Rebecca has basically changed my life. I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis in my right foot for over a year, when I made my therap massage session with her it was a game changer. She has the best tips and tricks to even help me when Im at home and have a flare up. After a couple of appointments its 95% gone. My tendons feel so much better and I have more stretch in my feet. Body Harmony is a beautiful experience! You get to pick your type of massage, essential oils, music to be played during your session and your body and hair are saturated and massaged with warm shea butter. The masseuse floated around the room silently and effortlessly as she massaged out knots and anxiety. Very discreet and professional. You finish with a few minutes to relax in the room and are sent away with a clarifying shampoo for your hair (to wash the oil out) and a new turbi towel. I feel totally relaxed my body feels stress free. I loved it and will be back 😊

Wow! I have had many many massages in my life but nothing like this one. There were so many elements incorporated; hot stones, sound table, surround sound relaxing music. 90 minutes of heaven and healing. Loved it!
