I have been totally spoiled! I used to let my hours build up and not use them but I got hooked when I got the facial and the massage in the same day. I felt like a queen! The next month I got a full body stretch and a massage. The place is beautiful and I feel SUPER ZEN every time I leave. I love my membership.

I WOULD NOT step foot in this store. As a 70 year old woman, I had the most horrific incident happen to me by the head manger. I will edit this review as the situation proceeds. Im actually seeing SEVERAL poor reviews for this location. Not a coincidence! BEWARE!!!!!

Everyone is friendly and the massages annd facials are terrific. I recommend Matt and Chris for deep tissue massages and Elena for facials.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the best facial of my life at Massage Luxe, and it was all thanks to the talented esthetician Sara. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. What truly set Saras facial apart was her ability to customize the treatment based on my skin type and concerns. I had the worst experience buy someone named Chloe I just wanted to book an appointment with a gift card? I wasnt comfortable giving my information over the phone why would they need a credit card? if I have a gift card? ( red flag ) I told her that was able to do it before with other gift cards at other locations and she said thats not protocol? Tf? Just a Lil sus yknow? Anyway she was persistent no thank you.. Ill go to other nicer locations.

Great massage! Clean facility, listened and followed up on my special request for scent-free.

My four-year-old daughter had to use the restroom she was crying they wouldn’t even let her what a horrible place they they discriminate against people if ethnicity.

This location is one of the worst customer service locations ever. There FDA Chloe was extremely rude over the phone. I was asking questions an trying to book an appointment an it seemed like she didnt know anything an was in a hurry.

August 4, 2023 I had a massage scheduled at 30985 Orchard Lake Farmington Hills, Michigan 48334 location and it was wonderful!!! The massage therapist I had was absolutely the BEST! Come to find out that was her first day. I told the receptionist that I want her down for my future massages. The receptionist said that her calendar wasnt available and that she would give me a call when it does. I received a call a week or so later advising her calendar was opened so we scheduled an appointment for September 8, 2023 at 9am. On September 8, 2023 I arrived at Massage Envy only to be told I did not have an appointment because it was cancelled. I said canceled by who??? I never canceled my appointment nor did I receive a phone call. This is totally unacceptable! I drove 40 minutes only to be turned away. I dont have time nor the gas to waste! The receptionist offered a facial which I declined. A facial is not acceptable.

The front desk staff was pretty nice however I received a facial and a massage. The facial was not thorough. It felt like a 6 year old was playing makeup on my skin and the massage felt like the she just rubbed lotion on on me. Are these licensed massage therapists? She talked the whole time so I couldnt relax. Im Glad it was a gift and I didnt pay for that!

Kate did an awesome job on my facial. I love all the products she used including the lip treatment. My face has felt so soft and moisturized for days. She did a great job with the extractions; they didn’t hurt, but she got the job done. I’ve had other estheticians use too much pressure during extractions, but Kate performed it with expertise. Also, all of her massage and application skills were so gentle and relaxing. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for a high quality, effective, and relaxing facial.

I’ve been going to Massage Envy in West Bloomfield for about a year. When I first started I just wanted a day of pampering but once I encountered Chris, I knew that this was something that I needed to do for myself indefinitely. Because of his kindness and his skill I decided to get a membership. Chris is always so kind and he remembers the details of the times you spend with him. He remembers the type of heat I like, and that I love firm pressure. It’s always a great experience with Chris. I love Chris so much that he’s the only one that I schedule with. Overall my experience at ME West Bloomfield is great from th front desk, to the environment. It all gets 5 stars from me!

Chelsea has been my massage therapist for a number of years. She knows her clients, knows when to talk and when we need quiet time. Her massages are perfect. When I got there, I was pretty stressed. I actually fell asleep during my session. She is the best!

Seriously the best massage I ever had — I was sad it was over. Brianna perfectly balanced the massage with my requests on areas for her to focus on. If she offered private home services, I would hire her immediately. She was extremely kind and made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable.

Always a wonderful massage with Matt. Listens to my woes like a good friend, and gives a relaxing massage with firm pressure. Always right on time. Been going here for years, once a month. All of the massage therapists are excellent. If you are stressed or work out a lot, you owe it to yourself and your loved ones to get a massage. I convinced my doubtful husband, and now he goes regularly, too. The prices are excellent and the quality of the massages are better than those I have had at luxury spas. Also, the convenient location and easy parking.

Started seeing Matt again after the other therapists I was seeing left. Always a great massage and really listens to what areas I need addressed. Uses best techniques to resolve pain and tension issues.Ben at the front desk is always pleasant and professional. Helpful in making or changing appointments and providing information about other services.Amanda always willing to donate package to our Michigan Animal Rescue League’s annual charity fund-raiser

I had a 5-star massage! My masseuse, Krzysztof was AMAZING! I’ve had a lot of massages, but his by far was the best! He got knots out of spots that no one usually does. I would want to have him anytime I go now. Amazing job well done!

Very clean establishment. My first time although I travel to ME all over the country. Table was not warm when I got on it. No hot rag used to clean/sanitize my feet before starting on them. My therapist was Blake. She was very friendly and has wonderful hands. O would definitely go see her again.

I enjoy the professional experience I have with my massage therapist Chris. He is targeted and focused on my personalize wellness needs. He is committed to customer satisfaction. This was my first ever trip to Massage Envy. I was with Cheryl and she was AMAZING!!! Shes so knowledgeable and she showed me how little everyday things I was doing had big effects on my body Ive been trying to find the right massage therapist and/or company and Ive definitely found it. She helped me in a way no other massage therapist ever has before! If youre on the lookout for a good quality massage theres no place Id rather recommend!!! I truly believe that Massage Envy works for everyone, no matter what your issues may be, someone at Massage Envy can help you!

Poor communication and customer service when it comes to billing and account management. The massage therapists are great so this review is mostly on their business activities. I had a freeze put into place without any end date and suddenly received a charge to my card without notification. I spoke with someone at the front desk and they said there is nothing we could do that the end date was on my paper work - which I have no record of. I asked if a refund could be given since this was billed without notification and there was no option. I recommend dealing with one of the other massage envy locations because their management has better customer service.

Chelsea has been a wonderful massage therapist for me these past five years. She always asks and confirms what areas to address and makes good suggestions for additional techniques she can try to relieve stressors and pain points. I am moving out of State and hopeful I will find a massage therapist as attentive as Chelsea has been to me. Thank you Chelsea.

The West Bloomfield Massage Envy Clinic is always clean and fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Megan was very professional and attentive to my muscles needs. She helped to relieve back pain I have been experiencing by asking if there were any areas requiring particular attention, and then gearing the session around that.

I did not receive a full 60 minute massage, and Amanda is rude and unprofessional. Almost unfazed, and wanted me to be happy with what I got!All I wanted to do wastreat myself after taking care of my mom while on hospice and her passing. As well as treat myself to a nice birthday relaxation. Very disappointed with the poor quality of the front desk treatment, she didnt care. Not getting a 60 minute massage. I did like the cleanliness of the place, but she didnt sanitize the iPad between my sister and I. I really wanted to like this place and thought about a membership, after todays experience I am broken.

I have been coming to West Bloomfield Massage Envy monthly for over 2 years, and my husband is a member now as well! They have a fantastic team. Special shout-out to my two favorite massage therapists- Chelsea & Krysten!!

I have been going to Chelsea at West Bloomfield Massage Envy for quite awhile. She is always on time, easy to relax with as she knows when to talk and when to just let me drift off. Her pressure is perfect and she shows real concern and knowledge of her clients!

Recently went in for ANOTHER massage at this clinic and everything was fantastic! The front desk staff is very friendly and customer oriented... And very funny! Manager is extremely knowledgeable about products and services and helped educate me about the wellness plan and the most economical ways to save money and still feel great! All the therapist there are amazeeeballs, very professional, and all are very well educated so there are many choices for the type of massage that will best fit your needs. I 100% recommend this clinic!

Chelsea is my favorite!! She does such an awesome job and is so skilled at what she does. Getting massages from her makes my quality of life so much better. If you’re wondering who to book, definitely choose Chelsea!

I highly recommend Krzysztof. He is perfect for deepMassages. He always works on the area that is causing me so much trouble. He is always professional and explains the problem. He also provides advice to follow after the massage. A bug shout out to Paige and Amanda for their friendly and welcoming personalities. What a fabulous place.

After completing and signing paperwork on the ipad in store, I saw a confirmation page that said “krystal” would be my masseuse. I was totally expecting a woman and was at peace. However, it was a man. It completely threw me off and I was unable to fully relax and enjoy the massage because mentally I was just very uncomfortable. I really needed this prenatal massage but I just wasn’t able to have a good experience or request certain areas that needed attention due to my comfort level.Manager Amanda was nasty and stated several times that the consent form that I signed couldn’t be printed or emailed which is insane and unethical. A paying customer should be able to access forms signed to authorize consent. I requested regional manager info and will never go back to this location again. Massage was horrible as well as the experience. Following up was even worse.

Every visit, over the last 7 years, have been wonderful Matt is an awesome massage therapist and very knowledgeable. He explains what may be causing issues, trapping muscles, and gives tips on at home care in between appointments. This latest visit was due to an ongoing problem, and without complaint, Matt worked almost my entire session on the area that is causing me so much trouble. If he ever decides to leave, I’d be crushed. Lol

Ive had great experiences at this location except with the exception of Blake. Do not go to Blake! She was abrasive and abusive. She pushed my face down into the head rest as I complained that I could not breath do to a pulmonary issue from a fire. When I complained she pulled my hair forward and put a towel on top of my head making breathing even more difficult. She used her whole knuckles to rub my back and neck. It hurt so bad. I asked her repeatedly to go lighter and when she said this is the lightest I can go I had had enough. I jumped up and said were done here. The manager was very nice and Cristoff took over and gave me a great massage but, I would not recommend Blake to my worst enemy

The massage was great but my therapist was not vaccinated and did not wear a mask. Felt a little uncomfortable. These rooms are small and we are very close. Kept my mask on entire session. Will use a different therapist in the future.

Brianna did an excellent job. She was very thorough and helped relieve the stress from my muscles. I will definitely recommend Massage Envy and Brianna!!! Shes the BEST!!!!

Poor communication at its worst. I’d been coming for scheduled call in appts. Amongst my third visit, I was told that I should set up a profile that would allot discounts to my visits. I was basically strong armed into a membership, and was being charged monthly unaware. The male working never told me I was signing for a monthly membership for 60 plus dollars. That I was solely setting up an online profile. I was blatantly lied to in order to secure a membership. Something I would’ve never agreed to. I was scolded and told that it was my fault because I signed on regardless to falsified information received from the receptionist. They aggressively and excessively call in regards to billing, but fail to rectify issues. This was the worst experience and changed my outlook on massage envy as a whole. I will NEVER attend service for any Massage envy in the country, solely based on Amanda and her colleague.

Massage Envy is More Like Massage So-So-I am always looking for a reliable & fairly priced massage establishment...this is NOT that place. I have had massages around the world - from amateurs to high-end spas. This place ranks lower than most student massages that I have had at massage schools. The young massage therapist was very pleasant and agreeable - but extremely inexperienced and ineffective. She seemed to be just going through the motions rather than trying to offer any healing. I clearly and expressly booked a massage with someone who is trained in reflexology. This young girl had NO idea what parts of the feet corresponded to which parts of the body. When I asked her about this she said she studied it in school - but since she didnt use it very often she had forgotten it! She also had absolutely no idea or interest in how to do any deep tissue work aimed at healing anything. If you want a pleasant young girl to rub your body for 50 minutes this may be your place. If you want a massage therapist who actually knows how to (and is interested in) HEALING you - I would NOT recommend this establishment! Needless to say I did NOT sign their contract for monthly services.

When I called to set up my appointment I confirmed that I can use my membership credit. Then to find out AFTER my massage that it expired without any notice when I called and confirmed that I can use my credit. The manager demanded $100 or else they will pursue legal action. There was no consideration of the fact that their employee confirmed with me over the phone that I can still use my credit and no warning of having to pay anything. When I explained this to the manager after, she threatened to take legal action if I didn’t pay even though this was a mistake on their end. I will never be returning here again and will make sure none of my family or friends do either.

Do not lock yourself in their silly contract and if you can refrain from coming here please do. Paige has horrible customer service skills. She’s snotty and handles customers with absolutely no empathy. They don’t care!I tried Lavida in Livonia and they were awesome! Customer service was great and the therapists was great too! Also, their membership is cheaper and they don’t lock you into it!

I have requested a refund from Massage Envy since July 2020 for services that I am unable to use due to my acute underlying illness and the risk associated with contracting COVID-19 by visiting public spaces. I have made innumerable phone calls and sent several emails to Massage Envy corporate headquarters, but Massage Envy corporate has refused to respond directly to me. Instead, client services sent an email to a fictitious email-forwarded to my correct email address after many calls to Massage Envy West Bloomfield- stating that they would cancel my membership and allow me until the end of December to use my 20 visits! This is useless! Extending the window for me to use unusable visits when the risk has not changed is a joke! Massage Envy is invested in pocketing and stealing money instead of serving clients. I would advise against anyone signing up for a monthly membership. Massage Envy will do everything it can to avoid refunding your money. Massage Envy engages in unethical business practices and the public should be made aware before spending hard-earned money there. If I could give 0 stars due to this experience, I would. Massage Envy is a terrible business!!!!

I had decided to do a monthly membership for 6 months and was told the enrollment fee would be waived. I was also informed that I could end the membership at any time or resume services at any time with no additional fees. I came in for my first massage and was handed a contract that not only said I was being charged an enrollment fee, but also detailed very specific stipulations on cancelling/resuming service. Because they would not honor what I was told by another employee, I said I would just do the regular massage and not do a membership. She then told me that she wouldnt cancel the transaction and aside from paying full price, my massage would be cut short because of the time all of this took. I decided to just leave and will be contacting Visa to cancel the transaction. HORRIBLE customer service. Will never be going back.

Relaxing and safe experience. I told the front desk what I was looking for in a masseuse and they paired me with the perfect person. Chelsea is thorough, attentive, and adaptable to my needs each session.

Had the most amazing massage with Chris, He was fantastic in targeting each muscle I asked for! and had excellent pressure. Definitely someone I will be coming back too.

Be very careful of their contract and the front desk at this location. I have their monthly contract and called their front desk with my card information. They proceeded to charge my card 3 weeks early with an unauthorized $60 charge causing an ovetdraft fee on my checking account. The said they would credit my account and I am still having to contact them as the charge was never reversed after they claimed to to do it.The front desk is always snippy and acts like theyare doing you a favor. Every other location i have gone to is better than this one. So sorry i joined thru themHave had nothing but errors with their front desk. RUN. RUN, RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

Had a great massage from Kendall. He was professional and friendly. He really new how to balance strength with relaxation. Would highly recommend him if you are looking for a great experience.

This is what I post on FacebookI just called to cancel the appointment for 90 mins massage for my husband at Massage Envy in West Bloomfield location. The appointment is couple hours away, but he has an emergency case that he has to take care. I know that they have a cancellation policy, but I have to call and let them know his situation and hope a bit that they understand and allow us to do a makeup appointment.However thing is apposite, a woman named Paige answered the phone. With no sympathy with the situation, she said we are going to charge you 50% of the total price and I need to let you know that. Thank you and good bye.I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO MASSAGE ENVY AGAIN!!

My therapist is Matt who is amazing. He was so helpful after my Shoulder surgery and i am sure i wouldn’t be as far along as i am without him!

I absolutely enjoy Chelsea she is easy to talk to very friendly very respectful always thinking of her clients great conversations I have talked about her to many people and they all want a massage from her shes the best and I recommend her to everyone I know.

I came here for my birthday but the staff didnt seem to care. I showed up early and waited and waited and was the last to be taken back, after the time I was supposed to start. Then I was supposed to get add ons but my therapist didnt know it. He talked the whole time while I was trying to relax. The actual massage part was good but that was it. Then when you come out of there with your massage coma they push to sell you a membership. Im not going back.

Cheryl is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. She also has a very fun positive personality. I highly recommend her. I’ve Never had a bad experience!

I felt the receptionist was fine, little slow responding but overall okay. The massage started out fine first 15 min then there was no flow..went from my back to head then arms legs I passed she wasnt firm enough asked for medium but she was lite, feet message was poor, back massage was okay, head massage was poor didnt massage my temples very disappointed not interested in coming back.

Kristoff is awesome. I had one massage by him on my birthday in March and have been going every month every since.

I highly recommend Chelsea at the WB location! She made me feel very comfortable and provided a very relaxing back massage. She is very professional and knowledgeable. You won’t regret it!

I am happy with the massage therapist & know that they are vaccinated. I was surprised to learn the therapists & staff aren’t required to be vaccinated. I imagine many clients have medical issues and may be immunocompromised.

Great customer service and care.

I have been going to Massage Envy since they first opened in Rochester, MI and have had a positive experience for the most part (esp with Rochester and Northville). However, my experience with WB isnt always the same... I have had a few terrible massages in the past - where I felt more stressed leaving than going on. However, the worst was yesterday, when I called to cancel my appointment because my neighborhood still had 16 of un-plowed snow on the roads. The receptionist shot back with a snotty remark of Well, your therapist made it in today, so whats your excuse?! WOW! REALLY!? Not everyone lives in high-traveled, well-plowed neighborhood. If it werent for the million banked massages that I have to use before cancelling my membership, I would not longer be a member after that remark.

Ive been patronizing this establishment for over 6+ months. Hands down they have some of the best massage therapists. Blake is my overall favorite. 😁

Patti did a wonderful job on my 90 minute relaxation massage.Please double check your style of massage whenever they call to confirm your appointment or if there is a change in your appointment which they call you about.

Location takes safety protocols seriously. Very friendly front desk. Cheryl is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and works with me to address issues and provides advice to follow after the massage.

Cheryl is not just a a massage therapist. She is personable and makes every effort to help not only provide relief but solutions to helpful tips for your body inbetween appointments. 10/10.

I’ve had better massages. Customer service was good at the front desk. Post spa experience, was not offered water. Masseuse was on to the next client, didn’t close out the communication.

Matt pays close attention to areas that are very tight and need extra attention. He finds all the trigger points that are causing me issues and works them out carefully. He is amazing.

They pushed me into a contract saying that I could use my HSA card to pay for it. Well when I talked to my HR rep about it they said that it can only be used with a prescription for massages. This place never told me that. I tried to cancel explaining that the only reason I signed up was because I thought I could use my HSA card. Furthermore, my job ended a couple months later. They wouldnt let me cancel and said too bad. A person doesnt have the money to pay for the service, but you can only cancel with a doctors note or if you move. This is the worst place to deal with! Dont sign up for the membership it is a total scam.

What I love the most about Massage Envy is consistency. I know Im going to walk out of there after a session with Chris feeling better, every single time!

Ive been a member of Massage Envy for a while. Ive spent a lot of time and money being worked on by several of their therapists. I think Pat is one of the best Ive had.

My monthly massages with Brianna are not negotiable in my schedule - her technique is incredible! I leave feeling like a new woman!

The administration part of massage envy is terrible at the beginning I was receiving text messages for time and date of my massage as I get closer to the end of my contract that stopped and it was told that I deleted it I will never go to this place again.

Message Envy in West Bloomfield is a wonderful business. The staff are always friendly and kind. The facials are amazing.

I never made it to the appointment. My appointment kept getting rescheduled until I could no longer keep it a surprise from my guy so I canceled. Never will I ever book at this location again.

Chris made me feel comfortable, and gave the firm massage that I wanted. Left feeling so much better.

I was scheduled for a 445 appointment the misuse did not come get me until 5:05 asked me to undress didnt return to room until 5:15 the massage is only for 60min all she did was rub my back and feet this was a horrible experience the receptionist there were two at the desk was rude I brought a guest with me which I transfer my services too and they could not figure how to cash it out had to call my home store in palm springs California to explain the service was transfered I will continue to visit the Northville location I really need a credit back to my account I feel worst now massage are to relying not stress you out.
