3D SMOKE SHOP

DO NOT SHOP HERE there is a female employee who will call Police and file false reports to SWAT you if she doesn’t like you. I have been pulled over immediately after leaving the store TWICE in the last week, and the 2nd time the police confirmed the ONLY reason they tailed me was because of her call (but the other employee had no problem taking my $56 for my purchase).I have no idea what the issue, I’ve never met her before in my life, there is no way to defend yourself against this. She is putting people she dislikes (because of race?) in front of armed police officers, hoping they accidentally shoot you. She’s going to get someone killed. Don’t be the one.Edit: comments below confirm my suspicion that her SWATings are racially motivated.

Don’t buy from them, they’re very rude and don’t refund nothing. Came in to return and request refund for the wack pen that made me sick which I bought from them within 24hrs and they refused to give my money back. The older man and the girl who works there are racially motivated, rude and don’t know what customer service is🙄

Friendly staff who are always eager to help. I went in on my 18th birthday to buy cigars for me and my buddies to celebrate and the extremely kind associate that was working educated me on the different type of cigars and recommended a light one for starters. To me I had no idea what I was looking for but he helped me find it. He also gave me a free lighter on my way out as a birthday gift. Very good shop.

After expressing to the store that i felt upset about a certain situation. i promptly received a call back , the friendly guy on the line told me that they want to make sure i was satisfied and made me a offer that did infact make me feel like they appreciate me as a customer. great store huge inventory, a bit pricey on a few items but well worth it with the level of customer service they provide. Sold me 2 non-functioning vapes yet they offer no refunds.The items were already much more expensive than they are online, but I needed them ASAP so decided to come to this shop. So I paid twice as much for 2 vapes that dont work.If youre buying glass maybe this place is fine cause its hard for glass to not work. But I would definitely recommend you AVOID buying electronic products here.

I tried this store 3 times. Every time, the employee seemed bothered to help, did not offer assistance, and I really don’t want to go back again.Go to Village Ecigs on Main Street, Tim will give you better service, and he’s nice and helpful.

The shop looks great, if you’re looking for a head shop. However, the prices are marked up quite a bit. Juul pods are $20 and starter kits are $65. Quite a rio off when you could get it cheaper online, shipping included.

AMIR IS A LIFE SAVOR, So i have a screw on cartridge vape pen, and the screw on has wore and been dropped enough to where my cartridges were just falling off, i bought a new one from this shop, went home only to find out they didnt fit and still fell off, the next day i go back with my receipt and wanted to exchange what i got for something that fitted right, (the pen i had purchased didnt even fit the charger it came with) Amir understood my situation and resolved my issue, and he wasnt the one who sold me the pen so talking with him had me worried since he didnt even sell me the pen to begin with the previous day, happy to see good people and good customer service when it comes to these kind of companies, this is definitely a good and honest smoke shop i trust and will always recommend! Iv been to the other 3d smoke shops around here and thier customer service is great these guys and gals rock!! Appreciate it!!!

My favorite guy here is Omar I LOVE OMAR he’s the most knowledgable employee there. He’s super nice and he provides great service. I would rate this 10 stars if i could.

David was extremely helpful helping find ehat I needed. Came into this shop because the other one down the road on flower mound /lewisville line the gal barely spoke to us.

Decent little shop but make sure you cross check the prices. They have a markup of $5-9 on Juul pods. I can only imagine their markup on everything else. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you like spending extra money on things.

Ahh, your friendly neighborhood smoke shop!! If you are among the few who still actually appreciates a good head shop, you will want to check out 3-D. They carry everything from juice and mods for your e-cig, to a brand new hand-blown glass pipe (for your tobacco of course), and a relatively large variety of each.

I love this shop the people here are really helpful and Omar is my favorite hes really nice and has helped me out with a lot his knowledge of product is perfect and hes a nice guy love this shop.

I NEVER do reviews.... But 3D Smoke Shop is the worst smoke shop i’ve ever been to.. their products are defective, their cigars are stale, the customer service is complete trash. Dont waste your money there... Also, all of their E-cigs products are fake.

Good variety but staff is not very knowledgeable

The guy up here helped me out as soon as I walked in and helped me pick out the perfect rig for my concentrates, will be coming back I was very satisfied!

They do have plenty of products.One think I didnt liked was they misinformed me (maybe because the lack of knowledge) on a product I was looking for in order to sell me what they had.

Every 3D smoke shop that Ive been to has been amazing. Great selection and great prices. Cant beat em anywhere.

They have a great selection here and the staff are wonderful people!

The only reason I give a star is for the cleanliness of the store otherwise they suck the torch they sold me gave out half a day later
