Massage Envy

Bait and switch. Made an appointment online, logged in. It was 75$ for the massage and 15$ added for 10 min foot scrub. They confirmed the appointment for the amount of 90$. At the very end of the session I gave the therapist a 20$ tip and went to pay, THEY CHARGED ME 140$ FOR THE MASSAGE (not including the tip) no warning, and the explanation was inconsistent. I was being charged at the non member price, however that should have been established when I was making the appointment. And because they are so difficult to get ahold of and have shady business practices I will probably never see that money ever again. I will never use this business again & really hope that they face consequences for such abhorrent business practices. ALSO the massage was supposed to be 60 min (50 min massage time & 10 min to undress/dress) and then and extra 10 min foot scrub. Appointment at 10:30 and wasn’t sent back until 10:32, got up and started dressing at 11:28. I had 46 min of massage time including the foot massage which should have been 60min. I am so extremely frustrated.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Very 1st time today and I felt so comfortable and relaxed, the extra essentials were lovely, the aromatherapy and hand treatment were the perfect touch to my perfect massage. Im going every month ❤️Everything from the reception, checking in, to the massage itself, the ambiance was the best after a long work week. Thank you Lavell also!

Therapist Victoria is the only reason I come here, she is by far this places greatest asset.I come in once a month, every single month, for over a year now. Massage therapy really does help me A LOT. I have had multiple back surgeries and my spine is fused completely from T2 - L1, big fusion! Victoria is the absolute best. I felt so much better leaving her room today like everyday!That ends as I go up front. Front desk is a revolving door which I think is part of the problem, they do their best though. I have one request every month and they can never, ever seem to accomplish it. Management does not care. I even asked for them to put a note on my file, to book each session AFTER the monthly fee comes out so I have an available credit on my account. This month, my fee comes out on the 10th. Not the greatest feeling to come out of my massage, thinking I have 1 credit on the account(because I should) then being asked for the full massage price then being informed that my monthly fee will come out in 3 days. In the end, I suppose it is my responsibility to know when that date is and schedule accordingly because no one else cares.Also, I understand how it works. That the credit will carry over but I would have rather done todays massage next week, LIKE THE NOTE SAYS. I live on a fixed income and like everyone else, money is really tight right now.

This place is a great facility to obtain a wonderful, consistent quality massage and special services. I have been a member for several years and take advantage of their services every two weeks. The front desk staff is wonderful, and are trained for the ultimate level of customer service. They have an advanced reservation system which includes text reminders with COVID-19 protocols. I highly recommend this Massage Envy location for a great experience in relaxation and comfortable atmosphere.

I have had quite a few massages at a few different Massage Envy locations and I can sincerely say that Lavelle was one of the best masseuses I’ve had. I was nervous to get a massage because my neck and shoulder blade were actually causing me pain, not just sore like normal. He reassured me and man did he know exactly how to help! Thank you so much for all of your effort! I can turn my neck today for the first time in over a week.

Five stars for both Adrienne & Herb.Adrienne always gives me the very best experience with my facial. I know Im in good hands as she is so knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to my needs. I appreciate her consultations and asking my concerns & my routine at home to further benefit from my facials. I look forward to each of our visits together. Thank you Adrienne!Herb was fantastic and he left a great impression for my first ever professional massage. He made sure to check in with me on the pressure and if I needed any adjustments. I asked for more pressure but mightve spoken too soon LOL. He was able to quickly readjust and I feel fantastic. If you need deep tissue, hes your guy!!!

Massage Therapists are good. but the cooperate structure is the worse. just there to get your moneyOn 01/04/2022They called me 15 min before my appointment and said the therapist called in sick. I rescheduled a week later.If I called and canceled 15 min prior they would charge you.The cooperate policies are money driven and not about a healthy massage.

Love this place! Sophie is my massage therapist and I love the reception when you arrive! A great place and I bought a package so I can enjoy the experience on a regular basis! The location is easy access and off the main parkway. Thank you again for great services!

I’ve been having extreme back pain this last week to the point where I have been struggling to even walk.All I have to say is Brian is a miracle worker!! He put me through some well worth deep tissue to be able to WALK out straight and actually have my mood effected in such a positive direction. Not even my chiropractor was able to make me feel that good.Brian thank you and see you soon!

This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I made an appointment for a 2 hour message. This was my first time with massage envy. I have to say the gentleman and girl at the front desk were nice and polite and professional. Oscar was my therapist and i was so unhappy that16 mins in...........i told him i was finished with my massage and was leaving. I am never rude or disrespectful , i was just DONE!IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Im sorry, but i would never reccomend Oscar at massage envy henderson lake mead. Ever.I got dresssed went to the front and quietly paid my $35.00 for a 30 minute massage.( even though i was in SESSION ) for less than 15 minutes. I didnt mind paying. At that point i just wanted to be done with the whole experience. I tipped $10 to Oscar.....and $6To the two working the front desk.I am so dissatisfied and disappointed because I really needed the relief of a massage, considering I was in a life changing car accident several months prior.My advice is look around for another place to find relief from aches and pains.THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!

I have a year long membership which has improved my physical well being immensely. Jackie from day one has taken excellent care of my lower back issues and listens to my needs at the start of every session. I’ll sign up for another year in March. Professionally run facility.

My first time here. My friend took me for my birthday and I will say that my therapist Oscar was amazing and paid special attention to my sore areas. I suffer from Sciatica and he did an amazing job working all the pressure points and relaxing me.I will go back

Horrible experience with the girls in the front. My massages were amazing but my experience with Melina was angrily stressful. Be careful. Youll be over charged with this girl. She doesnt know what shes doing. I dont know WHO trained her, but they need training as well! Months of training for both of them! I came here to relax and enjoy my time here. . NOPE! They like to over charge and charge me full price instead of early bird special or full price instead of my membership rate. Come on people!! this isnt rocket science! Ive been a member there for only 3-4 months and everytime I went there I had trouble from them. I hate it now. But. . I CANT CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! Which is bull SH** ! You would think if a customer has had nothing but trouble from their employees from the start of their membership. . That they would At least UNDERSTAND whyyy the customer wouldnt want to come back anymore and let them cancel their contract. . But no. I have to go back. I REALLY dont want to!I DO NOT recommend this place! Dont be a member here. Its NOT worth the stress!.. Oh and after all that trouble, they only offered me a free foot scrub.. REALLY? THATS ALL YOU CAN DO FOR ME? wow Im so excited !

I havent had a massage in a long time and was my husband’s birthday so scheduled a couple’s massage for 90 minutes! Was so excited! Told them specifically needed basically medium to deep tissue. When we get there my therapist shakes my hand so lightly I commented to her I sure hope you can rub harder than you shake hands. Unfortunately..my fear became a reality and on top of it she was going so slow not masssging hardly at all. Within 10 min. I was done, stressed, disappointed and annoyed and said. This isnt working. Im not paying basically $100 for this. Not what I requested. So I walked out my husband continued aa his technitian was great and i sat in the lobby for 30-40 min and not one person asked me what happened or apologized or anything. IWill not be coming back to this one again.

I had an appointment at 4 p.m., but it was raining very hard and wind was blowing in the morning. I didnt want to drive with this weather condition, so I called in the morning and tried to cancel my appointment, but they wanted charge for the cancelation. I know there is the same day cancelation policy, but I think this is a exception. My reason was the weather, not the personal reason.

I got bate and switched when coming in I am an athlete who needed scraping done for my back shoulder and neck. I called asked if they had it and someone available they said yes to both I come in and right before I get the treatment they say that massage person wasn’t in someone else Willy ale care of me and he gives me a nice chat and a back massage but not my neck or shoulders also did 0% scrapping upon leaving they asked to make an appointment further ahead of the scrapping dr next time

Im sad that Marilyn doesnt work at this location; however I still get good massages. Dont be afraid to tell your therapist exactly the pressure you want/need.

Our kids got my husband & I gift cards for Christmas. We opted for the couples massages, it felt ok, but was not as good as I was hoping for.

It was my first time at this place and I loved it. Lavelle was amazing, professional and knew which areas to work on. Cant wait to go back again.

I was told I could cancel monthly membership any time. Haven’t used any of the monthly appointments and now I’m told I can’t cancel until the 12 months are over. What a ripoff and corporate hasn’t returned my call
