I went to vapor maven this evening and I was helped by Ruth. She was great and very helpful. 5 stars! Keep up the good work.

Employees are very helpful and they have good variety even thca hemp flowers and more..

So so frustrated with this place. I usually buy 2 disposables a week. But every time I get hooked on a new brand, they have rotated their inventory to no longer carry them. So I get to used one for 2 weeks, love the flavor, then its gone. So sick of it! Making it impossible to quit smoking because I have to go a couple weeks until I can figure out a brand with similar flavor to what I am used too. Im over it!! Corporate needs to get it together, and carry what sells!!! Distribution wouldnt be a issue if they would pay attention to sales. I will say the employees are absolutely amazing, and my beef isnt with them!!

Back when these stores first opened I think the owners were more involved. Now you never know who you will get, and they act like they cannot wait to get you out of there, 4th &range line and Grove OK,maybe it’s just the quality of the help in 23? OR maybe it’s the ownership? I cannot be specific but I do know you just don’t feel welcome at all at these locations anymore,it’s definitely a feeling.Fix it? Probably not…..but there’s my 2 cents.

I seriously feel sorry for the employees in the Grove store. Everyday I go in around 330 and they have now internet and bless their hearts they try their best to please everyone. However with no internet they have no credit card reader and so many times people have walked out or was rather rude. For the sake of the employees I hope someone hire up can get this fixed

I visit Vapor maven in Grove at least twice a week and it seems like everytime I go in there their internet is down and I have to wait in line and sometimes cant use my card. The employees are amazing I feel horrible for them due to the frustration and some people can be very rude to them due to circumstances out of their control

They just sold my husband a broken Mamba vape and refused to let him exchange it when he tested it in front of the clerk. The clerk actually called their boss, who refused to do the exchange. I am floored. The Miami, OK store had us test the vapes before leaving, and the first two I tried did not work, so she quickly got a new, working unit for me with no trouble. I cannot believe this store. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this is just unacceptable. I will not be shopping here again and will be telling everyone about this terrible experience. I would leave zero stars if that were possible.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND...... I was in grove for a short trip. I went in and got my vap, it didnt work. They without hesitation made it right and gave me a new one. We tested it right in the store. There needs to be more workers and places like this......... HATS OFF TO YOU GUYS! Visted store on 7/8/2022 at 5 pm... The worker was AMAZING. He needs a raise!

I am going to have to find a new vape store, the constant wifi/computer issues affecting the credit card machine is costing me too much out of pocket on ATM fees and time….and they eliminated their loyalty program which is why I started shopping with them in the first place.

This was my husband and I’s second time in the store and both times Israel’s help exceeded our expectations, the store smelled heavenly and as a business owner my self he’s the type of person you want to have as the face of your company. Kind, informative and just a friendly energy! Any time we’re in town Vapor Maven will have our business!

DO NOT SHOP HERE… knockoff store! Gave my loyalty to this place and have probably spent over $500 just to get ripped off after several chances… bought a vape that I hit 4 times and it immediately stopped working, returned to store within 24 hours and there was nothing they would do, you out guys lost a very consistent customer over $10 not a very professional way of doing business. You’re better off getting vapes from woodshed 🤦‍♂️ This place sells knock offs and cheap products.

Went in this morning to purchase a new mod and Zac was very helpful. Told him what I was looking for and he directed me to the VooPoo Drag S. Of course, I wanted to ask about every other mod in the store. LOL! After all his great information I ended up purchasing his first recommendation. The VooPoo Drag S and I am in love! Thank you Zac for all your help. Vapor Maven is a great vape store with knowledgeable staff. You earned a customer!

We were very excited to get a store here in Grove. They are wonderful people, very helpful and appreciative of your business. They always explain things to you if you dont understand your purchase. They are easily accessible and we love that they are Open on Sundays!!!

The customer service has been good, but they are out of stock on things way too often.

Went to the one in Grove gave the woman my vape told her I needed a coil she looked at it said what wattage do you run I told her I bought a full box so I couldnt see them I guess its my fault for not checking but she sold me the wrong ones. SHE HAD MY VAPE IN HER HANDS!! So I assumed she knew what she was doing since she worked there but I was wrong. Realized I got the wrong ones took them back to see if I could exchange them before I could say anything she got nasty and told me theres nothing she could do read the sign. I told her it was her fault she started screaming telling me to get out shes calling the cops I asked for the managers number she wouldnt give it to me but she called and lied saying I told Her those were the ones I wanted. She wasted the cops time by having him come up there. And now I have to eat the costs

I just want to see if they have the juice I am looking for and as soon as I try and talk to them they just hang up. Its happened on multiple occasions, and its just ridiculous to me that a store not only operates this way, but trains its employees to behave like this. Pathetic.

My experience was terrible and I will not be going back. I came in Thursday to buy a few items for my husband who has recently been diagnosed with a chronic illness.I wasn’t inside long before I heard a man throwing things and screaming profanities, he proceeded to do so for several minutes. My nervous system was completely rattled and I left without purchasing anything.I will not returning to this store. People deserve to be in welcoming space.

Horrible customer service. I am not from here. I needed juice so stopped and bought some. Got in the truck and opened the box. Squeezed the bottle and the top popped off and covered my clothes and the seat. I had to go buy a new outfit and cleaner for the truck. When we went back tot he store the lady said it wasn’t her fault and wouldn’t do anything. I will never buy anything from this company.

Went in there and interrupted her social hour with some girls just chatting and joking about nothing for about 15 minutes. Other ppl were waiting besides me btw. So went over politely said I know what I want if I can just get some liquid. Told me I was being disrespectful and rude and banned me from the store. Sorry I interrupted your chit chatting so you could do your job

Very rude customer service every time I go in there. Their juul compatible pods leak and when returned the manager has an attitude and is very rude. Was told I was to receive a new 4 pack of pods for this inconvenience but no one there knew what I was talking about. Cheap products & RUDE workers.

Super helpful staff, they always have a very wide variety juices and one of the staff helped me find one my favorite mods I have ever owned. Will definitely be back

The two guys in your Grove store are very rude and unprofessional. I will never do business with them again, and I will tell anyone and everyone I know to stay out of that store. Sell you something that dont work and then offer a discount on a replacement instead of just exchanging it. What a rip off.

We are from AR where Kratom is illegal but due to work we were in Grove. We decided to stop in and check out their Kratom prices and decided to try a new brand (to us as we had never heard of this brand)- JUST KRATOM. It was only $99 for a Kilo of Red Mang Da. Zack helped us out informing us about each and every thing we asked about. We ended up spending about $250+ on the CBD masks, a new vape and salts, and the Just Kratom, which we absolutely love! Just wanted to keep my word and leave a review for how happy we were with the help and the Kratom referral! This is a clean, uncluttered store with a great staff and we will definitely be back if we are ever back around Grove, OK.

The manager (Blake) went into my customer information and got my phone number and texted me. He’s also done that to other people. He’s harassed his employees and makes them uncomfortable while working. Not impressed. Couldn’t leave zero stars for the guy.

Honestly one of the best ive been to. Was really surprised how knowledgeable the staff is there. Juice recommendations were on point! As well as customer service. If you are looking for a place that feels like home this would be the place to go!

This has to be the worst Vap store that I have even been to. Walk in with my friend and the guys never even noticed we walk in. Hardly had anything in store. We left and went to Casey’s vapor witch is a way better store than vapor Mavon.

Just went to pickup an Ooze pen to smoke my THC Cartridges, dont know to much about the e cig stuff on account of I dont currently blow sick clouds bro, but they had a lot of nice bongs and the service was good.

In there for about 10 minutes didnt even say hi or greet me I was going to purchase a couple items but courtesy goes a long way at least acknowledge that I exist. just let you know I walked out no sales from me!

Pretty nice store with alot of things to look at. Better than others. Pretty good service thats real knowledgeable and lets you test flavors.

They helped me get everything I needed and kept me under my price range! Instead of recommending the most expensive vape they could, they recommended the cheapest, helped me with liquid, and I still had over 10$ left of what I could spend!

Very upsetting My son went in to pick me up a 60 mL bottle with 9 mg nicotine the store was very busy he said there was a ton of people in there and the employee was running around like crazy so they gave me the wrong milligram they gave me 0 mg of nicotine so I called the store and ask them if they could fix the issue and add nicotine to it and they told me no I had to go back to the original store that’s not very good customer service I will never shop here again

Love this store. They saved me from buying a pack of smokes. My vapor stoped working they fixed me up.
