The people there are very knowledgeable about their products! And very friendly!! They also have a good selection of Juices as well as vapor accessories mods,coils etc. When I buy locally this is where I go I would definitely recommend KVS!!

Not a horrible shop, but they are on the pricier side. The extra price is quite worth it on a few of the house juices. I would recommend it to someone who is looking for a good quality juice but doesnt care to much about slightly higher prices. Also very friendly staff.

These guys are the number one place to go for e-liquid. So many choices and a great staff! They will not steer you wrong. If you like great prices and friendly people this is the place to go.

I come here a lot. I went in Saturday June 16th at 11:30am, the guy was new (I had never seen him work there) I asked for an e-leaf coil. It wasnt for me so I wasnt sure what they actually looked like but hoped that Kalamazoo vapor would know and help me. He gave me a really tiny coil and I questioned his selection. He said confidently that this in fact was the right one. I went out to the car, asked my husband if it was right and he said no. I went back in and told the guy that he gave me the wrong one and he told me I should have been more specific. I was... I asked him and questioned him before I left the store. He wouldnt return my product or even take the money I had just spent on the wrong coil he gave me and put it towards the correct one! I will never go back to this location. Joost by pepper mill grill is where its at! Those guys are great and always have good coils! Peace kzoo!

First of all I went here for a starter kit and it broke 3 days later. I then went back to see if they could give me a deal on a new one I mean I did just buy it. They told me I broke it and it wasnt a manufacturing problem so the best they could do was five me 10%off a new battery priced at $17. I said Effect that and bought a lanyard that broke two days later I wish I could rate them ZERO!!!!

Knowledgeable and friendly employees with a wide variety of e-cig flavors. I stop in here once every few weeks to pick up a bottle of Grasshopper. Discounts to college students!

Heres what it comes down to, If you want top notch service,knowledgeable employees and a great variety of Vapes and juice. KVS is the only place to go.

They need more pod mods. Havent been able to get a phix kit, but thats more to do with the manufacturer, Im told. Please start selling Juuls.

Good customer service, very good e-liquid made in usa, helped me with setting up the new clearomizer I purchased and filled it for me.
