First time, last time at Bliss Spa. Got right in, which was great. But girl who worked on me was definitely not a masseuse not a reflexologist. She also didnt speak English. So when I asked her to increase pressure, that didnt happen. I kept expecting it to improve but it did not. And to top it off, I was shorted 15 minutes! I feel ripped off. $72.00 and I did give the person a tip. Owner needs to fix this pronto. Dont bait and switch. Dont advertise professional massages and then have someone rub you for 40 minutes. I did like the warmed oil and hot towels. I did feel relaxed (yet irritated w/what I spent and didnt get what I paid for) but it did the job. I was more relaxed. I wont be back.RESPONSE TO COMMENTS BY BUSINESS: Just because you dont like what a review says does not mean its not accurate. I am not lying nor did I exaggerate my experience there. And how dare you write that I am not telling the truth. Shame on you. Thats bad business.First, your website states PROFESSIONAL MASSEUSES which is definitely not true of the girl who I had. Second, you asked what kind of pressure I wanted. I said light to medium. Not deep? I said no. You said ok, $70 for that and $80 for deep tissues. When I asked the girl to press harder, I didnt ask for deep tissue. She was not applying any pressure. And since she didnt understand English, she didnt increase the pressure at all. She didnt know what I was saying then nor when I inquired about rubbing my arches since that was 1/3 of my time went - to my feet. ?? Third, the hour starts when your service begins; not when the client walks into the door. I shouldve known something wasnt right when you had me pay BEFORE the service was rendered. Never in decades of getting massages or other selfcare services have I been required to prepay. Red flag I missed. I just hope other people see this review and dont mislead and ripped off like I was.And I deducted a star for the owner accusing me of being a liar.

I came in to Bliss Spa sore from a long day in work. They worked out all the kinks in my body and had me relaxed in minutes. They have fair prices. The place is really clean and everyone is friendly. I will be back often here!!!

I went in with high expectations due to other reviews and their online ads. But I was disappointed. When I was getting a massage it was OK. But the masseuse kept walking out to greet people at the front desk. And when she walked back in, she’d leave the door partially open so she could hear people come in. It was noisy. They were busy. And it negatively impacted my massage and relaxation.

I recently came in for a massage to address my neck and upper back pain. I had great a 2hr massage with Karen. She was very professional and polite and made me feel comfortable throughout the service. She’s a very skilled technician and really tuned in to what the client’s needs are. Highly recommend :)

If I could give Bliss Spa in Gilbert six stars, I gladly would. The staff members are very professional and courteous. The facility is immaculate and well maintained. They provide a comfortable and renewing massage. I had shoulder and neck pain from my workouts at the gym. I relayed this information to my provider and upon completion of my massage, felt totally renewed and invigorated. Thank you Bliss Spa, your name truly lets a customer that they are in the right place.

Emily at Bliss Spa gave me the BEST Deep Tissue Massage I have ever had in my life!.....She was Kind and Compassionate, and made me feel comfortable. She applied the right amount of pressure to release any tension and destress me. In addition, my circulation improved, I could breathe easier and I sleep better. I highly recommend her, because not only is she affordable, but she will customize the right massage based on your specific needs. I will be back and WILL NOT go anywhere else.

Not what Im used to. I love massages...I get them when on vacation on the beach in Mexico, I get them back home in Texas.They dont have the traditional massage beds. They use a rolled up towel to hold your head up when facing down. Well, after a few minutes it flats out 🙄 She was a few minutes into the massage and then completely pulls the sheet off and never covers me again. At one point, she got on the bed with her knees next to each of my ears, lord! To top it off, she tells me You from Mexico, huh? And we couldnt end the experience without her asking me for a tip!

I always get a great massage at this bliss spa ! I’ve had a handful of therapists work on me both for prenatal and just relaxation. I always walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed. The therapists are kind and welcoming and the establishment is clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend.

I came to Bliss Spa for a 60-minute massage today. The lady at the front desk (dont know her name but she had green-colored contacts) asked me to pay the $80 for the massage BEFORE which I thought was strange but continued to do so. After the massage, another lady who gave me the massage greeted me near the front entrance and asked me how much tip I wanted to give... I told her $5 and then she began to tell me how I needed to give at least $20 in tip... She and the lady with green-colored eyes tried to convince me for 5 minutes why I NEEDED to give them more of a tip... Long story short: DO NOT GO HERE. I get similar full body massages from other reflexology spots in Gilbert/Chandler all the time that are half the price and just as good, if not better!!

Ive been here twice. Emily did a great job. The first time she did a deep tissue massage as I have a lot of pain in my lower back. I felt great afterwards. The second time, because I was feeling good still, she did a relaxing massage with hot rocks. I highly recommend her.

I would have to say this is the best in the Valley. They place is so nice and calm and enjoyable. The staff there has great Knowledge and exquisite techniques on getting those sore muscles back to feeling better. I highly recommend this spa. I did the 90 minute deep tissue and have been back a couple times and they always manage to get the perfect spots. Every time has been the same and is super enjoyable. Thanks to everyone that works there.

My massage therapist Iris was amazing! She was super friendly and listened to me about all of my ailments and pain and focused on my needs. She made me feel so comfortable, I can’t wait to go back.

Asking for a higher tip is beyond ridiculous and embarrassing. Tips are for good experience/service. If you guys want more $ raise y’all prices even though you’re already overpriced. Remember ladies, a tip is OPTIONAL in the U.S. never once in my life have I been asked to tip more 😂😂 made yourself look dumb

I been this place few times, I like here very much,the rooms very clean , the therapists very professional, I worked computer too much time,so my neck and back so sore,after they gave me the deep tissue massage and hot stone, I feel a lot better,so I will keep come back here,if you need good massage,bliss spa is the best choice !
