Always call before you go. Three times now I have driven 15 minutes to only find locked doors and no lights. Its 11:15 am, door says open at 10 am. Ive sat here for 30 minutes and the store is still not open. Save yourself a trip and call first to see if anyone is working. Waist of my lunch time, gave my business to clouds just down the road.

The new owner is awesome. The setup is perfect where you can taste the most popular juices as they are on the counter. Great inventory and unlike some Vape shops they have the coils for EVERY tank or kit that they sell in stock. I stopped going before the new owner bought the business because inventory and employee attitude sucked. Once again this will be my 1st choice for my vaping needs.

This vape store is amazing! Under new management, the new owner is super knowledgeable, and polite! They have every flavor you could think of from desserts, cereals, whiskey, lattes and fruit!! They also have the samples (with disposable tips) for you to try out the flavors for both eliquid and disposables! Its a 40 min drive to come here but I just found my new favorite vape store and its worth the trip! If youre around the area (or even if youre not!) You should stop by and give it a try! You wont regret it!

Started going here a month ago & even though its 15mins from my house & I pass 8 other vape shops on the way I chose to go here because The first time I walked in the lady who was working was very friendly and helpful & no matter how many questions I asked she did not act like I was inconveniencing her! & On the plus side she gave me a card they stamp every time I buy juice so I get my 5th bottle for free!

There is a difference between smoke shops and vape shops. This is a true vape shop where the staff is knowledgeable of its product. I cant say the same about other so called smoke and vape shops where owners are opening shops and are ignorant to the product they sell.

This is the only place I will go for any vaping supplies from now on, All of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Michael helped me out in picking exactly what I wanted and he helped me out setting up my mod, awesome guy. Prices are competitive and their gorilla warfare juice is amazing. Dont know what flavor to try? I absolutely LOVE THIS SHOP!!! I was so pleased to be greeted immediately and assisted with all my questions and concerns. Matt was beyond helpful with assisting me choose a vape suited for my needs as well as juice. I walked out with two new flavors that I was introduced to and absolutely loved! Highly recommend. Oh and compared to other vape shops their prices are better forsure ! Was going to pay $70 for a drag mod that I wanted and actually got a style better here for 20 bucks cheaper ! He really knows what hes talking about and thats nice when youre undecided or just want to know some info on the selection the store has. 10 stars forsure.

Today I was out for a bit and ran across this hidden treasure in greensboro. I had such a great experience at Valiant Vapors that the name defines itself and the employee (Matt) was wonderful...very well educated, professional and patient. I was so pleased with my experience that me and my best friend went back this evening. I absolutely LOVE this place! From being a customer to an employee Matt and Derek are driven to help you with anything. They both have been nothing but amazing gentlemen, friends and coworkers. I admire the dedication and their ability to go above and beyond to help all customers and staff. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The shop is always well kept and clean. I went here to get my a vape and the gentleman was so patient and nice. He showed me several ones until we found the perfect one. And it had LED lights. Hands down they are the best. Lifetime customer here. Even helped me pick the perfect juice. He even assembled it for me.

My first experience at Valiant Vapors will not be my last. I was sent here by another vape shop that was out of the coil I was looking for. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable, professional and very polite. We were able to find the coils we were after, and the selection of juices and accessories was large. I will be visiting again. I would recommend Valiant Vapors to anyone.

I would typically give this place 5 stars, as I always go here. They always have what I need and have been coming here for 3 years. However, the last few times I have been here, the gentleman there has been pretty rude. Most times, I walk in and I seem to interrupt him watching tv. Then, I was told I could no longer purchase single coils. I typically buy them by the pack, however it has been extremely tight this month as I’ve had unexpected expenses. That said, the other sweet girl that works here has always allowed me to purchase singles if I need to. When I came in yesterday and purchased my juice, the gentlemen informed me that they didn’t have any of the 3mg in stock. I opted for the 0mg with a nicotine pack. I have always been able to have them put it in, but he told me they could not do it any longer. That they aren’t allowed to. I just said okay and went on my way, as he was more interested in the customers that walked in the door. I added the nicotine and evidently added too much? I assumed the nicotine packs were by mg and they are not. I cannot even vape the juice bc it is now too strong and cannot return it. So I will be out for the rest of the week. I really hate to leave this review because I have come here for so long and the other girl that works here is so nice, helpful and super sweet.

Excellent & patient staff/owner, enough said. He helped us out with our first vapes, gave us good recommendations for different units. Very knowledgeable about all the products on display and could answer any newbie questions we threw his way. Made us feel completely comfortable to ask just about any vaping questions. Great testing selection to try out new flavors. Cant wait to go back and get more!

Theyre definitely pros in this store including the shop owner. They have very nice products and good selection of juice. They will even help you build on your RDA and RTA decks if you are new to them. The only reason I give 4 stars out of 5 is because the price is a little higher than others but for the service and knowledge they have here they are worthy of 5 stars, just for me they are a little on the high side. Great store and would recommend to anyone

Im new to this scene and the staff here were just absolutely amazing. I forgot her name but the lady behind the counter was attentive, helped us make a selection with juices and was knowledgeable in her juices and devices. They are a local business and it shows. I cant wait to see what new things they will be bringing out in the future. Their prices on devices were great too. They priced the device I was looking for $25 cheaper than other shops in the area.

I was riding a badly burnt coil. Popped in and they helped me quickly, and let me change it out in the store to make sure I had the right one (first time changing it). Super friendly guy behind the counter, and they carry Hometown Hero Angels Breath and Angels Tears (HH helps support disabled veterans, and has a great clean line which I adore). Would definitely recommend!

Love this place and love the personnel, but I am taking down two stars because I have caught staff not wearing a mask, even though they are required now. Multiple times! Also vaping inside the store , which is a definite contagion hazard! As a medical staff member that is seeing first hand what is happening, this is not only disrespectful to people that are trying to protect themselves but as well it is very dangerous!

We had a great experience here! The staff was extremely tentative and patient, allowing us to taste a huge variety of flavors. Their selection and quality of products are excellent. Added bonus: theyre not a chain! Well definitely be back for future purchases.

I cannot stress enough how pleasant my experience is every time I walk into Valiant Vapors. Very knowledgeable staff and great products in store! I drive 32 minutes just to pick up supplies from this store, even though vape shops are in every corner these days.A big plus for me is that they are military FRIENDLY and not just on the great discounts. Most of the staff is prior military so they know what we go through. They go above and beyond to care for our men and women in uniform. Im deploying soon and they offered to send me care packages without me even asking or hinting about it.Thank you Valiant Vapors!

Came through this afternoon off another local shop recommendation. I’m new to Greensboro and don’t know any vapors here. This is the 3rd shop I’ve visited since I’ve been here and the third tremendous #VapeFam welcome I’ve received. Matt was awesome, recommended and informed me thoroughly on a few rebuildables I haven’t used. Not just informative but took the time to listen to what I had to say so he could recommend on par with the style of vaping I was looking for. His Service was greatly appreciated. If you haven’t already, take some time to stop in this Shop. This is the why of #BuyLocal. I have went into this shop several times. I like to do my research before buying anything due to the fact that I like to buy once. I am new to the vape scene. I tried it a while back and I was sold a pen vape which did not really do the trick for me. After talking to some friends who invested a little more money and did some research I was informed that what I bought simply was not right for me. So each time I went in the staff was very friend and knowledgeable. I went in and Charles helped me. He was very customer centric as well as having a good helping personality. His personality and passion for vaping was what brought me back. Matt helped me the second time and the owner the last time. Everyone seem to have been knowledgeable and bigger than that, they never bad mouthed any of the other vape shops in the area. I highly recommend these guys.

The manager and owner are amazing and super professional..i have never been to a vape shop that is so high quality. They can answer every question and even more. He was also very thoughtful and didnt try to sell me something I couldnt afford. Staff was very nice and friendly very helpful as well they had the product that I needed when everybody else was out and for those of you who vape this store actually sells coils as singles so if you dont vape that much and are trying to quit great place to go to just get a single coil.

This is the best vape shop. Its honestly in a league of its own. Best products and best staff. Thanks to Derek, Matt, and Charlies help I havent smoked a cigarette since last December and can say with confidence Ill never pick them up again.CBD products are the best as well. They do research to find the best products to sell. The most effective, not just what they can sell easily.My girlfriend had an allergic reaction from a material in her shoes that caused itchy bumps on her feet legs and eventually her arms. We tried all creams, both prescription and over the counter. She went to the doctor and got a shot. Still nothing. She started using the hemp lotion I got at valiant vapors and it not only soothed, the bumps were gone 3 days later.

Matt has made my day! I have be going to the wrong vape store for too long. After telling Matt what I liked and needed to be satisfied, he directed me to the most expensive product and the least expensive product. He knew what I needed instinctively. I was a little anxious until I arrived home. Once, I tried the vape, I was in Utopia. He matched the perfect vape and liquid for my needs. Thanks Matt.

Matt is the best person to deal with here. I ONLY go when hes working. The lady is rude and has a smart mouth and tries to make you feel stupid. Matt on the other hand is very kind helpful informative and educated.

I had purchased a device from the retail store in mid June, which has been great, staff was helpful and I got what I was looking for.Three weeks later, the devices screen suddenly stopped working but still fired. I checked and verified that it was not in stealth mode, and ran firmware update and the screen remains defective.So I took it back to the store and had the staff inspected the unit, we could not figured out the cause and she suggested that I contacted the manufacture for a RMA. I e.mailed them right away with no responds.Since the device still fired, I traveled with it for another two weeks and took it to two other vape shops (in and out of state); after they had seen the pristine-condition device with no scratch, no dent, no drop, they said they would have replace it without any question ask if I would have purchased it from them.I finally managed to find a RMA form on the manufacture site that has a US distributor contact info, so I printed out the recipe with a completed form and sent them with the defective device.Two MONTHS went by, with no e.mail nor phone call from the distributor regarding the RMA, I finally decided to seek for help at Valiant Vapors. The same staff, whom inspected my device two months prior, was working. While she was still nice to my inquiry, it was clear that the shops policy wanted nothing to do with the defective unit. After more inquisition, she finally provided me a contact number for me to contact the US distributor in which the issue had been resolved after the call (Replacement granted but still waiting to dispatched).I had paid $120+ on that very day of June for a device, two 18650 and a bottle of juice locally hoping for service and support from a retail store. But clearly, Valiant Vapors does not value the idea of servicing the customers need once money exchanged was made. I do want to stress that not at any point the staff was rude, but it is the policy of the store thats provoke a contradicting customer relationship and experience. We all know that devices and battery sold at retail locations are often double the price of what one can find online, but people buy locally to support the business and in return should be treated with customer care. If a store do not provide service to customer, why should one even bother about supporting such business?So the moral of the story is, if you are looking for any devices and associating products, just buy them online, or just go somewhere else other than Valiant Vapors when customer relationship actually matters.

Excellent staff and products. This is where I go when my boosted or MBYC stash is getting too low. Great location and excellent layout. If you are a vaper, than you need to come here.

Consistently one of the most professional shops: staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the devices and products, they act much more like advisors (spending time to understand the customer) instead of being sales people.

First and LAST time ever going here these people are just so horrible to steal money from people. If you go here I suggest going other places because it will save you so much money. They are overpriced and barely know what they are even talking about. They deserve 0 stars in my book. Maybe if they actually didn’t steal money I wouldn’t be so mad.

Hands down beat vaping experience Ive had so far. Experienced​ technicians helped me fix my vape, how to replace and fix my juice container and gave me a deal on a replacement nozzle. Will be coming again and again thanks valiant vapors.

Terrible selection, pretentious and rude staff, did not even listen when I described my preferences and kept offering me juices that were exactly the opposite of my described taste, think theyre too good to carry certain products....save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else.
