Was lied to be staff. Ought a RAZ and was told the one I had purchased had 6000 puffs on it only had it for 6 days and it just stopped charging. All’s store to ask them about purchasing defective product and was mot willing to bell out. Will NOT be doing business here anymore. Plenty of other shops to use

This store has cool things. Having said that… they just order glass off online sites and then add a 50% mark up on them. FACTI used the term “bubbler” and “rig pearls” and the woman working legitimately told me she wouldn’t sell me a thing and told me I “needed to get a clue” bc I used i those terms.Cool stuff if you’re in a hurry. And the woman working with the power trip… shut up and make the owner money. It was just the 2 of us. Arrogant unfriendly waste of my time.

I was very dissatisfied with the male worker behind counter. He was rude. My husband and I have vine there a couple different times. And both times the kid was working. Once they wouldnt let my husband and I go in together, only one at a tumor and the 2nd time, after our purchase we were looking at something on our way out and he said we have a time limit on how long were allowed to be in store. I felt we are buying things and we had to wait in line outside. Plus no one was out waiting. I cant get over how this person was. Its not like we are young kids just browsing. Were young middle age buyers.

The shoppe is always clean and the employees always knowledgeable and friendly. Never pushy, either. They have many products that help lots of people. Their stock attracts a variety of people with a wide array of needs and interests.

Always a great experience here. They have a rewards system now too. They carry just about anything you could need smoke wise and always have the friendliest attitude. Love every experience here

Talk about a selection of products. Id go all out with 5 stars but they didnt have the lighter I was looking for. They did however recommend another place. Staff is nice

Went to Glass and more this evening and Katie done a Fantastic job at helping us find everything we needed. The store gets an Outstanding on their Wonderful customer Service and the store was very clean and tidy too!!! ❤

Went in and was informed they wouldnt serve me without a mask. I asked if they honored exemptions and the worker said no. I asked if they would do curbside service and the worker said no, the owner had a policy of not even allowing curbside service without a mask. Never going back. I say go elsewhere.

In Fremont today and decided to stop by on a whim and was not disappointed! Sales lady was fun, knowledgeable, and super helpful! Nice to see staff that still go out of their way for customers!!!

Usually, Im in and out only gathering something I specifically need. Tonight, I didnt find what I was looking for but I started looking around at other things, and was appreciative of the young girls willingness to help, product knowledge, and explaination of her own personal preferences.

The store in Fremont ohio. Always has the goodies. Everything I need. Plus, stuff I didnt know I needed.

Have everything! Clothes, pipes, tobacco, everything. Ooze pens were $20, they were 17.99 .4 miles away at Cheap Tobacco. But, not the same variety in colors. Friendly staff
