out and let people browse around. If I need help Ill let you know. Every time I go in there I feel pressured to hurry up and make a selection, its super uncomfortable with the employees standing a foot away staring at you until you make a selection. Arrived and was promptly greeted by a handful of employees. Came in with an idea of what I wanted and the guy helping me even offered me similar, higher end options, because they last a bit longer which was really nice of him. Ended up going with what I originally planned on buying and a few bottles of juice as well. Fairly good prices and super helpful staff made my shopping experience a charm. Will be back in the future.

These guys are awesome! The first guy I met (Jeffery I think his name was) gave me an awesome experience my first time in, and every time they are all super chill, friendly and very helpful. Best prices for juice in town (Happy Hour 8pm-10pm). Very knowledgeable with the best deals for vape products. I used to go to Urban in Eugene and ever since I stepped foot in here, I haven’t looked back.

Very friendly patient staff. Open late! Until 10pm. Purchased new pods for a vape pen and a staff member editor helped pick out a new flavor of e-juice (which was on sale 20% off). Very clean and spacious. Not a lot of parking in front of their building.

This was the shop I bought all my first taping stuff at. I walked in not knowing a dam thing about any of it. The owner walked me through how the different rigs work and different juice options. He set me up with a good beginner setup and gave me a deal. Then primed everything for me and showed me how it worked. Amazing experience! I live really far from here, but I make it a point to stop here every time Im in town and give him my business. The kid that works there on the weekends is always super nice too. I usually only vape 0% nicotine.. Which nobody else does. So after a couple times going there this dude would have a few 0 bottles of things I like in the back. Super cool place, will always have my business.

Dont go in the evening. Staff seem to not pay attention and will sell the wrong product, then when you turn around and say its wrong, they wont fix it. I recommend the other location on West 11 Vape Society or Urban. If they make a mistake, they will fix it.

They have a wide variety of vape stuffs and they also sell some very cool glass for some of you 420 friendly peeps. Staff was nice but I paid waaaay over what I shouldve for my mod. No place online or in store has it over 50(general price though 37 bucks) yet I was charged 90 for mine. And of course theres a no return policy. And honestly when I took it out it isnt even what it looks like on the box so Im stuck with something I dont like and couldve bought 2 of after it was done. Im super bummed and very disappointed.

Love this place. First time I walked in if you havent vaped in years just so you know liquid is more expensive after the taxes. 100 MLS bottle of quality liquid for $22. I used to have to pay $20 for a 30 ml bottle and that was 2015 money. This place is awesome. They have my business.

Amazing customer service! I quit smoking about 6 weeks ago and was using disposable vapes and wanted to switch to an actual vape that I could refill and not having vaped out of a refillable for over 5 years I was at square 1. So much has changed in the vape world since then. Alex had great customer service. Helped me understand all the new stuff with vapes from what I’m looking for in a vape, what mg of liquid I’d be using, wattages, the whole 9 yards. Even offered to help me set it up! If I could leave a zero I would. Usually go there and get disposables and besides them running out of flavors I like never had a issue. Well today I decided I would check out a regular vape pen that you refill with the juice. Well I asked the guy multiple times if it was gonna be harsh and that I would just stick to disposables if it was he assured me it would be just like a disposable and how much better it was so I took his word for it cause he kept on telling me I would love it but not to worry just hold onto my receipt and I could return if I didn’t like it. Well it’s so harsh I can’t smoke it at all so I went back in and what do you know? He lied there isn’t any returns. Don’t listen to the employees all there worried about it pushing a sale! Won’t go here again will definitely go anywhere else but here cause now I’m stuck with something basically brand new that I won’t use and out 60$. Go me.

I relatively new to vaping. Been to half a dozen vape shops that all seem to be fine. But then I happened into Nephos and wow. First off the prices are stellar. But more than that these folks know the vaping science inside and out. Super helpful. Super friendly. I would hang out with any of them. Since my first visit in, Im enjoying vaping on an entirely new level. Having the right coils, the right juice and my vape mod at the fine tuned settings has made all the difference. And today, on top of all that, they are training a new girl and she is adorable. Plus they gave me a coupon for my birthday. Oh and the first time in I had my daughter 2 years old, so they came out side and catered to me at the care since shes too young to go inside. Just epic professional all the way. Nice place! Its the first dispensary Ive been to that doesnt hit you in the face with the smell. Its refreshing for a change. The budtender in the front room where sunflower product is sold, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will definitely go here again highly recommend.

Ive called down there twice and though they are the busiest vap shop in town they have still taken the time to answer my questions. Going into Nephos may leave you a bit overwhelmed with there maidsive selection of vaping products but dont worry they have many employees that are ready to help answer any questions you may have. Theyre the only vap shop I will use.

First time in shop and not all that knowledgeable about vap mods etc. Went in with 2 different ones and both gentlemen were eager to assist and answer any and all questions I had. They were even nice enough to take the broken glass out and replace for me. Also prices are great as well. So I will def be coming back and will refer all my friends as well.

I was going to Emerald Vapors for a couple years now and decided to check out Nephos Vape. I was very impressed with the staff they were knowledgeable about the products very friendly. I was not going to buy anything at the time but the owner hook me up the granola parfait. The smell was amazing and the taste was phenomenal. They now have a loyal customer. The only downside for me is that they open at noon I do wish they opened earlier.

Every time I go in I have a good time. The guys there are awesome! Today I saw a flavor of vape juice I really wanted to try but they were out....instead of just letting it be, the guy showed me the same flavor from a different brand...I 100% fell in love with it!!! The only downside for me is that they are upstairs, which can be very difficult for me. However thats even going to get better when they move downstairs! Even with my mobility issues I still find a way to get to Nephos for all my vape needs!!!

Amazing place! I always say that it’s Vape Christmas in there. A whole wall of vape juice to pick from and shelves of disposable vapes. Staff is ALWAYS friendly without a doubt. Alex helped me the last few times and is very kind and helpful. This is the only vape shop that I will go to. I HIGHLY recommend.

I went in and got a vape from this shop and it ended up being a defective from the manufacturer. I brought it back in and they let me exchange it, and gave me a killer deal on an upgrade. The owner was very cool about the experience and even gave me some free points on the clover app, enough points that I was able to get a free bottle next time I come in. This is the only vape shop Ill go to. Very pleased with my experience.

Been a customer at nephos for almost a year and only now just realized that most, if not all of their puff products are counterfeit. They’ve been selling them for $1 each promoting their new location. No wonder they’re so cheap. Do not go here, always make sure to verify your products once you’ve purchased them!!!

The guy who helped me pick out a mod was super chill, took the time. Wish I could remember his name!! So I could give him a shout out! This place is consistently stocked. I think this place, might be my go to for juice, coils, etc.

After talking with a friend about the shop, I decided to give it another try - and Im really happy I did!This has become my vape shop of choice! The juice prices are literally HALF what I was paying at another larger, more centrally located vape shop. The EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgable, friendly service, good selection and great prices (I have not shopped coils, tanks or devices yet) MORE than outweigh the slightly crowded, awkward parking and outdoor stair well issues. An addition to their great juice prices, they offer Senior and Veterans discounts (these are the only ones Im aware of - there may be others).As the mother of a young man who manages a great vape shop in the Portland area, I have become quite familiar with the process of vaping. After my experience, and listening to Nephos staff talk with other customers, I am impressed with their ability to explain things to customers of varying levels of experience and knowledge.This is a good shop to visit if you are just starting vaping, and a great place for your quick juice needs - I think you will be pleased with the level of expertise (without too much industry jargon). The staff and owner here at Nephos are hands down the best in the state. I always forget the owners name but i know he is from the bay area as i am to. Just went in with my partner and the bigger guy on shift (Colter or Cole?) Was very condescending and rude to us we said we just wanted to look and he kept interrupting us even though we were whispering to each other to seclude ourselves and look in peace. Even in casual conversation he was being condescending and rude and making us uncomfortable. He wouldnt leave us alone so we ended up getting his suggested flavor. My parnter is deathly allergic to mint and we clearly told him no mint but he sold us one with mint anyways, she had an allergic reaction and her throat started to close up when we walked back in 10 minutes later and I said there was mint and she had a reaction the first thing he did was deny that there was mint and ask to point where on the box it says mint instead of asking of she was ok. The other guy working asked if she was OK which we appreciated but dont be condescending to customers that you literally (accidental or not) put them at health risk. He got the manager out who was super understanding and helped us out, felt really bad and gave us a killer deal on a different vape. It would have been a terrible experience in which we would never come back if the manager hadnt stepped out. Went from a 1 star rating to a 3 star. Would have been a 5 star if that guy wasnt there. Probably wont be back for a while especially if the condescending guy who doesnt know how to treat customers with respect is working. He was also the one assigned to train a new employee which was concerning. All in all everyone there was cool except that guy. Get rid of that guy and let him take that attitude to Wendys or Jack in the box.

We havent had a lot of luck with vape stores being knowledgeable AND taking the time to share that knowledge. This place did both. And did it well. Any questions we had, they were answered. We left feeling like we got a good deal (isnt that how you always want to feel when you are making a purchase?) and then vaped the 4 juices we bought all the 6 hours home. Wow! Flavor is great, vapor production is great, and the price is great. I was thoroughly impressed all around, and that does not happen often. This is my go to vape shop. It is a place my husband found back in Sept 2019 when we first move to the Eugene area. Weve tried a few others, but Nephos, has the best variety of vaping supplies, e-liquid and mods plus they have a daily happy hour 8-10pm when uou save 10% on everything and you earn discounts. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I always leave pleased with my purchases and the feel the cost is fsir.

Every single time I go to nephos I always walk out a happy customer. Everyone there is very informative, patient, kind, and helpful. They always make sure to get you what you came in for and maybe even show you something new based off what you already have tried. Most other vape shops I have been to the employees seem to have little to no knowledge on there own products or on anything I am looking for so now I just go straight to nephos without hesitation.

The only thing I found disappointing was they charged more than the actual company. I bought a smok nord showed him the smok website for the device 34.95 but charged me 60.00. Don’t think they should be charging more than the msrp. Kinda disappointed. Other than that very friendly and professional.

These guys have THE LOCK on all puff bars, hype bars, and vape supplies alike. You can not, and will not find a better place to get your vapes at. Also, they have a free membership that gives you discounts for your birthday and some FREE vapes at times. And they have a HUGE box mod selection as well as a solid supply of smoking goods for any stones trying to get a nice dab nail at a great price. The sales people are SUPER chill, very professional, and give great recommendations. Plus, if you get a bad vape, they WILL replace it for free, on the spot! I havent shopped anywhere else for vapes in the last year and a half since I started going here, and I doubt I ever will.

New ownership! They carry WAY more variety of juices since they got away from using Machine Oil exclusively. The selection was on par with what Ive seen with well stocked vape stores such as Urban Vapors. While urban vapors does have a great atmosphere/vibe this shop excells at having some of the best prices Ive seen. Definitely check it out if you havent yet !
