One of my most absolute fav shops ever! So well curated and organized inside. It’s so cute, well designed and has such charm. You can tell a lot of love has been poured into this business and their selection and inventory there is top notch. The staff and owners are the best. I’d give them ten stars if I could ;)

I used to shop at a less expensive shop, (you get what you pay for). I decided to try highly social out since its much closer to home. My first experience was with the owner who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The juice is a little more expensive but the quality is far superior and the staff is great. Hannah always recommends great flavors and offers samples. Theyve been my go to store for over a year now.

(awesome) I was asking about a particular brand of salt nic juice and the next time I was in the store she had ordered it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop! They have an enormous supply and very reasonable prices. Whatever you are looking for, I bet they have it. I knew nothing of any smoke shops in AZ as I was visiting from out of town. I literally just searched for the closest shop as I was looking to purchase kradom powder. Thank goodness it was Highly Social Smoke & Vape!!! I was a bit nervous going to a shop I didnt know but I needed to make a purchase before returning home to CO. Well, the owner, Christina, (she and her husband are the local owners), quickly calmed my nerves. The store itself was beautiful!! Christina listened to my needs and was incredibly knowledgeable! I never felt rushed or embarrassed. She quickly recommended a product she thought would match what would work for me. This was a new product to me that I knew nothing about. She proceeded to tell me all about it and answer my MANY questions!! I headed back home, and not surprisingly, this was the highest quality and most effective product I had tried to date to treat my many health issues. She is a true angel!! I would most DEFINITELY recommend to anyone to visit this store- you will not be disappointed!!

Wow! I am so impressed with this smoke shop! Its not cluttered like most shops are. Christina has really curated the selection very well. Its super intentional. As someone who has frequented many a smoke shop over the years, I can honestly say I would buy everything she stocks. She was very knowledgeable about all of her products. Great shop!

I didn’t come shop here but I called to ask if they had something I was looking for and Dani was extremely helpful over the phone. I didn’t shop today, but her wonderful customer service guarenteed my return to shop in the future.

I love their juices, they carry brands you wont easily find elsewhere. They have a nice selection of mods and accessories, some higher-dollar stuff that Id usually have to order online and wait to receive. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a nice pup that always greets me when I come in. I wish they had every brand of juice that I like, but I can usually find those everywhere, so I understand that they are bringing value to a somewhat oversaturated market.

I had once bought an atomizer from these guys, and they did a really outstanding job of understanding what I wanted and helping me get the best thing within my price range. After going back to tobacco for a little while, I came back today and once again received stellar service. Knowledgeable, friendly, good products, and good prices. Know that when you come here you will be receiving top quality service.

Every time I am greeted and Hannah has such great knowledge of all kids of pods and gadgets. Hannah has sild me on trying different styles and flavors. You rock Hannah!

TJ and Bethany say on their website that theyre just a couple of people who like helping each other...I couldnt describe this awesome couple any better! I dont think it would matter if this was a vape shop or a bookstore, they will help you with anything in any way they can! Above and beyond is their standard, not something you might get on a good day, its like that every time I go in! I absolutely LOVE this place!They helped me put together a starter kit and were so patient with me as I sampled a lot of juices! BTW...GREAT selection of juices, carefully chosen by the owners for taste and ingredients. Being a novice, I had some operator issues with my tank and coils and they shocked me with how helpful they were, and how happy they were to help me. Like I said, above and beyond is their standard!When you go in its like youre stopping by your friends place to hang out and talk shop for a few minutes.I highly recommend this shop!

I really like this vape shop. They have a good selection and a knowledgeable staff. I have been given good advice on flavors, machines and batteries on every visit and a staff recommendation became my main flavor for over a year. They have a killer rewards system and I found I was getting a discount almost every time I came in. I would drive out of the way to come here.

Love the Owners! Especially Bethany! They only sell high quality products and such a huge help in helping you pick out whatever you may be in need of. Very clean. I love that they also sell Doterra oils as well. My favorite place for vap needs. Wont buy equipment from anyone else.

Offbeat and Unique is an amazing shop. You will find the best juices on Earth here, whatever your taste. The experts who work here seem to really care about giving you the most desirable vaping experience, however you define it. I will be returning here and cant wait to try their next suggestions.

Product selection is good, Ive had mostly positive experiences with the knowledgeable staff. They make you test the products first which, coming from buying THC vapes, caught me a little off guard.

A great vape shop with very knowledgeable employees and an owner who is very passionate about The Vaping community and his business. When you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly and adorable chocolate dog and an eye-catching decor. If you are not sure of what type of Vape flavors or brands you would like to purchase, they will not only provide you with a catalog... they will sit down with you and explain how each liquid is manufactured and allow you to sample them as well. You never feel rushed here, on the contrary they make you feel as if your complete satisfaction is their only goal. The prices are reasonable and the merchandise is great quality. You can also buy mods/replacement parts here and they have a wide variety to choose from. I noticed they also have higher end vaping pipes (shaped like the ones you see Sherlock Holmes using in the movies).

Super nice guys. First time buyer. Sold me a quality vape pen, explained and showed me how to use it before i left! I lost the charger within days and went back to purchase a second pen so Id have two pens and a charger. They were out of that pen so he gave me HIS personal charger. Awesome place.

Absolutely, hands down the best vape shop in town. Ive been a proud supporter of this small business and the wonderful people that work there for five years.I smoked a pack a day for 11 years, and was intimidated by the idea of quitting cold turkey. When I decided to stop smoking cigarettes, the plan was to make the transition to vape and then, ultimately, to quit nicotine altogether. After researching, I ended up trying out Offbeat and Unique. I immediately loved the staff - very attentive, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I have a ton of examples over the years of the amazing level of customer care - everything from the staff custom ordering juices and mods for me that they didnt normally carry in stock, to the owner TJ letting me borrow his own personal mod - a model I was considering ordering for myself - just so I could try it out for a week and make an informed decision. These guys are ALL ABOUT customer service. When I moved to a different part of town after my first year of patronage, I continued to make the 20-minute drive to their store from my new home, just so I could continue to support them and get the best service in town.Most importantly, the staff understood my ultimate goal of quitting nicotine and were extremely helpful. Over the years, at my request, the staff continuously ordered my preferred flavors in lower and lower nicotine concentrations, until the juice contained just a trace level of nicotine.As I write this review today, I am proud to say that I have now been able to completely quit the vape and have been nicotine free for over a month. These guys were absolutely invaluable, and even though I dont vape anymore, I still send them customers all the time - friends that I know who are quitting cigarettes and weening off of nicotine. I dont need to speculate as to the effectiveness of quitting nicotine over time through vaping; I am living proof that it is possible! I have several friends who also achieved this goal of weening off nicotine through vaping - all of whom patronized this wonderful store on my referral.Thank you to everyone at Offbeat and Unique. Ive been to many vape shops in the last 4 years - and I kid you not, you will NOT find a vape shop like this one. TJ and Beth are the most down to earth, genuine people. Their staff are warm and caring, too. The whole purpose to this vape shop is to educate and assist with any and all vaping needs. I was going to random little hipster vape shops before, kind of just winging it and using google to figure out how to manage my equipment - and the moment I walked into this shop, I felt confident that I was actually learning how to do this and keep doing this instead of smoking cigarettes because my vapes kept pooping out on me.I have come in, 10 minutes to close, needing help with my coils, batteries, tanks, needing liquid - and they have always been more than happy to help me get back on track, all while teaching me why something went wrong and what I can do differently to prevent damage to any one of these parts. I have never felt rushed or judged at this shop. I could keep going, but to sum all of my love for them up: this shop is one in a million.Go here one time and I can garauntee youll keep coming back. ( did I mention they call me by name no matter how long its been since Ive been in?! I love them!! )

Hands down the best vape shop Ive been to in the phoenix area. This is coming from someone who rebuilds, and makes this a hobby, not just a smoking cessation. Their juice selection is vast, and affordable. Not only that but they pick some of the best juice on the market. Their products are marked up in a fair way, and they carry genuine gear. This lovely couple does their research, and trys to keep it current. A+, keep up the good work guys, I wish more vape shops took it as seriously as you do.

I have never been in a vape shop, nor have i ever vaped, but i was curious about CBD. They were very helpful and knowledgeable! I was assuming it would be some hipster douchebag hang out but the guys behind the counter were really cool and didnt make me feel like an idiot for asking possibly obvious and stupid questions.
