Waikiki Resort Spa

Got the couples massage. One massage was fine, but the other was not, and my wife didnt want to complain due to a language barrier. She said the massage was pretty uncomfortable, and not at all relaxing and pretty painful. There was no conversation about what we wanted and a significant language barrier. It was a lot of poking and twisting of my limbs, and she spent a significant amount of time standing on my back digging her feet into my pressure points.

Today I got to work with Hannah who was just amazingly pleasant from start to finish . I am one who loves education about why products are being used and how I benefit from them and Hannah made sure to update me all the way . It was so relaxing I actually fell asleep . My skin looked more radiant and bright . I loved every bit of this experience…. After I got to sit and watch a video about why the blue light is beneficial seeing the creams and how they work. It’s just awesome . Please go see HANNAH . She was awesome

We had a couples message at Waikiki Resort Spa and it was awesome! The room we were in was very pleasant, the tables were warm and comfortable and the music was just right. Our therapista were both excellent with their massage technique and we left feeling refreshed and ready for our long plane ride home. If they dont tell you when you book, the spa is located on the Mezzanine floor.

The best massage for myself and my husband. We chose 60 minutes massage and we really appreciated. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience of mixed Lumi-Lumi Massage. Parking was kind of confusing but not accomodating to the hotel where the site is. pay your own parking spot they provided for the public next door.My massage was awesome. 😌💛

Great massage very nice people

I went there because I heard a Korean person would give me a massage. He was friendly and the massage was really refreshing.My legs and feet were really sore from trekking the day before, so it was nice to have some relief from my calves, ankles, and feet.My husband also said his legs and feet were hurting, so he increased the intensity of the massage. The massage was done quietly and thoroughly. I want to go again when I have time.

Koreans gave me a massage. I visited the day before leaving for Hawaii, and the massage was really good, and the kind words I gave warmed my heart ~~~!
