Ive been a regular customer for over three years. I require deep tissue massages, and Linda is excellent! Her technique is intense and effective for someone who gets knotted up. She also asks what level of intensity one prefers, and follows up to ensure its correct. I wouldnt go anywhere else, and Ive been getting necessary massages most of my adult life. I highly recommend Momos and Linda.

So good! I had the deluxe scalp treatment. It was heaven! I definitely needed it. I will come back for sure and recommend it 100%!! It includes a mini facial and they even massage you a little while your scalp is steaming. So good!

This hidden gem located in west pines is one of the best massage places I have ever been to! They give the best massages and are soooo accommodating. I love this place! It is clean and everyone is so friendly! I highly recommend coming here for all of your massages and body work!!!

We have gone here many times over the past 3 years: pros: can accommodate walk-ins/last minute appointments, are courteous. Cons: the rooms/beds do not feel or look luxurious or private, curtain “doors”, loud, they will leave your massage to answer the phone, help another client, are too rough/rushed, variable quality massages-some massages are more personalized to what you ask for, most are not. My husband and I love couple’s massages: they were 20min late, we were just waiting, and then it was only my massage that started. My husband just had to lay there. His started 15 minutes after mine. They did not deduct any charges even though he only got a 45 min massage. They took $10 for the initial delay of 20min, stating another man was late to his appointment before us, causing the delay. If another customer is that late, they forfeit their appointment. You don’t continue to delay all the other customers who showed up on time. Communication is tough, but the worst part is how I do not feel relaxed the entire time. They are anxious, in/out of the room, getting the stupid stones I ask to not have, answering the phone in the middle of a massage, and they do the stones anyway. Sweet ladies, but we will be going someplace else more professional from now on.

I visited Momo Spa to try the head therapy, and the staff member who assisted me was Kelly. It was the best experience Ive ever had—super relaxing. I felt incredibly refreshed after my services. Kelly really took her time, and I never felt rushed. I wish more massage places offered such great customer service and quality services.

I scheduled on a sunday at 4pm and was scheduled 315pm instead which is an awkward time. Long story short, I have to resechedule on a different day. Me and my husband did a couples massage and the masseuse were chit chatting while massaging us which is so awful. I did not feel relax because my masseuse was not putting any pressure even after she asked if I wanted it hard which I said yes. My husband said his massage was good. Could be a hit and miss, and it was a total miss for me.

My mom came for the head spa treatment and loved it. I will definitely be trying it soon! She was very relaxed and happy with the service!

The entire experience was 20/10! Would recommend this hidden gem to ANYONE! The facility is impeccable, everyone is so friendly, and they just work magic. They targeted all of our knots without even mentioning where it hurt. Hands down, the best massage I’ve gotten, with hot stones, oils and magic hands! Amazing amazing amazing!

We booked a 50-minute couple’s massage expecting a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The masseuses spent a significant portion of the time talking, which disrupted the intended peaceful environment, even though they whispered. Additionally, they repeatedly left the room, interrupting the session and detracting from the full 50-minute service we anticipated. This experience fell short of the relaxing and continuous service we sought.

We booked this place for a couples massage for our 8th marriage anniversary. They were punctual. The place was clean and smelled nice. My husband had Linda and I, Amanda. We thoroughly enjoyed our deep tissue massages. Linda was able to walk on my husbands back and he loved it. Amanda, found all the knots without even asking me where I hurt most. Definitely will go back because it truly was worth it. This would be a great gift for busy parents, they will love it.

I feel like a brand new person. The ladies there are so nice and welcoming. My therapist paid attention to my body. It was amazing. I’ll be back!!

My second time coming here. I got the most amazing foot massage and I did the deep clean scalp massage. I feel like a new woman! Linda is the best!!

Spontaneous couples massage and they were able to squeeze us in right away. We both really enjoyed our massages! The place was clean, the masseuses were professional, and so very kind. They offered a strong pressure or medium pressure which was nice.

This was the BEST full body massage I’ve ever had! So amazingly relaxing and just the right pressure. The hot stone was incredible. I also had them walk on my back and included a foot massage. I cannot put into words how incredible I fell after the massage. I was so stressed and this definitely hit the spot. I came out feeling a whole new person and with a ton of stress relieved from all areas of my body, literally from head to toe! It was superb! And the best part was having my fiancé here with me. I highly recommend Momo’s and if you have a special someone - bring them in too for a couple’s massage!! It was just what we needed and more!!! I will definitely be back weekly if not biweekly! Unfortunately this massage was probably the worst I ever had in my life :(I still have a bruise on my shoulder from the very painful “massage” I received, she also burned me with a stone and even after I complained, she continued to use them saying they were good for me, and the “medicine” she said she was applying on my neck, gave me a rash.During my foot reflexology she was texting, and the reflexology was simply a light massage. It was not real reflexology.They were also talking over the walls in Chinese (I am Chinese) and there was a construction going on for a few minutes. There was certainly not enough privacy or peace during the massage.On top of all of this… The lady at the register said it was a mandatory 20% tip after I was giving her only what she considered a small tip after feeling pressured, but obviously I really didn’t want to tip her at all. After I asked if this was legal, she said to forget about it and signal that I could leave.So I spent $84 for an hour of torture and mistreatment. Yay me!Safe your hard earned money and go to a real spa.

Booked the couples Reflexology treatment for the first time. It was excellent. It felt really good and relaxing. The place is very zen filled. Beautiful vibe and atmosphere. We really enjoyed it. We will definitely return for the other spa services they have to offer. What a way to start your week #date day starting with MoMo.

We love this place, we’ve been here several times for their reflexology and their full body massages and we are never disappointed! Their customer service is extraordinary but their quality of expertise is even better! Support this small business and get a spa like experience without the astronomical prices! You must try Momos Relaxation Spa and Nail Salon. Momo and all employees will accommodate your needs. One of the best spa pedicures around. It is hard to be satisfied any where else once you treat yourself to an ultimate pedicure.Next up, massage, facials, and now hair and scalp treatments. Momo has made sure all services are top notch. I highly recommend the new hair and scalp treatment. It was relaxing as it includes a 20 minute massage. But your hair feels delightful for days after the treatment. Personal wellness at its best.

Nice facilities, good location, but kind of noisy.They need to control the noise level.Some customers are too loud, and the employees keep talking all the time during the massage sessions.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking so I would of been prepared for the mandatory 20% tip demand. I kindly stated that tipping is at my discretion and still tipped the 20%I booked a couples massage last minute on Groupon, the lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating to my appointment, the atmosphere was nice, place was clean. I told them id pay the extra $10 for 10 minutes like i was offered on the phone, this changed to $10 each, she asked if i wanted deep tissue i said yes, ok, thats another $10. The first 15-20 minute the massage was done over a sheet (mind you Im getting a deep tissue), however, it feels great, no complaints there. My only issue is the woman conversating while Im trying to have 60 minutes of peace away from my 4 demanding children. Im constantly overstimulated and really just needed some quite, relaxation and tension relief. I would have been somewhat ok with their whispers if the massage wasnt stopped or weakend for her to make hand gestures. Once I flipped, the end of the massage was rushed, which wasnt a huge deal to me, but something worth mentioning because it may be to some. I had every intention on returning, alone, but after being forced to tip 20%, I was so turned off. I was also given a loyalty card, that for every $75, you get $5 off, yet, none of my $5 were stamped(should have been 2 stamps)*edit* giving 1 star now Because she charged my card more than what was suppose to be paid.

Been coming here for years and they really relieved a lot of the pain I had from sciatica. I also workout a lot so the deep tissue massages are amazing!! I highly recommend anyone from here as I have been going here since 2020 Amy and Tina are my favorite but all the others are just as good. As I write this Im booking my massage!

I’m giving two stars because the place was clean. Perhaps I got the wrong massage, I wanted a Swedish. I went yesterday with my bestie and we did a girl day couples massage. We both left feeling as if we got beat up. I have never experienced so much pain in my life. My friend felt the same and she got burned by a stone. I took so much ibuprofen last night to sleep from how sore I was. Swedish is not supposed to feel like a deep tissue. I still left tip along with my friend, but unfortunately I won’t be going back. I suggest ensuring they will be gentle. Legit felt like physical therapy and I almost on several occasions got up and said this isn’t happening. My butt feels bruised and my back aches. I learned from this experience 😩

Worst massage experience i literally have ever had. The lady who gave me a massage had very sharp nails and scratched the hell out of my skin she even noticed when she cut into my back. I complained and she got another person and all she did was rub my skin with oil didn’t even use massage techniques just rubbing up and down. My skin is literally itching bad from how bad she ruined my skin. On top of all of this you can hear everything including conversation’s because they dont even have a door lol its a closet door. Stay far away from this place i am shocked by the good reviews. On top of all of this she had the audacity to ask me for a tip. Never again. I even included a picture of her scratching my skin.

This place is a hidden gem. I dont even want to promote it too much because I selfishly dont want it to get so busy. EVERY SINGLE masseuse is amazing. Every single one. You are guaranteed an amazing experience. Love them. Wont go anywhere else.

Licensed, clean, relaxing and experts at what they do. I have a knee issue and they are able to drill down on the area with key massage techniques to offer long-term support and alleviate paid, activate nerves and provide relief. I make it a point to go often and each staff member is able to offer support after just notifying them of a an area of concern. They are experts at what they do.

I had an amazing 90 minute deep tissue massage today with Joe, complete with hot stones. Walked out feeling like a million bucks.

As a massage therapist myself beware of this place! If your looking for a good massage this is not the place. My fiancé and i walked out mid massage it was so bad and unrelaxing. No music and they nonstop talk to each other in a different language. The therapist i got tried upselling me on deep tissue from the second she seen me and wouldn’t put any pressure at all. Just a awful place save your time and money and go somewhere else!!! If i could leave zero stars I would.

I got the Crystal Facial and it was AMAZING! I have sensitive skin and all the places I have gone usually leave my face irritated but at Momo Relaxation Spa I didn’t get irritated. The staff were friendly and polite and definitely helped me with all my needs. I used to suffer from flare ups due to the sun and days after my facial my skin still felt amazing! I definitely recommend coming here if you want your face to look and feel more youthful and healthy.

BEaWare. I’m choosing to write this review today to be a contribution to the consumers that shop out the ideal place to have an amazing experience. Unfortunately this place is nowhere near creating that experience, at least for me and my husband. I like to come from a place of consciousness and awareness to create greater for the people around me. The ladies that run this place and provide services do so with a gentle smile however there’s this underlying intention of manipulation when it comes to the money. We were told $45 per hour when booking. They suggested we add more time and so we added an additional half hour. They then proceeded to bill us $180 Which is not $45 per hour for three hours. The girl handing me back the change didn’t want to give me my $20 change, stating you’re not going to tip me, no tip? Well no tip because the girls talked speaking in a Chinese dialogue and giggled the entire 90 minutes while they performed the massages side-by-side working on us. what was supposed to be a relaxing enjoyable session was totally annoying with repetível strokes that feels like it’s wearing out the area instead of working out the muscles. They even used callus buffers on our feet. The pressure engaged was too hard in areas that are tender to dig into. Apparently my therapist was better then what my husband proclaimed his to be. Not certain if they are even licienced as I didn’t see their credentials on the wall. Never the less, this was a enlightening experience and such that we will NEVER go back. And I never say never, now is am!. I only wished that we got up and left sooner. The only good thing about going there that day was the find of an adorable boutique next door where I rewarded myself for the endured pain of the worst spa service ever! And I am so very grateful for the amazing spas that I can go to which if you read through my other reviews you’ll find one in Fort Lauderdale that is over the top in every way stimulating all your senses in a peaceful joyful loving manner the way we all wish to be treated when we go to a spa. today wherever I go I will create a peaceful loving joyful world! How does it get any better than this I wonder?

Me and my girlfriend were called to confirm our appointment and when we arrived were told that the masseuse was stuck in traffic and that we would have to be seen separately. We returned when the masseuse was present and literally I mean this was the worst massage I have ever gotten and plus we were burned by the hot stones. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

I hate being asked for a tip and this place forced me to leave $30 each person because it was 90 minute massage,First of all it was 80 minutes, and if you are forcing people to leave that amount of tip, make it mandatory in your place then. It does not look good to tell me what amount to tip if I was already tipping, just not $30 each person because it was a couples massage but 20% of that wasn’t $30 each person either.STOP ASKING FOR PEOPLE TO TIP AND FORCING THEM TO LEAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND JUST MAKE IT MANDATORY IN YOUR COMPANY IF YOU WANT TIPS SO BADLY! it looks ridiculous telling me what amount I need to tip, that’s why I’m never coming back.

I like this place is clean for massage and I always do 90 minutes, but after I pay with my CC they asked forced for tips after I give them tips and they look how much money I give it and the Tall Lady tell me not enough and tell me to put more tips from CC.
