My husband and I both got 80 minute massages (mine was prenatal) and the 50 minute Eminence facial.My husband’s services with Rin were very good. He said that she really worked on some problem areas and that the facial was very relaxing.My massage with Lia was very disappointing. It felt unskilled and lazy. She did not ask what areas I’d like to focus on or even perform a full body massage. It was mostly just a lot of gentle strokes up and down my back with no real massaging. The facial was somewhat better, but again, she asked me no questions about my skin. It overall felt rushed.We did feel like pricing was very good, especially compared to hotel spa pricing. The products used for the facial also felt and smelled amazing. If you book, suggest booking with Rin.

I really enjoy coming here - good price point and nice atmosphere, which feels near impossible to find both on Oahu. I have received two massages and a hair cut.I highly recommend Ben for a massage - he is amazing!! He focused exactly on what I asked for and was so sweet. I almost fell asleep I was so relaxedLosing one star because the lady who cut my hair was pretty off-putting. She told me about 15 times how dead my hair was and kept pressuring me to cut more than I wanted. Tbh she did a really good job on the cut but it was awful talking to her.

Meagan is such an incredible women! I went in for a bio slimming appointment and she made me feel super welcomed and very relaxed as Im getting my service. Very professional and does make sure I was completely comfortable! Definitely will be returning to her!

Ive gotten many services, purchased products, and given services as gifts and never had a single bad experience. I was able to book a second massage appointment with Naomi - I feel so much better! Shes amazing. The appointment was at the other location, which was fun to see. I got there early and got to start relaxing with a cup of tea.

Its a good refreshing massage and the view is stunning. The set up is pretty, they accomodate you right away. The service is great.

The experience was a 0 I paid for a full head highlight and was charged an extra 65 without my knowledge from Arlene and my hair was 200 and she never ever clip my ends thid places was over priced for the service the deep tissue massage was a 0 as well it was more of a Swedish massage and she used way too much oil for deep tissue. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone if I hadnt been given a gift card for this place I would not have returned for my 2nd appointment both times I went the I was very unhappy with my services DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. you also have to pay for parking 👎🏽

My sisters and I had an amazing time. The staff was very helpful and attentive to us the entire time. We spent a total of 6 hours and enjoyed every minute

Rin did the facial massage combo, the experience was amazing. Her hands are magic. The spa is so beautiful and tranquil. The products are all natural and very nice on the skin. The facial and massage package is something you must do. Ultimate relaxation and comfort.

Had the best experience at Heaven on Earth off Alakea! There was a little technical issue with our reservation, they weren’t able to find us in the system. But Deb and team made it right, they were able to fit us in and treated my friend and I like royalty, such a nice and awesome staff! The massage was great and relaxing, Deb was the sweetest and our facials from Lia were so nice, she did a great job! If we visit Oahu again we will definitely be booking more services! Thank you all!

We really wanted to love this spa but it missed the mark. This was our first time in Hawaii and my daughters first massage. I wish it wouldve been better. I tipped because its common courtesy to do so, but I will tell you that we didnt feel any welcoming or warm feelings from our therapist. My massage felt rushed and like she was simply ready to go home. It was a major let down because wed been looking forward to this since we booked. We will remember it but for all the wrong reasons. I wish we wouldve been able to have a more inviting experience.I get massages on a regular basis at home and always make them apart of our trips when we travel, this didnt compare to any of the places weve been. We didnt complete any paperwork for help the therapist with our care. We were asked simply if these anything she should be aware of, any injuries. That was alarming and shouldve been my red flag to signify not much thought and consideration would be given to our 80 minute massage. I was underwhelmed to say the least. I hate it ruined my daughters first massage experience.The young lady at the front desk was more pleasant than our therapist. I appreciated her professionalism and that of the gentleman who walked by me in the hall. There was another therapist who sat next to me while I waited on my daughter and she said nothing. The therapists seem a bit agitated and messed up the zen vibe the spa has full potential to have.

Arlene is amazing. There was a miscommunication on my part regarding what I wanted done to my hair and she was very accommodating even though it was a big shift and was going to take longer. I ended up staying about 50 minutes after their salon closed and I didn’t even know because the environment was so great. I never felt rushed or pushed out of the door. She even went as far as to ask how I wanted my hair styled after they were officially closed. I told her I just wanted something “pretty” and she did just that in a 10 minutes time. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Did the mommy to be spa package, with a massage, facial and pedicure. What a relaxing experience! Highly recommend any of their packages. If you do the parking, bring cash. They validate for 3 hours, but if you go past that it can get expensive.

She is a great person to put your waxing trust in as well as a great person to have walk you through and first waxing experiences.Amazing person & service provider. She takes the time to soothe the area with hydrating oils and has a great touch- my waxing treatment is as relaxing as a massage!

I love this place. Julia the guess coordinator was very professional and was very organized. And my massage therapist Rin, was so sweet and gave a really good massage. She doesnt realize yet but Im her client now for life and I love heaven on Earth.

Overall a very mundane experience. I don’t think I would recommend to anyone. I understand that day spas have lower prices than resort spas because you’re paying for the ambiance at the latter. Still, there wasn’t even a semblance of trying to fake it at Alakea. Paid for two massages—one was solid, the other ended up just causing neck pain after a therapist continued to focus on an area after asking if it was okay and hearing “no it kind of hurts.” All of that being said, it’s much less expensive than some of the other options on Oahu, so if you really want a decent massage but don’t feel like paying for absolutely the bare minimum of service, it’s a candidate for you.

I go to this spa for most of my pampering days. Ive had a few hair cuts/coloring and a couple massages and everytime I go I feel so amazing during and after. This last time around was my first waxing appointment and it was probably the most pleasant experience ever. Ive only had a couple leg and bikini waxes and the lead wax specialist, Kelly did an amazing job. Id definitely recommend her if youre in need of some grooming. Mahalos Kelly and the rest of the Heaven on Earth team!

I got a full-foil, cut, and conditioning treatment from Erin and I couldnt be happier! I gave her a simple description (ashy tone, not chunky) of what I wanted for my color and she delivered beautifully! My haircut is perfect as well. She moved swiftly and we had a great time chatting. Erin is professional, friendly and easy to talk to. She gave my hair some loose waves at the end and usually my hair goes limp/straight if I curl it myself but my hair style lasted into the late evening until I showered. I booked my next appointment and purchased shampoo/conditioner (bye bye Garnier). Thank you Erin! Im delighted by my hair!

Tried to book 2 pedicures at the same time, was told that there was only one technician but was assured that we would be able to sit together. When we got there, there were two technicians and we were split. Disappointed

After trying a few salons since moving to the island I was so happy to find this salon! The prices are very reasonable. I get my eyebrows threaded here and also love the keratinase conditioning treatments. Always friendly front of house staff as well.

It was my Birthday weekend, and they for sure went all out for me!! My fav was the full body scrub😁😁☺️☺️👍👍💯 soooo relaxing , and the charming package is worth every dollar to the cent!!! It’s a must go to experience! Thank you all so much for making it a memorable one!

Reasonably priced services. Tried a Lomi Lomi massage for the first time and was not disappointed. Its not for the faint of heart. Malu was my masseuse and I would highly recommend him for this service.
