Long time customer and won’t go anywhere else for a reason. Best product at very competitive prices. Kratom is a tricky product to consume. Consistency in the product is essential to the effect one needs. Taste clean, no aftertaste( use the caps) that bad caps can have due to bad product. Bottom line, feel safe shopping there. He doesn’t under deliver if you give him a chance.

I miss Shawn/Sean. This new dude is sketchy! I called in and asked “do you have 10mm 45 degree quartz terp slurper”. He replies “yup I have it in bear and honeybee black line”. Awesome, right? Nope. I drive 20 mins to the shop. He has the 3 nails sitting on the counter. None are what I asked for… just honeybee yellow line (lesser quality) THEN he tried charging me the same price as the black line?I said “you know they’re doing a 30% off sale right now?”He goes “I know what they do, either you buy a nail today or order online, and if you think it’ll be in by Christmas? It’s not!”Lmfao bruh what kind of weird sales techniques did you learn?—UPDATE—Dude just personally texted me to thank me for my review. I texted back my order on the honeybee website, to show him, 1. That it wasn’t sold out like he tried to tell me. 2. I bought 2 nails and a marble set for the price he was charging me on the yellow line. Catch up Boomer, we all got internet now.

Today was great I did not get the my budtenders names and I feel so bad cuz they were so helpful but the one has he was wearing a red bandana like and he had dreadlocks and the other girl helping him I dont know if its on her receipt here but I do have it and it is cashiers 6826 one and it was a perfect stuff I just I love your store yours is the best dispensary around! I do think I remember the other night I was in there also and Cassie was great 👍🏻💯

Been going here almost 10 years. I couldnt imagine purchasing my vape and waterpipes anywhere else. The owner is always there and hes so nice. Very knowledgeable in his field and not pushy. Doesnt try and upsell you and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable. Something I really appreciate. Also a great clean selection that hasnt been sitting in dusty shelves like some other stores I wont mention. Haha

I came in and we believe it was my fault using the female end of a titanium nail, weakening the glass. Lucas was more than helpful! Like so many reviews mention, this store is nicely laid out, always clean, always open on time, and has a wide array of products with several options in different price tiers for each. The owner is knowledgeable, polite, and patient. He keeps his stock updated, shops for better deals, and passes his savings to the customer. I will always drive the 25 minutes it takes to get there.Dont listen to the scammers trying to buy the wrong product against his advice then trying to return it against return policy for a more expensive item. You run into these people in every business, and I cant imagine them being handled unprofessionally.

I’ve been coming to GR Cloud since they first opened and Im always impressed by how much their selection grows with each visit. GR Cloud always has the freshest stuff on the market no matter what you are looking for. Beyond the wide selection I always run into the owner when I visit and he consistently strives to provide excellent customer service! Always answers any questions I have and makes great recommendations! Ive recently moved to Lansing and I always make the trip back to Grand Rapids over finding another store to shop at. Customer for life.

Wonderful experience . Talked to the owner , Phillip , and he walked me through everything I needed to know for dealing with pain caused by lung cancer . He was patient and kind and answered all of my questions and made me feel so confident in purchasing what I ACTUALLY needed instead of just tying to make a sale . 10/10

I had the worst experience the last time I stepped foot in this store (which was just the other week). The entire time it was obvious the employee was degrading to not just myself, but all women. Instead of attempting to work with me and help me as I was trying to find the correct glass bowl size, he proceeded to belittle me and treat me as if I wasnt knowledgeable about anything.When I mentioned I would contact my boyfriend (since he recently purchased a glass bowl for the same bong, just different store), the guy said oh yea, hes a guy, hell know. Excuse me? No, my boyfriend forgets everything, and who are you to assume? Regardless of his gender, this was completely unacceptable. The bowl I purchased was too small (thanks for the lack of help, as I literally shared we had a large bong) and the glass filters (or, screens as he corrected me) were so janky and didnt end up working either. Not only was it a waste of my time, but Ive never been mistreated to this extent anywhere besides here. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this store to any woman or man (but apparently, men know all).The following day we went to the place where my boyfriend had gone previously (SMJ Smoke Shop) and we had a COMPLETELY different experience. The guy there even gave us a discount just because. Thats what good service looks like.GR Cloud Smoke Shop was by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. If the owner reads this review, I highly encourage you to have your employees take a course to learn what good customer service looks like as it seems they have absolutely no idea how to properly treat people.*After talking with others in the community and reading other reviews, its evident this was not my experience with just an employee, but rather, the owner. Sickening a human of this type would attempt to run a business.

Yicks!!!! I have gotten a elf bar from the owner who talked me into it, was very nice. The younger kid working there who has helped me the last few times has been decently nice, and trying to help fix the issues. I was having issues with elfbars. Specifically the one kind, he suggested which I never said any of this was his fault. He was extremely rude to me telling me things in life don’t go as planned, “like the election,” and how maybe I should just quit smoking!? From a SMOKESHOP worker? Hahahah! Impressively bad customer service. Too bad I thought I found a smoke shop here that wanted a loyal customer. Knowing the elfbar issues was not their fault and explaining I understood that and just calling to see if anyone else has had issues telling them I plan to buy another one anyways and him telling me he’d give me a whole case? “The issue wasn’t my $20.” Just that, in a retail perspective and how much people smoke and how that’s the best seller. Then continuing to argue with me after I told him I wasn’t trying to get free things I was just concerned about how the vapes work since I’ve used them in the past and have never had this issue. So it’s probably just from the case I got. All my years of customer service I have NEVER. That child needs a filter.

Not like other shops with junk everywhere, Sean has made a nice welcoming environment to browse. Overall this local business is top notch if youre looking to purchase anything in relation to smoking. I dont normally give out 1 stars, but my first and only experience with this shop has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.We just moved to the area, and were looking for a spot close by to our home. This place was the closest so we figured we would check it out. We have been to many different Vape/Tobacco shops, and most are chill, helpful, kind, understanding, and have an overall pleasant demeanor. This place was nothing like that...As soon as my partner and I entered the shop, we noticed nobody on the floor. Not a big deal. A few moments later, we see the cashier, who I am assuming was the owner come out out from the back. His demeanor and tone in his voice when greeting us seemed a little hostile. He looks us up and down and says hello, and I say hello back and ask him how he is doing. He looks us up and down and doesnt respond.My partner inquired about what we assume was a tumbler for hash, and the guy seemed huffy about it. He says what are you talking about? My partner replied The vent? Guy responds, What? My partner: The blue box. The guy in a not so nice way was like, You mean the tumbler? What about it? My partner then replied, Oh, just assumed it was something else. Sorry Guy doesnt respond.Next order of business, we ask if they sold glass for vape mod tanks, he looks at us in a exaggerated and annoyed way, and says, Yeah sarcastically. We then say, Okay, cool, do you also sell vape mod tanks? He looks at me in a Um, are you dumb? Kind of way and says, Yeeaaahh, again, in a rude and exasperated yet sarcastic manner.Never once did he ask what we wanted or needed, or how could he help us, and was right on the floor with us, like maybe a foot away, on top of us essentially, acting annoyed and upset as if we had done something wrong.We then just said, Ya know what? I think we are just going to go. The guy doesnt even ask if there was something wrong, nor did he act like he cared.The man running the shop in general seemed irritated, and upset by our presence. Was absolutely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.I dont know what was wrong.We dont know what the guys deal was.I dont wanna make assumptions, considering alot of the reviews of the new owners attitude seems to be negative, but, needless to say, they were spot on.We are never coming back here again, and will advise our friends anyone in the area who vapes or uses tobacco like products or anything else to AVOID THIS SHOP.

Id give this place 6 stars if i could. Been loyal customer for two years now. Place is great, good prices and great service. The owner and workers of the shop will talk to you and make sure you walk out 100% satisfied. One day i go in and browse and i overhear a customer at the register saying the he was like 4 dollars short. Owner said Dont worry about it friend. Which is the best way i can describe this place. Friendly and good atmosphere, it is here for you!

Shawn is an absolutely amazing guy. He teaches you about the product, helps with any questions. I have recently had bad anxiety and his CBD products are amazing. They work. And theyre not bad for you. I recommend GR Cloud over any other local smoke shop!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! The only thing better than the selection and the prices (which are both out of this world) is the management. Sean is extremely knowledgeable, and more than happy to help in any way he can. If it was possible to write a review with more than 5 stars I absolutely would have. Nice and clean store. They dont have all that are crap that I dont need in a smoke shop (clothing etc.). They have a very wide selection of product that seems really nice. I was a little disappointed after calling about any 4/20 specials then going in. He seemed a little hesitant to offer a discount when I was in the store, mostly because I was looking at more inexpensive glass. Had I known I would have gone to another place that said 40 or 50% off ALL glass, not some Ill make the discount up for the customer. There was another guy in there, and seemed like he was a regular, and the owner thru some extras in, which I totally understand & support, but at least be fair with the rest of the customers.I probably wouldnt have written a review, but when I was undoing the bubble wrap around my glass, the item slipped out and well there went $25. I think it could have been wrapped better, but maybe I didnt spend enough to get the better wrap job. Otherwise I probably would have given 4.5 stars.I would also suggest a sign saying there is a cat inside. I had planned to come with a friend that would have had to stay outside.The employees seemed real nice.

The store is clean and smells just fine...not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. The cat is very pleasant and the owner is polite. He is ususally very busy but tries to take his time with each customer. The merchandise is priced well and not cheap glass. Not sure where the Nick guy is coming from. Its not nice to bash a business unless its really deserved.

I went there for Vapes they have so many varieties they never run out of anything very cheap prices I ended up also discovering Kratom while I was there I have chronic back pain from a car accident also have had two total knee replacements I used to take opiates from my doctor they have stopped that for some time now I have been without pain relief Im allergic to ibuprofen or NSAIDs the store owner introduced me to a lot of great and products have tried different ones have settled with the opms black ones theyre absolutely amazing for my pain they do make me a little bit sleepy but not bad enough where I cant work. He also introduced me to We the people CBD my husband has mild cerebral palsy he uses the cbd before bed I have a massage one and one that you take as a vitamin thank you so much gr cloud you have added quality to my life. This is a smaller store than what Ive been to before but I encourage everyone that reads this review to try it out and give them a chance because its amazing so many different products such great ownership I live in Lowell where theres a lot of smoke shops and dispensaries I drive to gr cloud instead because I enjoy the customer service there and the prices on their products

The store was clean and in good order, It wasnt like some shops where you go in and its sensory overload. Everything was displayed well without it being crowded and confusing. There were two people working and both were very helpful, informative and professional. I went in with a lot of questions and I felt like I got a lot of help with my questions. The owner is really cool and helped my bf find a pipe he was happy with within our budget and made sure that it came with a quality slider that fit (the water pipe needed a really thin one so he had to try a few but was really cool about it).

Fantastic place with a nice setup. I was new to the hobby when I came in, and the guys there helped me out and explained a good amount to me. Way less sketchy than some of the other smoke shops Ive been to in GR. My go-to place for anything Vape or smoking related.

Got a vape but the plastic tubes were old so they cracked and split, he got upset that I wanted him to replace the tube but every one he had in stock was doing the same so he replaced the vape with a differnt vape that I later found out was worth less than half of what I paid for the other vape but this man told me it was the same price

I recently moved to GR from Holland. I entered GR Cloud with the expectation of just being another customer but I wasnt. GR Cloud has some of the most energetic, happy, down to earth people working there. They know what they are talking about and they are an easy and convenient place to shop at.

I came in not knowing what I needed and was sold infinfer outdated incompatible products. When I returned the next day I was blown off and told that he warned me about the product line. I would not have purchased something I could not use, as that makes no sense. Shame on the owner for taking advantage of inexperienced consumers.

This review is long overdue. This smoke shop is by far the best smoke shop Ive found in and around Grand rapids. I drive 20 minutes to visit this location bcuz this store has a great selection of juices and a variety of other products. And if they run out of something or u want something special, Shawn will do what he can to accommodate his customers needs. Guy who runs the place is so nkce and very helpful. We called to get a price on something and my phone hung up on him. Had an enjoyable experience at smokers discount this morning. I could tell he was not expecting to receive my buisness yet, due to the fact that I had walked in 30 minutes earlier than the posted opening time, but he was kind enough to let me shop still. I am a difficult customer and he was very patient, and ended up giving me a nice discount on a vaporizer I badly needed. this place is way better than purple east, hands down, PLUS its next to a delicious authentic mexican restaurant and BDUBS. Went to GR Cloud Saturday night and bought a small jar, cost around 9 dollars. The man took the jar out of the showcase and then brought it to the cash register and wrapped it up. I think how considerate. Naw ,not really, get home and take the jar out of the bubble wrap , only to realize the lid does not seal correctly, As in it comes off the jar very easily , meaning whatever is in it will spill out. I go back to the store not Sunday because they are closed and not yesterday due to work and what not. Anyways Today The jar is brought to the shop, only to be told no refunds or exchanges. Its not like I am trying to bring it back because it is broke, but because it is defective and I was unable to see this in the shop because I was not allow to carry it, The staff did, treating me like a child or something. Needless to say I have spent a decent amount of money there since they open! Never again will I go back to that place!

Gr cloud is garbage. Cashier knows nothing about cannabis/cannabis related items. Had no clue what a vacuum oven was. And didn’t realize they actually sell closed loop systems. I personally would avoid at all costs.

The man who helped me there was very helpful and patient, and I got some nice glass for a good price. My only complaint is that there arent very many pretty pieces there. But, I plan on going back.

Dont come here for cigars.Got a weird vibe in there. Like they were defensive. I came in for cigars, of which they keep all behind the counter. So I had to wait 5 mins for an associate to come grab all the kinds I thought I could see from 5 feet away. I felt like I was annoying them. Its more of a headshop. Not recommended for cigars until they expand their poor selection.

Dont waste your time going into this shop for anything the customer service is very poor and sometimes when you walk in you can smell a foul order he has a Cat in the shop and you can smell the Kitty Litter from the back of the store. He is a heavy set stocky guy with black hair he is always there he is the owner and sometimes he is ok and other days he is very rude with customers I really believe this guy is bipolar this place just stinks.
