Staff is always super friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well kept. They give great flavor recommendations - like the Blood Orange Iced Peach from Coastal Clouds that I was recommended today. If that’s not up your alley they have a fantastic selection of flavors and brands to choose from that surely will meet your needs! Have been coming here for what feels about a year & I always have the greatest service. The owners are always upbeat, friendly, and keep their store very clean. The stock in the store has a lot of variety, from disposals to reusable kits and juice. The staff are extremely friendly, always pulling me in for conversation instead of making me feel rushed. The staff are also very informed and willing to help make the best choice for yourself if you chat with them. Im a fan and will be coming back.

I’ve been in the store several times and I like the place but my last visit was one to forget. The guy who helped me was very rude and made me feel rushed to make a decision. The place wasn’t even crowded. I believe his name is Jason. If he is the owner he should be ashamed of how he treated me. Not sure if he was having a bad day or that’s just his personality but he needs to remember that loyal customers keep him in business. I’ve told friends about this place because I’m a supporter of local businesses but now I’m encouraging them to try somewhere else.

Best customer service ever!!!!! Extremely knowledgeable about the products and what works best for the individual. They had the patience and knowledge to answers tons of my questions. Been smoking for over 40yrs so vaping is a whole new experience for me. They were absolutely wonderful helping me out. The store was well stocked and clean. Without a doubt Ill be back when its time to pick a new flavor or buy more pods.

Make sure you know what you want ahead of time. I was very heavily persuaded into buying a pod system that I already knew I didnt like but the guy absolutely insisted on it, so I spent 50 bucks, tried it throughout the day and hated it, I went back to see if there was anything they could do, seeing as how it was his insisting on, like swap out for something if an equivalent price and he said no. Said he likes to try to work with people but he must have been referring to anyone other than me because he told me I was basically out of luck.. Too bad so sad...Im frustrated that I wasted the money on a device thats useless to me. I wont be going back to this shop. Word to the wise, stick to your guns in what you are looking to buy before you get talked into a Novo piece of junk...

Super friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Love that the rewards point system! It’s convenient that they have a dedicated parking spot since they’re located near brunch restaurants and that lot is packed on weekends.

I have never wrote a review for any place because I’ve never felt the need to. But this place is amazing! The owners were fantastic, a wide variety of Hyde, esco bars, vapes, and coils. 12/10 would recommend.
