Couldnt be happier with my experiences with this joost vapor and the employee Ive dealt with, his name started with an R i believe, he had glasses and deserves a raise for his great service! I purchased exactly what he recommended based off what I was after (MEGA FLAVOR). Very enjoyable to talk to and work with and Im very pleased with what he hooked me up with!

I love this vape supply store because the employees are very knowledgeable about their products and are willing to take all of the time you need to answer any and all questions you may have. But sometimes Im unable to find the pods or coils that Im looking for, which is completely understandable when you think about it! I dont fault them for it either, as you can see I didnt deduct any stars!! I highly recommend them!

I have been going to this location for about two years now and the staff is amazing. They are very well trained, good at engaging the client , always making you aware of any specials they are running and suggesting and teaching about new products. They are pretty young yet I have rarely seen this kind of relationship building in much more seasoned sales staff.

Eh... This place was ok. They were pretty short on juice & didnt really offer much either. Im not sure if I just happened to stop in at a bad point in their stock, or this is just how they are? The guy working there was really cool though & suggested a few things for me. They dont carry individual coils though, which kinda bummed me out, but its cool. I will likely stop in again to give them another shot.

I love this and the Alpine location. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They take the time to answer any questions you may have. The juices are excellant. On several occasions, the staff at this location have offered to work with me on discounts. I already think the prices are great. Joost is my 💯 go-to spot

My favorite vape shop! I love their companys brands: Chubby and Strange Clouds, my coils seem to last the longest with either of hose.Super cool staff and rarely crowded, shout out to Yoda. That dude always looks out

Very excellent store! Great, Kind, Friendly, knowledgeable staff! So many high quality flavors to choose from. And youre able to test any flavor you want before you buy them with tester batteries just in case you dont have one. Even though there are so many flavors, each flavor is meticulously crafted and perfected before they are released so each one is of excellent quality! This store is highly recommended! Try it out!

The young man who was working may 7 is very knowledgable I forgot his name but he is helpful receptive and goes above and beyond to help. He deserves a raise and a pat on the back for being kind and nice I look forward to going just to talk to him. Great guy.

Excellent customer service at this store. Much like the Benton Harbor location, this spot has available seating for lounge space. I love how conversational and friendly the staff is here, and you most certainly cant beat the prices. I love hanging out and vaping here, as its just the hookah atmosphere. This is my go to location in the Grand Rapids area.

I go to a different shop normally but they’re in the middle of a move and I was out. I stopped in and what I got is awful. I feel like I’m going to die and it made me vomit. Twice as much as my normal shop too. I’ll just have to suffer until I can go to my normal shop but the stuff they sell is terrible and overpriced.

This is my GO TO location. Anything and everything from coils, questions, repairs, juices, and so on.I have several other Vape shops that are either closer or within the same distance (I live in Downtown GR), but I choose to go here.The staff is friendly, upfront, knowledgeable, and willing to help out in any way they can.Also, their honors/points program is great!Thank you!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They always have the flavors and products Im looking for. Fairly priced with a great rewards program. Ive been to several Joost locations and this is my favorite.

My personal favorite shop! The people that work there are chill and really nice. They even informed me that they are dog friendly and I was able to bring my goldendoodle inside.

Very nice staff! All are very knowledgable and willing to help. The Monkey Bread house juice is AWESOME!However, I do get annoyed with the Jets Pizza staff constantly hanging out and taking up the Joost staffs attention while the customers need service. Quit letting Jets use the store like their buddys living room, and Ill give a 5 star rating.Also, the clambake of vape cloud filling up the store isnt the most pleasing atmosphere to walk in to.

Very helpful staff and decent prices. Its never really busy when i go there, and seem to be able to get in and out under 5 mins. Perfect place to go if youre in a hurry

Best vape shop ever! The customer service is top notch... I was having trouble getting started and they answered all my questions and helped me out in so many ways. I was about to give up on the whole thing and just smoke but they were so patient and informative that I finally figured out what I was doing wrong and now I absolutely love vaping! Joost have a plethora (tons) of flavors to choose from so even I never get bored ;) the only real issue I have now is which one to choose! Thanks Joost for making me feel like more than just another customer.

The staff was nice except for one guy there. I was in there with a friend and she was buying her stuff and the guy asked how old thats fine Im 17 turning 18 the one guy told me go sit on the couch and I said ok and went and sat on the couch. But before this my friend was walking to another worker I was standing behind her not even saying a word. After I had sat down the guy that told me to go sit on the couch was helping another couple and he said I dont even know why you would bother being here I dont want to talk to you. So I sat down and another customer by me asked how old are you and I said I turn 18 in 7 days. And the customer made the comment well that wasnt called for it was pretty rude if you ask me. I understand you cant buy anything being underage but it wasnt like I was trying to so that rudeness wasnt called for. Definitely lost all of my friends business and any upcoming business from me

Good staff. Great selection of hardware and e juice. Store is usually spotless! If they dont have what you are looking for they either get it or point you in the right direction.

ADDITION TO THE ORIGINAL REVIEW: Went in today to get another tank for the Smok Mag mod I just bought, as the TFV12 it came with was a leaky mess. The guy showed me several tanks, but gave particular focus to the UWell Crown 3, which I ended up buying. Seriously, thanks for the recommendation, because it is the most awesome tank Ive ever used. If anybody, ever, is looking for a new sub-ohm tank that tastes amazing and blows massive clouds, pick up the Crown 3 with a bottle of Joosts Lemon Razz juice and you may never vape anything else but that forever.It had been at least 9 or 10 years since I vaped; I bought my first vape when it first started being a thing...back when you were lucky if the thing worked a third of the time and didn’t burn your lips or your face off. And I have to admit, looking at modern vapes was quite intimidating considering my lack of modern experience.The guy at the counter was awesome. He showed me everything from small inexpensive machines to bigger not-at-all inexpensive machines and the differences between them all, which made it pretty easy to decide on which one to buy. After I picked one, he got it all set up and juiced for me and I walked out with a ready to go vape, and the Blue Venom juice I went with is outstanding. That being said, vaping is gonna take some getting used to again...since it had been so long, the first couple of hits were shocking to say the least.Long story short, the guys were extremely knowledgable and quick to show the features of all the different models without any type of pressure to buy any particular one. It was my first experience at Joost, and it certainly wont be my last because it is where I will take my business for as long as I vape. If I could give them 6 stars I would, but thanks to the limitations of Google Reviews, I can only give them 5. And I will recommend Joost to anybody I know that vapes!
