The NOW Massage Fort Lauderdale

I was apprehensive at first to try this place but I ended up getting a membership and it’s been incredible. I go in 1-2 times a month and every therapist I’ve had has been really great. I suffer from upper back, neck & shoulder pain and it’s been so much better adding massage into my routine.So far my favorite Therapist has been Sherretha! She was excellent.

Thank you, Mimi for the most rejuvenating prenatal massage experience ever! The spa is clean and beautiful and the entire experience touches on all sense making it feel like a mini retreat rather than just a massage appointment. If I wasn’t just visiting I’d be here once a week!

I get a lot of massages and this was hands down the best one I have ever had! Karin did an amazing job I was left speechless. Highly recommend going to see her! Also love the atmosphere of the location as well.

Vince is just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! He communicates and ensure he targets your needs; while providing adjustments accordingly. He’s able to apply enough pressure to your painful areas, that in return leave you feeling youthful and agile. The calming ambiance is just amazing. The smell, the sound, and the overall feel of the place it clean welcoming and relaxing! I truly appreciate the customer service and attention to detail. Not a single negative remark on my end.

The Now Massage is awesome! It was my first appointment today. They pay for your parking, the interior is so cute, and the atmosphere in the back where the massages happen is great! Lisa is great at what she does, and left me feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. I will absolutely be back.

I love coming to The NOW Massage for a massage when needed. It’s always great and much needed for relaxation, but today I had Ronald as my masseuse and he was exceptional to say the least. He listened to what I needed and delivered while making sure I felt comfortable. I walked out of my massage feeling completely rejuvenated and will be back, specifically to request Ronald.

My massage was ok to say the most, for that price I could of got 3 massages at my local parlor with a lot better quality for the price . the oil from the massage was left on my skin and was not pleasant to drive home with oil getting all over my car. Water in the front was lukewarm not refreshing at all. my girlfriends massage was horrible the lady just rubbed her skin with oil for 50 minutes for a “deep tissue massage “ we get massages every vacation destination we go but we must say this was the worst experience I’ve had in a while. The facility was nice and overall well maintained but some of the staff seemed un experienced or not skilled in massages. $340 down the drain here. Don’t waste your time or money here not worth it.

I always love my experience at NOW the beautiful corridor, the sounds of crashing waves and the massage make the experience heavenly.

I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage. For me personally I need deep tissue to really make an impact on my body so it was a good pain!The business is very nice and welcoming the moment you walk in the door. The lady I had was great and really did a number on my bad spots. I figured why not treat myself while out of town, but when we return back to Ft Lauderdale I will make another appointment guaranteed.

Wow… best massage place ever. Love the decoration, the vibe everything. Marco Polo is THE BEST. I workout a lot so my muscles are always sore, and he always does a great massage . He is the reason I signed up for my membership again.

The spa is breathtaking. It is beautiful. As you enter the signature scent in the air is the first thing that greets you. It smells really nice inside. The place is visually nice the decorations are nice. The plants and bench give the waiting area a nice. Comfortable feel. a price list of the services is located to the left. A very friendly worker is there to help in choosing the right massage for you.The treatment area OMG its beautiful. The rooms are cozy and the lighting is low like candlelight. I liked it. The spa Had the sound of the ocean playing in the background. It was so relaxing. I took a tour of the place. I did not. Have time to get a treatment but the place is nice.The parking is street parking. I didnt have a problem finding parking. The spa was easy to find also.

Professional front desk, laid back and zen vibe. Everything always runs very smooth from what I’ve seen. I love Kara and her massage, if you’re looking to relax and unwind, def ask for Kara.Tips: They are a cashless establishment so bring exact change for tip, otherwise you would have to tip on CC.

Lisa is exceptional! She is the therapist that knows exactly what you need even when you don’t! I am always in between light and medium pressure and she is perfect at getting it just right! If you’re unsure of who to try, Lisa will not disappoint! 10/10 every time 😊

I’ve been a member at the Now for two years now. The experience you receive here is very relaxing and the perfect way to reconnect. Sherika has saved my body. I don’t have anymore pain in my back and my body is overall relaxed.

Had a session with Matthew. He was able to help me identify that my pillow may be causing my pain in my left shoulder. He had great pressure while working out the knots. I will request him again. Ask for Matthew!

I’ve now had two massages at ‘the Now’ due to a friend’s recommendation and it was 💯 worth every penny. I signed up for the very reasonable monthly program after my first session. Tried the stretch option for my 2nd with added scalp rub and tried cupping due to some recent back pain and left with zero regrets. Not only was Nicole a fantastic masseuse but she had me calmed and completely at ease. Back already feels better! Beyond the skilled therapists and informative front desk the place is a hidden oasis! Transports you to a calm windy beach no matter what the outside world is giving you. Thanks again, can’t wait for next month!

This was my first experience here and it was seriously magical. I had Yaya and felt sooo safe, so calm.. although I battle intense anxiety about physical touch I am an athlete and require body work and when I find someone I can truly relax and feel safe being taken care of it is SACRED to me!Thank you Yaya & the now

Such a lovely spa experience. Went for my birthday weekend finally after a year of wanting to go before they even opened and I dont regret going. The decor is my whole vibe. The masseuse I had was very kind and gave me advice about what I needed as I have been stressed out since 2020 and I think this was the first time in 2 years since I had my yearly massage. (I was told I needed to get a massage 2 times a month. I agree.) LOVE the crystals and jewelry. The location is great too as its a hidden gem. 😉 whats funny is, they dont do facials but I felt really pretty afterwards. I felt like my face was glowing! :) The staff was friendly and very helpful and I hope they come a city over but Ill still take the half an hour Uber to go atleast once a month if I can as a treat me day because I deserve it 🙃 ❤️ 😍 💖

This was my first time visiting this location and I loved it. Its reasonably priced. Its a very nice serene relaxed experience and environment. The staff is very kind. I dont remember who did my massage but regardless they are all great. Id definitely recommend to others!

Mimi was absolutely great. She was incredibly attentive and asked the right questions to ensure my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. I literally felt like I was floating on a cloud above the ocean. The ambiance, check-in and out staff, and quality of service was top tier. I recently experienced The Healer session at The NOW and it was absolutely phenomenal! The combination of reiki and massage created an incredibly rejuvenating experience. Luis was my therapist and his care and attention were exceptional; I could feel the positive energy throughout the entire session. Despite running a bit late, they were incredibly kind and accommodating. The warmth of the massage bed and blanket added to the overall comfort and the overall ambiance. I recently had a massage with Josh and it was an incredible experience. Josh was extremely skilled and attentive, making sure to address all of my specific needs and areas of tension. I joined the monthly membership when they first opened. Christina and Macy are amazing therapists however after trying three others I was extremely disappointed. I have always vocalized when the massages were subpar and have been told to try a different therapist. I gifted one of my massages to my husband to try it out since he was considering joining - - his tolerance for massages is a lot lighter than mine. Anyhow, he tried the massage and said that it was as if the lady was simply rubbing lotion on him with a light touch. I called to see if he could use another credit since it had been the fourth massage therapist that was subpar. Paola, the manager, stated that the massages are intended to all be a pressure of 4 or 5 at the most and unfortunately he couldn’t use another credit.Keep in mind that I also typically arrive for my appointment 15 minutes early and I’m always taken back right at the scheduled massage start time to discuss my concerns and what not. The 50 minute start time is based off of your scheduled time and not when they actually start massaging you even if the massage therapist is running two minutes behind.Bottom line: my takeaway from management is that if you’re looking for a massage to help you with any sort of recovery this isn’t the place for you. Save your money and find another place to go to where you’ll get what you need in a massage and the actual time you paid for.

My first visit here was in July and almost immediately after, I signed up for the monthly service. The space is very relaxing, but also very clean. The check-in/check-out staff are always very polite and make sure you have everything you need for a great experience. My last visit I asked where the restroom was and I was escorted there- little gestures like this really separate this company from the rest. The bathroom was gorgeous and included their mission statement which was beautiful. When I first signed up I would let them randomly assign someone to me until I found someone that I loved. Every experience I had with every masseuse was wonderful, and then theres Marco Polo. To put it in simple words- he goes above and beyond to make every session exactly what I need and every time I see him each massage is different. He focuses on areas that need a little extra attention and has even given me a couple extra minutes on occasion. I cant recommend this studio AND Marco Polo enough.

I went to The NOW during my visit from NY- in so much pain. I suffer daily with agonizing back and neck pain & see a chiropractor weekly. After my flight, I physically could not move my neck without suffering. I was placed with Kara randomly, and booked another appointment with her immediately after my massage. I have had many massages at various locations in NY, and this spot was by far one of the best, clean, friendly, and aesthetically pleasing places ive ever been to. Kara is absolutely amazing, if I lived in FL i would go to no one else but her. From the walk into the door you are greeted with kindness to all concerns. (thank you matt and deanna!)

Been going for a couple months and all the masseuses have been great. The energy is relaxing and love going for my monthly massages. Highly recommend getting your massages with Sherika but like I said before any one of them is great. I have also had amazing results with Macey

The now massage in Fort Lauderdale is great. The staff is warm, welcoming & professional! I highly recommend the stretch massage for anyone who works out. I look forward to getting my massages with MJ every month. I recently started going to her twice a month bc she’s that good! Prices are great. They offer memberships. Best in town!

I found The NOW on Google while we were in Fort Lauderdale on vacation. The service. The vibe. The massage. All of it was excellent! I believe I had Irine as my masseuse, and as long as shes there I will be requesting her services. I highly recommend The NOW, and will be making it a stop whenever I visit.

My husband and I showed up 8 minutes after our massages started they proceeded to ask if I needed the restroom which I used I wish I would have known at the beginning that all of this would have cut into my 50 min healing massage lol...I didnt get much out of it honestly it felt like sweaty hands lightly rubbing me. At the end of the massage I brought up the 10 minute less time difference and that i finished way before my husbands massage. They said its because we were late and they are on a strict schedule although the other guest werent in yet....I said it should have been mentioned at the beginning so in return she gave 25% off my service. Total with discount and without gratuity was $212 for both of us lets just say pricey for nothing. We will NOT be returning.

This is a great place!! Vincent was my therapist for my stretch massage and he was AMAZING!! He slowly and methodically managed to release the painful tightness in my lower back and hip and I had more mobility and less pain after just one session than Ive had in years. I cant wait for my next session!!

It was my first experience with getting a massage and I can say that Marco Polo did an amazing job. I could tell that he enjoys his job and caters to them so they feel comfortable. It was very clean at least from what I could see and they also clean the sheets after each guest which is amazing. I will definitely come back again and especially with my mom after tell her my experience she was very jealous.

I had an incredible 80 minute NOW massage with Marcopolo. I have had chronic shoulder pain from being rear ended at a stoplight in January. I have had multiple massages elsewhere & also acupuncture but this was outstanding! He really (gently) massaged & manipulated my shoulder area & I left with more mobility than I’ve had in 8 months! I’ve already booked again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It’s also a very zen, clean & beautiful space & I loved the ocean waves sounds. This is the best massage spot I’ve found in all of Fort Lauderdale!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Signature Now Massage with Deep Tissue and Hemp Calm Balm. :) Can you say HEAVEN? From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the warm helpful staff, offered water and escorted to the waiting area to greet my masseuse, Jai, who was fantastic. I highly recommend him and am sure all of the staff is excellent. The decor, treatment, staff is very high end and top notch. Fun fact.. you can purchase all their signature products to take home with you. YUMMY.

I’ll continue to come here for Kara, who is amazing at massage, but the therapists can be hit or miss. I had one who told me to “lean back to create my own pressure” which defeats the purpose of having a relaxing massage. I also had knuckles dug into me in the same spot over and over again until I felt bruised. It was so bad that I called the next day. While I was offered a redo massage which I appreciate, the manager’s attitude is HORRIBLE, as multiple other reviewers have mentioned. Extremely rude and unprofessional, it was very off putting. She was this way both over the phone and in person when I came back in. As soon as the newest wynwood location opens in February, I’ll be trying my luck there instead. It really is a shame since the ambiance is beautiful, but customer service is everything, and this one is lacking.

I had an 80 min massage with Mimi and it was truly an experience. She is very well educated on how to give a proper full body massage. The massage was comfortable and very thorough, she got some great pressure points on my back that relieved a lot of tension I was having.

I’ve been twice and their masseuses are excellent, very skilled. However, beware of the pricing. The optional add on services are not in addition to your baseline massage. I added the deep tissue and scalp massage to my 50 mins and it took away from the full body massage & cost $30 more. I felt a little deceived considering $110 for 50 mins is already above avg market cost.

Had the best massage ever. Roman hit every spot and released all the tension throughout my body. No more aches or pains.Paola was spot on for recommending Roman. She truly cares about her clients. She listened to my concerns and came up with the perfect solution to solve my issues. I would recommend The Now Massage Fort Lauderdale. The value is beyond worth it and everyone is very friendly and professional. Nadege, is my favorite therapist. She is phenomenal! she finds and works out the kinks with just the right amount of pressure. You will not be disappointed.

Great first time experience with Marco Polo. Very intuitive and focused - honestly one of the better massages Ive had in a very long time. I like the soundscapes they play. Overall a very relaxing experience.. Not sure if the scalp treatment was worth it though. Didnt really seem to be much of an add on. Id definitely recommend for massage though.

My first visit was very good, as others point out NOW Massage has check-in and ambience well handled, everyone is very friendly and helpful and the waiting area is soothing and comfortable.I dont usually get massages from chain studios but my regular therapist was away for months traveling and I couldnt get a same day appointment at my other go-to so I booked quickly and easily at NOW and had a really good massage, surprisingly good since I didnt think my therapist was applying enough pressure but apparently her technique put me in such a relaxed state that I forgot her name, I couldve fallen asleep the last 20 minutes I was so relaxed.NOW is priced towards the upper tier Im accustomed to paying but in the end it was worth it. Cant put a price tag on de-stressing these days!

From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is great makes you feel important and tends to question or need you may have. Been recommended by many people and totally worth it. Ed was my massage therapist and for the 80mins i had there, it was tranquil . Got a membership after the first time and will be back atleast once a month. Had a great experience at NOW Plantation Walk. The team was very professional, my masseuse Leticia was awesome. The entire location is very calming and it felt like a full spa as opposed to just a massage parlor. I will definitely be going back.

Sketchy location, basically a big garage/warehouse with curtains, for the price of a luxury spa. I wanted a relaxing experience but it was actually stressful, my time was cut short and front desk didnt make me feel very welcome it was more a constant complain that they were busy. Judging by the replies on the reviews I can see they dont care too much anyway so I wouldnt go back, at least not to this location.

Today me and my family was rudely treated by Paola the Manager of this Location. I spoke with her regarding using my membership points at the location in Austin, where I live part time when I initially signed up for the membership, I was told by someone by the name of Thomas that I could use my points anywhere. Which at that timeframe, I made them aware that I do live part time in Austin as well as Fort Lauderdale. So I went ahead and booked an appointment in Austin Texas today i was told I could not use my membership massage. I asked the manager for corporate number. She told me I can just go on the website to look it up and she doesn’t have it then she proceeded to hang up the phone. Massage envy has way better membership options for people who live part time in different places.

Ive struggled with pain and mobility issues for most of my adult life, but every session I have with Roman, I leave feeling like a whole person again. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience here. It has been incredibly healing for me.

The monthly massages roll over if you miss a month and you can also gift your massage to a friend who has never been before.I have always had wonderful massages and experiences every time I have been there. I only schedule my appointments for when Sherika is available because I know that it is going to be the best massage each time. I scheduled a surprise massage for my boyfriend because he had just flown in from out of State. Let’s just say, Best decision ever. We loved everything about this place starting from the excellent customer service from staffs (warm greeting upon arrival, offered us water and also communicated with us as we waited to be seen), the cleanliness, the really nice decor and also the relaxing beach background sound. The overall ambiance of the place was spot on. They were prompt to time and called us in at our exact scheduled appointment time, provided us with our full 50 min massage. The only thing I would’ve liked is if my boyfriend and I were in the same massage room. Overall, we had A very pleasant experience and will definitely be back for another massage.

I had high hopes because of the good reviews. Booked for a 50min massage and only got 40min.. not worth the price and the hour drive. Masseuse was very nice but I felt very rushed.

MJ was amazing! She is so calm and soothing. I loved how knowledgeable she was. It was an overall great experience, I signed up for their membership.

As a new member I have received an email saying I can add an enhancement to my first massage.However when I asked about this at the location I was told that there is a misunderstanding and they don’t honor these.I was like seriously?This is bad business.Same thing happened for my birthday. Email said I can add an enhancement of my choice however they told me they only give out ‘fresh eye’ enhancement for birthdays.Again? If you have problems with your promotions I’d suggest you fix it internally and do not reflect these to your customers.I am already thinking about canceling my membership.Update: GM Paola called me.She is very nice.She agreed with me about my complaints and there are some email issues with corporate office they are trying to resolve.she honored the enhancement that was offered in the 1st email.I will update my review again after sometime.

Not what I expected pay for the stretch massage with a deep tissue bonus added on to it and let me tell you it wasn’t a massage, it was more like a oil rubbing session. Yes the ambiance was nice and beautiful but the service was subpar, the rude black woman at the front desk to the lack of knowledge from the masseuse. I went there with my partner and they also said the same thing that their massage wasn’t deep and that their masseuse told them they don’t go deep, this verbatim what was told. Why charge extra $ when your not doing what is described!? The session timing is weird they do intervals of 50 and 80 min and their prices are ridiculous for such a weak massage. Research better masseuses in your area!

MJ is awesome. I started with her during my pregnancy and have continued with her after giving birth. Every time is amazing and relaxing. She uses perfect pressure and has great energy!

First time at The Now and wow! The front reception area is super minimal but calming. The receptionists were super friendly and explained all the offerings very well. Once checked in, you are taken back to your own personal cabana style room. It was amazing and so relaxing with the sounds of the ocean waves in the background. Best experience Ive ever had. Highly recommend The Now. Congrats for this piece of heaven on earth!! The Wow is in the Now.

I have had hundreds of massages and it is hard to remember any better. I had the 80 minute New massage and it was nirvana. You start off with a heated bed in a calm setting. There is the sound of waves with an occasional roll of thunder piped through the rooms. Seemed a tad loud, but then it is very soothing. The therapist started with a unique and pleasing start on my feet. She had more unique massage techniques that were blissful. I drifted in and out. When it was done I needed a few moments to get my mind to tell my body to move. I really was so melted. All the while your senses are inhaling heaven. I cannot recommend this place enough

I had the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had in my entire life at the now massage. Ask for Irene. She is incredible! The facility is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and smells so good. The massage tables are comfortable and sturdy. Front desk was very friendly as well!!

Very nice place with a good ambiance and decent massage by the massage therapist except for overdoing my neck and hands to the point they were sore for a few days. The manager stated they’d have a female massage therapist for me and when I showed up (early), there were only males available. I also dropped my gold chain in the bin with the rest of my belongings and forgot it after my massage, so I called up later that day once I realized it was missing and the representative who picked up took about a minute to look and return to the phone only to nonchalantly say “Sorry, no one’s seen it.” and hang up. You can’t possibly figure out who was in the room cleaning up, the massage therapist himself, the customer who was there afterwards and ask them… ? and maybe even give me a call back later, at the very least to apologize and show you care a bit for your customers? That’s bad business.

Beautiful facility. No, really... So nice! Nicest massage spa Ive ever seen. Ive been a massage therapist since 2006 - Ive seen a few. Great staff, wonderful therapists, service menu and nice treatment add-on options. But what I really love is the concept of this massage establishment. It feels different from other massage chains. I love that there are no walls and no music... Just curtains and nature sounds. This makes for a guaranteed peaceful massage!

When you get into the main massage area, you may think the open setup will be noisy and distracting...in reality its the complete opposite. By far the most relaxing massage experience Ive ever had. What an amazing place to relax! I was very disappointed with the customer Service today. My only feed back to the owner as a Fort Lauderdale local is that Sade and Katherine should really self reflect and work on there attitude. I felt very uncomfortable after my husband canceled the membership and was taken back by sade laughing due to the cancellation. No matter what misunderstanding, it’s important to make sure that any customer walking in should be held with the upmost respect.

I put 5 stars for a reason. What an incredible experience. From the beginning to end. Very professional and the vibe is right. Once I walked in I felt like I was in Tulum lol the beds they have actually incline/decline allowing you to be elevated in a better position. At least thats how I felt. I went in there with a severe neck pain (I could barely look laft or right) but Janine was able to take care of that for me Thank God lol she def had me driving Normal after the whole experience.
