I enjoy coming to this place to get my massage! Vanessa has a calming presence, voice, and a healing touch that leaves me feeling refreshed. I have fallen asleep due to how comfortable I felt and its an amazing feeling to wake up feeling so relaxed!I enjoy the BIPOC sliding scale price. Its nice to have this option as a BIPOC person since it feels like I am being acknowledged, considered, and taken care of.10 out of 10, I recommend.

Wow! Truly one of my most memorable massages. I booked a Thai massage for 2 hours and it was an incredible journey on the floor mat. Vanessa has a great energy and it felt like I could really trust her to let go. She gave a great mix of balancing hard pressure with soft, loose, and relaxed movements to have invigorating and relaxing aspects in the same session. Vanessa was able to intuitively find stuck areas in my body, even when I forgot to mention some areas in the intake. I would highly recommend Vanessa for her Thai bodywork.

Blue Skies is fantastic! I go prior to my chiropractic appointments and it helps my adjustments greatly. Very relaxing, therapeutic, and certainly good for my often very tight upper back, shoulders, and neck.

I got my first massage from Vanessa a few weeks ago. I appreciated that there was a quick survey before the appointment, asking things like preferred music, scent sensitivity and problem areas. The massage itself was so so so so so so good. It was just what I needed!! I felt like it was a pivotal moment and literally changed the trajectory of my life. Ive felt amazing since that massage and have been taking better care of myself outside of that appointment. I just had a second massage today with Vanessa, and am booking another one for a few weeks from now. Its become a must-have for me in my self-care journey!!

She was super-skilled as well at relieving back pain and just generally helping me feel better during pregnancy. I would 10/10 recommend Blue Skies. Their studio space is also lovely and its great to have Gracie and Lupe (four-footed fuzzy therapists) there too :)

Wow! One hour with Vanessa felt like two with most other therapists. She was also sweet with my first introduction to cupping at no additional cost. Plus, it was oddly comforting to have her sweet pup there hanging out. Thanks Vanessa.

Life altering Thai massage!Vanessa conducted a responsible intake and asked relevant questions before we started. Due to an atypical musculoskeletal condition, I typically have to do a fair amount of requesting specifically what I need during the massage in order for it to be effective.Not with Vanessa! She was AMAZING at finding the root sources of my muscle spasms!! And I learned a lot about myself from 2 massages!The first massage was a 60 minute Thai - which was relaxing, and Vanessa hit key areas very effectively.The second was a 2 hour Thai massage. *There arent really words do describe how impactful this was.* In two hours it was like I was given a new body. Multiple ranges of motion were vastly improved, and many painful spasms were relieved.I am now 3 weeks out, and I am still experiencing some of the benefits - thats unheard of!!Im not in Flagstaff, and my quest will be to find a Thai massage therapist in my area that can do even a fraction of what Vanessa was able to do.THANK YOU VANESSA!!!

I went to Vanessa after a friends recommendation and now am planning on using her as my main masseuse. She has a very calm vibe but can annihilate your muscles (Im sure she can do gentle massage too but if youre like me and want someones full body weight digging into your knots, Vanessa is the go-to). Bonus- she has two sleepy dogs that hang out in the corner and provide a nice homey feel. Definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic massage from Natalie. I was especially having neck issues and walked away feeling so much better. Natalie also volunteered excellent stretching techniques to help my neck in the future.
