This is absulutely the best vape shop in all of Nashville. Ive been shopping there since it opened and it is my favorite place for vapes, vaping supplies, delta 8 products and tools. They have the best legal delta-8 flower I have found.I very tried other vape shops. (Vapor cafe doesnt have 3% nicotine vapes) and the products are higher in price and lower quality. Ive bought wet flower and old flower that was too expensive. Wasting money isnt fun.I enjoy the staff. I trust them and their experience to guide me to my next purchase. I have fun with staff. We talk and joke. They have a truly friendly. trustworthy, knowledgeable staff. I could see myself working there.Their prices are reasonable, if not lower than the others. I bought a spoon for 9.99, where the other store was charging 19.99 for the same size spoon.I cant say enough good things about the store the staff, and I bet the owner is really cool as well.Thank you!! Got a 1 Gram Delta 8 Disposable Cart from here for only 21$. The man that rung me up was cool as hell and even showed me a couple other brands and was very knowledgeable and intelligent. Id give this business a 11 out of 10 if I could considering how outstandingly great their business is. This is my new go to vape shop in Franklin!!! Will recommend to my friends and family.

The staff at this store is phenomenal. They’re always very kind, considerate, and extremely informative when it comes to the products they’re selling. They also don’t push you to buys things in store like many other places do. Highly recommend!

Went here today with my brother in law that is y’all’s regular(I’m from Texas and actually work at a vape shop there). The lady was super nice and talked with me about my vape and other things. Great experience. They also have a juice I’ve been wanting, I can never find in Texas definitely had to snag that and probably will go get other before I leave!Definitely will go back when I visit again!

The people are nice they have very good products very good prices they have Wi-Fi its a little cafe you can sit in there and relax and get out of the Heat if you vape I strongly advise you go here!!

One of the earliest vape shops in Franklin, it remains my favorite. Ive never likes fruity flavored juice, but it gets harder and harder to find the caramel and vanilla type ones I DO love. Most places I have to settle for something sort of adjacent, but this place carries a few flavors I like better than anything Ive found even when everyone in town had dark dessert juices. Their prices, on the products I use, are usually a little better than most places nearby. The staff are friendly and know their stuff. I got great advice when I had to replace my pod system in November. I loved my Nord 1 and used it for close to three years (which I realize is very good for a salt pod) but when I got the Nord III it was dead in a year of a known issue. Im very pleased with the Geekvape Aegis Vapor Cafe helped me select!

Great Customer service with very knowledgeable people. They keep the prices low and really care about the customers. I would say this is definitely my favorite vape shop in the region.

First time to Vapor Cafe bc we are not from this area. We had a wonderful experience. The employee (Hunter G) greeted us, offered assistance, he was very knowledgeable, offered suggestions and was over all very friendly. Prices are very reasonable and comparable to our area. Vapor Cafe had a wide and excellent selection of E juices and products. I absolutely loved the touch screen menu with descriptions of each E juice. Would highly recommend the Vapor Cafe and if we are in the area again will definitely return. Thanks to Hunter G and Vapor Cafe for a great experience

Vapor Cafe is one of my all time favorite places to go to buy anything vape related. They always have good prices, good advice, and the staff is extremely helpful. They will take great care of you, and make sure you get what you need or ask for?

The best shop Ive been to in this area. From Franklin to Brentwood to Smyrna, this is it for me. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great place to hang out! They teach you about your device and how to properly use it. They dont just sell a product, they sell you service.

Bought a bottle of naughty and nice, that was given to me at a dark brown red, when online the picture is clearly yellow. I knew it looked and smelled horrible and the taste is bitter and burnt tasting with a new coil, tried telling them before I left the store and they assured me it was good. Trust your gut, these guys only want your money

Hands down the best vape shop, an house juice Ive experienced. And Ive been to and tried a lot. I Hate it when I have more knowledge about vaping than the person behind the counter, but this has Never happened at Vapor Cafe. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Ive been vaping and building my own coils for a while, but still did the coil class they offer with Andrew, the stuff he taught me was desperately needed. Hes awesome. I love running out of juice so I can go get some more and geek out about vaping for a while.

My mom came to town and forgot her e-juice. These guys were so helpful and friendly, She got the blueberry cotton candy by Badger Juice & LOVES it! She will definitely go back by every time she comes to Franklin!

I’ve been a regular here when I made the translation from another state. These people are the best when it comes to knowing their products. I couldn’t ask for a better place anywhere. If you’re looking for a vapor shop, I recommend this place very highly!

This is the best vape shop in franklin by far, I’ve gone to all of them at least once and this is the only one i come back to. Their prices are fair and the people there are really nice. They have anything you need.

Very knowledgeable and helpful!! I got a couple used mods from friends and knew nothing about vaping. I learned more in 20 minutes here than hours of searching the internet. Their in house liquids are awesome and cheaper than other places. Ive been to Saffire and felt like the kids in there cared more about the fact that they worked there than their customers.

Absolute WORST vape store. Everything is marked up 40 percent. They resell used devices and the owner is a scam artist. STAY AWAY. Buy online from Trusted sources. BEWARE!!!

I wanted to like this place, but the three times Ive been in Ive had to wait to buy something (not a huge deal), but its pretty horrible customer service when someone the worker knows walks in and they help them while Im still waiting. There are plenty other vape shops in the area that give great customer service, so I walked out this last time and am headed to Battleground Vapor. Im not going to Vapor Cafe anymore.

Completely blown away. Ive been to a few shops which were not helpful at all (or worse, intimidating and unwelcoming), but this was a new experience. I was immediately greeted and helped. But I received MUCH more help than I expected. There is a vape bar where you can try nearly every liquid available. Including the house liquids which are better than pretty much every ejuice Ive ever tried. I mentioned having trouble with my Zeus RTA, and (Im sorry I already forgot his name) they showed me exactly how I should wick it to prevent the dry hits I was getting (he took out his own Zeus RTA and wicked it right there in front of me). I was also shown how to get some more life out of my coils which get gunked up because I use some really sweet juices, lol. Absolutely the best service Ive ever experienced.

I love Vapor Café. We went to another shop in a pinch and there is no comparison in quality. Kevin and Christina are wonderful! Badger Juice is the best juice and burns clean. All products are also top quality and the prices are very competitive! If you vape you must go to the café and check it out I guarantee you wont ever want to go anyplace else!

We usually get all our upgrades and supplies here, people are very friendly and helpful, though a little pricier than other stores. However, the wife and I were looking to purchase the Kanger SubBox kit today, which they carry for $89. Saffires across town in Cool Springs carries it for $79. I called Vapor Cafe to see if they would price match it, and they said they wouldnt. Considering the amount we have spent there over time, its disappointing to know they will let a $160 sale go over $20, which they would have gotten back anyways from oils and accessories. Ill drive across town from now on and save that extra. Thanks, VC.

I Have never had the best customer support ever at any retail store.. Just like they say.. If you bring your product in within 14-30 days, they can really help you out get you something that works better, or replace defected items to the max.. They will not let you leave there unsatisfied.. They even filled up my new tank that was previously broken and recommended I try new flavors.. They even have an area where you can put together your own flavor juice after they insert the proper organic pharm grade nicotine..I left here a very have customer because they replaced all the defects that were wrong and explained what level of Watts would be consistent with the Mod I had.. Of course they had some really nice ones compared to me, so later on I may switch over.. The prices have gone down on the most incredible Mods since I first began to come there.. I mixed three different kinds of flavors and am so satisfied, that I even made up a name for my juice.. I find it very tasty. The only thing that I think they should drop prices in is possibly the filtration should be about 1 dollar cheaper.. I have been to other places and hey were about 1.25.. but besides that.. Excellent service, great staff.. They know everything there is to know about how to work every Mod in there and that is impressive.. One thing I did not like was that they did not sell separate parts of Mods that may have been misplaced.. You must order those online which can be kind of expensive... I should have got a rubber case for my Mod and that would have never Happened.. My new Juice is is like one of the best. 40% Kings Passage-40% LEPRECHAUNS JEWELS and 20% Cotton Candy..Great mix, very good and tasty and I get I got a pretty good idea how to mix them up good..Next time im going to use about 15% watermelon or hard candy might have been slightly better,, but this is fine.. I even named it : Titans Eclipse. I may create the next one called Titan Eclipse Evolution.. lol I love this place..
