Excellent service, great selection of items and you get a lot of products at great value price. Matt is the on to go to for all of your needs and products. They have a huge selection of juices and mods as well as all of your coil needs. Great location and very easy to get too. I’ve been going there for about 10 years now and no matter who helps you, you get great customer service and they’re very knowledgeable.

I love coming here. The staff is super friendly and they have a huge selection of salts and liquids. My favorite is berry milk pie 25mg salt. The prices are reasonable, and they have a huge selection of mods.

Recently moved to Oregon and was looking around for Vape stores and I was lead to Urban Vapors, it’s a really chill place! I got a Funky Republic disposable and my partner got a Monster Mini disposable and both are great! The guy that helped us was super informative and kind too. Def coming back here 5/5 💃🏻

Ive been going to Urban long before V2 came along. It wasark who made me feel welcome ooooh so many years ago. Prices are in line with other B n M stores locally..rewards program..exceptional selection of liquids, mods, etc. Owners are amazing and every employee knows their stuff. They are in it to save lives.

I love Urban Vapors. I like it so much that I drive from Springfield to Eugene just to come here. They always have everything I need and their customer service is outstanding. For example today my tank has been leaking and I was working with an Associate there named Adam. He to a look add it for and he spent over 30 minutes looking for just the right grommet to fix it. I didnt spend a whole lot of money in here today but it didnt matter to him he was bound and determined the send me on my way with my vape working.Thank you Adam for your patience determination and youre stellar customer service. You totally made my day. Five stars for Adam and Urban Vapors!!!

While I wish they carried some more options when it comes to the tanks and drip tips, overall, I would highly recommend this shop in comparison to the many other smoke/vape shops around the Eugene/ Springfield area. The staff here are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Even tho I had previously wished there was a wider selection, what they do carry is the still some of the best, most up-to-date products with prices that arent too steep (considering you could pay a VERY pretty penny just for 100ml.) Lastly, they also have a points system that actually benefits you as a vaper/ customer. Anyway, check them out!

Brand new vaper, went in today with a vague flavor profile and content range, they sat me down, showed me all the best options they had available (probably around 10), walked me through them, and helped me find exactly what I was hoping to get. Extremely happy with my purchase, definitely going to pick up some more! Would recommend this spot to anyone, especially if you like being able to weigh your options evenly.

Great place to go for great quality liquids, but thats not even the best part employees there are amazing. They are very helpful and will help guide people to what they are looking for and have great recommendations.Update: Went again today 8/28/23 Matt helped me out with my order. Rung me up 3 times because I remembered I needed other things as well, got a free sweatshirt as well as some stickers. Sweatshirt is really nice for a medium, cozy and soft. Their mediums are big like a large to XL and well worth saving the points Id buy a bunch of them if I had the money. Always love coming in, my go to for anything vape related. Still is my number one recommendation for anyone I talk to 🤙✌️

After trying a few other shops I found this place and I couldn’t be happier. Not only was the atmosphere itself so relaxing and inviting but the person that helped me (I could be wrong but I think his name is Matt) I feel went above and beyond to help me find a perfect answer to my problems but did this without trying to sell me things I didn’t need. After walking in the door frustrated and ready to give up my mod, I walked out smiling and so happy with every bit of that experience. I personally am thankful for the quality of service I received. Well worth a 5+ star rating.

They had everything I was looking for. I needed a few coils for my vape and I also needed some vape juice, which I was torn between a vape flavor I knew I liked and another flavor that I had been wanting to try but wasnt sure of. So they have a counter where one of the employees put some of the vape juice on a cotton swab so I could smell it and get an idea of which one I would like better..I havent seen that service offered anywhere else before. Prices were fairly competitive with other vape shops. Will definitely visit when in the area again.

The absolute BEST vape shop that I have been to. Great variety of flavors, nice little array of mods and tanks, etc. Plus the staff is relatively knowledgeable on the dos and donts of vaping. In fact Urban Vapors is who my girlfriend and I purchase our vape juice from each month. We live in Missouri but continue our vape juice bulk buys with this outstanding shop in Oregon. Shipping is free, packaging is SO superb to the point where I personally would assure ANYONE that it will NOT break! DO NOT waste time anywhere else. This has been my go-to vape shop since I moved here about 5 years ago now. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and animal lovers (as they have pics all over the store of people whove brought their animals in with them). They are also pretty reliable when it comes to product. There have been times when my glass breaks and its after theyve closed and went to the places like Nephos (which has become more of a smoke shope than a vape shop), that were open later, but they didnt even stock what I needed, especially since they have become more about the disposables. While Urban does sell disposables, it hasnt become a main focal point. Oregon, in general, is REALLY expensive when it comes to ANYTHING vape related, I know that they try and keep their prices as low as they can, plus they do have a points system thats VERY helpful, especially if youre looking to buy hardware. Give this place a visit for whatever vape needs or troubles you may have.

Urban vapors is THE place to go for anything and everything you need in vaping. If you want to sample a new flavor first, try a new flavor, get extremely friendly and knowledgeable help or advice, buy or learn about new devices, change your coils and buy more, etc. They do it all with kindness, finesse, and class but their not snooty. They never make me feel dumb for not knowing what they know or the answer to a question. They give you their undivided attention while you are their customer. Also, I love the discounts I get through apps they work with like Clover and Fivestar. Thank you everyone @ Urban Vapors.

GREAT place!Good selection of devices, accessories and juices, cool atmosphere, moody lighting, roomy, clean and welcoming.The staff is knowledgable, helpful and super FRIENDLY!!They always have the replacement tanks and coils that I need, and when it came time to purchase a new device, I got excellent advice. They didnt try to push the most expensive one at me, but rather asked questions to get an idea of my regular habits and what I had liked/disliked about my previous one.I COULD buy a greater quantity of juice during my visits, but dont - I enjoy dropping in every two weeks because it is the only place I shop where I actually enjoy the experience!These days, I pretty much order everything online or have it delivered, but I make an exception for Urban Vapors.

I always go to this place for my vape needs. They help me replace my coils or fix my mod when I drop it and theyre always so helpful! Theyre friendly every single time. This time in particular I had an extra sweet lady helped me named Sway I believe. She works at the Eugene location. I have never been treated with such extra special attention as with her. She was Beyond extraordinary when it comes to customer service. I have never received such excellent customer service in my life from anywhere. she even offered me a free beverage! Im not sure why she did that but she didnt have to do that and now is extra nice even after all the extra special attention she had already given me. I really hope I got her name right because she is phenomenal!

Im new to Vaping and I have been doing my research and decided to buy a vape pen. My first stop was here. Oliver was the one who helped me. He showed me a few pens that he recommended would be easy for a beginner. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. He made sure that I understood the product and showed me how to use it and fill it. Oliver ..thank you so much for your wonderful customer service and warm smile. Im demfinitely coming back.

First off I’ll start by saying that everyone at this shop is amazing. There is not one employee who has ever made me feel like a question or inquiry was dumb/unimportant. They never make you feel rushed and always personalize the experience. Each time I have come to them, I have left in a better mood than I was before. They not only present themselves with integrity and humility, but they actually care about the consumer and try to find what truly is best for each individual on their trip. They have excellent customer service skills, and they all seem to love their job and or love people which is necessary in a customer service position. They also have some of the better prices and rewards program than other vape shops, which is always just a bonus. I couldn’t say enough great things about this shop. The building is gorgeous, the people are friendly, the amount of product they have is pretty good. Im never disappointed about going to Urban Vapors. Its never a long wait to get help and the recommendations on products are almost always good. The price can be a little high but they almost always have a sale in something, they have a point reward system, and have an auto text feature to let you know if theres a special sale going on. I would highly recommend.

Urban vapors is very nice inside. Its clean and modern rustic. Its a very welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in. The staff is the best part, they try their absolute best to make sure you are taken care of. Ive gone in 5 times already and each time Ive gone in no matter who the store associate was they still made sure I was completely happy.

Friendly service, but theres been a few occasions when a certain man and woman are working together they look like theyre high. Cant keep a train of thought and all around air headed. Weird vibes when I come in and see them. Im stating what I saw, on multiple occasions. Im sure Im not the only person whos seen or felt the same way. Both employees looked to be in good health and alert. But they were all over the place and I was confused the whole time trying to find out why they were acting so weird.

Amazing customer service every time I go there which is about twice a month. I have bought from about every vape store from cottage grove to Salem and Urban Vapors has my loyalty forever. The entire staff is top notch.

Love the atmosphere and the extensive selection. But other then 3 specific employees, the people who work here like to talk down to you like they are better then you some how. Specifically a heavier set man with short dark hair. I had a very direct question about a certain coil that I have purchased from them before, he cut me off multiple times and didn’t give me more then a second to talk before shutting me down. Sucks cause if handled differently I would have bought a full pack of the coils if it would have been added to the next order.

Prices are a lot higher than other places. Even with the sales tax. Staff wasnt the friendliest or knowledgeable. Looks nice on the inside but thats about all they have going for them. Not bad if youre in a pinch. Would recommend others thoe.

The staff here is awesome. Went in with my own mod box and tank. They went out of there way to help me. Showed me how to prime and install new coils. Settings. And took as long as I needed to choose a new juice. Would highly recommend this shop if you need anything.

Theyre really nice people. Very helpful, very customer-oriented.My first visit i was looking to quit smoking. the guy was patient and compassionate.Later, I had to return a faulty vape pen under warranty and the girl working was awesome as well. They only wanted me to leave happy.

I cannot emphasize on how awesome this business is! Whenever I have had a problem or needed some help with my vape pen or juice theyre there to help me out! They have gotten me off my old habits of sticking to one flavor of juice and trying other ones with great success. Beautiful storefront with awesome devices and a wide variety of juices. Really appreciated employee Matts knowledgeable and speedy service, on my second visit, Oliver assisted me in finding a replacement coil for my sub tank, I was pleasantly surprised with how he was able to help me quickly when there was quite a few customers in the store.

Okay.... A few days ago I wrote a two or three star review based on the type of customer service I received. I was responded to by one of the owners in an extremely timely and friendly/welcoming fashion. (which might I say is worth this five star review alone) Not only was I responded to on my last review but, also with a phone call. I will give her a quick shout out here... Thank you Annie and the rest of the owners/staff that felt concern for what I had to say! You care about the integrity of your business and thats something I can dearly appreciate. The owners of this company went well beyond what I would ever expect in the way of making things right with me. (which I wont specify because I wouldnt want to raise others expectations that arent being pure of moral or heart). Now onto the rest of my review... I did say that I would go back and today I did. What a world of difference in the type of customer service I received! The two lovely gentlemen that helped me today were amazing. Not only were they friendly and welcoming but they both also shared the same patience and customer service that is to be desired in every business I visit. Hard to find these days and I will tell you that Urban has a couple gems working for them today. Anyways... They helped me figure out what I would like to try now and in the future. They were great about being dedicated to helping me find exactly what I needed and wanted. All in all today was a great day at Urban Vapors and I hope my visits in the future are as good or close to as good as it was today. Great job guys and thank you for everything. :)

Excellent shop. Staff are always open to help and assist. From juices to tanks to mods to batteries. They have you covered.I even had a bad Humvie 215w, called them for what to do with warranty, they helped a lot. Was back to vaping in no time. And this is what I use to avoid cigarettes.5 stars due to selection, staff, and pricing.

Great vape shop great employees always friendly always very helpful definitely not pushy. Always have a wonderful experience here. Their prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because they open at 11am. Which is in my opinion too late to open a store. Id give 5 stars if they opened at 10am. When youre out of juice or have burnt coils that extra hour makes a difference trust me. Other than that amazing shop.

I’ve only been here about five times in the last six months. I don’t come very often. But when I do the boys always get me hooked up. Usually it’s only juice but this time I came from my first bigger sized mod to replace my old smaller broken one. My man all of her got me really hooked up today. I highly recommend him. And most of everybody else there as well. But my experience with Oliver was amazing as a first in-store purchase of a big mod. He broke it down and explain how it’s going to work with what coils and why the coils are going to work with this mod. I mean what type honestly. I told him I was new he said there’s no big deal there’s always room to learn, And broke everything down for me and even asked if he needed to set it up for me just to show me kind of how it worked. It was pretty simple but yes it was good to know that a professional had it set up just in case there’s one tiny detail. Again I’m new to this. But hell yeah that guy really did his job of breaking down every detail not wasting any time making sure I got hooked up and sit out the door with everything I needed for a complete mod.10/10 if you’re new to the whole mod or upgrading thing these boys will break it down for you to better understand what you’re getting or getting into.

Best selection of e juice Ive been able to find. Product is kept well stocked so you rarely have to go without your favorite flavor. Super friendly staff and they keep improving. More for less and always great new flavors coming out regularly. I love this place and theyve earned it.

Theyre fantastic! My go to spot since I was 18 and started vaping. I havent found a better shop than this one, and I dont think I will. Theyre selection is great on both juices and mods, theyre all very friendly knowledgable people, and its a cool atmosphere inside. You know... Ive been in this store multiple times and have had great experiences with the staff. I went in today and I knew exactly what I wanted... I went to the bar and the staff behind it is a bigger guy wearing a hat maybe he was blonde i dont know but, from the second I walked in there he acted like I was nothing but annoying to him and we hadnt even spoken yet. I asked him if they had my favorite flavor and he proceeded to look at me like I was an idiot. He basically argued with me in a calm way about the flavor and its proper new name (that I didnt know had changed) and how I must be wrong about the other flavor I thought that brand made. (turns out I was wrong which I have no problem admitting) Anyways I tried to be upbeat with him thinking that maybe he was just having a bad day and the attitude like I was nothing to him continued. I still smiled, bought my product and left without incident. I love this store and the selection of product it carries. Usually I really like the staff as well. I have been in sales and customer service nearly my whole adult life and I can tell you that this staff member is only going to drive people away with his negativity. Nobody wants to deal with somebody that acts like your annoying before you even speak to them. Hes actually kind of lucky that I didnt walk out with nothing. Note to the store owners... I will come back and maybe I will give a better review next time but you catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar (as my mom would say). Oh and just a last thought... I was going to buy something else until that happened, plus none of the other staff asked me if I needed assistance even though I was staring into one case right in front of two of them. I know my money may not be enough to care about because its not going to break your bank but word of mouth and returning customers are important things to keep your business what you would like it to be.

Nestled in a suitably busy intersection within the sprawling neighborhoods, this is many Eugenians go-to vape store. Its look is modern, and the inside has lots of negative space ironically giving lots of breathing room.The bartenders... Vaptenders? Juiclier? Have been incredibly generous with their time, patience, and product every time Ive gone. Their selection of juices seems well curated, whatever olfactory pleasure you seek.The price range swings reasonably wide, and they sell some of the most comfortable hoodies Ive ever worn.

Urban Vapors is the only vape shop I go to in Eugene. Every time I have gone there, the people working there have been so friendly and helpful. I know little about the differences between mods and flavors and they have been able to explain things very simply for me. Theyve also done really well with keeping up with COVID-19 guidelines.

I went into Urban Vapors on a Sunday not realizing they opened later in the day. But a lovely girl (manager maybe?) let me in & let me order some liquid & coils BEFORE their open hours, DURING A TEAM MEETING. I cant give her enough praise and want to thank her for her stellar example of what good customer service looks like.

From start to finish I could tell that this shop was going to be amazing. The Urban Vapors family really knows how to pull you in. From their sleek and luxiorious shop, to the people they call employees. Great all the way around, top shelf juice and top shelf personalities is all youre gonna find at Urban Vapors.

These people are AMAZING!!! Their customer service is the best in the Eugene/Springfield area! I have tried many other vape shops in the past, and Urban Vapors is by far the best! They have the best variety of juices, coils, mods, and accessories for every type of vape out there. But more than their inventory, their staff is their greatest asset! I have never come across a better “crew”. They are always aware of what is available in their shop as well as their other shop, they know what new products are coming out soon, and what you are looking for in each specific circumstance!

Best shop I have ever been to! I had just cam from Portland to Eugene and when Im getting out of the car I drop my mod and the tank breaks. So I came into urban vapors right before close and they set me up with a coil art mage build and even threw on some juice until I got home! Top notch service and high quality products. My last visit was great. I bought a new device and some ejuice ive never tried before. The customer service was great. The knowledge of the people that work there is always impressive to me. I well always buy from Urban Vapors before I go to any other store and Urban is 24 miles away and the closest store to me is 12.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, they didnt carry what we were looking for. The prices seemed to be high until we checked out the stores nearby. The store is clean and has good space with furniture to talk and relax in. Decent selection of ejuice, staff could be way better, in my personal experience the guy acted as if helping us select a single bottle of juice was a difficult task for him, like he had something better to do but when we walked in he was on his personal phone chatting away with a friend I assume. Like us giving him business was a negative thing.

The staff are well versed in any vaping needs you might have. Recently had to switch mods due to an overheating issue and one of the managers took their time to tear my mod apart to see if it was just a part that I needed versus getting a whole new set up. Lots of selection, I went in with a question and next thing I know Im seated at the bar smelling multiple scents off a qtip... not a place I recommend for a quick stop for some juice or other essentials, there are far better spots for that.

Went into the shop and brought along an abstract bottle of juice from Virginia. The goal was to get a juice like it. The vape... tender?... was able to get me a juice that was pretty dang close just from trying a little bit. These guys seem to know exactly what they are doing! Highly recommend this shop.

Not super happy. The first guy that helped us was super cool and let us choose what we wanted and let us look at drip tips and stuff. The second guy said he was sick, was helping us build a coil set up but didnt tell us what he was building (coil diameter, cotton, how many wraps, what could he was going for, etc.) until we went to tell him what we were looking for and he just told us what he was going to do. He didnt give us a choice in what coils we got or ask us if we were going for flavour or clouds. Not impressed. Id rather go to my vape shops at home in SLC, Utah before going on a trip.

Sadly, times have changed, and while we cant belly up and test flavors all afternoon, it is still a place that feels as inviting as your favorite bar or coffee shop.Urban Vapors carries a wide assortment of the latest vaping hardware and bling, and an extensive collection of hand-curated, juices, salts and now CBD ejuice. In addition to that, what really rockets them far above everyone else, is the amazing staff working there.Coming from the Customer Service Industry, I always notice when service is exceptional and sincere. The guys and gals at Urban Vapors are fantastic. They will build your coils, repair your mods, or turn you on to a flavor you never knew you would love, as if you are the most important thing going on in their day.With their rugged, PNW inspired vape bar and lounge, UV is also a great place to meet and hang out with other vape aficionados and friends.There are dozens of other vape stores in the area, and people have their favorites. Always considerate of anothers time in the workplace, I quickly asked if he could answer a quick question for me. His answer was not really, no... I replied oh ... okay, well thank you anyway. He replied in a friendly voice, You bet ... have a good rest of your day! I replied congenially, Thanks, Ill find another shop that can help me. Sooo ... okay I get it ... I shouldve just asked the quick question right off instead of wasting the 5 seconds to ask if he could answer my quick question lol. Follow me now ... really, I am making a good point. If he was too busy at that very moment, he couldve asked me to hold for a few, or asked me to call back at a different time. But ... the dude blew me off. My first impression of Urban Vapors? Not at all interested in having me as a new customer. And I wont be their customer, ever. First impressions are everything in business. You guys had one shot and 15 seconds to make me feel even the slightest bit important as a customer ... you failed miserably. I am not upset in the least ... but I am terribly disappointed. And why such a lengthy and detailed review? Because I would like the owners to know that they lost about $100 a month from a potential loyal customer who would have spread the good news about Urban Vapors. What happens now is I will be telling others, when the topic comes up, of being blown off by the guy on the phone who talked so fast I could barely understand him. This isnt out of malice or trying to keep people away, it is just how customer service works. Im a humble guy and realize Im not that important in the big scheme of things, and my $100 a months isnt gonna break you guys lol ... but I am a business owner and deal with the public all day long. From years of experience and attending countless customer service seminars, I know that one bad experience for a customer will be told to others by that customer at least 17 times. She asked questions about what I wanted from the vaping experience, listened to my input, and helped me make choices based, not on what she wanted to sell me, but on what would best suit my personal needs... and in this case, my patronage is based on need. Due to my history as a smoker, I have lost some of the vision in my left eye, and my cholesterol is at life-threatening levels. As such, I have now quit smoking. The system that this lovely person recommended to me, the Aspire Breeze, and the particular fluid which I purchased have absolutely prevented me from having even a single craving for a cigarette. Please understand that if it werent for the informed and well-considered advice that I received, I believe that this would not be the case. I am not new to vaping, but Ive little doubt that without good and knowledgeable information, I likely would have chosen the wrong product and would now be very uncomfortably wrapped in withdrawal and doubt. To be absolutely clear, due to the assistance of the associates at Urban Vapors, I have been able to comfortably make some lifestyle changes which already have resulted in improved vision, lowered cholesterol, decreased blood pressure, decreased intraocular pressure (from 21 to 8), decreased heart rate, improved sense of smell and taste (the burrito I had for lunch yesterday was literally a mind-blowing experience), and improved clarity of thought. It is not my wont to rave, but I sincerely feel that this is rave-worthy. I have postponed smoking cessation for many years due to my history of failed attempts and reluctance to face the discomfort. There is absolutely no discomfort. I have no withdrawal and no cravings. I realize that I could have gotten this product at virtually any provider of vaping devices, but when one receives careful, informed, considerate, and interested care, one receives much more value than simply a transaction at a sales counter. I will not price shop for alternatives. I will not consider more convenient locations. I will simply continue to provide Urban Vapors with my patronage. If anyone reads this who is considering switching from smoking to vaping, please consider my recommendation carefully. My life, in six days, has changed dramatically for the better, and although Urban Vapors did not cause this change, they were absolutely instrumental in helping me make the right choices for facilitating it. I am more than grateful.

Really helpful employees. I havent had a Marlboro cigarette since the minute I walked in 3 weeks ago and bought my Vape Mod and I couldnt have done that without help and information on how vaping works.
