I go here all the time to buy my Lost Mary’s and other accessories, however today in specific is the reason I feel the need to leave a wonderful review! Liz was able to help me today with a low budget and she was very helpful with getting me exactly what I needed. I appreciated her customer service and I appreciated how friendly and cooperative she was. I absolutely loved this vape shop before hand because everyone there is absolutely amazing in their customer service and the way they are able to enjoy being at their jobs, but now I am 100% sure that this vape shop is top notch 10/10 🤌💯

The employees are incredibly chill, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I was killing time while waiting for a neighboring restaurant to reopen and had a great experience while browsing the store.I absolutely love that this location carries a variety of mushroom spores and accompanying grow bags! Will definitely frequent this shop again!

I, of all people, know that google reviews are a make it or break it for some. One star due to being unofficially 86ed. Matt, Nick, and the new employee, y’all rock. The others? Grow up and talk to me like an adult about the situation. Given the fact that I have been a paying AND tipping customer for awhile, that was really uncalled for. This has been over the course of incidents of me saving the location from unwanted business of drug users, and watching out for sketchy people that come through those doors. Y’all are welcome, btw. What’s with people acting friendly and then acting the “victim” these days? For real, unsat customer service, and I was one of your best customers. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere. Enough of the childish games. We are all adults.Edit: this location is lucky that I already have a lawsuit going and need to focus on that. Maybe after I win this current one, y’all are next.After some thought, yeah, this will be settled in court. Over the course of me being a nice guy, people take advantage of that too much. Enough. This will be settled in a manner that I’m a professional in. My attorney will be in contact after my current lawsuit.

Sarah here was the absolute best! We (my brother and I) have searched for an environment such as this place for a while. We have been to every shop in town and was loyal to none. Thats until we met Sarah at Smokey Monkey who was so helpful and knowledgeable about what we were buying that made us loyal to this location.

Great selection and service is normally great. Biggest beef is that the staff are given super strict rules that make it very difficult to assist customers when products do not work properly. I’ve been left with bad products more then once and no help from the store. Because I’ve had the product for an hour doesn’t matter it’s defective or not, sales are still final.

I went in for a coil I have purchased with my friend multiple times before. I explained to the staff I didnt know the original brand because the specific atomizer is sold under multiple brands, but they continued to ask what brand the item is. I even showed them pictures of what it looked like. After informing them that they sell what I was looking for and I have seen it purchased before many times they refused to even look for the product. I feel bad giving them 1 star but the first time I went there for myself, instead of tagging along with friends, I had a poor experience.

Always friendly staff! And usually always has the product of stuff I need and enjoy all the new products brought in!

I went in to buy a new bong or bubbler and I’m not very experienced with this sort of stuff so I was nervous going in. A wonderful Lady who I believe was named Holly helped me out and was very patient with me (and my lack of knowledge) and helped me pick the perfect piece.

Friendly young staff. Lots of parking. A large assortment of glass and accessories. Cigarettes! I always just buy Juicy Jay rolling papers there, of which they have a large variety.

I live down the street here and have always been able to depend on this gas station. The people are always very friendly and kind and they have a good selection of food and drinks. As for the smoking products, 10/10 always lasts and good quality.
