The people that run this place are wonderful. If you need any smoking accessories this is where to go on the West Side. The prices are great and they often have sales going on. If my dollar is a vote I vote West Side Smoke Shop.

I go there regularly for smoking supplies. I roll my own cigarettes. Supplies are nicely priced.

They always have everything in stock that I ask for. Always ready to help find and try things that are new. Also one thing I didnt know is if you buy two of there duo hyde pluses they give you a free cali bar. I love how theyre never turning away a costumer. Theyre always trying to succeed for success and they always do. I see people leaving with a smile and that shows they know what they are doing. Plus they have great communication skills with their costumers.

The ppl that run this shop are unbelievably kind and helpful. My absolute favorite vape store. Anywhere- not just GR. Selection, prices, everything- this is THE vape store to shop.

Had 2 horrible experiences. The first time my girlfriend left a review.. the very next time I went in the man recognized me, and asked me about the review, he followed me out to my car! tapped on my window.. and asked me if I knew “THIS BITCH”??!! Are you kidding me??! After I already made a purchase? Very rude and misogynistic. This man needs a lesson learned… don’t shop here.

Great shop! They had the pax 3 screens I was looking for and they were very helpful on the phone. They carry a lot of beautiful handmade from Michigan blown glass. I was stunned by all the beautiful selections! Their prices are very fair and their customer service is awesome! Will definitely be a returning customer!!!

Used to enjoy shopping with Tony and supported him a ton..but recently everytime I go in there he has an employee thats just rude and unhelpful. Refuses to try to sell me something tonight in an attempt to upsell. Wont buy from this location again with whoever that was working

Today I sent my buddy in there to buy king size tubes. He came back with about 4 pounds of tobacco and the wrong tubes. He is not a smoker. I went in there and the guy behind the counter was kind enough, because I’m on a crutch, to exchange the things that I bought for what I really needed. And gave me a lighter to offset the difference in cost when I told him it wasn’t necessary. This is a model of what a fine business is. I hope Sir, you read this. You have earned a customer for life. Great job today!

Im assuming I talked to the owner, but then again I could be wrong. Whoever it was was incredibly helpful and was actually one of the only people I have ever had recognize my tattoo and be able to read it. Cool experience and great customer service! Would recommend to anyone

I was impressed by selection was recommending them to everyone. UntilI bought a display pen for 2$ off to find it wont ever charge. They wouldnt just trade it out even after I volunteered to pay difference and take one in box with the charger. Nope.So cheap products and no accountability from retailer. Go elsewhere.Shakedown takes care of their customers and understands not just making a buck off people.

I was in the shop tonight, January 14th, 2022.It was closing time and I was very frazzled, and trying to hurry my purchase because it was closing time and I realized I had the wrong debit card and all I had was alot of change and some ones. The owner very calming took all the change and ones and counted them out for me. He was very gracious with me while taking care of the transaction. This is only one reason why I only buy my tobacco products here! They are great!! I really appreciate you guys!

West side smoke shop is by far the best smoke shop in Grand Rapids on the west side. The manager Ivy is very patient and helpful. She is always extremely helpful and patient. Her happiness is contagious. Love the amazing deals they have on everything. No need to go anywhere else to check prices, they have the lowest prices for amazing hand blown quality in town.

Friendly, helpful, cheapest in that area for items and accessories. The people are great people, and I have yet to have a bad experience. No matter the race, even cops go there. Be careful though. Just because they are in the lot, doesnt meant they are waiting to stop someone. 9/10 they are, but there, getting chew or tobacco.

I bought 2 vapmods in blueberry and grape, the grape flavor tasted like plastic, so we walked right back inside and requested an exchange, the owner (older man) obliged. My boyfriend came outside and we both tried the second grape flavored vapmod... still tasted like plastic. I went inside and asked nicely if I could exchange and he scoffed, and said he does not normally do that (understandable) but when I asked to have another blueberry vapemod (the one that didnt have a bad flavor) and his response was no. You cant I expected more professionalism and respect when a customer asks for another vape which was the one that didnt have any issues. I dont plan to return to this store. Bad customer service.

One question. Does your shop have any employees that respect the customer? Also does the IRS know how you do business. I called after the miss understanding with edmon( the non female) in order to resolve his rudeness then the other worker hung up on me before being able to finish the conversation. To the owner of these smoke shops…an all employees.. . Treat the customers with respect and try helping as much as possible without being so greedy. In all fairness, the two employees from the fuller store were very helpful and kind. If I don’t hear an apology from Edmond and the lady cashier who hung up on me by tomorrow 1/282022, I will continue to complain up the latter until someone or agency teaches your employees the how to show respect to CUSTOMERS.

The workers are always very nice and more than happy to help you. They actually know what their products are and therefore help their customers better than other shops. Prices are fair and affordable too.

This is super close to my home, however a man Im pretty sure is one of or the owner himself blatantly lied to me about a certain product I was buying that he knew nothing about and I knew in my heart of hearts he was giving me the wrong information therefore costing me money that for me does not grow on trees. Thats unfortunate and highly unprofessional. However the younger kids, by kids I dont mean under 18 I mean most likely under 25, do however have knowledge on some of the products sold here

This has been my go to smoke shop since moving to the West Side. The employees and owner are super friendly, they always greet us warmly when we come in. Aside from the great customer service, they carry basically anything you could want for your smoking needs. Highly recommend!

West side smoke shop in Muskegon was the very first smoke shop I ever went to. There are many other ones in the Muskegon area, but nothing compares to Westside. So when I moved to the Grand Rapids area, I was so grateful to know that they have locations here as well. I only go to West side smoke shop, even though it seems I move farther and farther away from their locations LOL. I am so loyal to them because this staff is super friendly, they are very helpful, and very well educated on their products. And if they aren’t educated, they will look into it for me.The Bridge Street location happens to be my favorite because of management (but I truly love all locations). As long as I live in the Grand Rapids metropolitan area, I will never go anywhere else for my smoking and/or OTC CBD needs. Thank you, West Side, for always being the best of the best!

If youre looking for vape supplies whether it be equipment or juice then they may or may not have something. Im relatively knowledgeable after 10 years of vaping and while they did have some selection of pods and mods, I wouldnt consider it a large selection from all the vape shops Ive been in. The foreign gentleman that helped us was not knowledgeable of what he sells. I think he may have been the owner but Im not sure. I really prefer to support local vape shops or stores that carry vape supplies. Juice prices for their limited selection were relatively high but better than some places Ive seen. Mod s where about the same. Not the best prices but not the worst. High side of reasonable.

Honestly the only smokeshop to go to in GR. They have a wide variety of vapor products, glass pieces, rigs, and a wonderful array of cigar to select from. Whether its just for a pack of jobs to roll with, or a whole new rig setup. This is my go to. The staff is very kind and helpful, and everyone is well informed.I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Love LOVE this 1 stop shop. The staff here go above and beyond and always exceed my expectations. I am blown away everytime I go in to stock up on all of my needs and my total is almost half of what I would pay anywhere else in Grand rapids!

Ive been here a dozen or so times since theyve opened and Ive never had anything other than a great experience. One time I came in to exchange a battery I stated was broken, and the employee was so polite and sweet when he told me I had never turned it on... 😂 How can you not love it?!?

Not impressed with the lay out couldnt see half the stuff I was there for. Ask and they act like they dont want to help you.

Overpriced... The Tobacco Shoppe on 28th Street has a much larger inventory at deep discounts

I love The West Side Smoke Shop! Their prices are waaay better than Shakedown Street and Purple East, and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. For example they told me the red kind of kratom was good for withdrawal symptoms, tried it and sure enough helped a lot when I was hurting.

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, they suggest cheaper options within the store. They also listen to what you want and will give you numerous choices to choose from. They take there time with each customer an never try to rush customers. I recommend West Side Smoke Shop for all your smoking needs.

I have been able to find somethings in here that i havent found elsewhere. Found a cool tray with Rick & Morty and it works perfect for what i bought it for. Also I recently got a glow in the dark lighter holder there I can never lose this lighter when I am out camping.
