Love their selection of disposable vapes, and the prices are fair. But damn man, I always get there on Sunday mornings at 10:00 and they are never ever open on time. It’s 10:05 now and I’m sitting here waiting again, every single Sunday is like this. You guys start showing up on time I’ll change to a 5 star

I recently visited GoGo Smoke shop expecting a friendly and helpful experience, but unfortunately, thats not what I got. The staff seemed uninterested and uninformed about their products. When I asked for recommendations, they barely acknowledged me and didnt offer any helpful advice.The lack of knowledge, unhelpful attitude, and unwillingness to at least pretend they want my business left a sour taste in my mouth. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, and GoGo Smoke shop fell short. Until they improve their customer service, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

False Promise from Employee - No Return Honored at GoGo Smoke ShopRating: 1/5Im extremely disappointed with my recent experience at GoGo Smoke Shop. An employee assured me that I could return an item if it didnt fit my needs, but when I tried to return it, they refused! The employees promise was essentially worthless.The item was purchased in good faith, relying on the employees assurance, but the store refused to stand behind their employees word. This lack of accountability and inconsistent policy enforcement is unacceptable. I was left feeling misled and disrespected.Until GoGo Smoke Shop takes responsibility for their employees actions and honors their promises, Ill be taking my business (and my trust) elsewhere. Buyer beware!

Unfriendly and Unhelpful - GoGo Smoke Shop FailedThe staff at GoGo Smoke Shop were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance, they seemed put off and uninterested. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. I wont be returning.Would rate 0 stars if it was an option

This shop is convenient for me as it’s close to my work, but I’ve been coming in more and more due to their pricing and service. Their employees are kind, patient and helpful. They usually have deals going on and sometime they throw something in for free. It’s just a friendly convenient experience and worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Really good service! They are so friendly and really helpful with picking vapes and flavors. They also have really good customer service and will help you if a product is faulty. Also offer good deals when you buy multiples. Its the only smoke shop I go to.

Ive been a regular here for a year now and after today i wont be coming back.. If something is marked on the shelf then the customer has the right to buy it at that price right? Nope not here! Be wary of surprise price spices and a stoned, very rude clerk saying he is going to charge me full price FOR THIER MISTAKE. I hope the owners see this and know that the story customer service has gone downhill.

Whoever does hiring here does a GREAT job- every employee is so helpful!! Even if they dont have what youre looking for they can often give you an idea for an alternative product- then even if you buy it & that product doesnt work for you, they got your back. Couldnt ask for better customer service.Edit: Kelvin and Richard are the nicest, most professional, friendliest attendants ever.This store deserves more than 5 stars honestly.They never cease to amaze me with how far they go to keep their customers happy.

Absolutely love the employees here this place has always had a great vibe & very helpful. Always going the extra mile and taking the extra time to explain something or help you you know find a solution to maybe your Vape issue or whatever the case may be. hands down one of the best shop for your vaping needs.

I am new to the Everett area but I do purchase my cigarettes at this smoke shop. The Manager Kelvin is one of the kindest people I’ve met along with his coworker Riley. Both are excellent in customer service and I appreciate them because when I go in there they recognize not only me but also what I am there to purchase. I certainly appreciate the customer service because of my age and they’re younger there’s nothing I can ask or they will answer the questions with confidence and knowledge! This was my gogo to store (see what I did there?) When I smoked tobacco, and is still my gogo to store (😆) for my cannaproducts.The employees are always helpful and put up with my socially awkward jokes! 😚 Ive loved this store for over 5 years. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

The employees here are always so kind and friendly, ive been coming here for over 3 years now and theyve always been so amazing and i refuse to go to any other smoke shop unless theyre closed 🤣 they also always have a nice selections of a lot of different goods!

I cant believe the rude and immature nature of the guy who works in the morning. But the young gentleman who works evenings that wears glasses makes up for his lack of kindness and is very professional. I will continue to shop there only in the evening.

Super helpful that they have Lookah products in store so I dont have to waste money with online shipping.The younger clerk is always friendly, helpful and adds good suggestions. The older male clerk tends to be grumpy with female customers from what Ive seen & experienced.

I like this smoke shop I have a few of my favorites and this is one of them there prices are good they have a wide variety of cigarettes and vape products and other related items to smoking its also a little convenience store, if your in this area check them out also the guys and gal that work l here are very friendly and very helpful, Great job everyone.

A young man, who I’m told is the manager, provides very friendly service. I only buy a certain brand of tobacco products, and he keeps them in stock for me. Great place. 10/10

Well I dont go to this place when there is this one older guy working there. This one younger guy with glasses is alright and he is probably a family member of the owner but I gave this older guy a 100$ bill and told him to put the change in the pill bottle and he tried to rob me by replacing a 10$ with a 1$ bill. I came right back and he gave me the correct change without checking his tilt or any arguments. I asked him hey man do you own this place? He said oh no I just work here so I said thats what I thought because that will never happen with owners and he said something I wont forgive hey you tried to distract me So not only hes fully admitting to trying to rip me off, now he has the justifiable reasons why he tried to rip me off. I dont want to see this guy again.

The gentleman that helped me today on Wednesday October 16 was absolutely amazing and knew exactly what he was talking about. I will get my stuff from them from here on out. The kids looked about 27 . Really happy with their options and it looked like they had quite a lot of juice is available before the van . went in today because I had broken my glass. With the new band it seems like a lot of the places around dont have or carrying a lot of Vape stuff. Not only did they have the glass that I needed for my current tank but also he had glass that I needed for my spare tank in case I broke my normal tank.

Literally the best smoke shop I have ever been too, extremely friendly staff and they have a huge selection of cold drinks. They are doing it right!

Do not shop this company. Huge scam, what you see online is not what you get. They are using a bait and switch scam online. They will not return emails or phone calls. Check the better business bureau and call you bank.

Really great service here. The guy is really polite and honest. He has really good deals on vaperizors and juices. I definitely would go here if youre looking for a good place for a smoke shop.

This is a top-notch retailer for hookah stuff paraphernalia Vape stuff just been a really good place for me to shop somewhere close to my house but I definitely would drive out of my way... top-notch experience every time even when I returned a defective item,it went so smoothly...excellent excellent store highly recommended
