5 Stars is not nearly enough to rate how ethereal and pleasant my first time experience was here. Went in sore from head to sole, came out rejuvenated, ugh! The Garden has a very welcoming demeanor while the staff are exceptionally courteous, especially Angel and Sheila!! Angel with her skilled techniques such as that of a goddess, and Sheila with her compassionate understanding of the body like that of a mother. 100% returning for more, it is the most heavenly massage you can treat yourself to. Worth every moment :D

Healing Garden Massage is a very special place, and Sheila has a gift for true healing. She has created a clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, but this is not a foo foo, pampering, superficial type of massage. This is actual healing performed by someone with great knowledge and skill, attentive to exactly what your body needs in order for it to heal and function properly. Decades of back pain improved after my first session and continue to improve each time I go there, but the most exciting improvement has been my sleep, which I was not expecting. I have struggled with terrible sleep for more than 18 years and have resorted to self-medicating with MotrinPM or Benadryl just to be able to sleep through the night so that I can function the next day. The very first night after my first appointment with Sheila, I slept soundly through the night with no Benadryl! I have not taken one ever since. I have slept every night and woken up refreshed, and I’ve had more energy to function throughout the day all because she knew what my body needed to heal in that way. I am so thankful to have started this journey to better health with Sheila, and I wish the same blessing for you. 💕

Passed by and so glad we found Healing Garden. Their ability to deliver whatever your body needs has been amazing. My wife has struggled to find someone able to accurately target and treat her troublesome areas, and Shelia has been amazing each and every time. As for myself, I have been surprised with the relief that has come countering my sleep tendencies. Ada has treated my sciatica nerves pain twice now and each time I feel so much more relief. She had put a treatment plan together for me and understand the complexities of my body and the pain Ive been living with. This is not just a massage of muscles, it is directly related to the area and the nerves causing the pain.. the stretching of the body is also done with Precison. What an amazing experience! I got a massage from Ada and I would say it was maybe the best massage I have ever gotten. She did a great job figuring out my exact needs. I have had an autoimmune condition for many years and have had bodywork done from probably 100 experts including chiros, acupuncturists, and physical therapists. Many times these experts left me in more pain than I went in with. Ada took the time to ask all about my issues in order to know how best to help me. In talking with her I found out that she is also trained in Gua Sha which you can see in the picture. It looks painful but I was in Heaven after it was done. Her techniques in traditional massage were all on point, but being able to get Gua Sha done after my massage really took my experience over the top. Thanks again Ada!

I’ve been getting Massages for 20 years at a very regular frequency. Hands down one of the best massages of my life and I don’t say that easily. The knowledge of the human body and inter connectivity of the muscle groups, nerves, tendons, etc was next level. They’ve got a new long term customer in me for sure. Very very impressed and will now be a regular client.

Hands down the best massage I have ever received. Sheila was amazing!!! Not only was the massage the best I have ever had but she was very polite and explained some stretching exercises to aid with muscle soreness. The facility was exceptionally clean and top notch. Wonderful massage! Possibly the best of my life. Sheila’s attention to detail throughout the 90 minute traditional Chinese massage was second to none.She focused in on problem areas quickly and gave those areas the bulk of her attention. Her hands were almost freakishly strong and she used them with a great deal of effectiveness.I’m very grateful for their quality service and look forward to using them again.(Ive returned multiple times since I posted my first review. Each time Sheila has outdone herself. I have no idea how she has the strength to do what she does, but she does! She really cares about helping me, and she doesnt give ANYTHING less than 100% during her service)

In this case I am compelled to share this further review because I feel so privileged to benefit from the professional interventions available at Healing Garden Massage...more individuals need to be aware of this secret sitting right here in Gilbert! I continue to be a regular customer for back and other body pain. Obviously massage therapy cannot cure herniated discs and other acute injuries. What it can do, at least at Healing Garden, is reduce the pain and create mobility in a way that removes the constant burden of feeling limited by that pain. And while I see Ada who has literally changed the pain game for me, Ive had the chance to interact with their entire team. From how they greet you, to how they treat you, theres a special energy that literally permeates this small shop when you walk through their doors! Theres magic happening in Gilbert, and Ada is my lead magician! I encourage you to walk through their doors and find yours!++++++++++++++++++++++Healing Garden Massage is the real deal! I have been searching for the perfect massage place and this is it. They are completely invested in really understanding your body and figuring out what they need to do to heal you. I went in not being able to move my neck, back, & arms at all in shooting pain and I left with full mobility and very little pain. I will be coming back and this will be my new regular place. I highly suggest this place for anyone, especially athletes like me, and those who are prone to injuries or frozen shoulder.

My SAVING GRACE for postpartum recovery! Postpartum I was incredibly achy, struggling with overall mobility and back/hip pain. My back and hip pain was so bad I could barely sleep. Ive been going to Healing Garden Massage for a little over a month now and I feel like a new person; my mobility is worlds better, pain is pretty much gone (it gets better every session), and Im sleeping SO much better.Sheila is incredibly knowledgeable and tailors each massage to the current state youre in, so it changes as your body goes through healing phases. In addition to that, Sheila showed me various stretches that would help release tension where I was holding it most so I could more effectively care for myself at home. I do not think Id be able to confidently return to work if it wasnt for all the help along my healing journey that Ive received here. I plan to stay a client for life!

I went in today for a Massage. I was feeling a lot of shoulder/neck pain and they did Ana amazing job. I did not catch the name of the therapist, but she was wonderful and really knew what she was doing!

Seriously the BEST massage I’ve had in years! Very professional, clean, and great environment. The massage therapists are so sweet and always make my experience amazing. They create a relaxing setting and have a great couples room. I leave feeling 100% better than when I got there!

Got a massage today and it was amazing! I’m a lash artist so I’m always leaning over clients and it really makes my body hurt a lot. After my massage, I feel so relieved and so much better. I will be back to this place. The ladies were super nice and very welcoming (:

WAY too noisy to relax and enjoy.I could hear a person in another room as well as someone talking on the speaker phone about an upcoming appointment.The massage was 4 * but all the distractions I could hear made it not relaxing AT ALL.Unless they take note of this post, I would not recommend going here for an enjoyable relaxing massage.

Best massage experience I have ever had! I was warmly greeted and given very sanitary sheets/cover. Not only was the massage deep but I was opened up so much just on my first session. I was given so much information about the body and even stretches I can do at home to help outside of a massage.P.S. try the fire cupping it is amazing!

One of the best massage treatments ever. I was a walk-in because I had a medical appointment in the business center a few yards across the parking lot. I went in complaining of what felt like a strain in my thoracic spine and was IMMEDIATELY impressed that they had me fill out a form asking my name, and health related issues - including where the pain was. Shelia was my therapist and not only did she diagnose what was causing the problem, she gave me an at home regiment of stretching to perfom that would help. This was impressive, because Im very athletic, I already train and stretch a minimum of 5 days a week, so the fact that Shelia was able to recomend four stretches that I do NOT already do was quite helpful. Its been one week since my appointment, Ive been doing the extra strecthing daily and the pain has not returned.

Very professional and clean. These therapists have been trained in China and have an understanding of the body and approach healing with the whole body.I have had lower back issues & pain most of my life and recently have had nerve pain along my hip and down my leg. I exhausted all options from western medicine.I was so lucky to have found these exceptional therapists. They work very hard and always make time for their patients.They referred me to a very good acupuncturist to help speed up healing.They helped my son who also had some nerve pain and muscle pains in his legs. He was having a hard time walking normal and they helped him and he is able to walk properly now.Every appt. they take out newly laundered sheets, sealed in plastic, and make up the table very clean and fresh.

Do not go here- untrained horrible experience- The worse ever!! The website is fake photos- the services are fake- I wanted to walk out- my girl was untrained- my husbands back hurts today- noisy as hell in their- My husbands therapist left the room 4; times-unprofessional rip off. The table was painful and stinky. Go somewhere else this is a scam. 🙏🏻

Best massage Ive ever received! My mom and I came in for hr massages and they took great care of us. They even told us exercises to do to help us feel better. If I am ever back in town I will be back!!

The therapist here are professional and know what they are doing. I work construction and have been there several times due to various muscle strains , pulls and tears. The therapist always seem to get me back to work the next day. The price is affordable and well worth it if your hurting. This is my honest opinion, if you want affordable quality service try this place.

I have had a lot of back and neck issues lately and after reading some reviews I decided to give this place a try. I received a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. It really helped to fix my pain. They were knowledgeable and taught me a few exercises to help prevent the pain.

Still the best place I know. If you are needing a real massage this is the best place in the greater Phoenix area! I suffer from back pain and migraines, the therapist here know how to actually help pain problems. The best place I have ever been to, recommend 110%!!!!!

Wow. These ladies are amazing! I feel like a whole new person. I told them the areas I was having troubles with and they went at it relentlessly until the problem was gone. They showed me stretches I could do at home to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I will definitely be back.

Experienced and caring massage therapists, they are interested in bringing your body into balance so you are healthier and happier. After only a few sessions, my very chronically tight shoulder and back muscles have relaxed.

This place is very cash money. This was my first time receiving a Chinese massage, and it definitely did not disappoint!!! Sheila did an awesome job restoring my energy flow throughout my body. I feel restored.

Great place to go for a beneficial massage. I used to go to my chiropractor’s masseuse due to the benefits of deep tissue massages. Both of the therapists do a fantastic job of great deep tissue and stretching, found my new place to go!!

The place is very clean; the massage therapists are very conscientious about working on problem areas. I came in with a frozen shoulder and it was pain free after two sessions. The first time in a long time that I could use my shoulder pain free.

I have Been coming here for a while like 5 years. Both ladies that work here do a great job. They have helped me with stretching and shown me ways to keep my muscles loose. Both ladies are great at deep tissue.
