I travel for work and found this little gem online, and it was great. The place was clean, VERY friendly staff with an obvious emphasis on customer service, and great amenities. Their lagoon services were what we utilized, and they were SO relaxing. Sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and what I believe was at least a 10 person hot tub (give or take). They have your robes and slippers set up for you with your own locker, water available if you want (flavored or unflavored), and relaxing music playing subtly in the background. Wish we had this back home, but glad I got to experience it.

It was my first time ever at spa. I booked the blue lagoon experience and was pleased. It was very quiet, the place was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It started with a tour and then we were left to enjoy the amenities of the lagoon.I enjoyed everything but my favorite parts were the cold tub plunge, the dry sauna, and lagoon. They had light snacks and fresh fruit infused water. The robes were very comfortable as well as the sandals. The meditation room was nice but would be more peaceful/comfortable if the room was darker, as the door area lets in a lot of light. The locker rooms had spacious showers and were very clean with convenient things like hair brushes, bags for your wet swim suits, and extra towels.Check in was fast and easy, as well as the check out process. I will be coming back again for the blue lagoon experience and maybe even trying some other services they offer.

Tony was AMAZING! My feet are ready for a cute little night out at the jazz club! They were so detail orientated and truly lighthearted but professional! The scrubs they used were so nice and smelled really good! The spa was really high end as well! Can’t wait to go back!

Took thorough advantage of the lagoon experience at BL Spa. Im 8 weeks postpartum and wanted a fun date day experience with my husband so we spent the afternoon relaxing in hydrotherapy.The facilities were clean, staff were kind and it was a therapeutic to go through the artic tub, hot tub, dry sauna & steam rooms. If you time everything accordingly per the staffs suggestions, you can go through several times.You get access to aromatherapy and the meditation room as well but we were enjoying the lagoon so much we didnt partake.The fruit water was very refreshing between rounds! The oranges are in ice people which is why theyd look tore up by the end of a given day - they arent using old fruit!For those who have left negative reviews about this place, you need to get over yourselves! Could things have been more pristine, yes, but its a $50 experience not a $250 experience. Same still, if your somewhere and youve paid for a service and you arent pleased, say something in the moment to the staff and have them fix it on the spot as time & money is of value no matter how much is spent.For what we saw and experienced, there was nothing out of place that required any griping about.For anyone new wanting to try this place, please be realistic with your expectations, humble yourself and dunk yourself at least once in the artic tub & tip the staff on your way out the door. I can promise you it will be a refreshing experience that will have you feeling so good by the end.

I really felt like this experience was lacking. We did the duo blue lagoon hydrotherapy experience. The facilities were okay, but felt like the front desk staff needed to be more professional in appearance. I also thought that for the price we should have been offered a drink at arrival and more amenities like an eye mask. The sauna had an extremely bright light which made it hard to relax and we were not allowed to turn it off which was annoying. And when our experience was coming to an end the staff abruptly told us we needed to get out and start changing so we could be out by 4:30. That only gave us 10 minutes to shower and change. I wouldn’t recommend this service, felt like a glorified YMCA pool experience.

I dont even know where to begin with this review.With our deposit and our final payment combined, we paid about $420 for a spa experience that was definitely NOT a luxurious relaxing experience. The workers were very unprofessional and did not communicate well how our experience would go. This was a birthday spa day for our best friend and we were very disappointed with how everything turned out. We spent 7 hours in the spa waiting around in an uncomfortable meditation room (that had a weird stripper pole in it) while each of us got our services done one by one... even though it was communicated that we would have all 3 of our appointments at the same time. The only wait time that was communicated to us before our appointment was a 30 minute gap between our lagoon experience and the appointments. Instead we had a 2:30 appointment, 3:30 appointment, and a 4:30 appointment. This made us very uncomfortable as we had to sit on bean bags in the meditation room wearing our normal clothes for hours. Why couldnt we stay in our robes? The complimentary snacks were nutrigrain bars. I ate 4 of them because we were stuck at this place all day. Considering we got to the spa at 11:30 am and couldnt leave the spa until 6 pm made us leave feeling worse than when we came in. Not to mention that the employees were very casual with their dress and speech. Wearing leggings, crop tops, skeleton hoodies, etc. ??? And they were casually cursing in their sentences with us as spa guests. This was another reason we did not feel like we were at a relaxing lagoon spa. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Lets talk about relaxation!!! You enter they give you specific things to do you relax and omg... you can just be you! Its beautiful and has all the perks of being intimate/restful/ romantic. You choose your experience.

My partner and I did the Lagoon experience and it was so relaxing. They provide a really comfortable environment and experience and for $100 the price is unbeatable.

This is probably an exaggeration for most BUT this spa was life changing for me! I enjoyed it so much. My appointment was on time and everything was so so clean and well tended to. I was kicking off a mommy day and BL spa really started it off right! The only thing that would have made it 5 stars, would have been getting to keep the great spa shoes. Start selling the sandals ladies! :-)

Had a great experience at BL Spa. My friend and I went for our first spa experience and this was a perfect first try. The facilities are clean and the staff was kind and knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions. The dry spa and sauna were so comfortable! Will come back for other services and would recommend to others wanting a calm experience.

BL Spa is my new favorite place in AZ. I have lived in Arizona for the past three years, I have been looking for someone to do my nails for all of this time. I recently found Kiley and she is amazing. My nails are always beautiful, whenever I show her a picture she gets it on point. The customer service at BL spa is beyond amazing. All of the ladies are great.

Loved my lagoon day pass experience. It was very relaxing experience and the facilities were very clean (ie. Locker room, sauna, steam room, lagoon, etc). I appreciated the water and snacks also. I scheduled a 90 min Swedish Massage with Devony and it might actually have been the best massage I’ve ever had! Devony is the best! I would highly recommend this spa.

I came here because of an advertisement from an influencer called Wildjoy. She recommended the Lagoon experience and I wanted to try it. The staff was very friendly. They showed me around and made me feel comfortable. However, the Lagoon experience was smaller than I expected and the water for the hot tub and cold plunge were dirty. Also, when you book a one star spa experience, you get one star people. The people I shared the Lagoon with were on their phones, talked loudly in the bathroom, and were just generally rude. I would skip this place and spend a little more to go to a real spa in a nicer part of Phoenix. This place tries hard, but its too expensive for what you get.

My husband gave me a gift for Mother’s Day . He chose this place for me from massage , facial , foot spa and manicure. They are awesome !!! Cali is hospitable , the place is is clean , quiet and relaxing .

This was my second experience and I was so disappointed! I drove over an hour to enjoy the lagoon experience and it was not at all close to my first experience. The dry sauna wasn’t fully functional, although I saw the employees tampering with the setting box more than once. The pool had so much hair we had to ask for them to scoop it out. The fruit water was old. There was someone taking photos on their cell phone in the pool area and that was really uncomfortable considering they’re not allowed. The laundry bin was so overflowing there were robes and towels on the floor. And then, the shower. This was the worst part. The handicap shower doesn’t function, and they knew about it when I brought it up. The second shower is missing a panel on the door, leaning it open right next to the sink, which made it awkward when people we didn’t know came into the space. Then the single shower didn’t drain and overflowed into the bathroom are. I’m sure it didn’t have anything to do with the gobs of hair in the shower on the floor. The body wash was also empty, I had to get some from my friend who had already finished.Overall, I’m disappointed. The price was way high considering the cleanliness and attitude of the staff.

Visiting from out of state and went with my best friend. We had a enjoyable time but there were several ways the establishment failed during our visit.The cold shower was not cold. The Steam Room was nice but we were offered fragrance and the peppermint she sprayed burned my eyes. The hot tub was foggy and hairs were floating EVERYWHERE and it was gross. The dry Sauna wasnt hot. The meditation room was great but not useful after being in the wet room. One of the two showers worked but was missing half the door. The drain didnt drain and the bathroom flooded. The second shower didnt even work. Disappointed.

Had an amazing deep tissue massage followed by 2 hrs in the spa’s beautiful baths. Did the sauna, steam room, cold plunge and hot tub circuit followed by the meditation room. Walked out feeling nimble and reinvigorated. Such a great and relaxing experience. Excellent service from the staff, will be going back 100%!

Had an amazing experience at BL Spa! Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, the space was super clean and relaxing, and the services offered are among the best I’ve experienced at a spa. I also appreciated the overall calm atmosphere and I will definitely be coming back ☺️

I booked a lagoon session and a message. I am going to review each experience separately.Lagoon 3/5Lagoon area was mostly clean. There was a stray hair here and there, some deep cleaning of hard water was needed and the foot rest of the lounge chair were showing they hadn’t been cleaned in a bit. The meditation area was right inside the door and is in the same area you walk through to get to other spa options. You do share the space with others that have booked at the same time but if you all can get on a good rotation with each other you rarely see them. I think the music could be a little louder to help you meditate/forget others are there but I was able to wear my headphones which helped. The drinking water in the container had some old oranges, you could tell they had been sitting in the water for a few days, fresh fruit would have made it feel a little more luxurious but they did have bottled water and some trail mix type snacks that made up for the water. The cold plung I would say is the highlight of the lagoon experience. My biggest complaint is the showers in the bathrooms. I feel like this really left the experience feeling meh. Once you get done in the lagoon area there are showers to rinse off in and either continue your day or move on to your next service. There are very little places to hang your stuff while showering and the drain was backing all the way up into the rest of the bathroom after a quick shower. The lagoon is about a 4/5 but with the shower being this bad ( and another comment says the same thing so they seem to be ignoring this issue.) I had to take off another star.The massage was fabulous. Top 3 massage I have ever had. Declan is very good and listens to what you need. If he ends up moving to another spa I would follow him.Overall, I would recommend the massage but would only recommend the lagoon if the got the showers fixed and someone knew what they were getting with the experience (not bad, just different and you have to be in the right head space to enjoy)

Wonderful experience with the Lagoon. It was easy to stay comfortable with everything being clean. I felt immensely restored after our two hours of going to and from the steam room and cold plunge.

Where to start...well, I guess well start with the false advertising on the website. It makes this place appear to be a new, clean, and serene place. Quite far from the truth. The staff was initially very polite and gave us a tour of the spa. It was very small with little features. We were given a robe/slippers and were advised to rinse before getting in the thermal pool. Aka a glorified hot tub. There was literally nothing special about this hot tub and the whole area was unkempt. There was also one cold tub, two different saunas, and a meditation room. The meditation room has bean bag chairs and large pillows to sit on while guests walk through from the spa room to the front lobby or bathrooms...not relaxing at all. Oh, and dont let me forget the random stripper pole in the middle of the room lol, what is that about? When the staff was walking through with a guest giving her the tour, she asked about the pole and the staff said they rent out the room for private parties like bachelor/etc. Should a meditation room at a spa be rented for bach parties? Weird. Anyway, the aromatherapy station is three roller balls of cheap oil that have been rolled on tons of other peoples skin. The snacks they provided were protein bars and trail mix, both containing nuts (my partner has an nut allergy). Youd think youd have something thats allergy free at the very least? We werent there for snacks so it wasnt a big deal to us but we just thought it was weird. After about 45 minutes we were more unrelaxed than when we came in from the lack of cleanliness, quality, and no privacy, so we went to go shower. There are two showers in the womens room, the first one I entered has a door that doesnt shut all the way, so I had to use the handicapped shower. Half of the shower head didnt work on top of the water pressure being almost none, and then the lights went off less than halfway through my shower. They claim to have these great amenities when I have a much better shower experience in my own home. The body wash was cheap and not spa quality at all. When I was finished and went to the lobby, I asked the staff if we could have a discount since we only stayed for less than an hour, and it was supposed to be a 2 hour experience. She said no, which I understood, and then asked me why I didnt stay longer. I told her it wasnt what I expected. So she asked me, what did you expect? I told her more privacy, and she shook her head and said ohhh nooo this is very public and if you would have called and asked we would have told you that. Should I have to call and ask that? Or should it be clearly advertised on the site? I originally got this recommendation from Wildjoy, a content creator, and she made it appear that it was a private experience. They told me that I should have read the comments so I would have known it was a private experience. No, the content creator should clearly state that this is a public experience. Many people dont read comments, they scroll to the next video. The BL Spa website also makes it seem that way as well. I would have told her my entire thoughts but they were more defensive when I brought up the main reason I didnt have a good time so I thought hey, whats the point of having an argument since they cant take constructive criticism very well.Im not upset about spending $100 on this experience, however I hope the next person reading this understands the expectations they should have before choosing this place. Specifically, the blue lagoon experience.

Went in today for a spa day with my daughter. It was our first time and we had an awesomely chill time. The lagoon experience is really nice. Didnt get to stay the whole 2 hours because of our timing for nail appointments, but it was plenty of time for us. Manis and pedis were perfect. The Pedi chairs are the best. So many buttons to keep me occupied and relaxed. I was thankful for the fact that they werent blasting music and that it was very quiet and peaceful. Cant wait to go back for a facial and a massage. Prices are very reasonable and the space really is beautiful inside.

I went to BL Spa for a girls birthday day. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! The staff was so rude, more specifically Joy Vega, the spa director. She had such a bad attitude towards us, it didn’t let us enjoy our spa experience. In the group package, you’re supposed to have 2hrs of the lagoon experience and then go to our services. I wasn’t able to even stay 1hr in the lagoon because they called me to go to my service, which didn’t even last the time I was told. I won’t complain about the facial, at least that lady was nice. We weren’t aware that a 15% tip was required so we tipped 10%, honestly they didnt even deserve that. After I got home, Joy Vega called me to ask for the rest 5%, which was $4. What professional place calls a customer for $4 more?! Never coming back.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere walking in! And my nail artist, Alisza Jaime, she was already at the desk waiting for our appointment and greeted me warmly.She understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly that I was getting excited every step of her doing my nails. She was gentle, I couldnt feel her doing my nails and I appreciate that so much. We had pleasant conversations and shared a few laughs here and there. She was really sweet, I would book her again.I do my own nail extensions, but not perfectly, and I was so happy to see my nails Ive always wanted them to look like. I enjoyed watching her and learning what I shouldve been doing the whole time!Last time I had gotten my nails professionally done somewhere in Sierra Vista five years ago, the nail artist destroyed my nail beds filing my actual nail and I had some worry it would happen again, but she calmed my nerves with her gentle and patient care. I LOVE my nails and they feel very secured.Its long stiletto tips, matte black with shiny french tips.

I have visited this location multiple times and honestly the staff is super professional and friendly. I felt like I had a vip package very bougie loved it

The spa is awesome and Kiley is awesome. She did fun designs for Halloween on my nails and it makes me so happy to look at them. Niya and Aylene are wonderful too and did pedicures for myself and my mum. They offer everything from facials to nail care to hair to a lagoon for meditation. Will never go anywhere else as long as this place is an option.

I was yesterday at the spa with my love. We have enjoyed the Lagoon so much. They have all what we needed (Jaccuzi, Sauna, relaxing area) Unfortunately the steam room was under maintenance.The technicians were very professional. I did a Deluxe Facial with Yesania and he did a massage with Dev. Both of them were amazing.The perfect place for Brides, new mamas and everyone who needs to get spoiled.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff was smiling and welcoming. I am satisfied with the service, the nails are very well done and the facial has made my skin better. Great experience for a couples date. We did the lagoon experience including the meditation salt room, the dry and steam saunas, spa, and finished with facials, massage and pedicures. It was great. We will be back again regularly!

I tried this spa for the first time for a classic facial and dermaplane. Melissa Perez was fantastic. She made it a very relaxing experience. I took my cousin who is an RN with experience as an aesthetician and she also was impressed with the experience. I look forward to scheduling future appointments

I booked a Hot Stone Massage with Devony (Dev) Blakes & oh my gosh… Soooo amazing, I can’t wait to book again. Devony is very pleasant, respective, professional and most of all has a great energy and a sense of humor. Not to mention it was my first massage ever and Devony made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Love this place overall, so clean and neat.

The best pedi Ive had in a long time!! Attention to detail and professionalism is top-notch!This will be my new nail place and anxious to try the other services they offer!UPDATESecond visit was the opposite experience!I purchased gel, which they charge double, and within two weeks I had four bare toes.I called and made an appt to get it fixed.Within three days I lost four more. I called and the manager was yelling at me saying, a gel isnt supposed to last more than two weeks! LOL.She wouldnt let me talk and yelled over me. I asked her if she would rather lose two good customers or fix the problem for real. She offered me the cost of the gel! Will never be back...

Ive never had a better experience then I have today. I didnt get cut and they cleaned under my nails. I definitely would recommend this place to others and definitely going back. The ladies are so nice and do their jobs amazingly.

Did the two hour Blue Lagoon Special and it was great. It included Meditation,Halotherapy room, Scandanivian bath, Dry Sauna and Steam Sauna with the eucapulus so it definitely clears your sinus. Overall looking forward to getting a monthly membership. Very clean and professional

I Booked online the night before, received email confirmation first thing in the morning. I was a bit nervous since I’ve never been to a spa but when I arrived they were very welcoming and informative. I was walked though steps of the massage and the eyelash lift/perm. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and allowed my questions! Definitely recommend. Cant wait to book again!

I found this place on Instagram by following the nail artist kiley . She introduced me to gel x nails and I love them . What made me excited is you can show her a picture of something that’s trendy and she can create it ☺️. The service was amazing she took her time and made my nails beautiful!

Devony was amazing. She was respectful, attentive and made my injured back feel 10x better. I honestly believe this was the best massage Ive ever had, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable.

First off, they lied. I called and made an appointment for the lagoon and specifically asked if the steam suana was working and if we would be able to use it in our visit and they said yes, to our surprise we couldnt use it, it was under maintenance. Why lie? I saw another review saying they also didnt get a chance to use the steam suana for the same reason but that 4 weeks ago and they still havent fixed it to date, we cant use it but still have to pay for it. They also didnt explain/ communicate effectively. One of the showers was broken (seems to be an ongoing thing) and I couldnt use it and no one let me know that it was broken and to use another one, as well as other small things we had to figure out ourselves because no one explained to us. I also felt very uncomfortable with the robe and sandals provided. They were too small and didnt fit me and didnt have anything bigger. Which being a business that you are you should at least have a couple plus size robes in hand, but it looks like they only cater to smaller sizes, and didnt even think of their plus size customers. So I felt very uncomfortable. I also emailed, called a lots of times with absolutely no answer. And even sent a message and Facebook and they didnt respond until a week after I had already went, mind you they saw my message the day I sent it and the left me on read, it wasnt gonna take more than a minute to answer my questions but they decided to leave me on read. The day I went there was absolutely no one there, except for us and I have called with questions with no answer and its not like they have clients so I dont know whats so hard about picking up the phone, if its literally never busy there was like 4 girls the day we went doing nothing, so why arent yall doing your jobs. So they lied, made me uncomfortable, and dont even bother to answer any questions. And the things there are broken. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.

This was literally the BEST facial I have ever had!!! Melissa was so awesome and knew what she was doing. This place just opened and its super NICE! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They do massages, facials, nails, pedicures, hair etc. Literally a one stop shop!!

AVOID. Terrible customer service experience. Nails were not bad, just average.The manager tried to rip me off multiple times to over pay. This place has been under “grand opening” since last year. It’s barely ever full of customers and every time I’ve asked for various services, they don’t have staff. For example, I booked a mani/pedi. Show up at the Appt and they say they can’t do it because they don’t have any nail techs.

My gel nail polish was great and my boyfriend loved his hot stone massage. Overall a relaxing experience!
