Audrey I think her name was went above and beyond my expectations. I literally want to find this store close to where I live (another location) just because of amazing she was. I was able to exchange a juice that I did not like and Iv never been able to do that at any vape shop! I just have never had customer service as amazing as Audrey provided. It’s not just because of the being able to exchange juice it’s because how nice and sweet she was she didn’t rush me and actually made suggestions just overall very very nice! Thank u so much Audrey ur the best!Thank you so much.

I have been to so many other vape stores which had employees that had no idea what they were talking about! This is not that kind of store. There are a few that could use a little more training but overall you should be in good hands. Quality merchandise as well.

After being a loyal rewards customer for several years I wont be back to patronize with this establishment. After the purchase of a vape pen that didnt last me one week. I was told they were not willing to replace item due to not being able to confirm if its was dropped or not. The actual stem came apart from the base in one week. Even if it was dropped(which it wasnt) it should not have come apart the way it did. I Wont be returning to do business and I would advise you to do the same. If youre going to have a Sub-standard, at least be willing to exemplify quality service.

Bought a vape about 8 months ago that finally bit the dust. Came in today to get the same type but you dont sell them anymore which is fine! But when I bought the new vape TOTAL SHOCK! I had a credit on account which I either forgot about or just came with my previous purchase. Made my new purchase that much more!Thank you atl vape! Awesome place and knowledgeable staff!

Amazing customer service!! The three guys that Ive talked to the couple times Ive been in know there stuff and are really helpful. I highly recommend them to new and veteran vapers!!

Really dug these cats knowledge of vapes!! Jeremy and Marty were super informative, kind, and courteous. They listened patiently and took the time to answer all my many questions, and had a smile on their faces the entire time! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the vaping community!!

A little pricey but helpful, friendly and ultimately the best choice in the area for knowledgeable reliable service. They always take the time to answer questions and truly care about the customers. No high pressure sales techniques at this place.

Always love coming to this vape shop! They have a wide range of products and the staff is always really helpful and personable. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that they take care of their customers! I would highly recommend.

The staff were very nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable and guided me when I first started vaping. They have a good selection of vaping products for beginners to pros. Their prices are reasonable and cheaper than a couple other places Ive been. They dont try to force products on you, they just try to help you learn what you might be interested in. They dont make their own flavors right in front of you. Atlanta Vapor flavors/strengths are pre-bottled and sealed. I highly recommend Atlanta Vapor Fayetteville.

Whitney is a very nice girl but she did not tell me the truth on a purchase and that is something that burns me to no end ..I will have to see about returning everything I bought online.. cant do business with a company that is dishonest...there are to many vape shops wanting peoples business to have to put up with something like that ... for the most part it is a good place just dont like the way I was done is all ...online order was great shipping was fast ... the purchase I made in store is where the issue came in

I happened to walk in there store today and I was amazed with smiles and welcoming faces from the employees. Wide selection to fit all ur needs. I will definitely return back to do further business. Thank you guys

Good experience sometimes. Alot of new faces which makes it hard to shop unless your a novice vaper. There prices are alot higher than most. Always $10 to $50 more than everyone else. But its the closest shop to me. I try to go elsewhere but Im a platinum member now and I give them 3 stars because they have a good rewards program. There customer service was the best. Thats how I got to platinum status, but now all the new employees really dont have any knowledge of anything. Anywhere in the shop. It took one guy 20 minutes to try and find a smok baby beast coil. My wife had to eventually tell him where they were....which are located on the wall behind the cash register.

Ordered online for the first time and it came so quickly!! It was easy to order and track. Thank you for your fast service especially during this time. You guys always prove how much customers mean to you. Thank you!

Chill vibes from this store also a great hangout spot for vapers✌🏻 the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable in their products. Atlanta vapor has a point system for free all you do is tell them your name and for every $1 you spend you get 1 point and you can redeem your points for free merchandise its a win win

I switched from fire house vape to atl vape due to product. Atl vape has a full variety of juices. Great place and atmosphere. Good juices and service. The only thing that bothers me is there is always different people. Im in sometimes 2 to 3 times a week and its never the same people. Other then that best vape.

Went to this store giving it 2 stars because he gives good directions giving him 1 star because I had to go back 3 times because my 115$ mod kept popping liquid in my mouth and it burns your mouth when it does that its suppose to sizzle not pop I tried everything he said and it still popped went back to exchange it and he offered no exchange and definitely no refund he was rude about it. Also theres alot of vape stores I Dont & WontRecommend this one

First time in store. Was very clean, the manager that was working that morning was very helpful. I will most definitely go back.

Absolutely terrible staff. We were commented rudely at by the girl at the counter when exiting the shop. I do not recommend coming here. You are best off driving to Newnan for vapes gone wild for the staff and products.

Best shop I have been to in the area staff is very knowledgeable on product juice profile and hardware. If you shop here enough and sign up with rewards you can revive gift cards to the store.

Helpful friendly staff . I came in to get a smok x8 and was recommended a smok prince due to the employees own experience using both . Ended up getting the prince stick !
