A.J. is ESPECIALLY helpful anytime I visit the shop, which is usually twice a week. Not only is he helpful, but all of the staff that he has trained are my second, third, and fourth favorite clerks/sales people. A.J. is well informed on the product and super cool. Anyone who gives him a bad rating is tripping on something else besides the quality of his service. I have some guesses as to what they have a problem with, but those things are not appropriate to discuss in a review of top notch service....

Alex was amazing! First time coming in here and she was very knowledgeable and helpful, definitely going to come back whenever shes working!

I came in looking to switch from disposables to a rig. The lady at the counter was very helpful in explaining what I would need and how to use it. The prices are pretty good as well.

Ok so when I shop here I usually buy 4 vapes and had no problems, until last night! I bought 4 vapes and started the testing on it. The tovo brand was running, so I told the girl, she tells me , try 2 more puffs, I do it, still running, she tells me , try 2 more, I do it, then grabs the second vape? it’s running again, she tells me try 2 more puffs, I do it, then tells me 2 more, then 1 more?! By this time I’m getting a headache. Now she gets the 3rd vape? I tell her, oh can I just switch to the lost Mary? I mean would you wanna buy that brand after all in a row we’re running?? She tells me no cannot., has to be the same one. Ok so now this is the last vape left of the 3 I just tried,. So I puff it? Same thing, it’s running, she tells me try 2 more puffs, the and it run a little then stopped. Now she tells me, sometimes it runs on the 1st 5 try’s then it’s fine. I told her I don’t want to take it, then leave and it starts running again, so she calls her boss on the phone and explains what happened and the boss told I have to take it. I get in my car shocked and very upset, I grab my vape and what I told her is going to happen did!! It’s fricken running!!! And I told her before I left? If I leave with this vape and it runs, then I lose money?! That’s it then?? She says yeah sorry, unbelievable!!!!

I usually smoke the same flavor Sakura Grape Elfbar but AJ! OMG LOVE HIM SO MUCH!! He recommended the Sakura Grape Pyne Pod and it was sooooo GOOD! HE WAS VERY HONEST AND FUNNY with his personality! I will be back! Ask fOR AJ!!!!

Theyve definitely lived up to their name. Everything weve purchased there, so far, has been the lowest prices weve found. They also have a point system for future purchases.

Been coming here for a year. Workers here are chill. I don’t like trying new things and would get the same product im used to every visit except this one time they were out but they’re good at recommending similar items and next thing you know I went from a regular puffbar and upgraded to a chargeable, longer lasting, smoother product that is now my go-to every visit Lol.ps, I sometimes get off late from work so love the store hours!

Tested both elf bars in front of one of your female workers. One tasted different than the other. I asked her if I could have another one. She then tested it and said I could not have another one because she said it was fine. You literally put your mouth on it and tried it and then denied me to just have a new one. With Covid still around. Great customer service. Asked to speak to manager. She said she is one. Literally the only time you’re guys wouldn’t give me a new one when it tasted burnt. Your kalihi and Wahiawa locations are much better at customer service than what I experienced here. And I’m a regular. Very disappointed.Date 8/5/22Between 1:45 - 230 pm

The BEST vape shop on the island. Huge selection of disposables & juices. Great variety of mods & they sell delta 8 and kratom as well! Their customer service is by far, the best. The girl that works at nighttime is so welcoming & helpful, I felt like we were friends. I trust all of the staff’s recommendations, they’re never wrong. Hours are from 7am-11pm so they’re there for you anytime. Plus they let you test the products in store so if there’s a problem with it, they’ll switch it out for a good one. THE BEST PRICES. they have 4 locations on the island but this one has 3 chandeliers, by far the snazziest looking vape shop i’ve been to. Overall the only place I would recommend to anyone. THE BEST.

This place has been by far the best place I’ve gone to for any of my vape needs since I started smoking. They never pressure you into anything, they always make you feel comfortable and like your needs are what they are there for. They are there to get YOU what YOU want. Not sell you what they want. They are always willing to help you out with jus about everything and answer all of your questions. If they don’t know the answer they will find out. Oh! And the prices🤩 the prices are amazing.

Huge selection, sooooo many choices. Great prices, much cheaper than any others in the Ala Moana area.Only thing that can be a little challenging is parking. It took me driving around the block twice to get a spot my truck could hardly fit.

Definitely not the cheapest vapes by far. They are way more expensive than other vape shops, ranging from $1 to $5 more expensive for disposable vapes. Their loyalty program or whatever you want to call it is kind of lame, after you spend $150 then you get $5 off. The vape store I go to gives you 30% off your entire purchase after 10 visits, no matter how much you spend. With that being said, they do have an excellent selection of disposable vapes. Excellent customer service, the female that helped me was so sweet. And they open at 7am which is really convenient, no other vape shop opens that early. I would definitely go back if I needed a vape earlier in the morning when the other vape shops are closed.

Awesome Service And He Assembled The Mod Showed Me How To Put The Liquid in. And Told Me How To Use It As Well. You Gotta Check This Place Out Cheapest Place. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just went home in for the first time it’s next to my job and my place and it’s 5 bucks cheaper than the rest. Sold! I don’t think I noticed that coils were being sold tho.

Would not let me exchange vapes after testing it outside even when there is a sign that says to test outside, and the lady was saying that you can only exchange if the product is tested in front of her.
