Horrible experience with a dip manicure, first the lady told me that cuticle work was extra $15 and told me it must be my 1sr time doing my nails because I was sensitive and asking for my cuticles to be done, se didn’t do them so it has been 2 days since and they are already lifting - I’ve never heard of such thing where that is a separate service, try to ask the front desk lady but didn’t understand my issue. My fingers are hurt due to the way she handle it, in a hurry and not with much care - the pedicure was ok but the hands really bad experience won’t be going there again - 2 days and I paid over $80 and they are already lifting - do not recommend

Lovin’ my French tip manicure and pedicure done by Tim! Tim’s attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. He was so gentle while doing my nails, making the experience even more enjoyable. Tim took his time to ensure everything was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve been coming to Caesars for over 5+ years and consider this place a safe haven for me. I am lucky to have found Ari and Leon years ago. My nails are extremely healthy! Ari showed me the magic of dip. If Ari and Leon are not available, Liz is phenomenal! If you speak Spanish and want a beautiful gel polish, Cielo is the sweetest and so good! The owners Tony and Michele are also amazing. Their pedicure services are EVERYTHING. I always get a milk and honey pedicure that comes with hot stones! Coming here has elevated my standards in my self care routine. From the wine, coffee, beverages they have to choose from to the many services they offer! I promise you, coming here will not disappoint.

Nails tend to last very long up to 4 weeks. Very friendly, neat and courteous environment. Stick to appointments time and great work ethics from the staff. Enjoying going here and have been happy with John doing my nails. Keep up the good work!

Love the pedicure services when I get the right tech. Ive been to this location 5 to 6 times my hands have never been done correctly. The man at the front office says whatever needs to be said including lie to get your service. The pricing is also strange. Ask how much everything will cost upfront

I have been coming here for over a year now and I see Kelly. She takes her time but is very efficient. She listens to what you want and learns what you like. Unless I move far far away, I’ll continue coming here for the customer service over all, the ambiance, and my tech/friend Kelly! Amazing and highly recommend.

DO NOT COME HERE!I came here to get my nails done and had the worst experience ever. First off, the technician cut my foot and was super aggressive when scrubbing my feet during the pedicure. He literally left 6 times during the pedicure for no reason and did not tell me why.Then when he did my hands, things took a turn for the worst. Ive been going to nail salons for years and every time I go they use cuticle remover to help remove the cuticles. Tell me why this technician started aggressively using a cuticle pusher with no cuticle remover and absolutely destroyed my nail bed. I got up and complained to the lady at the front desk and expressed my concerns. She gave me all this attitude when I was trying to explain to her that this guy did not know what he was doing! He did not even know that he needed to buff my nails before doing gel, like what nail tech doesnt know that? He looked confused and didnt know what he was doing. The lady at the front desk was so rude! I will not be going back, these technicians dont know what they are doing and the staff is extremely rude! I have never experienced such terrible customer service! I never write bad reviews, but I had to due to my terrible experience. So please do not come here to get your nails done, because the service and the job that they do is terrible. I will include a picture of my damaged nails below, just to show you how weak they are, due to the nail tech obliterating my nails. Also, if Caesar Nail Spa tries to respond to this email, dont try to make excuses! Your staff is rude and the least you could do is listen to a customers concerns! So to whoever is reading this, DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR NAILS!

My appointment at Caesar’s Nails & Spa was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I excitedly booked a gel manicure for a special event and was given Xing as my nail tech. She watched a video on her phone with earphones without paying attention to applying the nail polish. She left the paint on skin surrounding my nails and ignored my concerns about it completely, even missing spots of polish on certain nails. Xing didn’t care about the final product whatsoever despite me kindly pointing these things out.I was very disappointed with my manicure and no more than three hours later two nails started peeling off completely that same day. This confused me because gel is supposed to last nearly a month so I went back next day hopeful for a fix. The manager was rude about the entire situation and attempted to make the nails look better but failed to do so. To make matters worse, I had a sum of $70 in total for services on the receipt that weren’t even done. I was very polite about the situation and believe that got taken advantage of.I rarely leave Google reviews but was so disappointed with this experience at Caesar’s Nails and Spa that I had to. The team treated me with disrespect and I wound up having a miserable appointment which I’d been looking forward to all week. If you can go to any other salon, I recommend avoiding this one.

They offer a variety of pedicures and over charge for lotions and products that are advertised “70 dollars for a MILK AND HONEY PEDI. 70 dollars for lotion and honey. No massage no effort, no basic symmetry. The man doing my pedicure spent the fraction of his time roaming the salon and cleaning all tools used during my pedicure, doesn’t ask for a shape preference and length nothing this man wants me to leave explain how a 70$ pedicure was under an hour?? Supposed to include “hot stones” He ran them under cold water and rub my foot and rush… Defeating the purpose of the treatment completely. Needless I was not treated at all. When I expressed to the front desk how horrible my service was she acted like she spoke no English so wrote it down on my receipt. Which proves the point further to never return, but spoke great lengths since the salon was empty at 2:30P on a Thursday… Keep the money it’s giving BROKE AND Desperate. This salon has no class or ethic to any customer service. HORRIBLE PEDICURE HORRIBLE NAIL SALON AND IF YOU WANNA ACT LIKE YOU DONT SPEAK ENGLISH, HEAD BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY SIS!! Straight trash! BAD PEDICURE. BAD PEOPLE. Stay away and protect your wallet and energy.

Today, I received a basic express pedicure where the technician lightly washed my feet and barely scrubbed the heels—more like one stroke with the purple scrubbing sponge. When I requested more scrubbing, I was told I needed to upgrade to the next level of service. I asked to speak to the manager, and he concurred with her. I was surprised because I have received all levels of pedicures at this place, and on this particular day, I only wanted a basic pedicure. 🤔

Haven’t had dip nails in years and Linda today did such a great job and she was quick but with a great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back

I paid for a pedicure and gel x removal. The entire time, my tech was being corrected by others. I am a nail tech myself, visiting from another state so I am very understanding, but things were off from the beginning. I came in with a friend and my pedicure was started 10 minutes after hers, since I was getting nail removal also. My pedicure was finished before hers and we paid for the same service. Again, my toe nails were left all different shapes and completely different from when I walked in. My hands still have gel on them and my cuticles are all ripped from the e-file. In the end, I had to leave to get to another appointment when she was “done” and could not ask for it to be remedied.

Was a previous nail customer and as of most recent been going their for my brows. Took my daughter to get her brows done for the first time and I guess she was the first customer because the wax was too hot and she burned her in both eyes. My daughter told her as she reacted but she continued and quickly placed a green gel ointment on her. Unfortunately, my daughter is currently treating the burns and the after scars. I wish she would have acknowledged it as it was obvious she was burned, apologized and not charged us but she was dismissive instead.

Best pedi ever! The salon is huge, but not a lot of technicians so the wait is long if you walk in. The staff is very kind they work really well and fast. Pedicure was amazing, very detail with different products, stones, real fruit, massages it was wonderful… acrylics not so great, limited number of colors, lack of knowledge on new trends and techniques. Price was $20 more than my last nail salon with less stones and design. The good thing is that wine is included with your service… It was a nice experience overall.

I’ve been striking out with finding a good nail tech for my acrylics ! Tony, you are the best!!!! Love my new set and I’m calling for another appointment !!Update- I also wanted to add that if Tony is not available his sister does a great job as well!There’s a blonde short hair lady, she’s feisty and needs to work a bit on her customer service especially when you’re paying and just had a wonderful experience. I mean I get it she’s prob tired.Still leaving a great review because my nails and toes look great!

Very high class salon with great service for preferred clientele. Other clients were greeted friendly, walked to the nail stations, offered wine or water and assisted the whole way. Others, like me, were just pointed to an area. NO GREETING, just a man with a sour face at the front desk. He greeted preferred clientele. No one paid any attention to me. I had to ask other workers if I should just sit somewhere. Sat in an empty pedicure chair for 45 mins before someone came by to ask me what I wanted. She was nice but did a really bad job on my nails.I got the Orange blossom pedicure for $50 which includes getting your nails painted. The color is see through on my nails. And she didnt clean them up so the polish on the cuticles is rising. Looks like I did this myself.$50 with $20 more for gel polish and then a good tip this is the worst and most expensive gel pedicure experience Ive ever had. NEVER GOING BACK HERE. If you are preferred clientele, you will get very good treatment.

Ive been coming to Ceasars Nails for many years. I feel its the best nail salon in Pembroke Pines! The owners, Tony and Michelle, are wonderful! They always make sure things are going well, and that you are happy with your services. Yes, I have my favorite nail techs (Kelly, Lys, Ari, Leon, Diana)! I will say that everyone is great and does a fantastic job so youre in good hands with whoever you choose. The salon is always clean and looks beautiful! I will keep coming here. Thank you to Tony and Michelle and your awesome staff! Keep up the excellent work!!

La na does such a great job with my nails! I love the service and care i receive with her and her son. They do my daughters nails whenever I go as well and never rush my service. I normally get designed nails with dip and gel polish which normally last me about 2-3months.. worth the cost

First time at the salon. Took the proper COVID precautions, but I am very unhappy with the service I received. I believe his name was Kevin and he seemed very rushed and did not take the time to do my nails properly. There are bubbles in my gel manicure and I asked him to fix it multiple times and he just put a top coat on and said it would fix it. He did a sloppy job with the cuticles, there’s polish all over my skin and he cut me. Even my toes have streaks and look unfinished. I honestly could have done a better job myself. Not worth the $70 spent & I probably will not be returning to this salon.

I always find myself going back to Caesars Nails & Spa even though I have not been satisfied w the service. But, this last time when I went they informed me that the prices had gone up. So, I said ok. When I went pay they charged me $40 cash for gel manicure because they had informed me earlier that the system was down and I couldnt pay w card. The two week prior I had payed $35 for the same gel manicure. That was already w the increased on the prices, because I used to pay $32 last year for gel manicure. So, I dont know whats going on. I honestly do not recommend this salon toanyone!!

I have been going here for over two years and I will let any of them do my nails, they are all really good. I have had tips, dip, manicures and pedicures and I love them all!

I had stopped going to Caesar’s when my favorite nail tech left but I went back today and Kelly did my dip manicure. My nails look amazing! She is a perfectionist so she takes her time to get everything right. You won’t be disappointed with her work and I will definitely be going back to her.

I come here often. Often enough to say that the owner is absolutely not rude or uninterested in his business. He actually has a sense of humor if you break the ice, smile at him, maybe make a joke, and don’t come in expecting people to bow to you. Very humble man at the front desk. I can respect his ways & I have always been greeted, if not right when I walk in, a few mins later. Every business has its days, and I’d say this salon is very consistent with treating us nicely. Yes some techs take a min to warm up and get into the groove, but that is anyone. Nonetheless, if my service was trash I’d never return again. However I find myself coming back again and again. My only advice is to the salon is this… always show integrity in front of customers. You never know what us customers go through at other salons, we want to feel comfortable & not like we are bothering you! Thank you again!

I recently moved to the area and have gone to a couple nail places. I was not impressed with the other 4 salons I’ve been to. I’m so happy I went to this place because it was, by far, the best nail Solon in the area. John was very detailed and made sure that my nails came out perfect! The rest of the staff seemed to be as engaged and as helpful as John was. The quality of the customer service and my nails was impressive.This will be my new spot!!!

Customer service was right on point the moment I walked in the door. Super friendly welcoming atmosphere. Quick walk in service to they me in right away without an appointment. Very pleased!

I have been going here since the beginning of January. Lys is the person that does my nails. She is great. I have no complaints. All the people that sit around Lys are nice and like to joke around. Not like some other places where the nail tech seems stuck up. When I went in for my first appointment I let them know that I would like to try Nexgen because gel comes off to quickly with my nails and my nails lift with acrylic. As of yesterday when I went for the third time, I cannot believe how long my nails are and they are my nails, not artificial. They also give a nice gift for your birthday. I received a $15 off coupon. The only thing is they send it to you a week before your bday and you have up until 3 days after your bday to use it, but that is fine with me. I have never went to a nail place that did that. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I walked on at 4:10pm for a pedicure. They were very friendly and welcoming for them to close at 5p. My nail te h did a meticulous job and took his time. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Its a bit $$ but you get what you pay for..

They really pressure you with upselling.She cut my toe and I was bleeding incessantly and she didn’t tell me until much later.I only got a pedicure and it was $52.I felt like Linda was in a rush and didn’t give care and attention to the service.My toe still hurt the next day. I would’ve appreciated if she would’ve not had been so nonchalant about cutting me.

The experience was very nice..warm and welcoming. My daughter and I came in as a walk in and was accommodated promptly. The staff that I had was a mother son duo. The son was very funny and made my daughter feel very comfortable. The mother seemed very nice as well but I think there might have been a communication barrier. So I dont believe she interacted with my 6 year old as much. But my daughter did like her. The pedicure was so relaxing. Manicure was nice although it started to chip the next day. So I wasnt happy about that at all. But I live in miami n didnt want to drive back. Im really big on professionalism and customer service so despite the nail chipping I will be back because in that area they rank an A1A. I like the fact that who I believe was the manager was actively monitoring the staff to ensure they were on task and everything was going smoothly. He wasnt just sitting down on his phone. I loved that. And the place is beautiful and very clean. I loved it

Po was my nail tech. I received a nail dip (pretty sure that’s what it’s called). She was friendly and encourage me to step out of the box I know color which is something I wanted to do. She helped me pick out a color and I love it. I also encounter the front desk staff. Very welcoming. I had no issues. I would definitely go again.

Love this place! I arrived almost closing the place and in a very cordial and affectionate way they accepted me and took care of me! Vivian took care of me, she is very professional, she works very well and is very loving!!!! I 100% recommend this site

Worst place ever, I made my appointment at 5:00 They start doing my nails at 5:45 the owner that was the person doing my nails stop more than 3 times to do my nails because he go to answer the phone or charge other clients, was extremely disrespectful. This was the second time that this happened to me.

I used to come here about 4 years ago but stopped going due to how poorly they did nails and how rude the workers have been to me. I am back in town and just needed a quick gel Polish change. The woman who did my toes was so rude which I guess was expected. I asked for an acrylic on one toe since it had broken and it seemed to bother her so much. I’ve had this done at multiple other nail salons and it’s literally a 2 minute task to add acrylic fill on one edge of a toe. She then proceeded to take off all the gel polish on the rest of my toes and walked away frustrated with me when I asked for it and I could tell she was speaking bad about me to the lady next to her in another language which is super rude considering I’m sitting right there. I shouldn’t feel embarrassed to ask for the service I want when I am the one paying for it.. The guy at the front desk ended up doing my toes and they came out alright, but still probably the worst gel Polish change and experience I’ve ever gotten done at any nail salon. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT COME HERE! They don’t have a place to wash your hands when you get there nor do they require it. The instruments were not clean. They have a price book with every service and the price marked however they charged me 20 dollars over. The staff was rude and acted like I was a bother. The work was very bad quality. I asked for a design one one nail and I had to ask her to remove it, since she did not know what she was doing. I did not like the shape she gave my nails either. I asked for ballerina and she gave me a bad almond shape. In total I spent 85 dollars on terrible nails that I will need to fix at home. I was extremely nice during my visit, at the least they could treat their clients with respect.

I’ve been going to this place for almost a year only because is convenient, but I am over it! every time I go to this place I am given attitude (mostly by the OWNER) and not a very welcoming experience… plus many other bad experiences like:1. 90% of the time they hurt while getting my “manicure” or “pedicure” because they are not careful.2. They have wasted my time by letting me make an appointment and then when i get there (on time) they would make me wait 30mins or more.

I went in for a gel pedicure. After waiting for 30 plus minutes. There was 3 people who came in AFTER me, the receptionist finally told me to pick my color while i was Picking my color he have the nerve to tell me he’s going to have them go before me because they’re getting a regular pedicure and I was Getting a “gel” pedicure. From my understanding the only difference between the two is one use REGULAR polish and the other use GEL POLISH i just walked out, what a waste of time i could’ve Gone some place else. I will Never return!

I walked in the salon and stood in the front for about 5 minutes and no one greeted me or asked me what services I wanted done. So I sat down thinking maybe someone comes to me and asks but when another customer walks in 10 minutes later she gets greeted and the man asks her what she’s wants done. I ended up getting up and leaving. Such a bad experience especially with such “good reviews”.

Very professional! The staff was lovely and my nail tech and I had a lovely conversation she was super nice. They really know what they’re doing here. They have 2 whole walls dedicated to nail colors and gel options. Its a big nail salon so they have plenty of seats to accommodate walk-ins. I loved this place! I don’t even live near the location but I will definitely come again just for the amazing service!

I came in for a gel pedicure which was fine. No complaints. My tech was just ok. However, I brought my 7 year old daughter with me, who is a nail biter, and she also wanted ‘to get her nails done.’ I asked my tech if he could just paint her nails and he said yes but went on to ask another lady (you know who you are) that was available to do it. Well when she saw my daughters’ nails, she couldn’t stop talking about it in her language. And I’m certain she was making fun of her, and my tech kept trying to make it as though she was not because he could see I was very displeased. Again she’s 7. I’ve tried everything to help her with her nail biting but nothing has worked. But to make fun of a 7 year old is just plain immature and unprofessional. I wish I had her name because I would definitely post it. You’ll never get my money again or any referrals out of me. She’s lucky my daughter was there or I’d have a few choice words to say to her. And she’d learn a valuable lesson on manners that day! Also, I’m sure the manager will respond to say that they aren’t aware of such thing happening but that’s because I was a walk-in and I waited a few weeks to post/review because I wasn’t at first but changed my mind.

The location is clean, inviting, and the staff were super friendly.Helen took care of me, and she was awesome. I got a pedi and a manicure-dip. I also had my eyebrows waxed. My mom received the same services from someone else and she was equally sweet, professional, and accommodating. My mom and I are two happy customers. I think I’ve found my new spot. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Zero star for the lady who did my fingernails. 4 stars for John who did my toe nails and foot spa. The female employees should improve their customer service. John was nice and he knows how to treat a customer.

Anna always does my nails perfectly!! I give her an idea of what I want and she always gives the best advice of what would/wouldn’t look best. She’s a perfectionist at her work and extremely talented. I always leave stunned by her work and professionalism. Book your appointment with Anna. She will not disappoint!!

My manicures are amazing with Lana. They last about 3-4 weeks. She is quick and very particular about the shaping nails. Love her attention to detail. They are open Sundays. Lana offers me a drink during my pedicure every time.

Pedicure was good I did not like my nails, the older lady that did them shaped them big and bulky, she probably should not be doing manicures if she can’t shape a waist of $60 that I have to go somewhere else and correct 😫

First the good. The salon is beautiful and clean and the nail technician that I worked with Lana was wonderful. What could ruin this? The man at the front desk. I was polite and asked a question and he could not have been more rude back. He was abrupt. He was not friendly at all. You would think he did not want my business. When I left I said thank you very much have a great day etc. and he just stared at me and ignored me. When this happens I usually believe in killing people with kindness… But honestly he was miserable. And it ruined the experience… I know it shouldn’t have but it definitely did

I flew in from out of town and called an hour before if there was any availability which on short notice on a Sunday I knew would be difficult but I was thrilled when they told me they could see me. I had a glass of moscato while I waited, I sat in the chair for my pedicure and enjoyed the massage chairs. Everyone was so nice, the place is big and spacious, I would highly recommend and I would definitely return. Gel manicure and pedicure was $53 and they did a great job

The guy sitting in the front is rude and don’t care about customer service. Just because you have big chandeliers in your business doesn’t mean your place is great! My gel nails came off after 2 days after paying over $ 150 and the guy said I took these off!! And that he will not fix it without additional charge!!! Rude and nasty man who claims to be the owner!!!! Just greedy for money!

Great place. My wife gets her nails and feet done all the time I go every once in a while when I get the time. But they are always very friendly and super clean. They do such a great job with my feet that I almost fall asleep everytime, it is that relaxing.

Today was my first visit to Ceasars and I must say, I am pretty happy with the outcome of my visit. First off, let me say, this place is BEAUTIFUL inside! Anyways, I had an appointment scheduled, and when I arrived, I did have to wait for about 15 minutes, but that was no big deal, they were pretty busy. Everyone reassured me that I would be helped very soon and apologized for the wait, and they were very friendly. My tech arrived and asked what I would like. I told him french tip, clear acrylic, with clear gel over top. I was a little concerned at first because he did not place the actual, French tip nail tips on, instead he placed the clear ones. I asked for them short and square. My tech was so fast at the application of my nails, it seemed like he had been doing nails for years, but I asked, and he told me that he has not been doing them for long....but he did a great job....he was very gentle with buffing, filing, everything!! He listened to and gave me (the customer) basically everything I had asked for.- The only negative is that I would have liked for the tips of my nails to also be painted with the whiteout for the French tip, because without them painted, it looks off and I worry about them chipping.Thank you Ceasars Nails & Spa

Firstly their customer service is great! Called in and got an appointment with Dina. I was revered by a friend.... put it this way, she’s my new nail tech for life! As long as I live in South Florida I will come here! I drove all the way from Hollywood to Pembroke Pines and I am so satisfied with Dina! This is by far my favorite nail place. Oh my goodness they really do pamper you and for an amazing price. I’ve gone many places to get my nails done and when I say I didn’t have a single crooked nail I literally had perfect nails. And the tech I got was super quick. They also offer drinks which is super nice cause I actually forgot my bottle water that day. I really just appeared here at random and I’m so glad I did. I will forever be going here and I’m out in kendall and make the drive up there, trust it’s so worth it. 😻😻

It was hard for me to start over as I have been loyal for many years to another salon. I needed a place with more flexible hours, especially where I can just walk in due to my hectic schedule.The receptionist was amazing. The tech that did my pedi was nice and did a great job. Tony did my nails, first time ever getting them dipped. I immediately fell in love with them. I referred my friend, she and her daughter went and loved it as well. I took my daughter yesterday, 30 minutes before closing, no appointment and they took her right away.We will definitely be going back!

Guys save your money and DO NOT come here so when i first started everything was okay but then the person who did my nail was hurting me with the drill really bad and if i said something she would blame me for it and any time i told her to fix something she would say “No its ok u dont needa fix that” like mamm its my nails . Anyways that place is so expensive for trashy work it took 2 hours for a simple nail set my sister got longer nails and finished im half im hour and started 30 minutes AFTER me even though we made an appointment for 2 and my nails had so many problems and the lady said its fine again its my nails and im paying for it the manager tried to charge me 15 dollars for a extremely small and easy design. There’s plenty more that im not gonna get into. Just DO NOT come here.

Sky did my nails and he is amazing! I finally found a place that I know I will go back too! Ask for Sky and you will see his skills! Tony the Manager was very helpful and professional. The polish selections are endless.

Place is very nice. They offer bottled water or wine. I havent dealt with a lot of the manicurists there, but after having dealt with Vivian there is no reason to, shes the best. Kudos.

First visit for my 96 year old Mom and myself. She had a mani and pedi and I had a pedi. The placeis beautiful and they did a great job and were super nice to mom. We will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place. My nail tech is Jessica and she is amazing. My nails always come out flawless. After living in Pembroke Pines 12 years and traumatized by the other nail salons in the area I have found my new salon. I have been going to this salon for a little over 4 months and I love it. The prices are a bit higher than other salons but you definitely get what you pay for and I rather pay a bit more to get amazing service and leave happy. They are Very clean and organized. You also get 5% off if you pay in cash (better than nothing). Its a Nice getaway for a bit while I do my nexgen nails and pedicure. The new receptionist Mathew is also amazing and makes you feel comfortable. I wont ever be going anywhere else. I brag about my new nail spot! Lol

Very friendly and nice staff. They Have a very large selection in nail polish colors Took my eight-year-old daughter for a polish change and she was extremely satisfied with their workmanship. They gave her a little designs on her toes. Her technician was Lee . I had a pedicure with Cielo and she was very nice and thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Simply put everyone is rude!! Additionally, they lack professionalism, customer service skills, and manners. The quality of the work is average, definitely not worthy of the superior attitude they have. They speak badly of their customers in a foreign language to each other and laugh at them while present because they know no one understands but Google has a translator that clued me in. With so many nail shops within proximity there’s no need to return to a place that treats its customers so poorly. I’d rather pay for a service elsewhere that doesn’t come along with so much negative attitude and judgement.

First of all, I was a walk in and they took me with no problem. The second I arrived I was greeted by Denise (amazingly delightful) who very quickly checked my temperature and sprayed my hands with alcohol to sanitise. I love that. I Was given the opportunity to choose my colour. They had a huge selection of the colours. I was sar immediately down to get my pedicure. I received the green tea pedicure. It was amazing. Helen was the one that did my feet. I highly recommend Helen. I was then escorted over to the seat where a gentleman did my hands. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was really good also. He didnt speak much but thats OK after the pedicure I was almost comatose. Id like to mention as I sat there and received my pedicure I watched each Tech clean their chairs with alcohol and a clean towel every time someone got up. Ive not seen that done in any of the salons that I have been to previously. The pricing was also reasonable and pretty current with the prices in town.

This nail salon is AMAZING! extremely welcoming and professional. They take pampering to the absolute next level ! joe was my nail tech and he was very gentle and particular about making sure my manicure and pedicure came out the best & it definitely did. my boyfriend and i will definitely be back soon !!!

I love it. I moved and I needed a Nail Salon. I have been getting my nails done here for a few months now and regardless of the technician my nails are always great. I usually ask for Tony and Denise, the receptionist is the best, she makes me feel like family. Great customer service, great location, great service overall. I completely recommend it.

I’ve had my nails done here twice so far and I’ve been happy each time! Lys helped me the first time and she is amazing, sweet and took her time doing my nails to give me exactly what I wanted. The second time I got my nails done, I needed to get tips on a few of my nails that had ripped and were too short, so I asked for that and gel polish. They told me that I could only do dip if I needed to have tips on ... which I’ve never heard of when I’ve asked for the same thing at other nail salons. That was the only thing that I didn’t like however the service and staff is great!

Manager is condescending and arrogant. My 7 year olds birthday treat was to have her nails painted. Within 2 hours the polish all started coming off. We went back because she was super disappointed. Rather than ask someone to repaint her few small nails and help make her feel special on her birthday he reprimanded her (and me) saying kids peel off the polish everytime. Not kid friendly or customer service oriented at all. Not to mention my moms pedicure also started coming off within a day - did she peel that off too?

Was a walk in. Got me in within 15 minutes which I appreciated. Great work - very meticulous and good quality. Says on menu you get free beverage including wine but no one offered me that. Overall very good experience and recommend!

Great service, great techs. Lee and Leon are amazing. They both have given me the best mani and pedis. Having a glass of wine offered is always nice too.

Best nail salon, so many nail options, sleek and modern interior, friendly employees and they do great nails!!! Michelle is my favorite and Denise at the front desk always takes care of me!!!

Don’t even bother making an appointment. My mom and I had appointments for 9:30 and arrived just as they opened. We were the first ones there and watched everyone else get serviced first. After 10:00am rolled around and there was still no one available to give us our pedicures, we decided to leave. No incentive was offered to come back (no discount or future upgrade) and they just kept saying that if we waited another 15 minutes one of us could have started our pedicure. Absurd. Won’t be back.

I have been a long time customer of Cesars and was a little nerves going into the salon. I hadn’t had my nails done since Feb Due to the outbreak and was a little skeptical. When I walked in I had my temperature taken, they had me fill out a Covid questionnaire and took my pen to sanitize and sanitized my hands.I was so glad the owner and staff are being cautious for the sake of there customers as well as their employees. I also notice that the owner took a Covid course. Great job! I now have a peace of mind and will be coming back as usual.

The place is clean and the receptionist is friendly. My appointment was timely and they have lots of nail polish options. Pedicure was good for $30. However my French nail dip for $45 was left thick and lumpy. Also the powder color I selected when I arrived must have gotten lost in their process of shifting nail techs because French manicure powder I chose was not what I got. Might go back just for pedicure. Also, the business can also use a renovation to make it brighter.

Omg! Amazing work, I will be coming here often. Ive been to numerous nail salons and could never leave 100% happy. Here at Ceasers Nail Salon and Spa I left very happy with the work on my nails. 100% happy for once. Was happy with the price for all the work my nail tech Jo did.

In over 10 years of getting minutes done ranging from; regular polish, acrylics, liquid gel, gel polish, etc. This is the ONLY time I have been pleased leaving the nail salon.Tony did an absolutely amazing job on my dipNails, they look beautiful and lasted 3 weeks. What impressed me the most is that during these 3 weeks: I moved, put up a fence in the yard and painted my house and the nails were in perfect condition. Did I mention I work in front of a computer, typing all day long as well?Will definitely go back.

I called many local nail salons on Saturday morning in dire need of dip powder removal and no one could take me. I called Caesar’s and was able to get accommodated last minute with no appointment. Helen provided friendly and quick service. Thank you! Will be coming back.

My husband & I just relocated to Pembroke Pines and were ready to resume our routine of couple’s mani-pedi’s, so we tried out this spot as a new option and couldn’t be happier. Tim & Nancy pampered us at every step and the facility was beautiful. Everyone was friendly and our service was top notch. We both left thrilled with our service and happy to have a new go-to spot! My first experience was great! Dina did an amazinggg job on my nails and was so kind. The salon is like a spa and I definitely recommend. Also they take the time to assist you in color selection and don’t rush you. The host at the front is also very sweet as well!

I’m not using my name on here. I’m going to share my experience. My pedi was done is less than 15 mins. The “callous remover” is not worth anything. I looked to the person besides me and I sat down before them and was finished before them. I wanted to speak up to the lady doing my pedi but I was worried she’d react badly. Anyway, we started to remove my dip nails once we got to hand nails and she left a bit on my nail and put a new set on it. So it over lapped it. I was a bit concerned.. to speak about her tools for the hand nails. It wasn’t clean, the clipping tool wasn’t brand new and my biggest concern was she cut me, which accidents happen I’m being as understanding as possible but then she buffs over my cut and gets blood on the buffer and the machine used to saw down the nails. I pray she threw the buffer out and changed the blade for the machine. I think she colored my toes fine. But my hand nails look kinda crazy. I have slight bumps like it’s not super smooth. I should of knew what to expect here. I came here about a year ago and the person who did my nails wasn’t good at doing dip. So to those coming, maybe go for something simple and don’t expect too much. I don’t want to bash the girl or the place just please be top of workers making sure they make it fair the timing and make sure if they can’t do nails how the customer wants tell the customer. My last compliant is I asked for stiletto shape and got this odd coffin shape. DEF not stiletto by the pic I just posted. Not what I asked for at all. I don’t think they know how to do certain shapes. Cost about 85 for not a good experience

They don’t honor confirmed appointments. I called and booked an appointment for 3 of us as I was visiting my Mother and Sister in law. They took my phone number and sent me a confirmation text and I confirmed it. We arrived 7 minutes early, picked colors, and then were told it would be 25-30 minutes for two of us to start. Awful business practice and a huge waste of our time. So disappointing.

Caesar’s helped me in a pinch! I am from out of town and had a hard gel manicure before I left. As life would have it, one of my nails broke and after driving all around Weston no one was able to help me as what I needed was too technical. I called Caesar’s feeling helpless and defeated thinking my nails wouldn’t be ready for Christmas. Once I explained my predicament, Tony (the owner) assured me they are very capable of doing everything I needed but that I should come in so he can properly assess how to repair my nail. Once I got there the service was AMAZING And even though I had to wait a small amount of time, Tony himself fixed my nail. The whole process was quick, extremely professional, and painless. Now I know where to get my nails done when I am in town as I visit frequently. They were my saving grace this holiday season and I am so incredibly grateful to have found them!Services: tip added to extend my nail length, hard gel overlay, OPI gel color with Matte gel top coat, plus some minor nail art. I was not disappointed at all!

Went in for cateye nail polish. Did not look like the photo I showed the nail tech. Did dip polish. The shape and application was great just not happy with the final color look. Also got the honey and milk pedicure. There was no pressure in the massage and barely added pressure with the pumice stone. The nail color application was great. If you are looking for trendy nails go somewhere else. The environment is relaxing and I was offered wine with my pedicure. If you are looking for a simple mani and pedi then I would of rated it 5 stars.

Update: I went back and Cielo did my gel manicure this time. She is very nice and took her time. However, it hasnt been 2 weeks and my gel polish has chipped in two nails already. The worse part is that I have had swelling on the side of my middle finger, for days now, by the nail side. I am hoping it is not an infection. I am never going back to this salon.Nancy did my mani pedi yesterday. She performed poorly. She seemed to rush everything! She started the pedi by using the wrong color, then apologized and removed it. She just got the correct color and was going to apply it without even using a base coat. I told her and she just smiled and applied it. Pedi felt rushed. Then when doing my mani she did not even pushed my cuticles back! Again, felt rushed. At the end she sent me to the light to dry it off and I asked her, Arent you going to apply a top coat? She said oh yeah. She came to where I was already drying up my nails to apply the top coat. I was there when they opened. I was clearly her very fist client for the day and she acted like she was already tired. Not happy. Not having my nails done with her l, ever again.

Best nail place! I live far from them and I still go here cause Ive tried other places and they are terrible. Cesar nails will really pamper you. The owner always is nice and makes sure your nails are pretty. Also everyone in there is great and nice. Will totally recommend them. They are super professional 👏

Tony is fabulous! It took a while to find someone to do solar nail fills. He asks questions when he first meets you to find out what you like and dont like. He checks with you through the whole process to see if you like what hes doing or if you want anything done differently. Highly recommend! They have a full service spa& salon. They even do hair. They also have a large selection of drink options including different wines. I found my new salon and cant wait to go back.

I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in and was treated so pleasantly. I was looking for a nail place in my area and first I went to a place across the street and the environment was so cold and the women attending me was so short and she seemed bothered. So I just left and came to Caesers nails instead. So happy I made that decision. They are so nice here and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. My nails came out great and I had a nice relaxing experience.... highly recommend it.

Came back twice, lady at the front doesn’t know how to set a schedule. We went back and forth on when I have available and when was the next available time to get my dip nails done. At the end it didn’t even matter when I was available because she ended up changing it. After I came back she told me the time was wrong even though we set a secondary appointment. I only came here because my mom recommended it to me but all this time wasted I could of just made the drive to Posh nails in Davie and been done already. They probably do really good nails too. Too bad you can’t even get passed the front desk girl.

I really like Caesar Nails & Spa. This place is very nice and clean. The nail technicians are very friendly. My favorite one is Justin. He does an amazing job on nails, pedicure and designs. The service is excellent. I always walk out with a big smile on my face!

I discovered this place by accident about 8 months ago. I loved the service and the ambiance. I visited last month and was sorely surprised by the changes. They didnt have the top line supplies, the front shelves now look bare and pieced together. The technicians started pushing services that I didnt ask for. It has lost its luster. With the new management style, I WONT be returning. Ill drive back to Plantation to visit my previous salon.

If youre looking for detailed work such as cleaning underneath your nails, ingrown removal, cuticle removal, callus removal etc this is not the place. Or maybe it is but the guy who was doing my manicure and Pedicure seemed like he was nervous or scared to touch me. Not sure. This was my first time so maybe my standards were too high? For $43 definitely not worth it. Even the massage wasnt really a massage. It was very light to the touch. And they put my sandals on AFTER my nails were painted. Odd. Like i said maybe Im just use to more detail service.

First time for me to get dip nails and I love them. Pon did fantastic job. Pon also did my pedicure and she too did a fantastic job. Very clean and friendly. I will definitely return.

I had the worst experience of my life. I was so upset that that I didn’t care to take their names. It started great, until I mentioned that the color I chose looked different from the sample. The nail stylist proposed to add another color on top to try to improve it. However, the final product was horrible. When I showed them my frustrations and requested to get my nails redone, the stylist went to a Vietnamese guy who is supposed to be a supervisor and he treated me worse than the regular staff. I am very disappointed that a supervisor would treat anyone the way he treated me.

I will never go back to this place! The price they charged me to do a 5 year olds nails was out of this world $35 for hands and feet to just paint and put a little design! And for me $60 for manicure and pedicure, just paint no design, is crazy! Paying a total of $95 INSANE! I go to a place and pay $45 for a manicure and pedicure which includes gel nail polish on my hands for my self and $15 for my 5 year old daughter for paint and design on her hands and feet. Paying a total of $60 for the both of us. You guys take advantage of people and I will not allow that to happen to myself again or anyone I know!Unfortunately, your staff did not give me a detailed receipt just my credit card receipt which I threw away as I do not want to remember spending almost $100 just do to do our nails. I truly just wanted to get out of there as I was in utter shock and disgusted. The worst experience at a nail salon I have ever experienced. How many services can you have for a 5 year old? Its only nail file and paint, there is no cuticle cutting as they are way to young for that. Your staff should have given me a price before doing my daughters nails especially since it was the same price as an adult instead when it was time to pay they just said we are going to charge you $35 for your daughters nails due to the design. It was just dots, how complicated is that. A place in weston charged me $15 dollars to do dots and mickey mouse design for her on her hands and feet. After charging me $95 dollars your staff ask if I will be back, HELL NO I will not!

They are nice, fast and did a great job

Ive been going to Ceasars since they first open their doors here in Pembroke Pines and had been completely satisfied relying solely on John as my nail tech. But now he is no longer there. I did not mind the high side because I loved John doing my nails, service was good, the place is clean and inviting also the staff was nice and friendly.

Love this place. John always does an amazing job with my nexgen manicure. Cindy does an amazing pedicure. Matthew the receptionist is always on point, super pleasant and attentive. Ive lived in Pembroke Pines for two years and have tried a ton of places and none of them compare to Caesers, so happy this place opened up.

I’ve been going here for a few months now and absolutely love this place. Today I had my toes done by Tim who was so gentle and careful. Then my nails were done in dip by Justin who did an amazing job and was super nice. He even suggested to do an ombré nail which I ended up loving. Great place, great service!

Tony was great!!! He’s such a great person... Loved the way he is!! Attentive to each and everyone of his customers even if he wasn’t the one doing their nails!! He did an amazing job on my nails! Very HAPPY customer!

This place is horrible. They are pushy. Always trying to upsell. I have never experienced such bad quality when getting my nails done. The nail polish was applied up to And in some areas over my cuticles making it look uneven at the edges. They cut my toe nails uneven and so short to the point it hurt to wear shoes. And to make matters worse the nail polish actually cracked the next day, not chipped, CRACKED. I have never seen that before ever and it was GEL!!! Then it took them over an hour to remove it 3 days later and told me it was because I would t let them file the nail polish off. After an hour they filed the polish off and completely ruined my nails. They are soft uneven and breaking. I will NEVER return to this place.

What an amazing experience! I dropped in and they attended to me immediately! I am very picky about my acrylics and shape and Leon did exactly what I asked. He is amazing!! I have found my new salon!!! Thank you!!

Ken was great! Very kind and professional. I asked for thinner “natural, short” nails (Dip) and that’s exactly what I got! The massage was amazing and even got complimentary wine! I found my nail spot!

Was about to come here to get my nails done because I heard that this place was good. Yeah right after reading these review please explain to me how there gonna charge u to remove nail polish show me another nail spa that charges $20 to remove nail polish this place is such a scam. On top of that the owner doesnt even care about the customers what type of owner is that. It just goes to show you what type of greedy world we live in.

3 hours sitting there to do a gel Manicure and regular pedicure. The manicure looks bumpy on my nails cause they needed to change the nail polish, when 2 girls who were working on my nails to get it done talked to a guy ( in Vietnamese) the guy refused replacing it . My nails looks horrible. Nice staff. But Never go back again

I had been driving all the way from Sunrise because this place used to be awesome. Unfortunately with the change in management service has declined. When Michelle was there I always left happy. The last two visits after getting the dip powder with other techs I left with the top coat messed up both times...apparently there is an issue they are having with the Nexgen top coat....and one tech cut me on 4 fingers with the drill. The other tech cut me twice with the drill. Michelle never cut me so I was never concerned prior to now. Since I’be been cut (with blood drawn) I have asked the techs about how they disinfect the drill bits and apparently they don’t. The manager in the front says they do but the tech last time did not confirm this and the drill bit she pulled out to use on me was dirty. Also, after she cut me she did nothing to sterilize the drill bit and put it back in her little container. So not only is the service subpar (and I can’t keep wasting my time to come back for repairs while they figure out the issue with the top coat) but I think with as much as they cut me this is also a health hazard.

The service was excellent, all the staff is friendly and with a good attitude. They did a great job, love my pedi and dip powder Manicure! Keep the good work don’t change!

So happy they take walk-ins... mom and I got our nails done and mom was sooooo happy with her nails.. and Im also happy with my nails... and the young lady at the front desk is great!!! Love her attitude!!!

6/3/2018 update:Developed a nasty toe nail fungus that could have only come from Caesars because I havent had my toes done anywhere else in over 6 months. BEWARE!!!~~~~~Very disappointed. Have been coming for months. Had an appointment with my nail tech that I had scheduled a week in advance. Was called THREE times to confirm my appointment, twice the day of. Then when I happened to call 30 mins before my appointment just to check if my nail tech was running on schedule, the rude receptionist (who called me three times to confirm me) informed me she was cancelling my appointment because someone had walked in with a friend and my nail tech is busy with them both. So basically because reasons. Ummmm? I am beyond disappointed. Meanwhile she acted defensive, rude, zero customer service on phone. Way to go.

Daniela is my absolute favorite! She’s always so kind and always makes sure that I leave happy with my nails. I do dip with her and my nails have grown tremendously since then. I Definitely recommend you guys go check her out :)

Caesars is a relaxing beautiful place doesnt smell strong of nail products and they are always accomidating and friendly. I recommend this place they do an amazing job! Always loved it here and so does my daughter ❤️

What can I say? This is around the corner from my house and I actually found it by accident one day and decided to give it a try after trying six or seven different places in my area that were just completely horrible!!! beautiful place, great service, excellent staff! completely professional and attentive to your needs. The owner is usually there making sure that everything runs smoothly... I came here for the first time in October and I loved it, Ive never gone anywhere else! I highly recommended!..... plus,,, who can say no to the delicious cappuccino that they serve!

First time going today and had the worst experience, never coming back. I get to the place and have a seat and people that came after me got taken care of first and they didn’t have an appointment I asked. And they did a terrible job at informing me about their prices, they didn’t tell me how much it was to take off the nail polish and did it for me and found out it was an extra 20. It’s also an extra 20 for just doing gel polish for your feet. Do not come to this place. Terrible service and I was not happy with any end result, they did nothing to make my experience better especially when the owner knew people went before me and I waited for more than just an hour. The owner did nothing to refund me the extra amount I did not know was getting charged for. They even charged me to tip despite getting the worse experience and my nails came out looking terrible !!!

After almost 20 yrs I got my husband to get a mani and pedi. He really enjoyed it and said he would go back for the pedi.This was my first time to this location. I also got a mani and pedi with gel nails. I left a $30.00 tip but without the tip it was $101.00 which I feel is very reasonable. “Tim and Elizabeth” did an EXCELLENT job on us both! I will ask for them again.What a great afternoon with my husband!

Michelle was great but everything else was terrible. I was recommended the dip so I tried it and 2 days later 3 nails broke right off I called and the girl at the front said shed tell a manager to call me and no one ever called I went in before work and the manager said theres nothing he can do because its been 5 days since I was there so he can offer me 5% off but thats it....seriously? Terrible customer service.

Cesar’s is my go to nail spot! Always clean and professional. The selection for nexgen is a lot but they will help you select a color based on your wants which I like. Dina is the best! She cares about what she does and the nails reflect that!

Very bad attitude, the manager is mean and doesn’t know how to talk to customers, I usually don’t like to give a review but he’s really mean , he told me to come to the store and he will take care of me when I come he tools me it’s gonna be waiting time for an hour then after an hour I asked him how long he said I can’t guarantee if we can make it today , you have ; before you, he didn’t take my name, he didn’t care! Ive been going to Caesars since the week they opened (they know my voice when I call lol) and have never been happier with my nails! The Nexgen dip powder lets me grow my natural nails as long as acrylics/tips and lasts 4+ weeks without chipping. All the techs are friendly and very detail-oriented, and the salon interior is always spotless and organized. The color selection for regular, gel, and Nexgen polish is amazing, too. I cant recommend Caesars enough!

I first came here because the other place I just to go pushed my appointment for 30 minutes. I didn’t want to wait so I left and came here following my daughter’s sugesstion and got hooked. Today was my 4th visit and I am as satisfied and happy aa my first visit. As long as they continue to provide me with the great customer servicie I receive every time I go, and with the professional nail services, I will be a happy client.I recommend this place 💯

This place was amazing. My nail tech, Pon, was such a sweetheart and treated me beautifully. My nails look amazing and I have been getting so many compliments!

After taking a microbiology course I will not just go anywhere. The risk of obtaining nail fungus and other bacterias is extremely scary and not a risk worth taking. You truly pay for what you get, the price is a tad bit higher than most but they do NOT resuse buffers, nail-filers or foot scrubbers. Michelle and Jessica are awesome.

The most awful experience i have EVER had a nail salon! From beginning to end. Something told me to leave when i was just there for 5 mins but i decided to give them a chance and i regret it!!!! The young lady upfront is careless! It was my first time there, i told her my name n appt time. She looks to the computer and asks, hi you have an appt? I said, yes...i just told you that. She leaves (doesnt say anything) im standing there like an idiot and she comes back asks a few awkward questions ive never been asked before. I continue to stand there while she says nothing...i ask, where do i pick a color? She then says Oh yea!! Come this way...ok i pick a color, im wondering who is gonna do my nails. I go back to ask her and the guy was sitting 2 feet away from me and didnt bother to say hi to let me know he was doing my nails. I follow him to the seats to do my toes and he says nothing im just standing there not know where to sit, i had to ask one of the other nail techs bc he didnt speak any english.i tell them i have gel on my nails, i need foil to wrap my fingers. Ok later 45 mins later!! He still doing my toes and no one has come to put foil. (They had offered me water and i never got it) i flag down someone she starts and leaves...someone else comes but with no foil, finally she gets the foil....im not exaggerating she drenches my fingers in acetone!!!!! At this point, ive had three people paint my toes while shes showering me with acetone! Finally my toes are done after probably over an hour my butt was sore!!!! I tell her i want glitter on one nail i show her which one. She looks looks comes back, no more im like ok. Then When it comes time to paint my nails she goes to point out another glitter and I said i thought thats the one you told me you did not have,She gets up again and a matter of seconds finds the one she told me she had no more of!!!!! To wrap this up, bc theres alot more to say...she took another hour + to do my nails. My back was killing me!!! I go to pay, i give a $3 tip (lucky they got anything) and the little girl is like $3? Im like yes...$3! I get home, my nail color and toe color are NOT the same! And the glitter nail is smudged!!! Tell me how do you smudge gel nails????? PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Total disappointment 😔.I have been having my nails done for a few years now and I was looking for a new place to get my nails done.My first visit, I had to have one nail redone.Before it could get redone the nail tech tried to say that it was me.Next day, one nail broke.Couldnt go back and get done again right away. I work long hours. Finally got a chance only to leave 2 hours for one nail to be done.Next day one more nail broke and THEN another when I got to my office. My job is all paperwork. So Im not rough with my nails. By the end of the week i had one more nail crack and break off tearing into my actual nail and making it bleed.So now I am going out to get my nails done again. Not happy.

Great nail salon. Gels will last two weeks with no chipping! All apecialist are amazing! Don is fantastic.

Was my favorite nail place, jeep losing the good nail techs. Schedule to close together and you wait way too long. Took them 3.5 hours my last visit. Will go else where.

Very clean and efficient. Always do a fantastic job with both pedicure and manicure. During Covid they have implemented all the needed safety measures.

I waited to get my nails done for 2 hours, I’ve never waited that long at a Nail salón before. When I finally sat down and started getting them done it was great, the person who did my nails did a great job I honesty just didn’t like that I waited 2 hours

It was terrible never going back there again , terrible service I came in and the lady started to do my nails then when other people came after me she left me to do other people’s nails instead of finishing mine then she went and did some guys toes and rubbing on his feet and then without washing her hands came back to me to touch my hands and my nails she then began to rip my acrylic off and she ripped my whole nail bed off of my middle finger. It was extremely painful and they charge extremely high for this kind of service not only this but she kept on helping people that came in after me instead of finishing my nails then assisting the person after me it took her 4 hours just to finish my nails then about 4 days later my nail breaks from just putting on my shirt and it broke right in the middle taking off my whole nail it was a terrible experience never again will I go.

Went to this place yesterday, paid $25 just for my nails polished. Nothing was done my feet looked the same way before and after I left the salon. Never again.😤😤

I do not usually go to places I haven’t visit before but I wanted to try this place out. I was disgusted by the service. They treated me horribly and over charged me. My nails came out horrible as well. From the previous comments I’m guessing management has changed. They need to reconsider this change.

Worst service!!!!! Don’t even bother going there! Never coming back again because everyone is rude!!!! They told me I need to wait 10-15 min, I was literally waiting for 45 min and they still told me to wait for another 15 min. No apology or anything, didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Taking my business somewhere else!!!!

I used to go to another spa nail close to this but in Sheridan, and they let me waiting for 45 minutes to tell me they were behind because other people came late , I called Caesars and they took me right away, no questions asked, excellent customer service, the place is very clean and lots of space, i dont regret the other place at all after i found this
