Great place. The mens spa has always been clean and well-kept. They had some plumbing damage a month or two ago and were closed on the mens side a few times I stopped in for the hot / cold therapy. Theyve always been really nice, professional, and attentive when needed. Pricing is par. I recommend this spa (for the mens side). I will use their services again, no problem.

Holy wow! This was the most amazing experience. I have never felt so rejuvenated, luxurious and blissful after a spa treatment. The steam room, the sauna, the ridiculously fab scrub to the cucumber mask and body massage/hot oil were something the rich must do bc I felt like star when I was doneGreat staff! I had the most amazing experience recently at Herbal Spa and Salon, thanks to a dear friend who booked us an appointment. It was my first time at a spa, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the salt room to the hot tub, ice bath, steam room, and the full-body scrub - every moment was pure bliss.The treatments were impeccable - from the face mask to the relaxing massage by Sue, everything was top-notch. Not only did we have a great time catching up and relaxing together, but we left feeling completely rejuvenated.Im already looking forward to our next visit; I think we might even make it a monthly tradition!

If youve never been to a Korean spa, leave your modesty at the door and enjoy! Do the full experience. Dont skip the cold bath!The staff - especially the owner - are all very sweet ladies. The scrub and massage are amazing! I try to go every few months.

I wouldnt have paid $5 to get in if I had seen the mens spa area beforehand. The cool and hot tubs both smelled like a mixture of pond scum and a cess pool. Ice cold showers and steam room with a messed up door I almost got stuck in, but at least it got hot eventually.

I have an amazing experience my wonderful friend booked us an appointment today. I had a scrubbing and massage and it felt wonderful. The ladies and there was very nice. Made you feel like at home. I would go again and take my daughter with me..

This was the experience of a lifetime. Full of ups and downs - highs and lows - shocks and comforts. Actually, no comforts, but I digress.Let me begin by saying that I was very unclear as a 30 year old white woman (which I take full responsibility for) that this spa requires fullnude. We were NOT aware of this until being told “no, all off!”. Beautiful execution on the shock factor, I love the authentic experience. I’m pretty sure they hated us, but alas, I do not speak Korean.There are no publicized “steps” for which order to navigate this experience. But the obvious first step is the prison-style showers to rinse off before engaging in the other luxuries. Dont drop the communal soap bar! Then you have your pick of the jacuzzis, sauna, or the steam shower room that’s hot enough to cook a lobster. I will say, the salt room was VERY relaxing and the salt tastes good enough to season an expensive steak.10/10 stars. I recommend everyone go and try this out for themselves. You truly emerge a new human. Don’t miss the opportunity to get Korean fried chicken on your way out (or in). Perfectly seasoned with salt just like me after that salt room.

No herbs at the Herbal Spa & Salon. Irish Spring and Jergens were the brands of soaps used on our bodies.Although the picture on the website shows a woman laying down and getting a salt scrub, the typical reusable Korean scrub plastic mittens were used. The scrub was thorough and the lady was nice. There were 4 tables so you could come here with friends for a group experience if desired. When we were finished with our time there we went to the locker room and got our belongings out of the locked lockers. 1 woman was in there grating vegetables, another woman was in there watching us and clearly doing the tip police job. Not a relaxing way to finish up, but the complimentary q-tips and lotion kinda balanced things.The salt room is beautiful, hot, peaceful and quiet. There are nice blankets to lay on and good neck supports for laying down. But, there are fluorescent lights on the ceiling instead of salt lamps or soft lighting on the walls or floors. Flourescent lighting in your face impacts the relaxation.The cold pool was nice and cold and had a pull shower in it - bonus! The hot tub was just the right hot. The communal showers and all areas were very clean. 5 stars for cleanliness. The steam room and sauna were both working, clean and enjoy able.I gave this place 2 stars because although the website pictures of the facility are accurate, this was clearly advertised as Herbal as if they used natural products and the picture is of a lady with salt on her back. This led us to believe we were getting a very different experience than what actually happened - stinky chemical products. We spent $90 on something that was nice, but we never would have come here to begin with had we known. I chalk this up to the cultural/language barrier.This seems like other Korean Spas that Ive been to in the US + a great salt room with poor lighting. If you are American/European go for the cultural experience, not for the type of spa experience you are used to back home.

I was very impressed with cleanliness of the facility. This location is the only traditional korean men’s bathhouse with a shower area and soaking tubs. The other Korean bathhouses in Oahu only have these services for women.$30 entrance fee gives you all day access.This type of bathhouse would be familiar to Japanese and Koreans as they are plentiful over there.

First time at a Korean Spa and it was excellent!! My body and mind feel so refreshed! Everyone that works here is so sweet and skilled! Will definitely be going back soon!

Got turned away twice. Went around 5 or 6 pm to try to relax after work/workout, but conveniently the spa entry was closed early when I didnt want to upgrade to a massage. Saw others get let let in after while I looked up other spa options outside.

I love going here! Highly recommend getting a body scrub package. Exactly what I needed nurturing pampering. The scrubbing can be painful. They get everywhere cleaned and you come out with baby soft skin feeling new. If you’ve never been to a Korean spa it is no clothing but they give you robes and towel. We were offered complimentary bottled water for drinking and recommended half hr in salt room before scrub. Did the cold plunge and hot tub too. The steam and sauna were off or we weren’t sure how to start it. So some instructions be nice. Overall such nice relaxing rejuvenating. Even just doing the spa it’s great!!

Okay, this was my first experience in a Korean spa and it wont be my last. The scrub was amaze, my skin from the top of my head to my toes feels silky smooth. These ajummas really put some elbow grease into their work and my overworked and undercared for body appreciated it!The massage really just felt like an oil application across the body, so nothing wow there but I loved the facial massage and cucumber, the hot towels, the methodical approach to scrubbing everywhere. Dry sauna, steam room, himalayan salt room, hot and cold pool were a bonus and even though the facilities looked like they had seen better days, I would go back again for the scrub, definitely.Nb: there are signs all over the place that say gratuity is not expected but appreciated...except they made us feel like we HAD to pay 20% tip, and explained that the workers are only paid with tip. I absolutely LOATHE that owners give the responsibility of their workers wages to the customer. Of course I wanted to tip my person but its a different feeling when youre made to feel like you HAVE to versus WANT to. I almost wanted to cause a fuss just on principal but the language barrier was real. This is why they lost 2 stars.

The water is not clean, They use drywall so everythings moldy. The concrete floor in the steam room is literally crumbling, Is cracking and dirt film on the ground. Not a traditional koran spa like Navers Spa or king Spa so dont have that Expectation. No male therapist, I ended my massage 10 minutes in because it was so bad and she keep asking for tips. the bodys scrub was done Ivory soap. Avoid and save money $140 was spent.

Didn’t expect much but it turned out to be the REAL Deal. So if you’ve experienced the Akasuri and have been looking for a local place to shed a layer of skin, try this place out. I’ll be back! Will post photos next time.

The place is not like advertised. Very gross and in a terrible neighborhood. There were dirty rags left all around and they left you in the spa water for 40 minutes and then proceeded with scrub which was in a cold and already wet massage table! Not relaxing at all. Will never do again!!

Went to get a body scrub, it was great. I went during the weekday early in the morning, I was pretty much alone the whole time. I was confused of what to do but here are the steps that I assumed we had to do:-Go in salt room to sweat-Sit in sauna to sweat-Rinse off-Soak in hot tub-wait until they call you to scrub-endure the pain of being scrubThe scrub feels great after its done, you feel clean and new. Would recommend if anyone is looking for a good body scrub on the island.

We contacted them and were informed that they were open. However, upon our arrival, we were told that they were unable to accept any customers. Waste of time.

I personally would not recommend this place. Doesn’t seem clean, hot tub and cold tub are completely stagnant. Hard to tell the last time it’s been cleaned. Also price was not accurate on their website. It’s actually 30$ (cash only) for basic services.

Rude staff!!! These women are not only racist, they are greedy.After being there 30 minutes, the owner demanded I leave the spa area because they had a Korean family coming that booked a massage.A. That’s not my problemB. I paid full price and I was free to stay however many hours it wasC. She did not want to refund meD. The people here who have rated this spot with over 1 star have never been to a real Korean Sauna/Spa or work there. The photos they post here are very misleading. It’s more of a makeshift Korean sauna in a sketchy neighborhood made of concrete blocks and second hand chairs. It Has a feel of a third world prison block. I don’t even get how Koreans find this mess acceptable. They charge $30 to use the “facilities” which is extremely laughable and ridiculous. It feels like this sauna that should be in a Brazilian Favella or some place in Haiti. I absolutely DO NOT recommend. A ymca spa is better and your $30 is good for a month membership. The staff is also extremely rude.

I went with my friend and we did 2 hour spa time. It was so good! We started with the salt room then showered and spent the rest of the time alternating between hot tub, cold (very very cold) dip steam room and sauna. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. Just a very nice bath house. I recommend.

Great experience that was well worth the price! We did the $120 /person package, which included the Himalayan salt room, hot tub, dry sauna, steam room, full body scrub, oil rub/massage, and hair wash. It was an experience I had no idea I needed, until I got it. Will be a returning customer and I highly recommend to all who have never been to a Korean spa before! I called ahead of time but it looks like you can definitely just do a walk in appointment.

I called and I asked if they have Kama Aina discount and she said, that’s already a reasonable price and she cannot won’t give any discounts. $90 for a basic scrub is not reasonable and it’s ridiculously way over priced. Other korean spas charge only $50 for the entire scrub and entry fee combined. This establishment is a scam. Do not support these shady KRNS.

I just love this place. The full package scrub and massage is AMAZING!! It’s like no where else you will go I’m Honolulu. It’s very tradition, they make you feel so comfortable and it’s incredibly priced. The perfect girls date or gift! Bathing suit optional just go for it you won’t regret.

Went for a day of self care and to celebrate my friends Birthday. Never been to a Korean Spa but using the Himalayan salt room, steam room and sauna for an hour relaxed me and I was able to really enjoy the salt scrub and massage. The owner Mai was very nice and Aiko did such a fantastic job. My friend was so happy with this birthday surprise. Exceeded my expectations. will definitely be back.

I left feeling more feminine and clean than I ever have. They have everything, a hot salt room, a sauna, a steam room, an ice tub and a hot tub. All of those were awesome, but the scrubbing, massage, facial, hair washing were even better. I felt so comfortable and happy. The vibe in there is so friendly 😌 I will definitely be going back

Horrible place!My husband and I made an appointment at 18:30 for scrub & massage treatment. We arrived 20 min. before appointment. The Korean lady barely speaking English told us that they don’t have free therapists! They don’t care about appointments! And the facility looked sketchy too.

Very very nice staff. we went for a exfoliating massage and we got just what we asked for! they scrubbed all of the dead skin off of my skin and now it feels so soft, amazing massage, facial, and scrub. my skin has never felt better! definitely recommend.

Weather was wet and chilly so decided to go and get some heat at the Herbal Spa and was quite disappointed. Got the Scrub and massage package, but 110 min turned out to be closer to 70 minutes tops (including the person walking back and forth and showers/clothes changes in-between. The whole time, it felt very rushed! The website says relax in the sauna and pools for at least 30 minutes. 10 minutes in, the person wanted me on the table and I told her I needed another 10 minutes at least to warm up. While the scrub was good (reason why there are 2 stars), it was prob less than 30 minutes, another 30min for the massage (which was prob the worst massage I have had) and face mask, hair wash. I know this because I changed into dry shorts at 2pm and after finishing, I went to shower and was back in the change area by 2:30. Decided to call it a day and a waste of my time (and money)

I super love this spa. Every time I’m in Hawaii I make it a point to treat myself to the body scrub before I leave. They have the cold tub and then a hot tub, steam room, sauna and crystal room. It’s the perfect place to go for me time or to bring a gal pal too. I love love love the body scrub and massage, you can’t beat the price for the quality treatment you get. And the workers are so friendly. I literally called at 3:10pm today to ask for availability and got to make an appointment for 3:30pm! If you are bougie this may not be the place for you but if you are chill this place rocks!! I give it all the thumbs up!

This spa is really run down and very sketchy….:. The staff is very unpleasant and pushy.I did not have a good experience. Will not come again.

I had an excellent massage and tried steam room with my daughter since one was broken. They gave me a special rate due to issues and massage purchase. I would have liked the steam to have been a little hotter. Massage was a little expensive for short period but ...this is expected at resort hotels. Very nice waiting room and products to purchase all high end quality.

Don’t come here with high expectations. But if you come with an open mind, they are one of the only couples scrubs I have found. Have coed facilities makes everything elseworth it.

My daughters and I are regulars, we having been coming for 5 years. We love this place. It’s not fancy so if you are looking for a hotel type Swedish massage this is not that. Korean massage is a different type of experience where there are communal spas and massage tables. I recommend the scrub massage combo. It’s clean and you feel amazing after!

Once I got out of my head, it was an incredible experience. Do not expect a western version with posh ambiance , it is a very cultural, Korean, experience.But to say they scrubbed away years of dead skin is an understatement. I am definitely going to make this a new regime.

My husband and I loved the 3-hr session in our own private spa room. The first hour is spend enjoying the hot tub, cold plunge, wet sauna & dry sauna, followed by a one-hour scrub and then a one-hour massage. I highly recommend this business and have been telling all my friends about it. My only regret is not discovering this hole-in-the-wall spa it sooner. A must when youre on Oahu!

Just what a I needed! First, I’m a woman and was alone and I felt completely at ease and comfortable. There are separate men and women’s spas or you can arrange an appointment for couples. The staff were super nice, professional and made me feel at ease. I chose the complete package- body scrub, massage, facial and hair washed and scalp massaged. Worth way more than I paid! Holy!! I’ve been to many spas but this was the most thorough experience and I left feeling fully rejuvenated but relaxed. You also get the use of the Himalayan Salt Sauna, dry sauna, steam room, hot and cold whirlpools, showers, locker, robe, towels and bottled watered. I will be doing this monthly if not more.

This place is amazing! Loved every moment of this experience. I will be going here more often. I did the full body experience and it was worth all of the $12o. Makes you feel like a whole new women and builds your confidence in yourself and in your own body. The owner mai was super polite. Very welcoming and looking to welcome more local people to her spa experience. I gotta say the Korean body scrub was my favorite along with the Himalayan salt hot room. Take about a toxin cleanse for your whole body.....wowzer❤❤❤❤❤

Im a big girl and kind of self conscious about my body, but they take care of me and make me feel comfortable and beautiful. I definitely respect the experience and appreciate the atmosphere. The ladies are very good at what they do. Very clean facility and amenities. I did the Korean Body Scrub and Massage. Absolutely love it here. Happy returning customer😁👍🏽👍🏽

Great experience. Went with my children16 &19yrs old before our flight ✈️ Mai was Gracious and very accommodating.

I went for a girls night out with four of my friends and we just had the most luxuriating and relaxing time and left with a feeling of deep well being. We started off in the jacuzzi and the cold plunge. The cold plunge is really fun because theres a string to pull that releases a ton of water cascading over you. Then we enjoyed the steam bath and the steam gets so thick and it smells like eucalyptus you cant see anyone else in there because the steam is so thick, and theres a shower in there so that if you feel too hot you can turn on the shower. Then there is a sauna. When a table was ready, the ladies called us for our scrubs. The scrub is thorough. They scrubbed me head to toe until I felt like a newborn baby. Then I went and relaxed in the Himalayan salt crystal room. Thats my favorite part of the whole experience. Theres something so relaxing and magical about that Salt Room. And the scrub was utterly amazing. the world would be an amazing place if people came and enjoyed this experience once a month. Clean room, friendly service. Very happy

Herbal Spa is my favorite place to go when I’m not feeling well or need a reset! Everything from crawling in the hot Himalayan Salt cave to the hot and cold water jacuzzi for hydro therapy, the unlimited all day access to the sauna and steam rooms and the 3 hour long session full body Korean scrub and massage, there are no words…my body feels relieved and my skin soooo smooth! They even washed my hair! I felt like a Queen and treated like Royalty 💎…I leave every time feeling like a New woman and I recommend it to every one. I like to go every couple months and the cost doesn’t burn a hole in my pocket! Self care is Everything! Ask for Mai and tell her Roz sent ya!!! 🙏🏽

Website is entirely inaccurate for services and prices. Masseuse stopped my massage 3 sperate times to make loud phone calls. They also played relaxation music that was constantly interrupted by ads. Also got a salt scrub, which they rushed through and then asked me leave the spa immediately so they could bring in another client (despite paying to stay in the tub/sauna room for the day). This isnt all the unpleasantness I experienced but its all I care to write out.

After this long and stressful week I booked a massage at the spa down the street. Website and signs in the place say $80 for massage. She tried to talk me into extras. I said no, just massage. She runs my card and it’s $105. I ask why..she says massage now $105. I demanded a refund and to cancel.

Just went to this place for the first time after moving to Hawaii. Im so glad theyre open during these crazy times. Everyone is very polite and professional; and the spa is nice and clean. I got the scrub, massage and facial package. I was the only customer there, so it felt like my own personal spa. 🙂I definitely recommend booking an appointment with them.

I liked the spa very much especially rose quartz room, its relaxed atmosphere, but on the website it says you can stay all day, but when I visited the spa they limited my visit to 2 hours, which is not pleasant to hear when you already there and might have had certain plans. I still got some good experience out of it but also felt hustled and unwelcomed

Truly wonderful experience. Great value for services. Started with hot tub, followed by body scrub, body message, cucumber facial, scalp message, culminating in hair wash. 3 hours in all. Friendly and welcoming environment. Would go back again in a heartbeat.

This place is AMAZING!!! Everyone was extremely nice, and you can tell they really care about how you feel. The atmosphere was so relaxing, it really let you tap into just being truly relaxed! LADIES, do not bring your man here!MEN, dont bother stopping by!I scheduled a surprise Pamper Me Session for my Husband who had worked tirelessly for the entire month of March for a full body scrub and massage via Yelp. Being skeptical of the 3.5 Stars on Yelp, the Great Reviews written by FEMALES made me feel a bit at ease for my Husband to give a try! First time ever to get a Korean Body Scrub I was super excited for him and wanted the afternoon to go just as perfect!Appointment was scheduled to start at 1:30pm, but check in at 1pm. With a troublesome Toddler we ran a few minutes late. As we arrived, we walked in together so I could pay as I thought hed be taken to the back. However, the two Korean ladies barely spoke any English, they looked at us and said wed have to wait for a massage till 3pm. I informed them I had been messaging Mai on Yelp and showed them I had made Reservations at least a week prior. They continued to say he wont be able to get a massage till 3pm. Again, I made an appointment for him at 1:30pm and they disregarded what I had just told them. They finally said ok and told me to pay $120 right there and then. This was suppose to be a treat from me to him and I didnt want him to know about the charge. The lady takes him away around 1:40pm. With all that confusion he had lost 35 mins from the time we arrived. I apologized to him for my frustration and wished him an amazing Me Time!About under 2 hours later he messaged me hes done. Now Im frustrated again. Based on what Mai informed me the whole session for a soak in the spa, full body scrub and massage should had been about 3.5 hours. Via messaging I made sure to know the details so that I know hell be treated well. When I picked him up his skin was glowing but what he told me was very disappointing!He was instructed to soak in the hot tub for 20 minutes and that his scrub would be started. The scrub was a great experience for him as it was the only highlight of his appointment. They were very thorough like the reviews state. Unfortunately, the massage was uncomfortable because you get massaged on the same table as the scrub. These tables have no head rest and forces you to rest your head on your arms or turn your head sideways. Awkward for a massage! The massage itself did not make up for not having the right table for a massage. Now we know!Before you consider any place with 3.5 Stars be sure to Read the 1 STAR Reviews as well. I will not be recommending this Spa Sauna as I believe QUALITY is important!

This place was absolutely amazing. Its small, quaint, and never over booked. They are very kind and attentive and gentlemen during the massage. I have been to places where they hold personal conversations over you...This is not that kind of place. There are lockers to secure your items, as well as some toiletry items if you need them. I would recommend this as an option for a girls day out and Spa. Thank you for the excellent service.

I enjoyed my time immensely. The salt room is relaxing and a great detox. The full service is very affordable and a treat for the whole body. Do anticipate being nude throughout the process although you are given a robe. Men and women are segregated.

I’ve been going to this spa for years and highly recommend making this your regular go to. The service is friendly, it’s always clean and the massages are the best in town. Their Himalayan salt room is a dream and they have a real ice bath that makes your sauna experience a truly healthy one.

Other than it being off the beaten path and the spa staff not able to communicate much in English this place was great. It was sufficient for me that I couldnt talk to my attendant and more relaxing that way. The facilities were clean. I enjoyed the steam room and teh salt rooms the best. I did a spa package for $100 which included a full body salt scrub, massage and facial. Careful if you dont like deep tissue. I hope to be back next time Im in Hawaii.

This to me is a hidden Gem.I’ve been here couple of times and I like herbal spa. This is a great place if you’re planning to cool off from a hot days errands.My only gripe ( minor) was the Fact that I could hear at some point a constant commotion coming from next door of the men’s pool area. I believe that’s a Spa of some sort but it’s Not the women’s Jimjilbang side.All in all, I had the whole Men’s Spa section to myself!

Very nice spa after a thorough Body scrub they gave a great body massage then you get a cucumber mask your hair shampooed and conditoned then a milk bath they have a hot and cold jacouczi , steam room , Himalayan mineral salt cave and an onyx sauna the ladies who work there give 110% and the price is very affordable, after leaving I feel very reguvanated and relaxed. I will definitely go there again.

If you want to really relax, the out of the way Spa is wonderful. A unique salt sauna will make you feel like you visited the Himalayas. The women who work then really like to make you feel well cared for. I thank them all for a wonderful time.

Honestly I’m not sure how this place is open. I took a friend of mines here a few months ago and we asked for a refund as soon as we saw the facilities. I’ve been to a few Korean spas….and this place definitely needs some remodeling…..front desk staff was friendly for sure but I won’t be stepping foot back in that place…. Reminded me a bit of Saw. 🫤….like the horror film.

The body salt scrub is exactly what I needed to scrub off 2021. Removed my tan but my skin felt so soft and smooth.Steam and Sauna felt so relaxing. Cant wait to go back.

Herbal Salon and Spa is incredible. One of my favorite places. I highly recommend for anyone visiting or living in Hawai’i. An experience that everyone should have at least once in their lifetime…if not once a month 🙂

First off... massages are mediocre... with that being said... EVERY THING ELSE WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I would recommend for full body scrub, Himalayan salt roo, steam room, jade room, and hot and cold pools!! Ask for extra time in pools BEFORE body scrub. They also have a party room upstairs!! The owner gave me a tour of the premises andIll becoming back!! Thank you MAI!!OH AND IT WAS ACTUALLY CLEAN, which was our worry when we read the reviews.

If modest dont go. I purchased 4 off Goupon. We had to strip & shower then into each sauna & spa butt naked. Burned feet into hot stone room. Person getting massage naked & spread wide. Place clean. Workers not able to speak English or understand well.

The name of this spa is already a misnomer. I didnt see anything herbal and the sauna could not have been much warmer than you would expect to be sitting outside in the sun--the rocks on the heating element were barely warm to the touch. The facilities are in a back alley. There is no place to relax. There is no relaxing music and definitely no atmosphere. There are hideous plastic curtains hanging through the center of the room to set off a row of ugly pink plastic covered massage tables. You have to wear ugly black shorts everywhere in the facilities - even in the showers. There is no privacy - doors open to the great out-of-doors directly into the facilities.

Visited this place on sat afternoon and it was very quiet which was nice. Parking is horrible, narrow driveway and only 4 stalls. If you have anything larger than a Toyota, youll have parking issues. Upon check in and a prepaid admission, I was asked to pay an additional fee of $4.00 for the towel. They have 4 features, steamroom, dry sauna, spa and salt room. None of them exceeded a temp of 80 dgrz. The steamroom didnt work at all. No relaxing music, no lounge chairs, no quiet rooms, no attendant, no ambience at all. They do have 2 cold iron chairs like you might find in a park. I use Massage Envy all the time along with Burke Williams and would rate those about a 9 -10. This place is about a 2 at best.

OkSo heres my scoop.This little hideaway in Honolulu is a local diamond in the ruff.Ok so I had no other information to go in on except I had heard previously they ask you to be in the buff,( more on that later)And they can be pretty deep massages.( which is precisely why I wanted to try them out )So first things first - just do what they say.From the moment I stepped over the threshold of a run down neighborhood in kakaako I almost felt I was in another time.An old asian bathhouse- like no one wanted to know me not I them but yet welcoming and comfortableThe cute thing is the therapists are all older Korean speaking women who do theyre work in undies and brackets-more on this to..it really was its own unique cuteness(Im pretty sure this is not that kind of place )You are led into a quite remarkable hot sauna room layered with Himalayan salt rocks beneath youConstructed to breathe in the salt for about 20 min.I think I lasted 10.Then to rest in the dry sauna , hot tub and cold plunge for the remainder of the hour so that you can prepare your skin and muscles for...um what was to come.The next 2 hrs I was in and out of a deep haze as I was exfoliated and scrubbed for 1 hr straight thats right -every inch of me- back to them being in the buffIn my care practice I also encourage people to dress down and explore being comfortable in theyre own skin however I at first was shy and concerned she we probably start by telling me I was to skinny then judge my every inch.I was very happy to realize I felt so comfortable and they could care less as it really is a fuller experience being nude as compared to having cloths on theyre.Admist the scrubbing of my body ( I dont think I have a dead skin cell left on my whole body)She would poor large buckets of nice warm water to rinse me off.I then realized why they wear what they do.She gets as wet and oily as I doOk then the hot yogurt body bath- as I layed on the table she came over with a large container of warm viscous liquid and started massaging it into my body.Then placing a frozen cucumber mash on my hot face (after she yogurted that to!) the chill of the cucumber as she continued to pour sumptuous amounts of what I believe to be mineral oil on me again and again.Elbows knuckles extremely long deep strokes running from my feet to my neck and then back down again.Stretching my arms and neck and legs again and again.Oh and then she washes my hair and puts a hot cloth on my face and a nice hot wrap under my meck.All in all this was A 3 hr experience for far less than Ive payed for much much lessThe neighbor its in mmmm not in great condition its a neighborhood with a lot of history however pretty sure you want to go in knowing it seems a little seedy outside of the Korean bath house.like I said a diamond in the ruff.These women know what theyre doing and have done it for years .If you were to ask me if I would go again? The answer is a definitely huge YES and I will invite some friends

This is NOT a traditional Asian sauna and spa place. I felt uncomfortable with the nylon pants on in the tubs for long, and it’s hard to take a real shower as girls keep coming in. Moreover, their shampoo was used up and dirty that seemed not to be refilled for long. No hair drier, no lotion no shoes locker. Very terrible experience!

Unfortunately, the checkout ruined and soured what would’ve been a very nice experience. I was very excited to bring my friends to this place so we could all experience wonderful service. While the services were great, I ended up not getting the correct change back after paying, and ended up losing $100 which was really frustrating, and when I inquired about it I did not feel welcome and the staff did not help. That will definitely be my last time going there

I absolutely loved my experience with this spa salon. The hostess went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. What a great service for a very reasonable price. Wont find it anywhere else! Im definitely coming back

It’s dirty, disorganized, expensive and not worth a visit

I have been to this spa many times and have had great experiences in the past. My roommate and I went for the first time on a Sunday (we usually do Saturdays) and the staff seemed a little frustrated when trying to remove the knots from our muscles. Maybe it was just an off day.

Its concept of Korean style spa is so wrong. Looks like 90s of Korean sauna has very minimums. Manager looks like south east asian mistreats and discriminates Groupon customers very rude. Do not be fooled by the pictures of their website.

If you have never had a Koren style body scrub.. You gotta try this place. Includes unlimited access to the saunas and Jacuzzi. Very Clean.Just remember to go into restaurant next door to pay.

I really enjoy sauna and spa so much. So l go to spa at least once month.I try all the spa in Honolulu and Asia.This place is the worst place in my life.Everything is dirty and wet underwear and Sockswas hanging in the dry sauna room.I just talk to nicely to take away the wet Socks and underwear from the dry sauna room to workers.The worker said That `s my Socks and underwear,so thats ok .Omg!!!Its terrible place and workers!!!You will get more stress If you guys go there !!

I love herbal spa ,not agree with the lady who put one star .They have Himalayan sauna, resting room, one dry sauna and one wet where you can rest and get off from all negative ions and rest , price its affordable and girls working very hard, Im usually doing full body scrab plus massage and face mask .Recommend for people who love healthy life style.

I do not like to give bad reviews but this place is unsanitary. I left after about 10 to 15 minutes and went home to take a shower. Ive been to Korean Spas and this one is not up to par.

The herbal spa sauna and salon i purchased from Groupon it was the worst purchase i made my sister and I went there excited to have a spa day , but one walked there we were in choke the place is a damp dirty cold cat walking inside the spa old nasty towels unplugged dirty stinking drains , dry sun was small and old i just open the door and was afraid to walk in , the water in the hot tub was cold and the jet was barely working please avoid that place and dont wast your money and your time

Another place I dont want to share. A place that only I want to know about. Herb salt sauna jjimjilbang. Salt is everywhere in the steam sauna, and all the cold and hot water steamers here use herbal salt. It was my first time seeing the salt tank shown by the staff. Awesome! Its quiet and nice. Theres a Korean chicken shop next door, a bungeoppang shop that sells freshly baked chicken, and the location is good. More importantly, theres a mens sauna. Its a true story ☺️😚 Next time, Ill come the day after I drank with my husband.

I dont write bad things usually …but this is insane experience…First all ammonia smell all sauna,most dirty spa I ever been. Something dirty things in the pool too.also workers are super loud talking each other…never couldnt relax. All products quality are bad. Then they ask us 20% tip outside. Horrible experience, anyway we dont recommend it at all.Normally I dont write bad things, but this was so bad. Anyway, the smell is unbearable and the spa is dirty.The amount was high and they strongly demanded a tip even though it is not required by law. This was an incredibly bad spa.

It is unfriendly, the facilities are outdated, and the cleaning condition is not very good.

I made a reservation over the phone and when I went to the store, no one came out. I tried calling again, but the call was cut off and I couldnt contact you. It was the worst store. I think its a suspicious store. Please be careful.
