My wife and I visited Yaya Massage and Spa while on vacation. I had Kevin as my masseur and he was excellent. He asked about the pressure once and it was a great experience. He is skillful and I would recommend him certainly. Cindy massaged my wife and she had nothing but good to say about her.The staff was welcoming and pleasant. The facility looked newly remodeled and well kept. The massage room ambiance was nice and soothing. If we stayed longer we would definitely repeat. Until next time!

Went in for a couples massage with my sister for her birthday! Very relaxing. Lucy took good care of me and made sure I was content with her services :) my sister was taken care of by Tony and she was also very happy with the whole experience. Definitely recommend/good price

Absolutely amazing, I went in with not only lower back pain, but also ligament issues in my foot/leg. Cindy not only made sure that the pressure was not too much throughout the massage but also made sure was comfortable. Thank you so much, cant wait to come back next month.

Cindy was absolutely amazing! Got a 90 min deep tissue massage which I desperately needed after a few days of surfing and she got all of my knots out and made me feel so much better. She also did a bunch of stretches as well. I highly recommend Cindy!

Long session for reasonable prices! Worked out knots in full body that was greatly needed. Masseuse Emma did excellent work and everyone was extremely nice.

This spa was very clean and the staff were friendly, however, the massage was not great.I get a monthly massage at a real spa with certified massage therapists, so I know exactly what massage should feel like and this wasnt it. The ladies are winging it.They also will push you to pay in cash and lead you to their ATM where youll have to pay outrageous fees to withdraw money, seems they dont want to pay taxes for their business and prefer cash payments so they can under report their earnings. I dislike shady places like that... let me pay with my card especially if you accept CC payments.I would avoid this spa (its not even an actual spa, they should not call themselves a spa).

Place was incredible. I booked the birthday package spa and was incredible and it was like a 2 1/2 hour. My fiancé also got a great neck massage for the neck and reflexology. The prices was great

9 days at Hawaiian doing many beautiful and exciting things with my son and his fam. But this one at the spa was one of the best. I really enjoyed it. Great experience. We visited during our sons make a wish trip. Our twins are 8 and we all enjoyed a massage. They handled everyone perfectly.

Worst spa I have ever been to. I have had amazing messages in the past, and this place was the worst by far. They took me to a room upstairs by myself while my friends were downstairs. The sheets were thin and definitely see-through, and they pulled down my underwear during the message and messaged my bottom without warning or consent from me. I have never had that happen at a message place before, and it was very unprofessional and weird. Then they told me at the end, when I was done, that they do not take credit cards and only cash, which I thought was weird. And they wouldnt let one of my friends leave without her giving a tip. Horrible place and I would never go back!

I stopped by for a foot massage and was very surprised! Great price and not too busy. They were able to see me when I came by. I highly recommend coming by if you are in King’s village! :)

I had Mimi for my 90 mins prenatal massage. She did a great job ensuring all desired area are covered and spent extra time on places I’d like to emphasize on. She was very polite and friendly. After asking her, I learned that she has 5 years of experience as a masseurs. I definitely recommend this place and encourage you to book with Mimi.

This is the best massage place in Honolulu. It’s right next to Waikiki, so you can just walk from Waikiki. The place is so clean and organized, and as soon as you enter the door, you will just feel right about this place. The masseuses are very nice and gives the best massage!!!!

The first massage was not bad, the 2nd time please NO, i gave 3star because of your physical work.

If it was just the massage itself, I would rate 3.5/4. The whole experience was not what we expected. We booked a sports massage. We were greeted with shoes off- apt at 10? No one introduced themselves, nor did they ask if there were any Injuries, spots of concern etc. I feel like the worst part was when they guide you to pay some of the only other words that were spoken were you tip cash or card?. It was awkward and they kept staring at us for more. Definitely not a good experience- we based it on the ratings being here on holidays. If youre looking for a sports massage and or someone that can tend/work around injuries etc this is NOT the place. Wouldnt recommend.

Im very glad I chose Yayas for a massage. I saw a groupon but read reviews to not buy the groupon (groupon takes 50% of revenue from small businesses as its service fee), but to mention it when you get there & they will honor the price. I just had a $60 minute hard massage & stretch with Judy after 3 weeks of hiking in Hawaii & my muscles feel brand new! She listened to my needs for pressure level changes & communicated well. Nana & LiLi were very kind as well. I was able to text them & schedule an appointment the same day. Nana texted me photos & directions on how to find the spa.The spa is located in suite #115 on the 1st floor of Century Center. There is a parking garage that you can park at, its $2 cash for parking. You ask the parking attendant for a pass to Yaya Spa & they give you an assigned parking level & spot to park in. There are a few other massage spas in this building so make sure you dont confuse them! Yaya is across from the sandwich shop.

My boyfriend and I splurged on the deluxe massage, and it was absolutely worth it. Linda and Lucy were phenomenal! We are relaxed and ready to enjoy a weekend on the beach. Thank you, ladies!

We were on holiday in Honolulu & decided to come here for a massage and it turned out to be one of the best massages we have ever gotten. The spa is extremely clean and well designed. The staff was so nice. We actually extended our massages by 30 minutes because it was so good we didn’t want it to end

My massage was not enjoyable. It was much too fast with light pressure. Didnt seem like the masseuse was trained (just casually giving a massage). The room was hot and stuffy. The location also didnt seem clean (sheets had a smell and there was calcium buildup in the bathroom). They also try to pressure you into using their ATM and sit you directly in front of a camera. I dont recommend.

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage. First, they were a tad pushy about picking certain packages on the menu. But, I didn’t mind this part. However, the masseuse who massaged me was terrible. It didn’t feel like a massage, but more so a “rub”. She kept using only one hand to stroke my body and continued to sit at the edge of the bed to massage me. At one point, I had to tell her to stroke me some other way because I was tired of her doing the same exact thing. I also suspected she was on her phone and that is why she was using only one hand (or maybe she was just lazy). Additionally, the movements she did on one side of my body weren’t reciprocated on the other side. Not good… When it was time to pay, I stated that I didn’t like my massage, but nothing was addressed. It would’ve been nice to tell a “manager” or someone there why their employee did such a bad job.On the bright side, I’m giving this establishment 2 stars because the masseuse my boyfriend got actually did a good job.

They charged $50 for a foot massage and cleaning for 30 minutes but never gave the massage and it was only for 15-20 minutes. At the end of the service, they then asked for tips right after which seemed unprofessional. A lot of 5 stars on this place because they make you rate it 5 stars. Definitely would not come back.

The massage was great and very thorough. The price was reasonable, however they include the tip in the final amount, so beware. I had a 2 hour massage with hot stones and body scrub. I recommend it.

I had a lomi lomi massage with Nana today and she was amazing! I prefer very light and gentle massage and she was very kind and listened to what I wanted. She also gave me some advice on what type of stretches I should do to help with my shoulder pain which I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back!

Love this place because its so conveniently located in town and its really easy to make an appointment. You can either call or text and someone responds right away. For what you pay, they also do a great job! The place is nice, clean, and their new location is so much brighter/happier and so nicely done!

Got ushered into the rooms all crazy with no intro or questions, the massages hurt a little and than when we went to pay with a debit card, we were told the ATM was better and got walked by two ladies to the atm where they made us feel weird taking money out and then she stood there like watching us for awhile. Strange interactions, wouldn’t recommend.

I thought based upon the reviews this would be an incredible place to go as well as an incredible massage. I have to agree with the one review I read. The place smelled, not in a pleasant way. Only the receptionist spoke adequate english. I signed up for a deep massage with Judy. While not painful I have never experienced a massage where I felt someones long nails and I have had many massages even at inexpensive places. The massage was haphazard. My left side of my back got most of the attention with barely any to my right side on my body. The deep massage was done with feet, knees, mostly elbows and occasionally thumbs (which is what I expect more of with a deep massage). My face was massaged with oil which was nice but then she rubbed into my hair. When I went to check out, they insisted that they credit what I paid for with my credit card to book online and pay cash. For some reason they didnt want me to just pay for the reminder of the massage with my credit card. Payment was an extremely uncomfortable experience and confusing. I will be watching my charges carefully after that. I honestly question if over 400 reviews which are 5 star reviews are legitimate. I will not return and I recommend others to find another inexpensive massage elsewhere. When trying to find Yaya, I stumbled on Waikiki massage which looked a lot nicer (in the same location)

The great reviews made us being excited to try this place during our visit. However from the moment I stepped in to when we left we were quite disappointed. Our expectation was a nice relaxing Hawaiian massage, but we experienced completely opposite. First of all, I am glad I went there with my husband. It is a place you should not go alone. They have the door locked and open it for the customers. It is such a tiny place with a couple of rooms. Second, we experienced language barrier as the person who greeted us didn’t know any English. She had to rely on her translator to figure out our simple question.Finally when the massage started, it was such a forceful rushed and random massage that could be done by anyone with no massage experience. We ended up having a rushed Chinese massage, which we always avoid.We have tried many massage places as we take massage on a regular basis, but at this place we experienced one of the worst massages.I feel my money got wasted. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Todays my bday and I wanted to have a good massage to start my day. I booked online and came in for my 10a appointment with Mimi. I had a full body massage with her. She was amazing, very strong and personable. I feel amazing afterwards. I was tensed and had body aches from walking the beach, Waikiki all day long yesterday. Mimi did a great job! If you’re here in Hawaii check out this place.

I’ve gotten massages before but WOW this massage was next level. I got a deep tissue massage plus the hot stone and body scrub and it was the best combination. Judy did my massage and I highly recommend her. She made sure the pressure was good and that the hot stones weren’t too hot. The environment is clean and professional and I definitely didn’t want to massage to end 😭 10 out of 10!

Their scheduling is super easy online. I was able to book after hours for the following morning. Called for help finding, they were excellent in giving me concise directions via call, and then also texted photos. Mico was my therapist. Cant wait to book her again, she is a strong young woman with excellent stretches. The stretching may have been my favorite part. The facility is lovely and very clean! With a view of the city and mountains. Felt awfully stately for being so inexpensive, only $60 for an hour! I do wish they had a little bit more of an intake process to explain trouble areas, but it didnt matter for my session because Mico was skilled and intuitive and I received all that I needed! Thank you!! ♥️

I had the combination of a 30-minute foot and 40-minute body massage with Mimi. She is amazing!! I was in a lot of pain from hiking for several hours so this was just what I was looking for. I feel so energetic and comfortable now as though I am reborn! The price was affordable compared to other places in the area and it was also very clean! They have individual lockers for your shoes. I loved the professional, friendly staff and highly recommend a massage with Mimi! I hope to be back next time! :)

We had a very good experience for the couple massage with hot stone and Body Scrub. We were in the 39th FLOOR and the room was amazing and so romantic, they even took pictures of us and it was so amazing! It was so relaxing and did not expect anything but it went beyond than our expected. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and wed totally come back when we visit Oahu. Thank you so much Yaya Spa.

Authentic Chinese Massage. No complaints what-so-ever! Leaving feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. First time doing the body scrub and it was a pleasant add-on, my skin feels so soft. When we arrived we were rushed into a room and given our options then. I am glad I had my wife with me as it gave me a kind of special massage during. This massage was hands down the worst massage that either of us have ever had. We both left felt extremely sore and felt like we were bruised. They did not listen when my wife said they were using to much force. The workers do not know what they are doing. Will never recommend if I could give negative stars we would.

Came for a deep tissue massage with Ana, and that’s exactly what I got. Really thorough and good pressure, she knew where I was tight and helped relieve areas where I hold most tension. Loved my massage and body scrub with CeCe!! Ive been baking a large knot in my right shoulder and CeCe was able to work out all of the kinks. The salon is incredibly clean, peaceful, affordable, and Ill for sure be back!!

Careful when choosing packages. I picked the $70 on their list but when the massage was over, the total they told me was $99, so I assumed they add gratuity automatically. I was a solo customer.

Got a 30 mins foot massage for myself and my mother and it was lovely. This is like any typical Chinese foot massage but service was nice. Staff were courteous. My favorite if the panoramic view of downtown Waikiki. Would recommend calling ahead for an appointment!

Fantastic experience overall! My boyfriend and I got a 60 minute couples massage that included deep tissue, aromatherapy, and hot stone. Both masseuses did an amazing job and we feel so good. If you are visiting the area, I highly recommend getting a couples massage here!

The couples massage was both effective and relaxing. The hot stones were especially relaxing. The only problem I had was there was a very apparent language barrier. Scheduling an appointment on the phone was made difficult because of this and it became a little awkward when they were trying to instruct me to move or ask me questions during the massage. Aside from that it was a very relaxing experience. Worth the money for sure.

My wife and I both enjoyed our massages very much we only have a few more days here but may go back again before we leave We will come back on our next trip here

Parking was hassle free. I showed up early and was able to be seen pretty shortly after. Additionally the massage (30 min foot and 60 min full body) was exactly what I needed.Thank you Yaya Team. I definitely recommend this spot.

Great couple massage, highly recommended

Nana did the dead skin removal treatment on my feet and they feel so so great now! I had so much dry skin and cracks in my feet and by the end it was as smooth as a baby’s feet. She manually cleared the dead skin for an hour without any chemicals like with a pedicure. Definitely better than a pedicure!

Wow Yaya Spa is awesome! First of all it is very clean and comfortable. Everything looks brand new. Wonderful therapists really know what theyre doing! I usually get massage 1-2 times a month, but now Im addicted I need to go every week.5 stars !!!

Nice, friendly staff and overall pretty good couples massage for the price. Clean, but there was some hammering going on seemed next door and its on the ground level so some of the pictures are misleading.

Hands down the best hot stone massage I’ve ever had! I had Judy and she gave me enough pressure and was so sweet and nice. When I tell you there isn’t a muscle in my body she didn’t get to! I highly recommend. They are on Groupon but if you show them the Groupon price without actually purchasing on Groupon they will honor it. Groupon takes 50% from them.

They honored the Groupon couple’s massage price without actually using the third party. I had Allen, and he did not disappoint! Great (deep) pressure and absolute professionalism.

I have been visiting the staff at YaYa spa for a couple years now. They are professional, kind and always give a fantastic relaxing experience. No matter if you need Deep tissue to work out the tired and knotted muscles or My favorite…. Hot Stone massage, you will not leave disappointed. I have been to a few other spots in my travels and the staff here are by far the best I’ve experienced. Ask for YuYu. She is fantastic.

I found YaYa Spa through a Groupon special, I was looking for a couples massage to cap off our Hawaiian vacation and I was not disappointed! They were very professional and punctual and we felt amazing afterwards. We got a 70 minute couples massage with hot stone therapy and a full body scrub. We were soft, smelled good and glow-y thanks YaYa Spa, Mimi and Allen!

We saw Vivian and Coco at Yaya massage & spa. The massage was over an hour and was a fully body massage. I was so sunburnt but the massage was so lovely, I felt so relaxed by the time I left and the sunburnt was 10x better

Got there early and was able to do a walk in. One hour foot massage was perfect way to end my trip here. Adjusted pressure as needed throughout for comfort. Located on the second floor above the Burger King and next to the tattoo shop.

Strong masseuse, broke right through my muscle tension. Receptionist very unorganized and I couldnt understand anything she was saying, and her making calls on speakerphone disrupted the experience somewhat. Core business still good.

Easily the best massage in Waikiki. I have tried them all believe me. They do Chinese accupressure and foot reflexology. And the biggest surprise is its only $50 an hour. If you have sore feet from walking all day or a stiff back or neck then try here and you will feel much better
