Love this place ! I get my incense from them and my joint papers !As a plus if you ask for cuttings of the plants in the store they will happily give you some!!!! Great place highly recommended for all your smoking needs :)

Adrian provided excellent customer service while helping me select a replacement battery for 510 threaded carts. He asked some qualifying questions like what I was going to use it with to determine what type of temperature control I was looking for. Checked the battery capacity of similar units to see which battery was bigger. Pointed out all the of useful features, like a notch one can use to tether the pen to a lanyard. The battery I chose came packaged within a display so even though there was no individual packaging, he had the foresight to suggest I take a picture of the details on the display packaging. Thanks for the help!

I have bought two bad vape pens here, been back and forth four times telling them they dont work. All I have been told is that I did something wrong and broke the vape myself and that theres no way they will replace it. It never worked and never will, they just totally ripped me off and blamed me for it! Go to Smok N Bra on main street, they will hook it up.

Was looking for some kratom, tried calling on Friday and Saturday couldn’t get through to anyone. Decided to risk and it drive over since the voicemail says the hours of operation. There was both a sign that said open and closed in the window and the door was locked. Wasted time

I had just stopped in to look around and waste time but the clerk, Hannah was so friendly and inviting I couldnt help but buy something. If youre looking for quality glass and customer service this is the place to go. Also if youre looking for something to liven up your sex life they have a great selection of toys in the back.

Best place anywhere in the surrounding areas kindest staff who go so far to make sure customers are happy , i bought one of the most beautiful water pipes i have seen and i will be making a 9hr drive to so so again! Would make a point of visiting !Due to lock down she wasnt able to have people inside so she made a custom little array for me pick from, and filled my torch for me to make sure it was working, thank you high altitude!

This headshop by far exceeds the standard for summit county glass. There selection and quality is much better than any other shop Ive visited here. Their prices are unbeatable and give you the best bang for your buck.

Cool dog and a nice business

Since we were in town I figured I would stop get a new piece since I live almost an hour and a half away. The multi colored haired lady behind the counter was yelling at someone on the phone the entire time I was trying to buy a piece. She actually walked over in front of me and started yelling at someone on the phone right in front of me, as if she was yelling at me? I just left, no piece and wasted time! You clearly have no idea what customer service is, glad I know now! I prefer to support local companies but I will order my new piece online instead, thanks for nothing!

I visited the store on Jan 6 and the store was short staffed. Never the less. The woman working was very helpful, patient, and had multiple personal suggestions for what ever I, or the other customers in front of me asked about. Very nice place to visit!

I called before I went to make sure they had what I was looking for and the employee i spoke to said they did. I told her I would be heading that way. Arrived a little while later and the sign said open and it was within business hours but the door was locked and no one was there. Ended up going to a different store where they told me I was the second customer that day that had the same issue with High Altitude.

Not open much. Hours are posted and shown on Google, but the store typically has a sign up in the door saying that they will be closed. Reasons include staffing, weather, or none. Hard to shop there.

Muggsy and Adrian are the dopest! I had a blast picking out a whole new dab set with them today. I gave them three descriptive words of what I was looking for and they gave amazing suggestions!!

Adrian & Michelle have a great shop with a hugh selection of products. Adrian was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable about Kratom. Will definitely be back!

Good shop, just the last 3 times I’ve been there around 4:30-5:00 pm they’ve been closed drive from Buena Vista to go there and after an hour and a half drive to find them closed suck been coming here like 15 years and over the last year the have been hit or miss on closing early
