I stopped in this afternoon because my regular vape shop was out of my favorite juice. I walked in the front door and there was no one around. I took a few minutes to look at the shelves, saw that they had the brand of juice that I was looking for, but still no one came to help. I was beginning to think that there wasnt anyone working in the store when I walked over toward the back of the shop and saw a girl sitting down on her phone. When she saw me, she jumped up, startled, and said Oh, I didnt know you were here. Clearly. I told her what I wanted and she pointed out that they but had it, but the miligram of nicotine was higher than I was wanting. There were several boxes on the shelf, and I asked her if there might be one behind the first one on the shelf. She just said no, we dont have it. I am curious to know how she could possibly know that. In any case, I definitely wont be back. Not even as a back-up shop.

Got 2 funky republic’s here yesterday. Price was 10 dollars more each than most shops. Then one of the 2 didn’t work out of the box. Say they can’t refund or exchange unless you unbox and test in the shop in front of them. 25 bucks out the window. Won’t be back.

When I told her nevermind because the same one is $12 right around the corner, she discounted it by $3 and pressured me to by it anyway. They are also pushy and try to convince you to by more than you came for. will not be returning. There are too many vape stores around here to overpay by 20%

Most locations are quick to make a sale where as this one takes time too see what your looking for in terms of taste or modification to your vape. Josh was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about not just the product and camping in general, but how to treat customers. Best prices in town, sick selection

Walked in with extremely vague details on the flavor of juice I liked. Spent about a half hr going back and forth on what I was interested. Jonathan was extremely patient with me and I walked out with an amazing deal on a 100ML. Would highly recommend this store.

I am shocked at all of the great reviews for this place! Since I live with chronic pain, I went in for my first time with a lot of questions. When I walked in, there was another dude surrounded by a cloud of smoke talking to the employee.I told him what I thought I needed and without looking up, much less looking me in the eyes, he reached behind him and handed me a product and continued his conversation with this other guy, as if I interrupted his break. I paid and left. I walked back in with a question, and he happened to say, “oh yeah, there aren’t any instructions, so press the button 5 times for on and 5 times for off.”Since I’ve never used anything like this before, I took his word for it. Needless to say, when I got home, what he gave me didn’t fit with the other pieces like he promised, and when it didn’t work properly, I had no instructions. My boys recommended this place, but since then they’ve realized that if you don’t go in and smoke with him, you aren’t considered a customer. If you really need assistance and have questions, do NOT go here. I consider them unprofessional and rude.

This place is great. I just moved here and tried 3 or 4 other shops but this is my new one. The other shops were all pretty lame. Jonathan was super cool and helpful. Even got my new juice, vanilla almond milk, which I will be sticking with.

Guy who works at this location and Ive seen him over at the little elm store is a pain in the @$$ on the customers. Has been all 5 or so times Ive met him. Flavors are good, but pricey. Environment is cool, but the guy behind the counter will make you want to leave. Merchandise is fairly relevant and new, however but can be found at every other bar as well. I struggle to be a returning or spending more money here because of the employee and only go when Im in a pinch. I hope this is helpful to someone.

Went to vapor lab to get some pods for my Sourin Air. Jonathan was working and was super awesome. He was very knowledgeable and personable and my first time here an exceptional experience. I had a closer vape store I go to regularly, but I stopped by here with a friend who needed some juice and swore by this place. It turns out he was right! Jonathon is his regular go to associate and his recommendations are on point! I have been to this location 3 times in the past week. I would recommend this place, they are better then any other vape store. The guy that works during the week Monday-Friday is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. His name is Jonathan.

Tanner killed it!Out of stater here and I am a big baby when it comes to vaping, I dont like the heavy, big kazillion puffs, just something to lightly hit when I drink and stressed. I told Tanner exactly what I was looking for and he recommended uno strawberry yogurt and wow I was pleased!I hate vapes out of state, cause its really a mystery what youll get if you dont know any of the brands.TANNER YOU ARE AWESOME

Just moved to Dallas literally 2 hours ago from New York.Looking for a dope vape shop I googled and found this one. Just know you’ll never get my money again. The rep is terrible and disrespectful. Throws my debit card back at me and just shoves the tablet to me with no instructions. Hella aggressive like I won’t smack the sh** out him. And he’s lucky I told my wife to relax and she walked away. It’s clear he doesn’t know how we get down up north but we don’t do disrespect. Dont shop here if you expect the places you to business with to stand behind the products they sell! I bought a battery that stopped working after just a couple months of use and the proprietor basically told me to pound sand when I asked him to replace it or contact the manufacturer on my behalf. Find another local shop or better yet, shop online and save some $$.

Johnathan is the reason I stay coming back into vapor labs. I could go anywhere else for my ecig but I will stay comming back for his service. Hes always happy to see me come back in and im always glad to be back.

I came in to pick up some coils. Abby was super knowledgeable and polite. Even though they didn’t have the coils I was looking for I gained a lot of knowledge on the difference in size from the old Kleto coils and the Kleto 120. I left with coils for my free max and I’m getting rid of the Kleto. Thanks Abby!!! Also vape a 6 if you’re a man! Would recommend anytime Abby is working!
