BUYER BEWARE. Been shopping here exclusively for months. Just realized that the three bottles of vape juice I bought from here last week were expired. Two from 2022 and one all the way back in 2021! The manager/owner (whatever he is. The guy that’s there all the time) tells me it is not going to kill me and will not exchange it due to it being opened. This is ridiculous. When you go into a store and spend 90+ dollars, there is a reasonable expectation for the product to not be expired. Like cmon. This thing is 2 years expired.

Usually these guys are pretty good, but even though its close to closing time, doesnt mean that the only employee (in the store) should be sleeping.Or heads down listening to music...

Firstly, when I arrived… the gate was locked and there was a barely legible sign that said “be back in 10 minutes.” Ten minutes from when??? Secondly, when I was actually allowed admittance because they were finally open, the salesperson was dismissive and seemed to just presume what I was there for… he did not ask me questions or how I was doing today… he only directed me towards the products that he assumed I would want to buy… not asking me question and having an off-putting attitude about my possible sale is not the way that potential customers should be treated… I have encountered many vape stores that treat their prospective customers this way… they act as if they are better than everyone that might shop there and they don’t have the time to deal with anyone… This is NOT how you get and retain customers… Vaping can be confusing and overwhelming to people… especially novice vapers… This store will not get my business because of how they treated me. They should treat everyone that walks in as a possible sale and be more cordial… don’t think you just know what someone is there to purchase, because you will lose the sale… every time.

Allen is a super cool guy! Talked me though a lot and had really good conversation about new things coming out. Enjoyed him talking with me about mechs as well since I used to own tons of em. Definitely a stellar employee who clearly works hard and loves being there.

They are helpful and good for buying juice and coils off of however they sell mods for 2-3 times what they are actually worth, way better shops around for mods and juices though. Based on the times I’ve visited and asked for prices then have went to other shops and asked about mods for pricing them out they definitely over price their products.

Heard about this place opening in the Mall so I stopped in today and picked up some e-liquid. Very competitive pricing considering you don’t have to wait for what you want to ship. Also very helpful staff. Will be back to purchase more products!

Sorry but this is not the best vape shop around, its more like a boutique for seasoned vapors (or whatever they like to be called) They were friendly but not helpful. We are fairly new at this and looking for small bottles of different flavors to try, they only have big bottles for $28. By chance we went over to Tobacco Village and they had an assortment of the little $5 - $7 bottles which is exactly what we were looking for, they could have told us about this at the Monkey.

This place is great! Huge selection of devices and juices and the guys who work there are really cool and helpful.

Great selection! Probably the best vape shop I’ve ever seen. When you go there you feel at home. Chris the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me fix my tank. And I found an awesome mod I’ve been looking for.

I love Allen, super knowledgeable, pointed me in the right direction for juice flavor, hes my low key crush. Lol. He brings the store to life with his energy, super chill too!! He definitely knows his stuff!! #MGKlookalike

I brought my brother n law here, he came from ohio for a visit. He wanted to buy something and picked up a product that was on the counter and was looking at it. He sat it back down. A tall employee came over and asked is that yours? In which my brother in law replied no im sorry i thought it was the stores the guy then said it is. If its not your dont touch it. Even though he was very rude we still made a purchase and left. That is not how you talk to customers. He was rude and had an attitude.

Ive been a smoker for longer than Id like to admit and have been interested in switching to vaping to see if it really helps with the crucial function of breathing. Poking around the mall I decided to head in to Blue Monkey vapes and I was super impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the guy who was helping me was (Im so sorry I didnt ask your name). He was able to easily answer all of my questions and find what seems to be exactly what I was looking for and made me pretty excited for this transition. Who knew customer service was actually not dead, which is more than I can say for the kid I bought a pretzel off of afterwords. Kudos guys, I shall return again and again.

Today was my first visit at Blue Monkey Vapes I didn’t catch the name of the young gentleman working but he was very politeAnd knowledgeable of all the products they carry ! They have so many options of vapes and yummy liquids ! I can’t wait to go back !

I like this store. The counter people they hire will admit if they dont know, I like this because I like to know what Im buying instead of someone who will push a sale I will hate. very knowledgeable, and helpful.

If there was a way it would be negative stars. It is a horrible place to work for. Don’t go through any of their branches. They will use and abuse you if you work for them. They will not have the same products because the upper management team will not order. Oh expect the WestMoreland Mall location to close because they don’t get orders often. Allen is the only one I feel bad for within the company.

I walked into to the store to get a glass for my vape the associate told me they didn’t have any and I bought another tank that did fit but my coils did not but he said they would spend more money then what I would have to run 20 min in the opposite direction you need to have associates that know what they are selling won’t come back

I really never have any issues when I go there. They have helped answer any questions about the vape I bought there when I’ve gone in & have many options of juice. I’m not very knowledgeable with how they are as far as prices compared to other places but from what research I did do everything seems to be about the same price as any other place as far as vapes and juice. I always know I can go there to get what I need.

The thing that works in the store is lazy doesn’t move to greet you or help you when you ask it a question it’s very rude and has an attitude. And there are definitely better shops around with friendlier service and better prices everything in this store is marked up stupid high.

Yeah they either have the wrong hours up or their employees do what they want because i’ve been by the storefront three times since 10:00 and they still aren’t open. wasted my time being here and wasted my gas getting here. on top of that no hours are posted outside the store.

Although things (especially mods and tanks) can be a little pricy compared to other vape shops, this vape shop has the largest variety of mods and tanks of anywhere else in the tri-county area that i know of. And they always seem to be either the first or one of the first shops around to get the newest vapes and tanks available.

They have a very nice collection. a bit overpriced but better than waiting for weeks for an online order. Most of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly

Employees are very helpful and the selection of devices and juices is insane! They have so much to choose from. This is my favorite shop in the area.

Sold me juice that was not for my mod and apparently could have caused a lot of damage to me. I am just starting out. I really dont know what Im doing yet so I am literally relying on people that should know this stuff. Come on guys!

Checked it out yesterday had a blast in there and was shocked by the massive variety of juice and mods and tanks will be my new go to shop.

The new employees dont know as much as the old ones that arent there. They basically know juice and thats it. But overall super chill.
