My wife has worked here for over two years and it has helped provide for our three growing children. My wife and her co workers are so good with all the customers and accepting and kind towards all. They work hard to provide a fun, exciting and accepting environment for each customer who walks through the door.

Wonderful employee, shes very knowledgeable on all products, professional and has great customer service skills. This is the place to go!

I purchased a torch for $15. When it didnt work properly, I wasnt allowed to return it. Then the next day (2 or 3 days after purchase, it stopped working completely. I asked to exchange it and was refused that as well. The stoner counter lady even said thats not my business when trying to exchange. The owner stopped responding as well. Ive worked retail for 20 years before joining the mortgage industry. Ive never worked for a company that didnt back up their products. Really disappointed in them.

Good place & descent prices, would have said excellent and gave 5 stars to this place if they would have more of newer items. Im only able to get there once every couple months and with that much time in between visits I keep seeing the same old things I seen on the last visit to this store, every once in a while there is something I have not seen. But I do have to say I love the hospitals there. Ppl there are always friendly and very helpful. Love that they are very clean and organized as well. Keep up the great work!!!

Great store lots to buy

Cool pieces shaped like animals, food, makeup, weapons. All glass all beautiful. I tad on the pricier side but if your looking for so.ethung unique you will find it.

The manager of this place. A woman. Is a terrible manager. The product I bought was defective. A bong that the first time I filled with water I noticed it was made wrong. She wouldn’t even listen to me. Kept referring to the no return policy. Which I get that policy but I’m not a kid stoner that broke it. The bong was creating a bubble in the slide and would get water on my herb if I tried it. I went back the very next day with an unused piece they sold me. She wouldn’t do anything for me. Thankfully the manager at the east side store looked at the bong with me and seen the problem and let me exchange it. Good on her at the east side. Shame on the woman on military. Very poor business practice to sell stuff that doesn’t function and not even her a customer out.

This terrible company sold me an E-Cig battery for $40 that fell apart 2 days later. They told me that the best they could do was give me 10% my next purchase. They give this discount to anyone with their business card tho, so is that really a decent offer?NO.THEY SELL SUB PAR ITEMS THAT ARE OVERPRICED AND GIVE YOU NO RECOURSE IF THEY ARE FAULTY.

Not happy at all.. Never going back.. Got a pen.. Sales talked it all up saying it was great... 2 days later it died.. Took it back in to ask and was than told this pen sucks... He sold you junk..sorry.. You know are return policy...

Really good selection of incense always went there to get them they always have what I need always have what Im looking for their intense I would consider to be the best in the Green Bay Area

Terrible store layout. Staff is arrogant and thinks they know everything but they dont. Overpriced, terrible quality. Never coming back. Going to Funky Monkey from now on. Cheaper, friendlier, knowledgeable. After I left Elfs in disgust, I stumbled upon Funky Monkey. Much better.

Very helpful staff. I had questions about CBD and they were more than willing to break it down for me so that i could understand and helped me find a product that would work for me and save me money.

Great selection of pipes, hookas, bongs ... all the way to incense holders. Their holders are one of a kind and very beautiful. I highly recommend this place. Oh and the prices are rather decent. 😉

I went to Elfs gifts today. It was recommended that I go somewhere in town where people are knowledgeable. Pay more than online, but at least be lead in the right direction. I told the lady i had no clue. She suggested that I vape a tincture, which was ten bucks cheaper than the one that said, e-vape. So I bought it, took it home, and Vaped it. It burned going down, and definitely didnt taste right. So I went online and googled the product. DO NOT VAPE TINCTURES. I called Elfs. I spoke with the very same woman. No refund, no change of product, I am stuck with a product I dont want.. because of poor advice on their part. I suggest you go online, do the research, and save some money. If they make right, i will update my review.. Cheers.
