Came straight from the airport, Judy gave me the most amazing massage. She was communicative and made it easy for me to tell her if anything ever was too hot or too much pressure. Her overall service was excellent. The customer service here is amazing, I called before coming and the manager walked down to the parking lot to meet me and walked me in. 10/10 recommend

Rainbow spa was a nice place to have a massage. My husband and I had a couples massage and we had Annie and Judy. It was so easy to make an appointment. The place was nice and clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back!

I bought a couples massage as a gift to two friends, and I would not do it again. The salon kept calling me telling me they weren’t there and they went to the wrong place. I tried to tell them that my friends were already there, but the salon kept saying they were not. Mind you I’m at work this whole time they’re texting and calling me over and over to tell me they’re not there. Turns out my friends got to the salon 10 minutes early and had already started the massage. They then went in to disrupt the massage to ask a bunch of questions about how many people there were, what their phone number was. Why wasn’t this done before hand and why in the MIDDLE of the massage. After my friends told me their experience, I reached back out to the spa to ask why that happened and they couldn’t give me a good reason and didn’t seem to care less about interrupting their massage to bother them with stuff that should have been already taken care of. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually cares about giving you the relaxation you deserve and is far more organized.

I had a great massage session by Annie. She was very kind and did a fabulous job with the massage. Was able to have a conversation during my massage and it was a pleasant one.The facilities was very clean and welcoming. I definitely would like to come back here more often in the future. I also recommend anybody to come to this massage place.

To me body scrub means some water involved. Maybe even water spraying. Nothing like that here. Used credit card and then saw Sales Tax on the machine, thats crazy! Massage is a service Not a product. Some shady things going on here! You have been warned, I would never come back here and going to tell friends not to either. Surprising, there are alot of other places within 2 block raidus.

Over all meh...The whole thing was weird. The lady kept calling us to find out if we were there yet. Then she met us outside and walked us to a different address. The message was alright. Descent really. Then after the massage, the lady demanded a 20% tip, even calculated it on a calculator. Might be the rudest tip experience I have ever had. I wont go back.

I booked a couples massage in the afternoon on a weekday online. The 60 min body massage + 30 foot massage was $90. Online you must pay $31.24 via credit card. The ladies there onsite had no idea that a deposit was made until I produced a screenshot confirming payment. By the way, they don’t take credit card on site. They want cash payment for services and tip.This location is at the Century Plaza, they have onsite parking but call the massage place and find out what space to park. If you park in a guest space, they charge $9.00. The masseuse follow me back to my car and advised me where to park.The greeting at the massage place was weird, we walked in 5 mins before and the masseuse walked in behind us in street clothes.We were asked to remove our shoes when entering the lobby. Just kinda placed our shoes on the floor by the door.The massage itself was satisfactory. The pressure and massage motion was good and worked out stiffened muscles. Back, shoulders, neck, hamstrings, calves, feet. The quads was only some pushing then some stretching. An oil was used during the massage which made the motion easier.We started at 205p, and they were done at 330p. 5 mins short…The experience itself did not leave me with an impression that I want to come back again. It was meh….

Wow 🤩! We tried Rainbow Spa & Massage for the first time today. We got a couples massage and it was AMAZING! Judy and Amy were professional and friendly. We called the spa one day before our reservation for a couples massage and they were very flexible. We were departing Honolulu the same night and the staff was very accommodating with their shower use. The shower and establishment were both very clean.The massage was fantastic. Mimi and Judy were very communicative and made sure neither of us were in any pain whatsoever.Would definitely recommend!

It’s our second time at Rainbow Spa, both times we got the Couples Massage. The first time was a year ago, we got 60 minutes. It was really good but we regretted not getting more. Today we got 90 minutes, with Judy and Mimi. We both LOVED it!!! We still think it wasn’t enough time (“will it ever be?” my boyfriend asked 😂), but definitely better than 60 minutes.

Absolutely amazing surprise. Walked in to see if we could get a couples massage and were promptly greeted and escorted to a room. The layout was beautiful, everything was beyond clean and everyone we met were 5 + stars. Pressure was great and my knots were quickly addressed without even having to explain where my problem areas were. They have definitely just gained some life long customers. Can’t wait to come back and see Lucy and Cici again.

This spa was amazing! My fiancé and I came for her birthday and everyone was super nice and friendly. They were so accommodating to our group of 6. Definitely would recommend this spa to anyone. This Spa is great for massage.Vicky is responsive & I always leave feeling rejuvenated & ready to start again.She uses hot stones if you want them.I’ve been here 20 plus times & she is always great!She uses calming music .I am allergic to fragrances & her oil doesn’t have any.Vicky has a light touch where needed & a deep muscular touch where I ask her to.I have edema in one ankle & she’s better than my physical therapist was.

For Christmas our children gave us a massage Groupon. II never had a massage before but it was awesome the only thing I really remember was having every toe on my feet cracked after that I knocked out lol. They were absolutely amazing. The massage was so relaxing and made me feel like a new person after. Very professional, relaxing and soothing lights and music in the spa and rooms. Made you feel very peaceful and serene. The women that work there are amazing and very kind! I highly recommend them!

Do not go here. I came here with a Groupon, which they strongly pressured me to cancel and pay through them for a “discount”. They assured me by saying I would be refunded (You do not get refunded). Groupon has flagged them as problematic and no longer refund eligible. When I went to pay, they only would offer me the “discount” if I paid in cash - mind you it only being a $20 discount - for which they followed me to an ATM and watched as I withdrew my funds. I was extremely uncomfortable throughout the entire process.The spa itself also smelled rancid, like dirty diapers. Massage itself was fine but absolutely unprofessional behavior from the staff. Don’t recommend, find a place that will actually make you feel at ease and relaxed - the reason to get a massage in the first place.

Fabulous experience with Cindy & Lucy today! Very experienced masseuses!We did a 2 hour couples massage including feet treatment. I feel like a brand new person. Highlights: hand strength, several check ins, plenty of time on sore shoulders and neck. Unique aspects: focus on head and scalp, sugar scrub on feet, neck pillow when face up.

It’s a great place to have massage, they are very professional and are willing to adjust based on your demand. Lucy and Wendy provided message with hot stone for me and my husband. I highly recommended hot stone, it’s a must-try! Will come back when I visit Hawaii again.

I dont generally enjoy massages, but I received a very wonderful and relaxing surprise with this establishment! The masseuse was very attentive and shifted pressures where I needed her to and when she was done, I felt like a bowl full of relaxed jelly. The clean atmosphere and inviting personalities of the people there made it all the better.

Andy and Xixi did our couples massage and it was amazing. Both were very professional and made sure that both my husband and I were comfortable during the entire massage. We did the couple massage with hot stone and body scrub. I was tight in my neck and shoulders, Andy made sure the pressure was not too hard and definitely worked all of my knots out. Xixi gave good amount of pressure for my husband. He has very tight muscles from work and she was able to work out some of that muscle tension. The hot stones felt amazing and helped release some more tension and the body scrub left it both feeling smooth as a baby’s bottom. We will definitely be coming back. My fiancée took me to Rainbow Massage for Mother’s Day. We called around 2pm and the lady who picked up said they were able to squeeze us in at 4. They were so helpful and detailed that they even texted me photos and instructions on how to get to their spot which was very helpful. My masseuse Vickie was hands down the best. My fiancée really enjoyed his massage as well. Thank you for such amazing service. We will definitely be back again lol (soon)

Be warned that this place is owned by the same people that own Sakura Spa. If you make a reservation with Sakura and they realize they can’t accommodate you, you’ll be taken here instead. Rainbow’s location is dingier and on the first floor so there’s no view.Sakura and Rainbow pulling this sort of stunt makes me distrustful of the rest of the spas in this building. Who knows how many of them are also owned by the same people? As such I won’t be going to any of the other spas in this building.

Saw the great reviews and decided to try it out. Very clean space and Massuese was friendly, but a bit of an obvious scam. Agreed upon a 60 minute massage. Masseuse was OK, hit a couple of tight spots but mostly just going through the motions and not actually digging into tight areas, lots of needless repetition. After the masseuse had just started on one leg, she informed me that my 60 minutes was up. I then agreed to do 90 minutes for $30 extra dollars rather than finish with one leg partially done. Either the Massuese was awful at keeping track of time, or this was a ploy to squeeze more money out of me. Either way, unacceptable. Then, once back of legs were finished, she spent 20 minutes rubbing my upper thighs raw. Very strange and not at all useful in relieving pain. Would not return.

Best massage experience I ever had on vacation. My soreness from hiking in Koko Head is completely gone after a 60 minutes body and 30 foot massage. Forgot to mention, the price is very reasonable for $90 for 90 minutes massage.

Ammmmaaazzzziiingggg Service.... I took my mom and dad there as a surprise when visiting Honolulu. I called from LA and the owner helped me over the phone. Super nice!!!! She arranged a nice time that works for all 3 of us at the same time around our schedule which was great. When we got there... the outside parking area does not look super fancy (which kinda made the surprise even better)! But inside was clean and beautiful, the welcoming faces of the owner and staff... their sweetness... and the AMAZING massage of all of our therapists... Mom and dad LOVED it and they still think that was the best part of our trip. My dad liked heavier pressure and his therapist delivered just that.... Linda did my massage and it she was Wooooowwww.... and my mom still talks about her massage after a week. Thank you sooooo much Rainbow Spa, the very sweet and accommodating owner, Linda and the wonderful staff (sorry I dont know your names) - with much love from LA - we will definitely come back when visiting honolulu again.

We read Google reviews for Rainbow spa & massage and booked a couples spa for last day of our 10 day trip. Both the masseuses knew what they were doing and identified the knots and sore areas immediately and applied just the right amount of pressure. I have gotten various spas in the past and I have to say Rainbow was one of the best. Do try it out if youre looking for a spa in the Waikiki area! Best way to end the trip!

Had a 90 minute massage today to get all the kinks out from golfing. My wife woke up with an all-over pain so decided to go for a massage at a new spa that had opened up. Both had excellent massages and after 90 minutes, we were both pain-free and ready to go! Highly recommended.
