Great service always gets me a vape that works no questions asked. Great customer service always I leave with a smile and no worries of my vape not working. They also offer a two day return if it doesn’t work what else could you ask for!

I went in on Sunday, the 16th of June, to purchase a green and blue Novo Smok vaporizer and bottle of juice. I paid in cash around 47 bucks plus change. I received said products and took them out of the store. I brought the device and juice back that Monday (June 17th) and asked for a refund. I didnt know that they had a no money back refund policy, and I didnt want store credit, so I left both items I purchased in the store. I then returned Tuesday to select a different device and juice since thats what they offered as a service after buying from them. I called ahead to ask if I could get them both back, and they said yes because they put the vaporizer back into their system. So I went in and was told that I couldnt get it back actually because they had thrown it away. I then was given permission to look through their trash and couldnt find the device in the trash. Since this is a reusable device, I expected them to at least re-sell it as it was in perfect working condition and had nothing wrong with it. I was then told that the manager the next day could help me, though, and to come in when he was there. So I called ahead again, explained to him what had happened, and he told me, Yeah, come on in and get it back. So I show up with the receipt, show it to him, and get told, Sorry, the best i can do is a 50% on a new device. He said there was no way to tell where it had gone, things get stolen all the time, and theres nothing else he could do for me without getting in trouble. So, I left empty-handed and quite honestly very put out.

Been coming here for years. Shop is clean, staff are great. Couldnt ask for better.

Have been here twice now and the staff is always very nice and helpful! Place is very clean and well-organized. Also, apparently they sell liquid cultures and grow bags!!

I have been a cigarette smoker for over 25 years and finally decided to try to quit for good this time, I have tried patches, gum, doctors you name it and I always failed. For some reason I just decided to walk into wild side and give nicotine vapes a try I was very reluctant at first but it’s actually working!!! I want to give a shout out to Carson for taking that lil extra time and explaining to a newbie what to look for as he showed me how to check authenticity, I highly recommend this establishment as the customer service is highly on point and the cleanliness of the store is incredible too. I went into the smoke shop a few weeks back and had what I would call, customer service at it’s finest. A young lady named Ariana was kind of enough to take the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable as well. She knows her products. This place is extremely inviting, their selection is fantastic and cleanliness is well above par. I was introduced to some new products I had never used before and couldn’t be happier with them.I went in a few days ago again because I ran out of my CBD drinks and received the same level of high-quality service and Ariana even remembered my name. She is an astute, well-mannered and very capable asset to this amazing establishment. I will definitely be back!

The shop is always nice and clean, the displays always look very nice allowing the customer to see everything! I recently visited this smoke shop in Greeley, Colorado, mind you I am not a local but I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible Ariana. I walked through the doors, Ariana greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. Not only did Ariana provide outstanding customer service, but she also displayed a genuine passion for her work. She is such a DOLL. She listened and took the time to understand my preferences. Thank you, Ariana, for making my experience memorable.

These guys are the friendliest most knowledgeable sales people. They remember you and the things you got last time. They even had a crazy guy in today yelling about how they have awful customer service and they were very kind polite and professional in handling the situation whilst simultaneously still helping all the customers and asking him politely to leave. Id give 6 stars if I could.

Showed up for their raffle that was advertised to start at 4:20, they refused to take any tickets even though there were several people who hadnt turned theirs in yet

Sold me a concentrate vape that didnt work. Did not find out it didnt work until I loaded it. There is no other way to know if it works or not until you do. But loading it makes it un-returnable. What BS.

I absolutely adore coming here! The staff is always friendly to me and extremely helpful. I manage right next door and they give me a discount for it ! Beautiful glass pieces that are amazing prices. I suggest this smoke shop to anyone who’s looking for high quality at a reasonable price unlike a lot of locally owned stores here in town.

Out of all the smoke shops that I have tried out, this location has become my favorite! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are good and the staff knows their products so it’s easy to shop with them!

Absolutely love this place! Staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their customers leave happy.

I dont go their alot but when I do I find all kinds of things that help me with pain and when I need to restock up for my vape, pills, and powder that they have.Love that they have stuff like that cause it helps me more then regular pills that I get at a drug store.

I bought two cleansing kits here, 1 to test if it work and the other to use when appropriate. The product did not work but they would not refund my money for the unused product. The employees dont know anything about their products. I wont be back.

EDIT 7/20/23 : I changed my review from 5 stars to 3. I used to love this shop, but it has gone downhill and fast. Ive started taking my business across town to avoid going here at all costs. One bad apple can ruin the bunch rings true here!

Literally my favorite smoke shop ever. everyone is so nice, helpful and super knowledgeable about every product they carry!! also you can’t beat the prices, they’re the best in town in my opinion. so helpful, showed me exactly how everything worked and just went above and beyond on everything.

They are very knowledgeable on every product that they sell and are the nicest people that I have met here.

I have bought two different types of smoke pens however I spent 35+ on the one I bought recently and it is only clogged everytime I try and hit it... Gets hot enough to hit and gets reclogged after getting set upright the entire time. I will be bringing it back today for a refund or exchange hopefully
