Today was my first time coming to Happy Feet Massage & l really liked it! l payed $50 for an hour long foot massage, except l looked at the time when he started on my feet and he finished 10 minutes earlier than the time l looked at, but l didnt say anything. Other than that, great service, clean, smells good, relaxing music, and kind people.i’m 39 weeks pregnant, so it was definitely needed! i will be returning after l give birth! 🙌🏼

Honestly, it’s been a hit or miss depending on the technician. Any of the male technicians are amazing on deep tissue and pressure points; other times, I’ve gotten an older woman with longer hair— it just felt like she was just reapplying lotion on my legs for good hour without any pressure. This hasn’t been the first time that this happened either.I’m on my feet for a good 12hrs most days, and this session really left me unsatisfied. First time in here and what a great experience! A friend and I did the 30 minute foot massage. Talk about a tranquil setting and relaxing. If you want a peaceful foot massage come here, your feet will thank you!! 🦶

This was my first time for a massage here. A short-haired woman named Tina gave it to me. Her technique was amazing and gave me the best relaxation on my shoulders and neck. I will go back for her massage as soon as possible.

I have been coming to happy feet for 12 years under the management of Hahanna. I have referred so many people. Its under new management and its horrible. No body speak English. I went in for my unusual 30 minute feet 30 minutes back on 3/10. Which has gone up $10.00, no problem as long as you do a good job. I get a ok foot massage and we moved to the bed for my back massage. It was ok. I was trying to make the best of it. Dude pull out his to ask me do I want another service for $10.Then he gave me his phone to answer him. We did that 3 times to know avail because he didnt know what I said. I asked him did anyone in the place speak English, in walks the owner. Well she had that big grin on her face shaking that head up and down as if she knew what the hell I was saying. At this point I was no longer relaxed and told both of them to get because I dont want to finish the session. I get dresses andwalked to the desk, she got that same big grin on her face and asked for $40. Funny how they know how to say money amount in English. Im in fire. She said next time. I said lady it wont be a next time. Im done with Happy feet.If youre in America you should know how to speck English period. Happy Feet Woodruff Road Greenville sucks. I just got through with my massage and it was wonderful! I did the 60 minute foot and 30 minute back massage and a wonderful guy did my massage. He was perfect and Im so thankful for the wonderful experience. I will be back soon. The lady who greeted me was very nice as well. Thank yall so much.

Went in for 1 hour foot massage. They work on head, hands, legs and feet last for only about 40 minutes. They did use hot stones after the massage but they were actually too hot. There guy did a mediocre massage at best, but smelled straight up like a cigarette.When I paid, I left the tip according to the service I received and the guy at the front desk said that wasnt enough tip. 😡Hes lucky he got a tip at all at that point.

Most uncomfortable massage ever! The lady that massaged me didn’t know what she was doing. She didn’t understand when I told her to ease up, then proceeded to stalk me for a tip when the massage was over. First and last time visiting this place. Oh and if your paying with card it’s an additional $3 fee; over $110 an additional $5 fee. Your welcome, they do not tell you that until payment. She would leave the door open when leaving out, left out multiple times. Also, I do not believe she was trained or licensed based on the lack of knowledge of massage. Horrible experience, if I could give 0 stars I would. The prices on the board when you enter is not the price they charge upon completion & payed for a hour got less than an hour!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went to this place for a couples massage and called and scheduled this massage 4 days ahead of time (I’m from North Carolina). Although when I arrived it seemed that they forgot that I had an appointment booked for the specific date and time. During the massage the therapist was constantly answering calls and stopping my massage and leaving the room. I was unable to relax because there was constant talking and my therapist was even switched during my massage. Upon paying for the service, after being charged $125, I was informed that I was mandated to pay an additional minimum of $25. The customer service and professionalism needs lots of work. I did not feel appreciated or valued during this experience and will NOT be back.

Like everyone said, when it comes to tipping, they just get into verbal fight, well almost!

1. Had a couples massage with my husband and they put us near the door. We could not relax because you could hear everyone who walked in and the people in the room next to us.2. The price quoted was not the price they gave after the massage was over. They went over a half hour and then hooked us with a $200 bill and then kept asking for a tip.3. They spent most of the time on my back when it was supposed to be a full body massage and only about 10 minutes on the lower part. My back was actually sore and felt worse than when I came in.Never going back there. Unprofessional

Didnt care for this place at all...the masseuse spent the whole time gently rubbing my back and never asked how much pressure to apply (which I like alot of pressure) and she didnt massage any other area. I never even got flipped for my front.

Great place for a massage, especially with a friend or as a couple! Took my visiting sister in law and we got a 1/2 hour foot (first), and 1/2 hour full body massage, but ended up enjoying it so much, when they asked if we wanted additional massage time, we said Yes!...cause Really, who wants a good massage to stop!!??? It totalled $80 for each of us, which is a great deal! Love that you dont have to have an appointment (but it doesnt hurt to call ahead if you are with others! Dont use the online app...I did, and they didnt see my appointment scheduled, but it was 2pm on a weekday, and they took care of us immediately) Have cash for the tip!

First time here me and my best friend came here today it was our first time we came for the 60 minute massage but ended up getting a 90-minute massage everything was fabulous started off with a foot rub when I went into the other room for the full body massage it was a deep muscle massage had Holly was my girl and she was fabulous and Jeff did my girlfriend we will definitely be making a once a month trip here thank you for everything it was fabulous

I always heard good things about this place but I honestly walked out in tears by the end because of how uncomfortable and painful my experience was. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage. Our therapists were talking across the room at each other through several points in the service. My therapist hurt me the entire time, using fast and jerky movements over my bones instead of my muscles at many points. I kept having to adjust and ask him to be easy. I had a full face of makeup on and he tried to put oil on my face, which I had to put a stop to. All the slapping/chopping motions on the back at the end of the service were very unnecessary and certainly not peaceful. I’ve never had someone actually do that in a professional massage setting. Had I been getting a service by myself, I would’ve got up and walked out 15 minutes in but I didn’t want to disrupt my boyfriend’s time with the hopes he was enjoying himself more than me. I have serious doubts that my therapist is legitimately licensed.

Ok Foot Massage, not as good as I recall before COVID. A few minutes on head and then only feet. Used to be head, shoulders, arms and hands for a few minutes then 40 minutes on feet and lower legs. And the price has gone up to $50/hour with 3% fee for using a credit card. Doubt I’ll return.

Oh. My. Gosh. First time at this establishment.. The BEST massage I have ever had. I. Mean. Ever. I had a gift card for a 30 minute foot massage - which was AMAZING. Then I was asked if I wanted a shoulder and back massage which I of course said yes. It was SO GOOD, I hate wimpy massages where you are thinking, are they even touching me? Alice did a PHENOMENAL job, just the right amount of strong pressure. I told her she was THE BEST and not to let anyone ever tell her any different!

I went in today and had the best massage by Sam! Sam is incredible! I can’t wait to come back for my 2 hour massage!

Massage was alright-guy didn’t speak hardly any English though -and wasn’t organized during the massage at all. I won’t be going back there until their staff learns English better to understand the needs of the clients .

Always receive great care! Have been many times and have never been disappointed. As you can see from the pictures the reflexology is in a communal space and my more private friends have found this uncomfortable but the body massages are in private rooms. They seem to be really good people.

I would always take my staff here on a regular basis. Now they charger 10.00 more for an hour long foot massage. They stopped doing head and shoulders as part of this new price. When I asked if they went up the guy nodded and said I Also charge 2.00 extra fee for card. More money for less pampering. Won’t be back.

They showed me the price of my massage and I got a receipt. However on my bank statement was charged an extra 25 dollars. They work hard. I tipped cash. The place is sketchy

You just cant beat the price. Yes it is communal so consider going at a less busy time if you are worried about talkers. And yes, there might be a slight pressure to tip but someone just gave up a lot of physical energy to serve me for an hour so I think it was justified. My husband and I had a great experience. Well be back often if our upcoming experiences are anything like our first visit.

Horrible management. First of all, if you call several days ahead to make an appt, they tell you to call back one day before and make it then. :-/ And then, when I showed up to use the gift certificate that my daughter sacrificially bought for me, I was told they wont honor it because it was outside of 6 months! I waited about 9 months after I got it. Theres FINE print at the bottom saying Good For 6 Months, but it doesnt show an expiration date at a noticeable place like most expired coupons show, to get your attention, so its very easy to miss. And who would think that a gift certificate would expire! They took my daughters money but werent going to honor it. Thats robbery! Finally, after I complained and expressed my disdain at length, they said I could use it if I paid half the cost. I wouldve told them to fly a kite had it not been for the fact that my daughter was anxiously waiting to hear how much I enjoyed it. So I paid half. Plus the tip. I will say that the foot massage I got was nice and the massage therapist did a great job, but Ill NEVER return. My feet were not happy! :(

Great experience! Wished for a little more pressure but still it was relaxing and over much to soon it seemed! lol! The person with me went to sleep and snored out loud! Needless to say, he enjoyed it too!

My husband and I got a couples massage. We were walk-ins, and the massage was perfect.

So UPsetting! Not relaxed at all! DO NOT STEP FOOT in this place. They take advantage of the language barrier and say they upsold you on services you did NOT AGREE TO! I agreed to a $50 feet & back massage. When I got ready to leave the big guy with hoody on at front desk told me it would be $80!!!I explained that it wasn’t what I agreed to and handed him a gift certificate for $50 and gave Alice a cash tip.I turned and walked out the door and the guy ran and flung himself in front of my Drivers door and would NOT LET ME inside my OWN CAR! When I tried to go around him he pushed me several times. I was fearful of my life and could not believe this was happening to me. I ran to other side of my car and got in passenger door, locked the doors and crawled into my drivers seat. He tried to get me to roll window down. When I refused he went behind my car and sat on my bumper with Alice beside him blocking me from leaving. I had NO choice but to call the Police which I have never done in my life. He was mad I called them. They told him to NEVER Touch a customer as they were leaving and that he should be thankful I wasn’t pressing kidnapping charges for pushing me and keeping me from my car. They also told the establishment that is was not professional to have conflicting signage for fees especially since there was a language barrier. The business next door had cameras so everything was recorded. After I talk with my husband we will decide whether or not to press charges. Please stay away from this place. They have no regard for their Customers, human kind and especially their elders.

The foot massage is great. They have raised prices by $10 due to inflation (so 30 minute foot massage is now $30) and hours have been reduced due to labor shortage. Thanks, COVID. Otherwise a consistently good experience.

I received a Christmas gift 🎁 for Happy feet massage and cant believe they would not honor the gift certificate even though its too months past the one months considering COVID. I was a businesswoman for 40 years and one thing I learned is repeat customers is very important. Evidently the owner of Happy feet is so rich that they dont have to worry about return customers. They might have the $80 now for doing nothing but they will not see me, my friends and family. Very foolish! They just had to honor the gift certificate and they would have had a lot of customers and repeat customers.

Always leave with a smile on our faces! My husband and I loves coming to Happy Feet. They always take good care of us. We just left from there and couldn’t have felt better. They really worked us today. My mom enjoyed her experience as well. You come to this place to relax not to be picky about everything.

Excellent service- I love coming to get the foot massage especially if I have been on my feet all day. I wouldn’t do anything less than an 60min- it’s worth the money.

The foot massage itself was ok; the chairs are set in a row in a room that is only closed off by curtains, so all of the noise from the reception and hallway diminish any sort of relaxing and calm atmosphere.They advertise Chinese herbs in the foot soak, which turned out to be just a foot soak in plain tap water. Not a huge deal but they didn’t get off to a good start.What also didn’t help was about 10-minutes in one of the other employees decided to take a nap in one of the chairs, and after a few minutes was snoring extremely loudly. It was funny for the first minute then after about a half hour it got really annoying, especially because the woman massaging my feet did absolutely nothing about it.The order in which the massage was done also left a lot to be desired. Other foot massage businesses I’ve visited in the past start with the foot soak while they massage your neck, shoulders, head, back, and arms, before moving on to the foot massage. Here, they bring you a tub of lukewarm tap water, and leave you for 10-minutes just sitting with your feet in a bucket while listening to all of the commotion beyond the curtains. Two loud, ticking clocks and zero music add to the lack of ambience. They then come in and dry your feet, do the foot and leg massage, and then move on to the head, neck, shoulders and arms. I don’t know about you, but even though my feet are clean I still prefer not to have my head and neck rubbed by someone who was just touching my feet. Overall I’d give this place a hard pass.

We were regular customers for years even though my son had a bad experience here a couple years ago. Last week my wife and I came in for 90 minute massages in the couples room. During the massage I could hear my wifes masseuse constantly speaking to and distracting my masseuse in whatever language they were speaking. Then I heard my wifes masseuse leave for a few minutes then come back. My wife is very humble, meek and non confrontational so she never said a word about it. I could tell that something was wrong because I had my masseuse before and she is usually way better than she was this day. When it ended, I looked over and saw my wife still laying face side down, she never got rolled over to do the front side. I asked her if everything was OK and she filled me in on what had happened and how uncomfortable and awkward this masseuse really was. My wife said it was like they didnt have any trained massage people available so they had someone come in and try to fake it. When I tried to explain the situation to the man at the desk he literally didnt care. He didnt apologize, he didnt try to give a refund for my wifes massage, or even a partial discount. When I brought this to his attention he became very disrespectful.#NEVERAGAIN

Hot August Sunday appointment - no air conditioning!! - by 2pm it was stifling inside this strip mall location and the floor fans did not help. The man behind the desk, who clearly could not care at all, about anything, told us that the air conditioning was not working.The room to the left, with eight recliners, was full of guests and four masseuses. The air was thick and extremely stuffy and the foot baths of hot water made it worse. When I initially remarked to the middle-aged masseuse working on the woman in the next recliner that it was very hot, he tugged on my shirt and said, Take off! Yeah, right.I sat in my recliner for about ten minutes, waiting as the clock continued to tick past our 2pm appointment and watching walk-ins move past us and into the rooms to the right.The four masseuses who were attending to guests in our room paid no attention to where their hands were and what they were doing. They all continuously looked around, watched people in the hallway, glanced at one another and watched me sitting there having difficulty breathing.There is NO SHEET and NO PILLOWCASES. You are in a darkened room, laying on a pleather recliner with pleather pillows, where other guests had previously been serviced.We made an appointment for three people; we all arrived early. The man behind the desk told us that our appointment was for an hour from when we made it, so we would have to wait. NOTE: This is a common complaint; if they get sufficient walk-ins, which they always take, your reservation gets bumped. If there are not enough recliners, you end up waiting in the small waiting room at the front desk. This day, they had four masseuses and more than ten guests.We were ushered to our recliners about half an hour after our appointment. At 45 minutes after our appointment, fed up with still having to wait, I walked out. The two other people in my party had not yet been attended to.$30 for a one-hour foot massage seemed too good to be true. And, it was.I am a bit creeped out about non-licensed middle-aged men nonchalantly rubbing the feet, faces and heads of guests. And, the signage offering back massages for an additional $20 is even more disconcerting. This place is really fringe.If you respect the value of paying someone to touch you, it is well worth the extra money (and from a hygiene stand-point, safer!) to hire the services of a fully licensed massage therapist, either in the luxury of a spa, or in your own home or hotel room.

After we finished our relaxing foot, shoulder and hand massages, we went to the receptionist to pay for our experience with our two gift certificates and credit card. The receptionist informed us the the gift certificates, which someone paid for with their money, were no longer good because they had expired. We asked why and she politely said because it says so right at the bottom After questioning how they COULD expire, the receptionist got the manager on the phone for us and the manager told us the same thing. Therefore, Happy Feet is basically saying we will steal the money a person uses to buy their gift certificate if it is not used in six months because our document says we can. No more Happy Feet for us and gift certificate-buyer, BEWARE!!! Next stop: Better Business Bureau.

We made a last minute first time appointment and it was amazing! We were able to have our foot massages at the same time and both loved it. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere! We will be back!

This place is a great place to get a foot massage on your lunch break, and the $20/$30 massage options for 30/60 minutes is one of the best (non-Groupon) massage deals Ive found. Courteous and professional staff all around, that take feedback well. Ive been 6+ times and will continue going back.

It was awesome experience before I came in I was Playing soccer a few days before and I had got an injury in my knee and when I went in for a foot message I didn’t tell my therapist anything but once he started I guess he felt where it needed to be worked on more because he spent time on the spot before I went in I could barely walk and when he finished I could walk without any pain

Ask to use my gift certificate but it has expired. My mother died from Covid the month I was going. Ask to use my gift certificate after it had expired. NO EMPATY for others. Nope! I am not sure now if they are clean during this horrible virus now. Been coming here for awhile never been treated so badly. Lost my business’

I received a very hard foot massage, and felt like I was pressured to tip. The employees talked the whole time. Atmosphere was pretty cool though. Certainly my first and last visit.

They did not understand English very well. Very painful during massage. I even said that is too hard do not use elbows. Hurts to breathe second day.

Love Happy Feet. Wish they had more evening hours. They often close by 830 even though they say open until later. Would also love to be able to schedule more than a day in advance,but so far that isnt an option.

Fantastic real massage. If you want any level of pressure, they will deliver. Peter is the best especially to really get to the root of issues and do deep pressure point massage. Highly recommend.

I went here for a massage...or tried to. I called ahead. They said that they had openings available. We were delayed by something at home, so on the way, I called to ask them if they still had openings. They said they did.Heres where the 1 star is explained.When we arrived, the lot was empty. Keep in kind, I am short, heavy (not too heavy) and Autistic.4-6 staff persons were at the front. 2 at the door, 2 at the desk and 1 or 2 at the corridor to the rooms. As soon as I identified myself, they suddenly said that they were crazy busy and couldnt have me as a customer.Crazy busy, with an empty lot.The staff is highly unethical, and I suggest that nobody do business with them.

Zero star if I could! This horrible so call “massage” business does not honor its own gift certificate. I bought gift certificate for wife as Christmas gift and now they don’t even honor the certificate stating that it’s expired. See attached photo, not even close. BBB should look into this business and shut it down please!

Terrible!! They trick you into trying to upcharge you, it’s really only 15 mins of actual foot massage, and there are kids running around making noise. Don’t waste your time or money. Would never go back!
