Clean, bright, inviting, and cozy feeling inside the store. The very tall morning employee (Im not giving his name on purpose as its not my place to) is a super nice, helpful, very knowledgeable about the products carried, and more important than everything else hes remembered me by name after not being there for about 2 or 3 months and he thanked me for my 1st online review too! This is an employee (maybe owner too?) that showed me hes actually invested in the customers and what they have to say!

I had such a great experience yesterday! It was my first time going here and they were such a huge help. They actually let you sample the flavors so you know exactly what you’re getting. Idk about you, but I’ve never been to a shop where they let you sample the flavors. 5/5 would recommend to anyone! The guy their was helpful and made it feel less overwhelming in general with the experience. I will definitely be back, you guys just got yourself a regular!

I’m not sure how Johnny Vapes finds their employees but they seem to always have such outgoing friendly people working. Specifically I want to point out Nate, he helped me this morning and was so polite, helpful and charismatic I was blown away!

This store is the most expensive vape store in Green Bay. I’ve been here several times and have had good customer service twice. The other times I’ve been in the workers are less than inviting and pretty rude. I go out of my way to visit other locations now.

I walked in expecting to throw out the current product i was using and start fresh. Not only did Adam help me fix my issue, he also cleaned it up, filled new pods, and made sure I knew more about how to use my product properly. He also let me try a bunch of flavors to find not only one flavor, but two i really love. He was patient with me and for a person with anxiety, it meant a LOT. Adam is a super person and this is a place I can comfortably shop. Thank you!

Super great vibes here and the staff is super laid back and knowledgeable. Welcoming atmosphere and an AMAZING setup for testing flavors. Switching to a salt nic device was super easy and the staff was super helpful making sure I got what i wanted. Highly recommend

Great stuff military discount so awesome. It is kind of pricey but they have solid equipment. I found a website that sells their juice at wholesale prices with free shipping. I mean 11.95 for 120ml compared to 30+. Overall I love this store.

Youll never find a better store with better products sold by a better team at the best price, they have everything youll need and will be sure to help you, pandemic? They delivered (literally) power outages? They go above and beyond to make sure youre looked after even if it means charging batteries. Went in there needing one bottle of juice, remarkable young lad behind the counter had some of the best customer service skills Ive seen yet! They even let me sample the flavors because I was unsure of which one I wanted. Ill be back strictly because of how awesome the service was. The selection was small but I still found the perfect juice I needed because the people there really know their stuff! 10/10 would go back.

The 2 guys that were there were super helpful and I also like the fact that they have the try before you buy on the disposables and on the disposable carts

I dont smoke but my wife absolutely loves the Product they have a great assortment of vapes. I needed a battery for my wife and these cats were very knowledgeable and showed me how to operate the mini stick and its safety features. Best vape shop.

Not really a bad review, but youll see why I did a 3 star rating.............The store isnt what it was when they first opened. Im visiting my son in Green Bay and he wants to quit smoking, so I brought him there a couple days ago, since this is the store that helped me quit. I have to say its like most shops in MN where I currently live now. Mainly cater to the sub ohm crowd. For someone just quitting or trying to quit, the juice selection isnt there ( mostly higher vg and low nic ) and very very little for equipment for mouth to lung.I hate to say it, but this industry as a whole seems to have moved away from the quit smoking aspects of things. Ill quit with my rant now.The staff was helpful. There is a nice selection of juice set at decent prices. Just remember a lot of it is 6mg and lower.

This is a great place to go to get info and hello on vape products. Very informative and helpful staff and very nicely newly renovated. Ive been to other vape store where I seemed I just didnt fit in or they just wanted me out of the store. I really like this place and go out of my way to shop here only.

Perfect vape lounge for the area! I cant recommend them enough! The owners are always willing to help and educate you, they even have a binder full of info. When I 1st began vaping I tried various shops but in the end, due to the customized service, and because I know that they actually see their customers as people - not $$ signs - J.V. is my 1 stop shop. They just came out with their 1st flavor of juice, which is A-mazing, as well. Cant beat the service, deals, and atmosphere.

I dont often shop off-line; but when I do, I prefer Johnny Vapes. Every time Ive had an e-cig emergency theyve had exactly what I needed in stock at a reasonable price. I’ve been to a lot of vape shops but new to greenbay so I just picked a vape store a few days ago and I’m so happy I did I went in for juice and the younger guy there helped me with an issue with my vape had no problem with it and knew what he was talking about been vaping for ahwile and 5 minutes in there I learned a lot, other stores don’t care to teach you this stuff and I like the fact that when you test juices they use normal mods like I use and not just those crappy little vape pens that you can’t really taste it any money I spend on vaping will be at Johnny vapes I will forsure be a loyal customer also I see people say the prices are higher for juices to me there no higher then any other places but their costumer service and just the other little things make it worth it other businesses in general should take after this place and how they conduct themselves

This store is awesome with helping you find a vape you will like that certain flavors. Get a few different flavors if you can so you dont get sick of the one juice. Just speaking from experience. I eventually go back to it but I thought thats yucky now. They can tell you which mesh coil you need for which mode or maybe you would like a different mode. They can explain everything so good to you to help you. So you know what buy you want to make next. Or what you need for what you have. They are so awesome all of the guys there at either store. Their vapes are great to choose from. If you think it tastes bad or burnt let them know so they can check it and change the coil. Good luck Happy Vaping

Great customer service but slightly higher prices vs the few other shops in the area.

Very friendly and informative, only thing I can complain about is I asked them to order a product they were out of and that said they would call in 2 weeks when it came bye they didnt and I went in a month later and they still didnt order it so they said it would in stock in a week n would call but didnt...I went back in 2 weeks later and it was in but no one contacted us to let us know.

Ive been passing by for a couple/few years when I would be visiting home, while living abroad. Been smoking for just over 30 years; and wanted to quit. I have tried a V2 e-cig and hated it. Turned off by the idea of e-cigarettes, vaping/ etc.. I finally stopped in at Johnny Vapes, curious and wanting info.; not knowing a darn thing. Spent at least 2, probably closer to 3 hours in there. I do not remember the mans name, but he was awesome! So patient, tolerant, knowledgeable, and nice! He did not try to up-sell me at all... It was all my choice... He even started me out more basic than I decided to go. He just explained everything to me, as in- depth as I kept asking the questions; until I ultimately decided on my PV set up. He let me try like 15 juice flavors... even went back and forth trying to decide between certain ones, before I FINALLY settled on 4. I tell ya, I would have wanted to get rid of me, but he didnt give me that feeling at all. There were other things that made it a great experience too... met the owner... cool and friendly guy... relaxed environment... I havent had anything near a great vape shop experience since; cant find any even tolerable juices within an hour of where I live; cant find the atomizers I need... So, even though I am across an ocean, I intend to stay a loyal Johnny Vapes customer! I have since ordered multiple times from overseas, and recieved the orders surprisingly fast. And, Ive likely been a pain in the butt (but they NEVER acted that way toward me) with all my questions, but they have given me a lot of time and made obvious efforts to excel in their customer service, corresponding with me through facebook and even private email; addressing every one of my questions about gear, explaining technical things, helping me find great juices based on my simply saying what kinds of flavors I might like, and more. All I can say is that these guys (and gals) are awesome!!! (And, yes, I have quit smoking!)

I go to the one in Bellevue all the time and Adam and Ben are awesome and very friendly and helpful and the selection of juices is very impressive and the prices are great and its a great place to get all of your vaping needs and a great place to just hangout and shoot the breeze.
