I usually Groupon hop for massages because of affordability but after today I would only go here. I have been to many places and this was a great experience. The pressure was perfect, she took her time, I didnt feel like she was watching a clock. I truly felt like she felt what I needed and stayed there as long as it took. I will definitely be back.

We have visited many massage spas/establishments over the years. Song Spa, Florence, KY is by far the BEST!! They know what they are doing!!! They will ask during the massage if all is OK. Let them know if they need to apply more or less pressure or if it’s fine as is. Be honest with them they want you to have a good experience . They are very accommodating. So relaxing. Friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. Bring cash to avoid a credit card fee. Please Tip them well, they deserve it❣️

WHOA, JUDY!!! In traveling for work, Ive had massages in numerous states. Ive had less service in a 5 star, highly-touted joint. It was Very busy and while I was in my service, someone came in and requested my therapist- Judy is amazing (and popular for a reason).The service was VERY reasonable!Pressure was perfectEnglish understoodCan tip on card or in cashPLUSH chairsWarm handsWill be back 100%

Great massage! They don’t have a lot of fancy SPA vibe, BUT the massage is PERFECT! You decide the level of massage and they accommodate based on YOUR feedback. I started an intense workout regimen and I know it is these healing hands that keep the muscle fatigue and soreness from stopping me! My family and friends agree that they are AMAZING!

This shouldn’t be even a one star. I left there in more pain than I came. There were so many things wrong entering this establishment. We booked our appointment as a couples massage. the beds were not side by side but facing each other. i looked up during the process because it all seemed off and she’s looking on her cell phone while using her elbow to massage. They both left to use restroom as we could hear the toilets flush and then brought back hot stones. I didn’t have a problem with the stones until they used them to dig into my back. i’m not sure that these women are even certified massage therapists. I asked for medium, but it was definitely hard and really rough! They decided what kind of tip they should receive and charged an exorbitant amount for the kind of service we received. I wouldn’t have minded paying that if it was a relaxing experience but 2 days later we both still hurt. i would definitely not recommend booking your massage here!!

Mary was amazing! I had a 90 minute package and loved every minute of it. Very relaxing and perfect massage pressure. I highly recommend!

I love coming here for a massage! If I could get one everyday I would! I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain and I am always able to call and book an appointment within a few hours and my favorite girl, Mary knows what to do!I recommend telling them upfront what you like I saw some people on here saying they didnt like this or that, well how would they know if it’s your first time. Just tell them what you want upfront they will do it.Highly recommend going here-5 STARS!!

I have been a client for 13 years since it opened 2011, the owner is very knowledgeable, very skilled , listens to you concerns. i have always left feeling relaxed . the place is clean and very inviting.it is my go to place , please make it yours

I called to set an appointment for a massage, then checked out Groupon and found a Groupon for foot detox/massage and Massage (90 MIn). I really just wanted a massage, but this was incredible!!! Mary was great!!! She was very nice, attentive to my comfort, and asked the perfect amt. of times if I was okay. She was great with her hands, and elbows (Deep tissue). I normally do not tip above 35%, but today 50%!! I will go back to see Mary !!! You should see someone else, so she isnt booked and I can get in!!!!!!!!

Massage was a bit rough but ok. I’m used to places asking if they can massage my butt which I normally say no to. They never asked me, and did it anyway so it was pretty uncomfortable. The massage was $65 and when I went to pay she straight up asked “how much for tip”? So that sounded demanding and bad, but the worst was when I told her $12, and she came back and said “I am going to charge $80” I said NO, at that point I was beyond mad and I said $65 plus $12 is $77 not $80. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. So so rude! I will never be back!

My husband and I booked a couples massage. The tables were not next to each other; we couldn’t see each other at all. The person at the desk talked very loudly the whole entire time in Chinese so it was not relaxing; the walls do not go up all the way to the ceiling.The masseuse was very rough; it was actually quite painful and I am used to getting deep tissue massages. The worst, most embarrassing part was that she jerked down my underwear! And THEN she opened the door and left it open while she went to get hot rocks several times. I’m addition, she got on the table and her private area was in my face. When we left, I was completely horrified but couldn’t stop laughing. I would never, ever go back here.

I didn’t have a great experience at this place. I scheduled a reflexology 30 min and a massage. 20 min of the reflexology session was me soaking my feet in a tub hooked up to some machine they said was for detox. The foot massage could not be considered true reflexology but they did a foot scrub which was an unexpected surprise. The massage was only on the back of my body and it was extremely painful. She was rubbing my bones with hot rocks which doesn’t feel good, neither does digging into my neck or behind my knees and legs with your thumbs. I told the therapist I wanted light to medium pressure and she laughed and said ok and then just kept doing the same intense repetitive strokes over and over again. I felt sick whenI left and got in my car like really nauseous. I still have red marks on my back from the hot stones being left on my bare skin. I had asked twice for lighter pressure and she just kept doing the same thing. I finally gave up and decided to just get through it. I’m in pain now from that massage and regretting not walking out. They won’t ask you your name or medical history because they don’t care and probably don’t want a record of the visit in case you complain. I’m only writing this not to try and hurt the buisness that hurt me but hopefully to spare someone else from getting hurt.

Oh my goodness this massage. It was simply divine. I treated my best friend and myself to a 90 minute massage for her birthday. I hadn’t been here before and was concerned if we may not be happy with the service. I was so wrong. The massage therapists were professional and did such a good job. My friend is picky too and said it was the best massage she’s ever had.

Went in on New Years Day for body massage. Employees were very pleasant and happy to serve us. I have to agree VERY strong massage, which I LOVE, but not for all. Stone work was AMAZING, i cant even describe how wonderful it was. Price is VERY reasonable. I feel very worked out yet relaxed. Worth every penny, including tip!! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Looking forward to booking a reflexology session with coupons given at end.

I asked for medium and ended up with bruising, I will not be back...The name of the place stayed the same but the ownership changed. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you are trying to just relax and have a decent massage. I tried to get the masseur to be a bit more gentle but I think she thought I meant harder.. I had to stop the session in the middle as she was too much into being rough.

This place shouldnt even be in business!We felt like a piece of laundry being washed it was so terrible, just slap, pull, tug, not a massage at all, NOT relaxing at all!IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!Then tried to make us feel guilty for not giving them a tip!!!!! They kept saying give tip give tip give tipWe give a negative -1000 of a rating!

I have been to a lot of massage places, and get one at least once a month. This place has been by far my favorite! While it isn’t the typical experience you’d see at hand and stone or elements...the quality of massage is above and beyond amazing. Their prices are fair and they are lovely ladies.

First I’ve have many many deep tissue massages because of a back surgery. So I know what to expect.My sister and I went for a deep tissue hot stone massage. The daughter worked on me and it was not pleasant.She was late to the appointment and spent some of the time on her phone. (I had to look up because she stopped massaging me and wondered why) oh on the phone. Not professional at all.Basically I got baby oil rubbed into my back with some hot stones rolled around on me and she cleaned me off and sent me on my way. Needless to say I will not go back!

Groupon deal for a couples massage. We opted for Swedish and hot stones. Amazing. Professional. Clean. They were running behind about 20 minutes but no big deal there. Feeling good! Will visit again soon!

Great massage work. I received a 30 min foot massage, then 60 min body massage and the work was very relaxing. The hot stone work was much appreciated. They may use a google translator to speak sometimes for clarity yet they are professional and service is good.

I have been a client here for years and I love it! I think you have to find the one massage therapist that works for you depending on if you prefer a softer massage or more deep tissue. Just call and ask, the owner is very nice!!I highly recommend Song Spa to all my friends and family!

Excellent massage. The ladies that do the massage dont speak much English but they give excellent massages. When you call for an appointment Sarah does a very good job getting everything scheduled and make sure your requests are communicated to the therapists.

The massage and reflexology were amazing. The place was comfortable and warm. The have water in the waiting area.I paid $30 for a 30 min foot treatment. $60 for 60 minutes of full massage. The masseuse was worth it.The only problem I had was that when I went to pay the credit card machine was down. They tried several times to get the card to go through and it still wouldnt work due to internet time out.I ended up paying to get money out of the ATM at the liquor store in the same complex and I was charged a wait time for the Uber.It would have been nice had she offered to take something off the bill or to say come in a again and Ill give you $10 credit but it wasnt her fault the internet was down, at least I dont think it was.

My fiance and i went to this place to get a good massage and relax. They were very nice at the beginningbut there was a language barrier.We were in separate rooms but next door to one another.One of the ladies had their child there running around so it was hard to tone it out and relax. We have a 6 year old that we got a babysitter for so we could get away from kids for awhile but that didnt work lol no biggie.The massage felt really good but felt really rushed. So fast that I asked my fiance if it had been an hour (thats what we paid for) I should of checked the time but Im pretty sure it wasnt a full hour. Also she focused on rubbing my butt like a whole lot. So much in fact it weirded me out.They lady who did my fiances had to keep stopping her job to answer phones and talk to customers walking in. That kind of annoyed me, they definitely should hire someone for the front desk.As we were leaving they asked for a tip (which is ok, im totally cool with tipping) but it was HOW they said it. It was almost like they were demanding it. I said no problem and put a $20 on the counter. They looked at us with disgust. Pissed me off a little because i literally had $140 on me. The massage was $60 for an hour (full body) $40 for a half hour (just the top half of body). I said screw it and got us both an hour. Which left me with $20 left over. So I ended up giving them every dollar I had on me. I just couldnt believe how they acted over the tip.With that being said, after the kid running around, the interruptions and the weird butt rub and tip situation we will go else where next time. They have me wanting to put #metoo

I have been doing a lot of remodeling of my kitchen .my body needed a little attention .went to song spa today ( i have been a client for 10 years) saw Cindy today .she was wonderful very deep tissue massage . i feel wonderful the lady who owns song spa does a great job hiring ladys who know what they are doing. I highly recommend song spa , do yourself a favor try song spa

The complee,perfect, chinese massage experience! Fully,authentically, chinese massagers. Im 5 months pregnant,and my husband and i didnt have our baby on one saturday night,so we had to book an appointment last minute. They were very accommodating,when all other salons were booked. We had a fantastic experience.the women are masters of their craft. Youll have a slight language barrier,but other than that it will be quit exquisite and relaxing

If I could give it 0, I would. The massage lady abused me. She was being extremely rough and rubbing over my spine! Ive had hundreds of massages and never had this happen. I was in so much pain the next day.

The morning after I went, my wife noticed I had red marks on my temples. Upon closer examination they aligned exactly where the table face pillow was and it turned out to be ringworm. I am absolutely positive this happened as a result of going there. I will Never go back again.

Love this place. Great prices and wonderful massages and reflexology. This is not a beautiful spa, but i prefer paying considerably less while getting a great massage instead of paying for some spa environment with mediocre massages.

We go to Song Spa when we can and when we do they are always great! Me and my wife go on our anniversary every year! Today is our anniversary June 6th and we shall see you all soon!

Very disappointed with this place. First of all i couldnt communicat or ask any questions with the person at the front desk because this person couldnt speake any english. Then this person askes me to pay and then askes in a demending way for a tip. I have never been at a place were they ask for a tip before the tip earned. I dont mind giving a tip but when you expect something that you havent earned its very disrespectful and unprofessional. Then i offer a tip and this person start giving me an attitude. Very disappointed with this place.
