Terrible customer service! I bought a delta 8 vape for $30 there and it just stopped working last night after only 2 days and the girl I talked to just now (2/2/24) on duty says shes the manager and basically told me she cant do anything. Wow. Dont buy the Covert brand! They are selling faulty products and not willing to help at all. The owner and everyone else has been great there but she could have at least wrote my name and number down and say that she will have him call me. Just sayin.

I’m really disappointed the carts are fake the only thing good is thca flower. I’ve scanned over 15 carts which is my stupid mistake and none are legit

Dont open when theyre supposed to. Supposedly they open at 8bbut this morning as several other mornings its 845 and they still arent open

It’s 11:45, April 10, 2024. The two employees that were working were extremely helpful and extremely pleasant to be around, I had to change my review because they really made the experience better. Shoutout for some amazing customer service. Highly suggest this place.

These guys are awesome. Have great selection. Good prices. Sometimes they open a tad late so just plan on going at 830 am rather than right at 8 when they open.

I dont go anywhere else. Customer service is at 100%. They ALWAYS have what Im looking for, and you wont find lower prices anywhere. They have definitely earned their five stars plus some more.

This is a cheap place for smokes but the price changes from week to week and seems to depend on who rings you up. Also, half the time you get a free lighter with the purchase of a carton of cigarettes. Again, I guess it depends on who is working. They have no sense of urgency and will blatantly ignore you to talk to each other. You cant really beat the price but thats about the only perk.

This place has the freshest products and the people are even nicer than the smell in the shop. I frequently shop here.
