Spa & Wellness at The Kahala

Miss Olivia was the high point of my trip. Amazing scrub, wrap and massage. So kind and so professional.I will always make me time at the Kahala Spa.

My partner and I came back from a work trip yesterday, so we decided to treat ourselves to a Oli Oli Lomi Lomi Oil Massage. It was so amazing! Ryuko and Olivia were great and attentive, especially since it was our first time trying any massage services. They were warm and made it very comfortable for us to relax.I had a persisting headache from the flight yesterday and as she massaged my shoulders, the ache fell off. I didnt realize I had so much tension, and my arms felt much lighter.Another thing we noticed was that, my partner and I thought we both gained weight over our work trip. However, after the massage, we marveled at how our stomachs suddenly became half the size?! We probably were bloated from the flight and intense work hours and the massage helped it go away.All in all, well definitely come back! Its so worth it!! Thank you so much!

I have been coming back to the Spa at the Kahala since 20 years ago. I have received treatment at various places in different Countries, but their treatment, the room, their hospitality is truly rare find and out of this world.Both facial and body massage are amazing. I just wish they had a few more Hawaiian aroma options, which I believe they used to.Definitely looking forward to be back again.

Was treated to a custom 90 minutes massage for Christmas and this was my first time here. The staff are very pleasant and my masseuse, Saori, was amazing. I got a deep tissue massage and it was the best massage Ive ever had! As a new mother of a now 9 month old, it was exactly what I needed. My body felt relaxed the rest of the day. Would definitely come here again whenever Im back on the island!

My daughter (9) and I were able to do pedicures. Unfortunately, after waiting a few hours and then going to the pool, my daughters polish chipped away on hands and feet. I emailed the spa to see if there was anything they could do and they called me first thing to reschedule her to come get it fixed. I was so thankful that she was able to have her nails as beautiful as she is before we left, and so thankful for the spa allowing us to come back. Loreta and Sone were very accommodating and they did a great job of making us feel relaxed on our vacation. I highly recommend

Beware of the cancellation policy. The spa requires 24 hour cancellation (understandable), but is closed two days a week during which you cant cancel an appointment, which really makes for a 72 hour cancellation policy. They are not flexible or accommodating about this and dont make this clear. The spa facilities are lovely. Therapists vary widely - my husband had two great massages and I had one that was average at best.

The perfect day getaway for locals. I did a 60 minute massage, body polish and facial. It was pure bliss.
