I called to ask if they carry delta eight products and the person answer the phone replied “Why?“Like because I want to purchase some? Is that not obvious?If you’re selling something that is perfectly legal, why are you acting so weird and shady about it?“Why?” that’s a good one. Next time someone at my job asked me for help I’m going to ask them “Why?” 😂

Dont bring your money here. Theyre selling faulty devices and no refunds or trades. ZERO out of TEN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Customer service is bad as gas station service. NO HELP

The past two months that Ive gone in there I have had better experience with the employee being more professional, knowledgeable, courteous and presentable. The pic is what I got this past visit. Their signature brand Vapor Lock is always good. My only dislike is the container not listing a flavor. Instead they are only color coded. I got blue and red....?? The red is kinda berry flavored and the blue is kind of a sweet citrus with deep tones (juicy fruit gum kinda)? Like I said, labeling is not user friendly. They also do not have a menu/listing of all or even some of the flavors and brands offered. That is the very worst part! Id buy more stuff if I could read the labels or if there was some sort of menu. Their loss. As is you gotta play 20 questions with the guy just to consider buying. Such as asking about a flavor, what nic levels available, what is the vg level, what sizes, how much is cost. Their wall is lined with different labeled and colored liquids. Its time consuming and frustrating to find new stuff so I usually stick with what I know and only play 20 questions once until I find another to try like the strawberry bubblegum in pic.

I just want to say I completely got the wrong idea about Cool breeze from my first experience at the shop on Washington complete difference I bought a product that stopped working after two weeks at the Washington location and they did nothing about it theyre extremely rude wasted a bunch of my time. After going back and forth with the manufacturer of the product the manufacturer suggested that I take the product back to the location I bought it from. So I called the location on 1st avenue and to my surprise they accommodated all of my went out of their way to make sure that I was happy 😁 very well-mannered and I actually feel bad that I did not get the mans name that helps me out because I would mention his name here in this review

Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I go there weekly and when they see me come in, they always get what I need together and ready for me. Never had a bad experience there!!!

Its a great store but dont carry ANY tobacco flavored disposable vapes. Only fruit etc. 5 stars if they carried a product for recently quit smoking cigs.

Good, knowledgable staff to talk to and learn a few things from, especially if youre new to this stuff and need good advice. The staff members really know their stuff, and with multiple locations, you can have access to your favorite flavors anywhere. Been using Vapor Lock for 4 years now, I believe. Best flavor hands down. Wish they would come to Newburgh though!

The gentleman inside was RUDE. I was the only person in the store yet he refused to answer any of my questions. After a few minutes of him acting like I was a bother to him I asked him if I needed to leave and go somewhere else to spend my money because he sure wasnt helping me at ALL! He decided to answer my questions but sure had a nasty attitude. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!

Service is great! Selection good! Prices are extremely high as most e-juice is double or triple the price as other places and online.

Unfortunately this shop has what I like. The service on first Ave is horrible. Employee didnt say two words to me other than my total and every experience from the First Ave store is like this. Its like they hate their job which makes for an unpleasant experience for customers.

I came to this store because my smok ecig broke, they talked to me about the different devices. I decided to buy a smok Nord. They said it was a great little device and battery life is pretty good. Well since it was first filled by the guy in the store it has not stopped leaking. I called on day 2 to ask if it could be exchanged. The store told me no. They refuse to do any returns, that I need to talk to the manufacturer. I didnt buy this pos from the manufacturer, I bought it from cool breeze on first Ave. But now I will have to purchase another device, not from cool breeze! And wait on the manufacturer to figure out how to reimburse me. This place is a joke!!

Way overpriced. You can get anything similar in flavor online for less than half price they charge. Would not recommend coming here ever.

Good selection of mods, staff is polite and helpful however their selection of salt nic leaves much to be desired and its way overpriced, especially for being prepared in house.
