Tundra Smoke Shop Howard

Love this place. The Tundra smoke shop on Oneida Street has more options and fuller racks but they are always open and always helpful. Love the weekly/monthly drawings they have! Fun prizes and free to enter the drawings. Upbeat, energetic, judge free zone!

I went to get 2 vapes. I am a part of their rewards program and earned a free vape. They like to check IDs to use your reward, which is understandable. I didnt have my ID with me when she asked and I said I dont have it so just save the reward. Then she started telling me that when I use tap and pay now I have to show ID. Then she proceeds to show a hand written notice on the counter stating that 80 dollars or more would require ID information to be written down. I asked her what my total was agin and my total was only 27. Then she said if you have a problem with that I can talk to the manager. I said I dont have a problem with that I just dont have an ID, she repeated again that I need to provide my ID and if I have a problemwith that then I can talk to manager. I was 100% fine with not being able to use tap and pay, but she was being so rude and short with me as if I have a problem, which I didnt... just didnt bring my ID. So I said I dont have a problem with it but Ill talk to the manager then, mainly bc I was done talking to her and it seemed like she just wanted a problem. He said it was fine and they just want to start matching IDs to the virtual card so i bought them and left. (Side note: my name doesnt pop up on my card for tap and pay, just the card logo and last 4 digits, so theres nothing to compare names to) Once I got home I went to the actual vapes website and ordered 10 for 10 bucks each, about 60% cheaper then there. I wont be returning, it was annoying to be treated like I had a problem when I absolutely didnt. I didnt even disagree with the policy. It was just so uncalled for to be treated like Im difficult when I couldnt care less if an ID was needed and would have provided it if I had it. I would have even been fine to be denied service for no ID for tap and pay and would have run home to get it and come back. She was rude from the start.

This place sells good products but they are WAY over priced. They sold me a dud for 40$ and also they sell all there products like double the price of what I can get online and at other smoke shops.Again, they sell good products, their prices are just too high, thats pretty much the only problem.

Very disappointed. Bought juice for my vape and when I got home noticed it was expired. Never again. The one in Marinette is so much nicer.
