Ive been trying to find a vape that I like and Ive been searching around for quite some time now. A friend let me taste one of theirs and I loved it. I went in the store showed her what I was and she is super helpful even though they were out of the exact flavor I had, she recommended something else and I absolutely love it. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable and it was an overall great experience. Good job ladies!!

Still continue to visit you guys, and youre always super helpful and friendly! With what seems like a million choices with disposables, I trust your staff to help me get exactly what I need and leave very happy. Ive become blind in the last year and your shop is one of few places I travel to alone. I know it takes a few more minutes to help me since I cant see to make my selections but the staff always help me without any complaints even if I ask them to read me a whole line of flavors for the third time. Thank you, guys, for helping me feel less disabled and like I can accomplish stuff!

Wildside is the best head shop in Fort collins. Good glass and grate deals. All employees are kind and pleasant, always smiling and actually helping. they also have raffles, depending on location. best place overall for all your heady needs

Ive been a customer at Wildside since 2020. The employees are all real nice, have a great selection of products, and decent pricing. Kana was real helpful and they do giveaways every friday should you keep those tickets. Check it out.

I regularly shop here for vapes/glass because they have great prices and knowledgable staff. Especially the cashier Angel, who always greets me with a warm welcome and goes above and beyond when recommending items.

Sold me the wrong banger and I brought it back lot even taken out of the bag and the worthless salesperson would not do anything for me. I did not want to return it, they had the dai3 I asked for right there same price and she wouldn’t do anything for me. I left it on the counter, got no money back and said keep it. Guarantee it gets resold without being “properly refunded”. Don’t go here 2nd terrible experience

Assistant Manager is the best to do it. Zack always does a great job of ensuring customer satisfaction and provides the upmost service for all customers that walk through the Wild Side doors. He goes above and beyond on making sure I have the greatest experience every visit.

Zack was so helpful he sat there and made sure I left happy l. His customer service was on point. Friendly and happy and was willing to solve any problems I had hade an amazing service.

Zach was extremely helpful yesterday. He assisted with finding me a new disposable e-cig and educated me on cheaper options in the future. I appreciate the respectful and kind customer service

I stopped in Wild Side on a recommendation from my gals at Rivalry (two doors down) for the awesome deals on glass. I just happen to be there on the raffle day! After buying my glass pieces from a very knowledgeable staff member, I stuck around for one of the most fun and successful promotions Ive seen... and Ive seen my share. I later took time to visit their other shop on Harmony and got more glass because its beautiful and always on sale! They offer a bunch of vape products too, if thats your jam.

Great experience, I came in for a carta 2 after looking all over town without luck. They not only had it but price matched the lower price online. Great deal and even better customer service.

After a horrible experience at another shop walking on the wild side was refreshing. They have modern smoking equipment and nice glass at every price point. I was able to buy the parts I needed for my electric nail and new coils for my terp pen. The staff was super friendly.

Id never been to Wild Side before - have been to the other smoke shops though - but went on the recommendation of a budtender. Definitely a great place to shop and the staff were incredibly friendly and HONEST. Not only did the person serving me give me honest feedback on what she showed me, I overheard her do the same with another customer afterwards.I am really happy with my purchase and will be back!

I stopped in here one day after getting off work so I could get some cleaner and a new bowl. The lady “helping” me was abrupt and rude when I didn’t use the word bowl- after making a poor joke about the cleaner. Then when we got to the bowls, she only showed me the most expensive pieces and no detail or info about the cheaper pieces from the same brand. Further, when I asked about getting metal screens, she ignored me and sold the glass inserts instead, which I asked not to have. Lastly, I’m an industry badge holder and when I told her about the company I work for, she got even ruder to me, and rejected everything I said. So needless to say, I won’t be going back there. Up In Smoke and Puffs were so much better.

Always a pleasant experience when I come shop! They have ensured that I am a customer for life.

So, this is a kind of weird review because it starts with a mess up but I’ve worked customer service so I know exactly how far this guy is went for me (I believe his name is Josh). I went in to buy coils for a new vape I had purchased; I didn’t know exactly what I needed because coils are ALWAYS so confusing to me. Josh took the time to look up the coils online and they looked right to me so I purchased them and left. I got home and unfortunately they didn’t fit so I called back the next day to see if I could return them. Josh must have recognized my voice (from one encounter a day previous) but didn’t say anything. When I showed up to exchange them, he had done an experiment with what coils fit the right pod and made sure everything should work. I didn’t pay a dime or have any problems getting the exchange and left, obviously he was very nice and felt bad about it, but I know what it’s like being there. About half way home (I live close) he called me, and told me I yet again taken the wrong coils. I don’t think people understand how uncommon it is for customer service people to admit their mistakes and go out of their way to find a number and prevent the problem for getting any further and just.. I don’t know, it was incredible to me the length he went to to make sure I went home with the right coils. Not a bad experience at all and like—all coils look the same and the info online is not always right and—he just went so above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that. All of the staff here are very friendly and great but—apparently Josh is my favorite now. I do hope I’m getting his name right. Haha. THANK YOU!!

Super kind people, when I was new to smoking they helped me get the best supplies to get started. They even told me not to get a more expensive product since it was my first time. They truly focus on good customer relationships and I’m happy to say this is my regular smoke shop :)!

My mom and I had parked behind here in a rush as I was throwing up, we were in a store near by for maybe 15-20 minutes and they towed her car:/ It was $250 to get the car back all because I was sick. The workers were in the back smoking and laughing at me and my mom for being upset about my car. It kinda made me feel like the people that work there don’t have good hearts. I could understand if we were there for over and hour but it wasn’t even there for half an hour and it made a hard day even worse. I understand that you need parking for your employees, but maybe find some understanding for the people around you as well. Especially because there wasn’t NO parking back there. There were plenty of open spaces.

I recently purchased an e-rig from these guys after searching around for a while. The person behind the counter was so friendly and helpful when I called and came in to purchase. I briefly looked at the glass but could tell there was a lot of really nice stuff there. I will definitely be back to buy more

This is my designated smoke shop. My go to. I left my RayBans there by accident. Didn’t even think twice to call bc I thought I miss placed them somewhere else. I go in there for a pick my up and come to find out… I left my sunglasses there!!! Kept them until claimed. Not only are their prices the best but they also have amazing staff!!!

I’ve shopped at Wild Side many times. Hands down the top 3 smoke shops in foco. Great glass selection, great selection of papers, never had a bad experience. I’ve gotten a few bangers and rigs from here and they’ve held up to the abuse. I love shopping at wild side.

Got ripped off trying to purchase american glass, purchased a simba which was told was american but is actually a chinese import glass. Has a fritted glass filter thats spewing bits of glass up, real shame after making it totally clear I only wanted quality american glass, total scammers.

I was recently in there on a Wednesday and was instantly greeted by to ladies after talking to them I learned there names and both joy and coco were very helpful and well versed in the product they were selling I would recommend going there for there help with all your smoking needs

You know I come here all the time to buy lighter fluid stuff for my pipes you know I have a single time I come in here shes acting like shes going to lose her business the next day if I dont buy something and then I come in here today I try and get my lighter replaced and she wont even replace my freaking lighter.
