Brittney was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand my needs. She provided excellent recommendations. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Brittney if youre looking for top-notch service. This location is absolutely horrible! I wish I could give zero stars ..... The security guard was awesome with checking me in. Otherwise it was horribleI placed a online order at 7:30am to pick up at 9:15-9:30....... After 10 I still didnt get a message saying its ready for pick up. I get there, was informed they are short staffed, understandable since no one likes working.After 15mins of sitting there i get a twxt at 10:33 saying my 9:15am order is ready! But there couldve been a apology for the wait, and maybe a small discount. Something. Nope! This place is always horrible every time I go in. I highly recommend the Plainfield location, that staff is awesome and if something like this happened they wouldve taken care of you better.

I havent been to your place in awhile I was a little confused you changed the service you proved by not having anybody on the floor to answer questions or help with orders . Other than that no complaints on your inventory thats all good still a happy customerLater

Great store with a excellent rewards program . The staff is really friendly . Its a different set up than most . The music is jamming while ya shop and from my experience its been an easy in and out kind of deal alot of options and orders seem to be ready in 5 or 10 min .

Not very pleased with last transaction. 1st, I was sent a coupon for 50% off one product. While on the website I put into cart a 1/2 ounce of Fruit and Fuel bud, not 4 1/8ths. I called the store and asked if the 1/2 would be considered one product and I could use coupon. Was told hold on while I check with boss. Reply was yes, no problem. When it was delivered, it was delivered in 4 1/8th and was told I could only get 50% off an 1/8 and not a half. So rather than $32 off I got $7 off. Not cool. Now, one of the disposable live resin vapes I bought (popcorn kush) has stopped drawing after less than 24 hours. Not happy with this at all. Would suggest going elsewhere, there’s plenty of options.

This has been my spot for about 3 or so months now, the staff are incredible even down to the security. Completely down to earth, chill, willing to talk/guide you through products if needed. Some true GOATs these folk are, couldnt ask for a better plug.

She was one of the most knowledgeable people that I talk to there and gave me suggestions. Usually, I like to pick out my own varieties, but I gave her the wheel and told her to pick out everything for me. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for, what I wanted and I had her pick me out three different strands for me in my particular situations. She gave me great recommendations and I went with everything she selected and I couldn’t be more happier. I did spend a little bit more money than I was expecting there, but it was because she up sold me and it was for the right reason So I had no problem spending the extra money because I got everything I wanted and more. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and anyone I know that goes there. Thanks, Samantha for making my shopping experience the best that it could be and more!!!

I had never been here before so i checked them out online reviews were awesome. I went and checked in uo front then went inside the actual store. One of the guys was super helpful and helped me get what i was looking for. Will deff be coming back here again next time i visit my family. One thing to note though: if your paying with a debit card its a 3.25 surcharge. I say this just in case anyone wamted to know but now i know next time ill pay with cash. Other then that awesome chill place with helpful staff ❤️

I am a single mom to an autistic child, and I am bipolar. I rely on pick up options in order to get my meds. I always place my orders online and PAY in advance with dutchiepay & tip (20% min) with cash. So all they have to do is take my ID and come back with my meds. Easy process for all involved.First time here & I pull up to an empty parking lot… (yay!) calls at 10:47 to get my order. A few mins go by and the parking lot is now full. No one has come out yet, no biggie, I am patient. 11:07 rolls around and I have yet to have anyone come out to see me. At this point my kid is impatient and beating up my car, I politely called 4 times (before I got thru to anyone) - and asked if I had been forgotten. Short answer was yes, and someone would be out shortly. 5 more mins go by and Sophia finally comes out to greet me. Pronounces my name wrong and does nothing to try and remedy my wait. No first time discount or anything.Had I not paid online I would have just drove off. But instead I had to drive 25 mins there, wait 20 more mins & then drive 25 mins back home.Not worth the drive for the lack of service provided. Go to lume.

Understaffed, but they try. Its not uncommon to be second in line and have to wait 20 minutes before youre helped. The slowest disp in town but they have some good deals at times.

Samantha was great and the security guard was awesome! Order was delayed for some reason but they both worked it out for me.

My co-worker has been bragging about this store for awhile now so I figured Id stop by and check it out. Glad I did. Store has a friendly and cheerful vibe. Employees were all very friendly and welcoming. Somehow they made me feel both special as a 1st time shopper and comfortable like Id been shopping there forever. Kyle was right on point with helping find exactly what I was looking for and a little extra of course.

They were super busy on 4/20! I felt bad for them, they had some issues with their point of sale system. Kudos to the team here though, they handled it great and they were so friendly!

My first time ordering with Noxx and it was great. Not too long of a wait, friendly customer service and I got what I wanted. Plus the Rove live resin all in one carts are highly nice along with the Wyld Marionberry edibles are tasty. 😋😻Xoxo

Kyle was great as usual. Love visiting this place. But unfortunately with the new changes to having to use a kiosk to make an order. I will not be back to this location. I dont come here to not see a bud tender and having to put my order in on a tablet is not my cup of tea. I enjoyed it while it lasted but I will not be back if this is the direction youre going.

Get that church brand and Exotic.Or ask what top teir has been pushed down and get that. Love the place service as youd expect.

LOVED our experience here. Everyone was super helpful. I wish I knew my guys name (beanie (i think, i was high), Jean jacket, tall. He was super cool. Laid back, explained everything, brought different things out for me to see and smell, listened to what exactly I was looking for. They had all kinds of options. Definitely one of my favorite dispensaries Ive been to in Michigan and would definitely go back my next trip through.

Meena was at one spot for over 20 minutes. No at spot 2 which wasnt scheduled, over 10 minutes. Ordered at 930am, should have been here by 1200pm, currently 12:13pm, still not here, and according to the app, wont be here for 30 minutes.

Ordering delivery won’t work at all, doesn’t matter how much you’re spending even if it’s the minimum requirement, it won’t take. Very frustrating bc I don’t drive and just wanted to get my husband a Father’s Day gift. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time and didn’t even get to make an order.

This was my primary dispensary but management decided to make massive cuts to their workforce. There is now only two people working, grossly overworked, and usually 10 customers waiting in the lobby. Go elsewhere. Dont reward management. It will take an hour to get served. There are 2 other dispensaries within a mile of this one.

Alexandra, has many attributes that makes my experience at cookies pleasant.. She is professional and courteous... I always have good experiences but she is a gem..

Went in for the first time today and purchased 3 carts and 2 8ths. Budtender was fried out his mind and wasnt speaking coherently. Also forgot my jeeter that was given for purchasing over 50$ worth of product.

Never ordering from yall again. Customer service is poor nobody greets you. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a curbside order just for me to have to come in and get my order although the person at the front desk said that he was having somebody come out with it my order. My order was made at 2:39 PM. I arrived at 5:50pm my order was supposed to be ready by 6 PM to 6:15 PM. I did not get my order until 6:24 PM. Why would it take over 2 hours to process an order that already comes prepackaged.

Purchased a couple carts and a couple 1/8th’s of a strain I had never tried. First time ever being here and didn’t get the Jeeter as promoted or anything for being a first time customer as most dispensaries. My son purchased product from them that weighed short. I would rather go to Jars or Ascend.

Russell is always so kind and has the best attitude no matter the weather. I appreciate that a ton as the delivery opportunity helps me not have to leave my house. Always happy to have Russell as my driver!

So I was excited to shop here from hearing about NOXX or cookies having good THC. Finally made it to this store location and I can honestly say the experience was horrible. As a 1st time shopper I was lost from the start, from even to go thru the door or wait for your name to be called. Once inside we see lots of options, the menu was very confusing, we were confused the whole time, the jars on the table you couldnt smell. Our bud-tender wasnt the best he was confusing us even more. He even ended up messing up our sale, he accommodated for the mess up so I wont put his name out there. However I dont think I would recommend this dispensary or even come back which is so unfortunate. But oh well customer service is pretty much everything these days so why would I shop and spend my money somewhere that did serve me well. But I Kno my few dollars wont hurt their business and thats fine 🙃. The batch that I bought was pressure 🔥Tho.

I pick up 1 to 2 Oz of flower once a week or every other. I love that they will let you spend some time and smell, look, shine a light, etc on multiple strains until you find what you want. NOXX Oz is the only product I buy.

Should really work on their organization. Not a very efficient system. Considering two people went ahead of me before I got to go back. Who clearly walked in after me.

Dont do delivery....bad business here...I ordered at 9 am they never sent a confirmation called 4 hours later was told had my order...then boom they called back and to say they just sold out when I told them I just called 10 minutes earlier and was told they had it she switched it up and said oh we ran out this morning like I dont know script...SMH stay away

Maybe it was an off day, but I was not greeted or helped at all after entering. I had to order a pickup in the store on my own, then given excuses of low staff when I mentioned something, however I was one of 2 people inside. One of which was an employee off the clock who was let in in front of me. A little disappointed because I went out of my way to stop at cookies. Im most definitely just shopping local next time.

My first visit was amazing and very smooth. The security guard and young lady working up front were very curious and friendly. Sophia was very helpful in finding my product and letting me know about promotions. I greatly appreciated her help. There was a small mixup that they corrected immediately. It was an awesome experience with jackson he was very cool and attentive, However, his supervisor could have worded what he said to us, In a more customer friendly way. he told us we Better tip, Because his people served us past nine pm.I Stated I had no problem tipping, And that he could Have worded what he said differently. Like saying dont forget to tip, Not saying you better tip. I got no apology or response from him. I was in customer service for 14 years. You dont tell the customers what they better do. Besides the supervisor being somewhat rude, the experience was cool. The rating would have been 5 stars But I Knocked it down to 3, for the, you better tip, order That was given.

Andraya assisted me today. I came for a specific item and it was unavailable, before I had time to be disappointed, she was finding a way to not let that happen. I appreciate that. A Knowledgeable, Friendly, Patient, and confident demeanor she maintained the whole time...it was my first time here today. That level of customer service is why I will be back again.

They failed to give me / offer the 25% off first time customer discount on my first 3 transactions. I only found out about the discount I got shafted out of by seeing it on their website as I was browsing to place an order. That definitely left me with a bad vibe, so before placing an order yesterday I called to ask if they would honor the discount considering they failed to inform me it was available on 3 separate occasions as a new customer. When I brought it to the attention of the store rep I was informed that they would not honor the discount because I shopped there 3 times already. Thats one hell of a way to address a customer service failure on their part. I then emailed the company and Ive received no response which makes it clear they do not care about their customers.With lume, exclusive, and jars taking care of their customers the right way, theres no reason for anyone to waste their time and money on this chop shop. I noticed all of their products are 10-20% more expensive than other local dispensaries. This place will go belly up and be bought out in the next 12 months and for good reason.

First time buyer at Cookies and let me tell you It was a great experience! The displays with independent round 1/8oz clear jars affixed with cable security straps with a magnifier on top on cylindrical silver display was ultra cool and resourceful! I got greeted by this very nice young lady who was very cool and knowledgeable! Will be going there again with Rewards program I got confirmation of! Very enthusiastic about this new place!

Been shopping with cookies for a while now and it’s not the same. The customer service isn’t the best especially over the phone. Receipt made a statement about unsatisfactory with product and to call within 24hrs of purchase. I did so and when I explained the issue I was told I could come in store and get 10 to 15% off another cart or there was nothing else they could do instead of exchanging the $10 cart that I was dissatisfied with. The manager didn’t seem to really know what to do besides look up my purchase history and try to get me to buy more. Yea I could’ve gotten another but thats a waste of money on my end as well as a non solution for cookies. I Took 1 hit from the cart and was unsatisfied with the flavor and content of the product. I felt nauseous not knowing what Tahiti breeze was with no proper description of the flavor like other carts from cookies. I’m sure it’s rare that someone calls about unsatisfying weed or carts. My days at cookies are thinning

He guided me through the store to help me make a purchase that was right for me, by answering all my questions regarding the effects each product I was interested in would have on me. This was my second visit there. I ordered online and picked up at the front counter. Very convenient when traveling. Hollis was at the counter today. She was very friendly, talked to me about different products and got me right back out the door. Purchased a 75$ ounce and it was over a year and a half old. For 75$ I get way better quality flower at Ascend. The flower was hard, smelled old, tasted awful and didnt get me very high. I wanted to try this dispensary for the first time and ended up very disappointed will not be coming back. Ascend down the street has far superior quality for the price.

First visit to any dispensary. Cookies had a quick check in & great customer care. Many varieties & options of flower, edibles & pre-roll. My bud-tender, Andraya, made the experience super smooth! My questions were answered, she asked for my preferences, made suggestions & made me aware of deals. Everything purchased has been enjoyed. What an amazing experience today at Cookies. Everyone was so helpful. Carly my bud tender was the best and there was also a young man with a beard in red pants that was super helpful with explaining some of the discounted items in the register cage. I think this place is top tier and should be everyone’s destination for EVERYTHING weed!
