The customer service was wonderful they helped me find a bowl piece for my bong and were extremely friendly. However I bought two 3000 hit flum float vapes that were the worst vapes Ive ever had. They lasted a day if that there was almost no flavor from the start, were not rechargeable. They could be opened up extremely easily exposing a very rudimentary and what appears to be counterfeit vape setup. I did buy these on sale but for 15 dollars a piece do not buy these vapes or anything from this brand they are horrible!!!

This lady is AMAZING!! Super knowledgeable about everything in her store, very willing to find or order things that she doesn’t have.She makes coming to this place really special, plus she has a beautiful dog on the premises who is friendly and welcoming!!

A bit smaller of a selection than Id like for what I came in for, however the owner was really cool!

Always very helpful and knowledgeable about vape products. If they don’t have what I need, they’re willing to order it.In response to other reviews. Their vapes aren’t counterfeit, they ask you to test the disposables before you leave because sometimes they are duds. I’ve asked for the box they came in numerous times and scanned the QR code to validate authenticity.Sometimes the shop won’t be open for a half hour because it’s a small business and most normal people understand sometimes family issues come up. Grow up.

Rarely do they have in stock the product I buy from them. In asking why it is always out of stock, I was told they are really busy and haven’t had time to order … makes no sense. I found another business to purchase from … the product is always in stock. I spent at least $120 a month at Glass Stash … that’s $1,440 a year. I’m only one customer, but customers add up. If you don’t keep your products in stock, how do you expect to stay in business???

Hands down the best vape store in this area. The owner was super helpful, nice, had great knowledge of her products. A really great selection of flavors on the disposable vapes and a great selection of refillable and juice. Lots of other cool stuff in this store too!!! I am so impressed that Im writing this review in the parking lot, wanted to share my experience. 💯🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great place to get ripped off. Faulty vaps right out of the box. Extremely unhelpful and rude costumer service. Possibly counterfeit merchandise. Avoid if you value your money.Go to Jambos down in old town or anywhere BUT glass stash.

I came in to purchase a disposable puff, when I tried it I noticed It hit weird. I checked the verification code on the device, and it said this product is counterfeit. The lady then said there was nothing she could do. Which is against the law, you can’t sell counterfeit products to customers without giving them a full refund. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, this place needs to be shut down for poisoning their customers.

I have to wonder why 1) the woman behind the counter wont wear a protective mask per the law and our community standards; and 2) the price of the very same item I bought a month ago was marked up over 80% from the month before. I called the vendor of the product I bought and they did not raise their prices - which means the store owners did it entirely themselves.We wont be back.

The best around for all your head shop needs. They are just the best! Always have what I need at a good price, and it’s always a happy experience. Saved me from a trip to Eugene more than a few times.

Needed adult item for bridal shower, and although they needed to restock I found what I needed and they gave me a great discount. Friendly.

The lady who helped me here set me up with a perfect vape tank for my needs and within my budget after I accidentally broke my beloved Smok TFV18. Still loving my little Voopoo magnetic tank months later. Thank you for the recommendation! Ill stop in again soon now that my RX300 mods finally dying on me after years.

This place has all of your smoking needs it is packed full of glass very helpful people and willing to go every step of the way to get what you need even if its not something that they stalk and when they come in with food for lunch and they offer it to their customers or at least they did to me anyway but nonetheless great place great people and superb service

Very nice lady talked to me on the phone, has the answer I needed right away.When my fiancee went in later on to get a new vape tank she was very happy with the selection of items in the shop, and the tanks were on a great sale!

DESERVES ALL THE STARS. I love going in to the glass stash. Not only is Michelle knowledgable, and up to date with the newest products. every single time i walk in there (even when i dont buy anything at all) I feel like i walked into a friends house not a smoke shop. I always feel welcome and satisfied with my purchase when i walk out the door.

I had a crazy great experience here the chick working went to the same schools as I did in a different town she was super helpful and they have an amazing vape selection.
